Agata Beach - Adult Only

Booked sea view room advertised, then the hotel called to say the room was not available and I could get a cheaper smaller room instead. Note how they called (they are pros at manipulating booking). So, I told them of course I didn't want anything less than what they advertised here. They then refused to cancel, telling me one thing on the phone and writing something else to booking. The way they do it you have no come back via booking as there is no proof in the system theat Agata Beach Hotel are trying to change your room and put misleading adverts on here. Total two faced. Extremely rude manager who then refuses to even answer the phone, though at the same time she is emailing booking that the booking is valid!?!? They have now taken money from my card for a room I haven't used, which was never available as advertised. Sadly I now see the same has happened to others here. Reviews in Bulgarian tell of the same sad story.
