Top service, great price for value, spacy rooms, communicative staff, good breakfast. Visited twice already, just because it's that good. Best possible location in the city - the very center

Stayed here on business clean but basic . Staff very friendly spoke English well so made things go better. Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was leisurely and lady who was overseeing it very helpful .

Service of the restaurant is ok. Room service and housekeeping not fine. Location is good if you are on top floors the view is nice

Now it's my turn to gshchive recommendations - amazing - wonderful cuisine, clear attention to detail, plating, enough variety of dishes, presenting in a unique way of typical Bulgarian dishes, the products were fresh, last but not least, we were delighted by the service! Don't miss this place! :)

We had a great time for 3 day total ✨️ The most important aspect is that they're pet friendly 🐕 The garden is very large and you can easily place the chairs on the grass near the river

Although the spa wasn't operational yet during our visit, we were more than happy to enjoy the delicious restaurant menu. A big bonus: the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more special

If you opt for breakfast there's almost the same thing everyday, but very tasty. The winery is a nice, interesting place, having another food menu than the rest of the restaurant

Rooms: nice, cozy rooms for two that are cleaned everyday by the staff. It's a quiet place for people with kids. Food: the pork neck was generally the best

With no doubt - thats the right place in Pleven! Amazing nature, proper food, nice and kind people, comfortable stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

It's a very basic place, that's past it's prime. The rooms were inexpensive, but not too confortable. The bath rooms were as clean as their year long use allows for

All in all, you get the feeling, that this place hasn't changed since it was build. Ok for a night, but I wouldn't consider it for a longer stay

Great restaurant (the winery). Food was delicious and our waitress (Maria) was amazing- very polite and professional. If you are in the area, or visiting the Zlaten Park, definitely stop by for lunch or dinner.

The hotel has nice and original rooms with different themes. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It has also SPA, but we didn’t try it, but looks good
