The hotel was supposed to be best in pleven but overall it was below average in terms of rooms. Reception and staff is very good. And these stars are only for this
Or maybe because I experienced Sofia Novotel and that's why I couldn't find it okay. Anyway, location is very nice
Stayed here on business clean but basic . Staff very friendly spoke English well so made things go better. Room was clean but dated. Breakfast was leisurely and lady who was overseeing it very helpful .
Service of the restaurant is ok. Room service and housekeeping not fine. Location is good if you are on top floors the view is nice

Currently the rooms are under renovation and we stayed in the old rooms which are amazing. They all have a bathtub and almost all have its own sauna
Amazing service, clean and modern new rooms, some have SPA facilities in the room, the restaurant is perfect for events, great food and service
Perfect location and atmosphere. The hotel and restaurant have been completely renovated and are under a completely new management and staff
Great place, all the art on the walls give it some authentic look. A lot of wood carvery as well. Slept well and the food was nice too.
I chose this hotel for my wedding and cannot regret for anything. The staff were perfect and friendly, especially in the restaurant
Nice hotel, but the grounds naokolo leaves much to be desired. Expensive. Far from shops. In the evening boring.

Top service, great price for value, spacy rooms, communicative staff, good breakfast. Visited twice already, just because it's that good. Best possible location in the city - the very center
If you're new to the city, also check the history museum
Nice hotel. There is everything necessary for rest. But the appearance leaves much to be desired. Reminds old Soviet times!)
It is a very old hotel that has been significantly renovated. The rooms look good but they are very small, a couple would be ok, but if you are with a child there is bearly any space for a crib
There is a parking lot for customers but it is not big enough for the capacity of the hotel

Absolutely outstanding location with great luxurious accommodation. The restaurant in micheline-star class with amazing dishes and excellent matching wines. A must visit place in this area!!!
Restaurant: Very good food, simple yet well made, arranged and served. The lemon tart is a must.
The restaurant's external terrace offers a great view of the lower Totleben Dam.
Beautiful location and good hotel. Room is big and comfortable, with beautiful view on the lake. It is just a little humid.

Nice place to stay, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff, wifi need improvement. I couldn't connect.
It's a very basic place, that's past it's prime. The rooms were inexpensive, but not too confortable. The bath rooms were as clean as their year long use allows for
All in all, you get the feeling, that this place hasn't changed since it was build. Ok for a night, but I wouldn't consider it for a longer stay

It very close to the town if you want to buy something. We had 3 beds, tv, air conditioning. The rooms are clean, and the hosts are nice. A bit noisy if you have the room in front of the road
The only thing bad about that place is that it's not in Pleven, other than that perfect place for a night. The price is a little bit high, but this is due to the region. The region tend to have high prices for nights
There is a parking space in front of the house
You can take the breakfast, and it's a good one, fresh. You will be asked at wicj our do you want to have the breakfast. They have a parking lot in the front for free

For the price I'm very satisfied, central with breakfast included, the room was adequate for my needs, clean(ish) with desk, TV etc. Bathroom was spotless.
It is under reconstruction so some stuff clearly need improvement. Other than that service was lovely. Mattress was perfect. And the room was spacious and tidy.
The location is perfect in Lovech, in the main town centre and 5 minutes walking to the covered bridge and the old town/ethnographic centre, fortress etc etc
The room was adequate for my needs, clean(ish) with desk and TV, bathroom was spotless
The place is very quiet and the view is nice. The desk receptionist did not speak english well but she was very nice and tried her best. The breakfast that was included was ok, nothing too fancy
The place is clean overall but everything seems very very old. There are cracks in the walls everywhere. It smells badly on the hallways. The room and the bathroom were decent
