Top service, great price for value, spacy rooms, communicative staff, good breakfast. Visited twice already, just because it's that good. Best possible location in the city - the very center

Nice hotel. There is everything necessary for rest. But the appearance leaves much to be desired. Reminds old Soviet times!)

It is a very old hotel that has been significantly renovated. The rooms look good but they are very small, a couple would be ok, but if you are with a child there is bearly any space for a crib

There is a parking lot for customers but it is not big enough for the capacity of the hotel

The hotel was supposed to be best in pleven but overall it was below average in terms of rooms. Reception and staff is very good. And these stars are only for this

Or maybe because I experienced Sofia Novotel and that's why I couldn't find it okay. Anyway, location is very nice

Stayed here on business clean but basic . Staff very friendly spoke English well so made things go better. Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was leisurely and lady who was overseeing it very helpful .

Service of the restaurant is ok. Room service and housekeeping not fine. Location is good if you are on top floors the view is nice

We had a great time for 3 day total ✨️ The most important aspect is that they're pet friendly 🐕 The garden is very large and you can easily place the chairs on the grass near the river

Rooms: nice, cozy rooms for two that are cleaned everyday by the staff. It's a quiet place for people with kids. Food: the pork neck was generally the best

Although the spa wasn't operational yet during our visit, we were more than happy to enjoy the delicious restaurant menu. A big bonus: the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more special

If you opt for breakfast there's almost the same thing everyday, but very tasty. The winery is a nice, interesting place, having another food menu than the rest of the restaurant

With no doubt - thats the right place in Pleven! Amazing nature, proper food, nice and kind people, comfortable stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

It's a very basic place, that's past it's prime. The rooms were inexpensive, but not too confortable. The bath rooms were as clean as their year long use allows for

All in all, you get the feeling, that this place hasn't changed since it was build. Ok for a night, but I wouldn't consider it for a longer stay

Absolutely outstanding location with great luxurious accommodation. The restaurant in micheline-star class with amazing dishes and excellent matching wines. A must visit place in this area!!!

Restaurant: Very good food, simple yet well made, arranged and served. The lemon tart is a must. The restaurant's external terrace offers a great view of the lower Totleben Dam.

Beautiful location and good hotel. Room is big and comfortable, with beautiful view on the lake. It is just a little humid.

It very close to the town if you want to buy something. We had 3 beds, tv, air conditioning. The rooms are clean, and the hosts are nice. A bit noisy if you have the room in front of the road

The only thing bad about that place is that it's not in Pleven, other than that perfect place for a night. The price is a little bit high, but this is due to the region. The region tend to have high prices for nights

You can take the breakfast, and it's a good one, fresh. You will be asked at wicj our do you want to have the breakfast. They have a parking lot in the front for free

Restaurant - The food was good but the prices were a little bit higher. There is a swimming pool in the building with the reception. In this main house are archery and horse riding

A wonderful place to have a nice rest. Big beautiful rooms, good kitchen, huge garden with horses and swimming pool. The owners are sweet and can tell u more about the region.

The fireplace was prepared for our arrival too and we were invited to try the apples from their trees and even feed the horses ourselves if we'd like to :) The place also offers various activities like horse riding (with great care for the horses), rental bikes and bow-shooting lessons

Great place with amazing authentic atmosphere combined with all the necessary amenities! The hosts are very caring - they took good care for us, they made sure we had dinner prepared, even though we arrived very late at night after the kitchen had closed

We have 2 days full of relax because those houses are far away from the big cities and people there are full of good energy. For Vasil who will teach you about archery and horse riding- 10 points

Very nice hotels- silence, calmness and very nice staff. This Ongul houses are 3 houses pretty near one each other. In the main house is the reception, the restaurant, horse riding and archery

The place is quiet, cozy and pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, at a temperature of plus 40 degrees outside the house was cool and did not feel the heat. Ideal place for rest and relaxation

I like this place very very much! The house is big with a big yard which means that you can bring your go there with your pet (dog). There's a TV in every room and 12 people can sleep in the house

The best place to stay in the area! Comfy rooms with all amenities needed. The restaurant is superb with fresh and delicous cuisine. The location is great, right next to the river and near the Krushuna waterfalls.

A small dedicated staff with a smart owner struggle to keep alive an excellent hotel in covid times. Food=excellent Quiet,relaxing, nice places to walk and a splendid waterfall nearby are the bonuses

Great accomodation! Super close to Krushuna falls. The owner was lovely and very helpful and responsive!

Food was pretty good, no complaints there. Got delivered quickly and the staff was nice. However, it loses a bunch of points due to the stray dogs that kept coming up to us while we were eating

Rooms and bathrooms fairly basic but we spent most of our time in nature/ in the garden so they were ok. Devetashka cave nearby is must visit!

The owner was very nice and welcoming. The house is located at the top of a hill and the view is amazing. It's 5 min away from Krushuna waterfalls. Our room wasn't very spacious but it was clean and cozy

There is a garden and a kitchen available to all guests. Even though the guest house doesn't offer food, there is a menu of a restaurant nearby offering delivery and there is a restaurant 5 min away by foot

A unique and almost eccentric-themed, spotlessly clean, well organised and perfectly run multifarious hotel in the middle of nowhere. The online photos don't do it any justice
