Awesome place! Very clean and tidy. It has all the necessary amenities, they accept pets, which was most important to us. The owners were extremely kind, helped with everything we needed. I recommend with both hands!

We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. The good points: The room we took was described as a suite, and this is fair enough, given that there is a separate living areas, bedroom and bathroom...

A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏

Magical, unique place! The garden is wonderful, each room is thematic and the views are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and professional and made our stay a perfect and really comfortable experience. Loved everything about the place.

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. Good and cheap place for your holidays

The hotel definitely needs a refresh asap. Also rooms are quite cold. But! Food in the restaurant is homemade like in my grandma's house, people are super polite and make you feel comfortable, view is fantastic... Having bad experience with so many places with horrible service and bad kitchen during the last couple of months, I really could close my eyes about the old school ambient.

A magnificent view of the Balkan mountain. Breathtaking memorable experience, even from the rooms windows. The hotel is quite old and had been going a neverending renovation. There is a swimming pool, also under reconstruction. The food is OK. Pricing is as expected for this type of accommodation.

Nice big beds. Humongous actually when you are single in a double room. The food wasn't as good as expected. Didn't even look appetizing. All in all subaverage.

Great place with amazing food and great atmosphere. The only small issue was that the staff wasn't really keen on giving the guests a good experience they are nice people they just lacked the good positive attitude

Really nice experience and tasty food, homemade sausage was amazing and with very original taste! Only cash payment possible and no English menu.

Decent food overall, nice atmosphere, the service was OK. I would only point that we ordered fries which were pretty oily. The waitress said there was nothing wrong with them, but the person who ate them had stomachache afterwards.

The hotel is very pleasent. The whole staff was very polite and prepared breakfast in advance having in mind our early wake up at 6:30. Will suggest the hotel to friends for sure and will come again.

Very nice place in a very nice area. The yard is well maintained and it is well suited for children. The people are very friendly. The amenities are ok, nothing that one can miss but nothing fancy, more basic but good. The food they offer is good and there a choice from menu for each day. Very good overall.

Not the best place to stay but it's fine for a quick holiday. The bathroom is really cold. Bring warm clothes in the winter. No dining available, we had to search for the nearest restaurant.

Its a family hotel with really sweet and polite owners. There is a breakfast included in the price and it’s usually homemade banitza, pancakes (delicious) or smth else. The view is amazing! Perfect for relax. Our room had a balcony and the bathroom was completely renovated.

I never take the time to rate places but wow this hotel deserves it. The hotel is really peaceful and the view incredible. Rooms are basically but nice. This indeed is a quiet place. Located away from the main road and on top of a small hill the hotel also opens a great view towards the Balkan mountains and the magnificent Maragidik peak. The hosting family is very nice and hospitable. Rooms are clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is homemade and tasty. We enjoyed the stay here and will return again soon

Ive been there only for dinner. Food good, but so bad/slow waitress. If i will leave(without payment) they will notice it after few hours.

Great place, but with 2 cons: 1. Insufficient hot water in the bathroom, despite the solar collectors 2. 1 liter of mineral water - 4 BGN, maybe because of the lack of an alternative where to buy it nearby. Small but important notes!

Super hotel complex! We spent the New Year holidays here. Accommodation conditions are good. Clean room, warm and has hot water. The restaurant and service were also up to par. Delicious food. The staff is top. If possible, I would also visit during the summer season, there is a swimming pool and the place is nice.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

The nature around is fantastic. This is a good place for relax, however the building/rooms are kind of oldish. We were hicking and it was not a big deal. We had some issues with the hot water tho.

Stryama Spa hotel is a quiet and cozy place,where people can rest and restore your body healing power of mineral water and all other procedures that are offered in the complex!

The hotel was amortizer as base material and there is an urgent need for major repair. All the rest is even more than 5 stars.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful town. Where to start, some of the best hospitality i've had in Bulgaria! The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with the bathroom. I opted in for the breakfast which was a great choice, delicious! The family are incredibly nice and was a pleasure to meet them and provide their local insights to the area. A must if you are in town.

It's ok ,good indoor swimming pool and a sauna and steam room. Locks on rooms are terrible to open or lock. After asking how late breakfast is answer was at 8.00 . Next morning go there and suddenly it was 8.30 so it depends how late they decided to open that's not ok. The view outside is cool

Hotel Alexander is a great place to stay - the owners also work there and everything is made with a thought for the clients. The breakfast is great as well as the food on the restaurant. The spa area is clean, not crowded and it is open for hotel guests from 14:00 till 18:00. This is an excellent place to stay!
