I very much enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The room was very clean upon arrival, it would be cleaned every day. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to help me with unconventional things. It was a pleasant experience. The only points of criticism I have is that the air-conditioning is somewhat faulty, and the fridge simply does not work.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. We had a reservation to stay overnight in a Superior room at the Park Inn by Radisson, but when we arrived it was closed for renovations and we were directed by a notice on the door to the main Radisson building. There were friendly staff at the front desk, and they helped us with finalizing the details of our reservation. We would only check-in later that day...

First and foremost the location is absolutely perfect. It is across the street from the (beautiful) central station of Antwerp, which is a must-visit. A nice hotel located right in front of Antwerp central station. The room was nice, soft bed, and clean. The bathroom was also nice, but there's problem with the water. It got hot and cold very fast. It seemed impossible to set it to the right temperature you want. Breakfast was nice, a buffet, western breakfast. They also had warm foods like scramble eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, etc...

The hotel has very bad beds which are too soft and not good for anybody's back. The following day you need a full back massage which in an unnecessary cost. They don't have extra blankets which can be handy in time of need. However, its well placed around everything and their English breakfast is superb. We booked the Park Inn by Radisson but got transferred to the Radisson Blu (not really sure why). The room was spacious and the staff friendly. We did not have a room with a view but the view from the breakfast restaurant was stunning. However, the hotel could do with some maintenance. Good location; nearby the train station. Friendly stuff, but we had too wait a little long during check in. Rooms were basic…modern bathroom though. Temperature regulation wasn’t possible. Breakfast was very basic, but OK.

Very nice rooms especially ones facing main road. Carpet stinks though and housekeeping needs serious improvement.

I'm giving it 4 stars for value. Yeah it is a bit worn and dated but considering how little I paid for the room it is hard to complain. The staff and breakfast were great. The internet and beds were subpar.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city which makes it a perfect place to stay for a short time. Service and food are on the high level. Meanwhile, the quality of furniture and bathroom stuff can be better for this price.

The location is probably the best in Antwerp. The building is beautiful. BUT: very mediocre service, old shabby rooms, the rooms were very cold (end of March), blasted the air conditioning to heating. The restaurant is also not particularly impressed. Honestly, at the Radisson at the station (which was one night before departure) despite ongoing repair of reception have enjoyed it more.

It seems the hotel needs already some renovation. Problem with the lift. Missing toilet brush in bathroom. Poor water pressure in shower. Air condition unit not functional just for "artistic impression". On the other hand reception provided required heater promptly. Removing plate at the room door from room service dinner took more than 24 hours.

Spacious rooms, friendly service and the breakfast is great. The bathroom is quite old and could use some sprucing up, our bathtub had a dent in it and such. It was clean though, so we didn't mind as much. All in all would recommend

Excellent experience - room was clean, nice, spacious and quiet. The bed was amazing - I really got a good night sleep and woke up energized. The staff very professional, friendly and helpful.

A bit far from the centre of Antwerp but accessible by walk (40min) or tram (6 stops to central station). The hotel needs to be renovated, it's getting very old and is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. However, staff is helpful and cleanliness is ok.

Good Hotel, Very big room, good price. The bathroom would need some refurbishment, but was acceptable. Good and complete breakfast, but I found scrambled eggs were not warm (maybe heater was off...)

It’s like walking into a brand new hotel from 1970. Clean, spacious rooms, unique decor, an interesting and comfortable place to stay right in the city centre.

I love this hotel. The location is very convinient, just 2min walking to the train station. The rooms are modern, clean, with a good size and confortable bed. The breakfast has a great variety and good quality of food. Great choice if you want to be in the city center.

the breakfast buffet is superb, room is spacious, clean but you can tell that the room is old. the location is good accessible to many restaurants, bars, grocery, cafe, and parks. it is also near the central terminal

My favourite hotel. It has large rooms clean and luxury. Large breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for tourist and business. You can go almost everywhere by walking.

Very nice room and friendly staff. Diner is not amazing and the atmosphere is a bit like lunch garden so not that romantic or exclusive. Breakfast will almost blow you away though which was great👌🏻

A hotel near the Antwerp highway and 15 minutes from the city center. Bus and tram in just 2 minutes from the hotel. Convenience stores at 5 minutes walking.

We had a very pleasant dinner here! The staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful. There are a few delicious veggie options and they offer some nice wines as well. There is free parking available, a luxury in Antwerp. Give them a thought if you're looking for a semi fancy place to eat in Antwerp!

Convinced in all categories! Very conveniently located on the outskirts of Antwerp (directly on the ring) with free parking. New / modern rooms with very good W-LAN & very comfortable bed/mattress, very good restaurant and extremely friendly staff. Definitely my first choice for (business) trips to Antwerp from now on! It might not be best hotel but it’s budget one so not to expect much. The Cleaning is 5* and staff are nice, especially there is handsome guy I couldn’t get his name. I recommend it if can’t afford a nice fancy hotel in but still want a place to stay

Room is small but neat and clean. The bunk bed in family room is fun for kids. However, it is hard to stay in during a heat wave as there is no air conditioning and no fan. Location is perfect, it is right next to the far end of the central station

For one or two nights on a business trip this hotel might be just fine. Staying longer is not recommend if you do not plan on spending every minute out in Antwerp. Because every minute you spend in your clean but super cheap room and plastic-y room, you'll feel probably as uncomfortable as we did. If you want to park outside the hustle and bustle, this is a great location. Try the €5/24 hours Velo bikes with seemingly hundreds of stations around Antwerp. We saw a lot in 1 day!

Beautiful pool and spacious sauna which must be booked during covid. I booked Saturday afternoon and was able to get a 8am Sunday slot despite the large size of the hotel. Decent restaurant and well-stocked 24hr store. Not a far drive from the center.

You can't beat the value of Ibis Antwerpen Centrum! The location is perfect. Even on a Saturday night the first floor rooms opening onto the square are quiet and the AC keeps them cool. You get what you need, comfy bed, enough towels and good water pressure. This is not the Ritz and a few things (like power outlets near the beds and a soap dispenser in the shower that does not mean burning your hand...

Stayed in the Hotel one night. Reasonable price. Check in was smooth and very friendly. The front office staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom door lock did not work well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Paid 12 Euro extra for breakfast.

Excellent central location. Close to town and just a short walk from the station. Rooms were clean and tidy. Simple in design but all you would need for a short stay. Service was good and the reception/bar area was comfortable. Breakfast had excellent choice and being and to make your own fresh boiled eggs and waffles was really nice.

Thank you so much, I had a great time! Friendly staff, free map, clean room, GREAT LOCATION in the city. Breakfast was nice, too (Variation in tea and bread was fun). But, the phone (to the reception) in the room was broken and there was no toothbrush and toothpaste (sorry if it’s normal in hotels in Europe).

Stayed for a night. Everything went fine. The hotel is within walking distance to most restaurants. The breakfast was decent. The lobby is beautiful, but nothing extremely special in the rooms, they looked a little bit old and had been remodeled recently. The bathtub was very small, really only had room to showering. But had everything we needed, clean, quiet, comfortable.

Good service. Nice rooms. Free breakfast with a lot of variety. Beds are comfortable but some are two beds pushed together so you sometimes fall in the gap.

A nice hotel in a nice area. At first it seems intimidatingly posh and fancy, but it is actually quite nice and the staff are helpful. Parking is in the garage which is at the back of the hotel and can be accessed directly. Close to the center of this very nice city. Most places are within walking distance.

Very helpful staff. Nice location a little outside, but good restaurants and near the water. Parking expensive. Best location for a short stay on business. Coming back after many years and still good.

Perfect location on the "Antwerp Eilandje" Service is wat you can expect from a holiday in express. Clean room, breakfast included Perfect for a short stay.

Nice hotel, there's tram station just across the street, and also app rentals for cars and electric motorcycle. The staff is really nice and everything went smoothly, the bar have long working hours and the breakfast is Good, they also offer parking for 19€ a day, compared to parking on the Streets is cheaper.

May I say, my husband had a great stay. A good location, with lots of publictransportacion. Great facility, and good hospitality. They have lots of things to make your stay, a very pleasant one. Everything for a good price. See you soon.

Reliable, typical Holiday Inn. Nice selection at breakfast and good set of cold foods plus some beers on tap in the lobby. The location is good, a bit out of the center but good access to north Antwerp where you can find a variety of restaurants.

This hotel is new, clean, and in a very convenient location. It is, however, pretty "basic". Definitely not a lot of extras. The bathrooms are very small. There is very limited closet space, etc.

The staff and breakfast made this hotel. The staff are the most helpful I've experienced. It's opposite a nice park for kids so that helped and we had a family room with a wonderful panoramic window. Menu is a bit limited especially for vegetarians buy the breakfast was fantastic. I especially liked the mint water and the fresh fruit salad.

Good location when you arrive by train, calm even though it is located in the city centre. Spaceous rooms with all the accommodation you need for a weekend away. Check in was not that fast. But great breakfast with Starbucks coffee and a large variety of food. Worth a try when you are around.

Being based in the Bercherm it is on the outskirts on Antwerp but it is a 20 min walk form Antwerp international Airport. The rooms were extremely modern and clean, as was the look of the hotel in general. Also being located next to Berchem train station was helpful and it benefits from having its own restaurant as well as a number of restaurants nearby!

Only negative thing is that it doesn't have a swimming pool and our rooms didn't have a fridge. Regarding positive ones: Breakfast is awesome, there are so many things to choose from and they are all good. There is a gym and a pool table. You can rent umbrella. Train station is next to it. Lidl market is next to it.

Superb friendly check in on arrival. Room lovely and clean with air con and also a great TV with chromecast so you could stream own film. We stayed for one week and chose not to have room cleaned everyday as not required but when we asked for more coffee and toilet roll it was frowned up by one staff member at reception. Cannot understand why. Saves them money cleaning everyday and the environment...

The room was big and bright with a great bathroom. Television was frustratingly low in volume and impossible to hear from the bed! Surprisingly, there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast was great and reception staff very obliging. The location, right beside the railway station, is perfect for the non-driving visitor to Antwerp.

We stayed there for a night, the location was perfect right in front of the central station and easily reachable by public transport.
