The rooms are actual apartments. The one we were at was very clean and equipped. The staff are very polite and we were the only ones to have breakfast and we received it the time we asked for (7:30 am).
I strongly recommend this place if you plan to spend few nights at Pleven.
Only 4 stars because we cannot pay with card or online. Only cash is accepted. The location is very nice, clean and modern otherwise
