Hotel Casa Art

A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

Magical, unique place! The garden is wonderful, each room is thematic and the views are beautiful.
The staff was extremely nice and professional and made our stay a perfect and really comfortable experience.

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... Thank you for an excellent stay.

Very colorful hotel (a little bit too much for my liking) in a great location. Room was nice, however the extra bed (a folding chair) wasn't adequate for a 13 year old boy. Not enough closet space for our belongings (we stayed 3 nights) and the towels' quality was disappointing. Nice restaurant with limited menu selections. On the restaurant deck the floor is with two levels and there is no warining markings (yellow paint for example). Witnessed how a lady didn't see the level difference, tripped and fell. Pool was great, but they allow glass containers on the pool deck - very dangerous. Several kids activities. Bike rentals available. Awesome staff!

A bright and colourful place to stay.
Definitely has its own spirit, a family business. Art is everywhere, from the glasses and coffee cups to the paintings hanging in the hallway.
There's an outdoor pool, not big but it's enough to cool off in the warm days. There's a playground for the kids not big but enough to keep them occupied.
The rooms are larger than the usual hotel rooms. Each room/studio has its own design around a specific theme which is another thing that makes your stay unique. But although everything is colourful and art there ara obvious traces of usage, especially the bathroom in the studio we stayed at.
I would say it was clean but not as in a 4/5star hotel. I had to look under the bed if the kid has dropped something and it was not cleaned there for a long time.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant offers delicious meals with local food although a bit overpriced for what you get.
The breakfast is tasty but nothing different from a hotel breakfast.
Thera are additional activities you can be involved if you set them ahead of you stay.
The hotel is situated on the main street of the village which in some cases may be a bit noisy but a great point to start from when you want to go around the area.
On overall, a nice and one of a kind place to stay, but you just do not get all the 5stars hotel features for the 5star price you pay.

Nice hotel with interesting design, good spa and tasty food. Don’t forget to check the shop at the hotel it has some great art stuff and furniture.

Breakfast was good .
Spa center was amazing, relax music with wonderful tea and homemade honey. Sauna and jacuzzi was perfect.
I'm sure that you will have a great vacation if you choose to visit that colourful place.
