A surprise discovery. Nice lake, beautiful view on the edge of Stara Zagora Bathroom great, bed comfortable. Restaurants were very nice. Breakfast was tasty.

It could definitely benefit from better maintenance and some investment in renovations. With some improvements, it could offer a much more pleasant experience.

More or less good but it was obvious that I ve been put in a second class room. The buffet was good and the staff too.

The only issue is the breakfast starts quite late.

It's a nice place, clean and close to the center. We went 2 consecutive years there for a small vacation. It is a nice and pleasant hotel.

It was an excellent experience.Everything was renovated, in excellent condition the whole building and first of all the most polite and helpfully staff!

I had great experience, nice balcony, dark but cozy ambience, lightning is nice. Bathroom was ok. Two wide beds. Place to eat. Tv was ok. Balcony had glass table. I ate on the table. Overall good experience.

The place is quiet, thats what i found good, its also clean. But balcony is connected as one and its way too high you can bearly see anything.

Very nice family hotel. It’s stylish environment and cost atmosphere contribute to a fulfilling experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. If you need a place to stay, this hotel is my recommendation for you.

On the way to Greece we decided to spend the night in Stara Zagora. I found this hotel wonderful, the staff are very friendly. The hotel also has a spa but I only used the pool at no extra cost, access was included in the room rate. Large room with air conditioning, large comfortable bed, clean. The city center is approximately 7 minutes' walk from the hotel. I made a great choice at this hotel

Friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. I do appear to be the only guest here at the moment but to be fair I'm visiting at a quiet time of year.. late October. The facilities are great and there is still a full compliment of staff. Reception is manned 24 hours and the staff have a good level of languages. Rooms are smart, clean and fresh and the location is great with a nice local bar / restaurant...

Good hotel. Average service. 15 minutes walk from centre. Free parking but bigger cars are challenged by extremely winding entrance.

Little communist vibe going around here!!! Very smelly rooms. You have to pay for parking and it's very expensive.... Food was okey...

The location of the hotel is perfect - in the center of the city. There is also a convenient parking for its guests, although it is not free. But the entire image of the hotel gives an impression that it is somehow empty - the main entrance looks like it lacks maintena nce and the room had a specific smell - like a place where no one has entered there for a long time.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Both times the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and towels were available. The hotel is located in the very center of Stara Zagora, walking distance to stores, activities, transportation, park, banks.

Rooms are somewhat dated. Plenty of closet space. No real view per se. Convenient to the pedestrian walkway and to museums. Nice lobby.

Top service from the hotel staff. We got married in City a vouple of years ago and the service, attitude and food quality was on top level and at reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend!-:

What hotel City has going for it: the staff is very kind and supportive; the rooms were clean. What hotel City doesn't have going for it: there are a lot of small issues, that need fixing all over the hotel - leaky toilets, broken shower head holders, other bits and pieces; cleaning of the common areas seems non-existent - you go for breakfast and the restrooms in the restaurant are dirty, the bins...

Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Reception is nice but the hotel needs some major renovations. They obviously have mold issues and pipe problem. Majority of the rooms were in a slightly better condition than the one I stayed in. But never the less all had a really outdated ventilation systems. A very good choice. I personally live in the hotel for long term and it’s perfect. If you have a car the location is ideal as well with a huge parking lot.

Good for over night stay. Suitable business location. Big rooms. Lack of some standard stuff in the rooms (like hear drier).

Hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff is helpful. My only impression is that room furniture should be modernized. Also food could be a bit better ingredient wise, though cooks know their job.

That review is for the restaurant because I haven't used the hotel. There is a handful of good restaurants in this city and this one is one of them.

Only problem we've encountered there is no conditioner in the bathroom I don't know if i was supposed to ask for it but i think it's very wrong. Other than that everything else was perfect and the way you check in is very convenient for someone whose flight comes in late.

Very nice large room, clean, AC, quality toiletries, very good breakfast, central location. Easy self check in and check out. No parking, however we found a safe street parking spot in the nearby. The restaurant is closed for the moment

The hotel has a very good location near the city centre. The rooms are clean and tidy and the people at the reception are polite. A big convinience is the fact that the hotel has a parking.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was newly renovated, spacious but cosy and it had a very pleasant scent to it. Bathroom was new, clean and functional. Location is great. Overall, it is really good value for money and a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to both Bulgarian and foreign guests.

The hotel is OK, the rooms a bit outdated, but it's location is very good - in the heart of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the weekends could get noisy because of the the live program in the restaurant.

We loved how big the bathroom was, while the room itself was obviously made for one and narrower. We were right above the restaurant where the music was playing in the evening. Both she and the guests in the neighboring rooms could be heard loudly.

It is a garden-style hotel with a good environment and some American-style decoration. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order meals. There are not many places to eat around, but it is not far from the supermarket. The bus station and train station are not far away, about ten minutes' drive away.

The hotel has an excellent location in the lake and in vicinity of everything.The hotel is beautiful butiq style and though the furniture is heavy old style i like it this way.The personal is nice,the hotel is clean . The problem is restaurant - the food is not diverse,not always fresh.....our kids could hardly find something to eat We didnt like it either The swimming pool is small nice snd clean

The hotel is excellent and ideally situated in the park. SPA is a bit funny, but it's OK. The staff in the hotel was amiable. I would not recommend the restaurant. Bad cuisine with awful service. They definitely need to improve the restaurant.

Very east to reach with car following main streets. Underground parking by a valet. Great food in the restaurant and some amazing local wine options.

Very good city hotel. The location is great, you're literally downtown and everything you'll need is in 15 minutes walk the most. The hotel is renovated and everything seems to fit perfectly. The room with balcony, at least on the 5th floor, is not worth it. There's no view to be had. Otherwise, great service and location.

The service and rooms are very nice. They are quite clean and modern, but I expected a richer selection of TV channels. I had an issue with the hot water, but it was resolved immediately. The breakfast options are good and fresh, just a bit limited in variety. The location is excellent, right on the main street.

It was a nice place to be for a limited time, they were really nice and among the few who could speak English. The only issue was the internet. It was weak and sometimes turned off alot

The place was perfect for our stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything we needed including parking, restaurants, work space and helped us arrange Covid Testing. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Great accommodation! Every room has its color and name. I always book the green/frog room (it's the one fit to our trip for 3 persons) - two separate rooms and one bathroom. Owner/manager is very kind! Great restaurant near - Lindo (owner will guide you find it).

This is a great hotel, it is mid priced by Bulgarian standards, by in the lower range for foreigners. The hotel is easily accessible and with fast exit from the city. The rooms are clean and well prepare for the guests. There is no noise coming from outside in the room at night. There is coffee and croissant for breakfast and the restaurant works up to 23:00(11 pm) at night.

The hotel with parking facilities was good enough for a stopover on our way to Greece. We had a good night's sleep as the room was in a semi-detached wooden house next to the pine forest, so the location is quiet and the bed was comfortable, too. There is a flat-screen TV, AC but no fridge in the room. The hotel has a restaurant where we had late dinner on the day of our arrival and early breakfast...

Situated in a pine forest, a little playground, a tennis court, inside parking. Basic breakfast. Thin walls. Only ceiling shower. Good value for money.

Very good option to stay around Stara Zagora, especially if you are heading to Thassos, Grrece. The hotel is sorrounded by Pine trees, the rooms are big, clean and the parking is closed therefore feeling very safe. Definitely the price is very good. I was almost afraid the quality of the hotel will be lower considering the price, but finally it was a good surprise. I stayed in the brick and mortar...

All the basics are there! Clean, individual AC,; was accommodated outside reception hours.

Clean, all facilities (AC, TV, private bath with shower, Wi-fi), friendly hosts. My room had a small balcony too, with a nice view of Stara Zagora. It's close to the bus station, so it's possible to go by bus to the centre for a glass of wine. There is a good restaurant near by. They have a beautiful garden with trees and flowers and a terrace where you can eat or drink a beer. Price is very good.
