Hotels in Antwerp

Location is outskirt of Antwerpen and needs car for access. Hotel room is clean and room is large. Swimming pool is large (20~25m) and sauna area is very nice. Parking is expensive but there is on-street free parking.

Service was very good but I’m not happy with cleaning

The room is nice and clean, and the location is accessible through bus or tram directly from the central train station. The staffs are also nice.

Magnificent hotel and location ..friendly efficient staff

The room decoration facilities are a bit old, no free drinking water is provided, but the location is very good. The hotel is opposite the church (pictured), next to the supermarket, and surrounded by many restaurants.

Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

Room was perfect, nice view over the train station and I could even sleep with my window open, the noises on the streets were not disturbing! Excellent hotel next to Antwerp Central Station. Don’t even bother coming by car, train is way easier. Rooms are super clean. Service is professional and friendly but a little too much administration at the reception. Breakfast definitely recommended.

Very convenient location, good service, there is a parking lot next to the hotel, there is a great comic book store opposite, and it is not far from the train station. Overall it is good.

I only booked 2 nights and that was OK. Checking in took a while due to crowds - checking out was smooth and friendly.

The stay went very well, the hotel is quite close to the Center, the rooms are comfortable, with everything necessary kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, good soundproofing except when you have very very noisy neighbors unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for the incivility of the customers. Pretty shabby and dated but we were given a huge room with four bedrooms and a kitchen which was perfect for our family stay. Beds comfy and bathrooms perfectly usable. Drag gave us air-conditioned as the weather was so hot. Breakfast included and a good range of continental food to choose from.

Stopped here on the way to Germany on a motorbike tour in October last year. Arrived gone midnight, and it was a very welcome rest stop. The gent that checked me in was a legend, and was good enough to serve me pints and talk motorbikes until I was tempted by sleep. Price, Great. Location, convenient. Staff, promote that bloke and give him a raise. Seems like a bloody hard and intelligent worker.

We booked an executive studio which was very reasonably priced at about £70 a night. It was a huge room with bathroom, kitchenette and dining area. Very clean and comfortable. Decor was a little dated, and the towels had seen better days, but for the price it was great. Very low price, good location for the centre of Antwerp (by metro). Could have been cleaner and the decor was a little dated. Also some items such as the desk chair and the bath were very worn. Overall, a good hotel for 1 or 2 nights and fine for the price.

The room looks nice and clean. It's a good size and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also large enough and well equipped and there's plenty toiletries. However the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved and the air conditioning is not working at all. I had to use a room fan. The receptionist didn't wake up at 4AM so I couldn't leave the hotel. And she offered to give me a wake up call...

Hotel Julien is a lovely property with a relaxed feel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The shared lounge, bar and open fireplace provide a home away from home feel. This was a perfect stay for us in Antwerp.

Cozy art hotel transformed from an old building.

We loved our stay at the Sapphire House! The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We also loved the location as it is was centrally located in Antwerp, yet on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the city center, within walking distance of all shops and cafes. Large rooms with a large bathroom! Expensive gym! Delicious breakfast! But a very uncomfortable bed and so stuffy in the room.

The location is in a quiet lane. You can't see anyone else when you walk in at night. But the hotel is a three-minute walk to the commercial street. 15 minutes to the central train station. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is just so-so + not enough staff. No other problems

The hotel facilities are good, but the service is hard to describe. If you don't try hard for each request, the first response is no. If you want to change the room, they said there is no room. After trying hard, they changed it. If you want to add a quilt, they said there is no room. After trying hard, they got it.

I stayed in Europe for a month and was quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in. The parking was convenient, the rooms were good, the location was good, there was a laundry at the door, it was a pretty good hotel.

Was great! I stayed one night with my friend to explore the city of Antwerpen. Perfect location, next to the busstation and not far from the central train station. The hotel is modern, representable, clean and practical. It was a small room with a tv and a spacious bathroom with heater inside the room and the bathroom. So it was perfect for a night. Bonus, we got a nice view on the city.

Amazing, old-fashioned hotel and a very nice and communicative staff. You need to be prepared for old furniture and facilities, but they just fit the style of this accommodation. If you have the possibility to try the breakfast: do it! It was one of the best I ever had in a hotel, although (or because of) there was no buffet.

Very special hotel, as if frozen in time when it has first opened more than 30 years ago, or built about 80 years ago I guess. The owner is a lovely and smily guy, and with his lovely friendly dog made my arrival as pleasant is it could ever be. Don't expect any modern gadgets of fancy technologies, but enjoy the real simplicity of great hospitality. Btw- I loved the breakfast too!

Charming place in Art Deco style. Very friendly people. Old but spacious and comfortable rooms. Personal service at breakfast (so much nicer than a buffet). Close to public transportation and city center. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, but the nearby restaurant Minerva (seemingly of the same owners) is worth a visit: it has an excellent Belgian cuisine and offers high class service.

A very friendly and traditional former Antwerp merchants home run by husband and wife. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast in the morning was wonderful - well done! Great for a quiet stay in something a little more special than a large chain hotel.

The best hotel ever . The owners have us a warm welcome. The suites where very cosy and very beautyful . Everything You can think of is available. Wines , gin tonic refreshment, coffee thee . Microwave. Hairdryer. Dentelkitt and So mutch more. Little kitchenette . And the most beautyful bathroom I ever seen. Fireplace in the room makes it very cosy .

Stunning hotel with fantastic spa, delicious food and excellent service. The spa is a genuine oasis of calm with plenty of space, great pool and some lovely saunas and steam rooms. Breakfast justifiably pricey - probably one of the best there is. Room spacious, stylish and comfortable. They upgraded us for our anniversary.

A real and true gem in the center of Antwerp, close to all you need and yet in an oasis of botanic calmness. It's five stars superior and you will feel this the moment you arrive. From the bellboys taking your bags to the guest relations staff guiding you to your room, the service is exquisite. Rooms were clean, minor stains in the bathroom. The room came with all sorts of appliances; refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc. Beds slept very nice. Breakfast was simpel but decent. All in all good hotel for the price.

Had an overnight stay through Social deal. Very friendly welcome by the owner? Have to laugh at the humor of this young man. The bed was fine, slept wonderfully.
