The hotel has a stunning view and it is located in the old center of the city. The rooms are clean but because of the ventilation smells like old. The breakfast is a minus.

Stayed here few times, always excellent in every way. Staff is friendly and responsive. Easily beats every 5 star hotel in Bulgaria I have stayed in.

Cleaning staff at this hotel very good.. Greet staff and busboys very good too. The waiting staff in the morning have the coffee/juice machine off at 10am (under instruction no doubt) I know breakfast finishes at 10 am but more leeway required here as it looks heavy handed for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.. Staff clattering away with noisy trolley next to table at 10.05am is too much. Breakfast...

Above standard for Bulgaria. The breakfast is quite okay too. They are well equipped and have also additional services. Nice coffee place. We also had a spacious room.

We were passing in Arbanasi village and we wanted to drink a coffee. They served us very quickly and a very good coffee. From what I saw the yard was amazing, clean and perfect kept. I definitely would come back for a full experience in this lovely place.

We came here for lunch and we were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious courtyard and the peaceful atmosphere. The food is tasty, we recommend the cheesecake. We will definitely revisit this spot in the future if we're in the area. We think this establishment is really well suited for larger groups and families.

Our stay at the complex was lovely. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The complex itself is quite a few km from Tarnovo, Arbanashki is a close walk, with quaint houses and a few restaurants and other hotels/resorts. Within a few mins drive are some lovely spots to drive or walk to.... some monetaries as well. Veliko Tarnovo is a few min drive, parking there is a headache...

Great accommodation choice in the area. We stayed once in the Villa, which has magnificent views and a nice pool and once at the Han itself. Very quiet, great for small children. Very good breakfast. Nicely furnished rooms and very clean. Restaurant staff could be better, but we managed to understand each other. All in all, I would return and I recommend it.

Great place!Loved the gardens.The rooms were clean and bright.The food was delightful and there is enough space and playgrounds for kids.We had no time for the pool, but will come once more for it soon. There were enough parking spaces.

The location of the hotel was amazing and everyone from the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything necessary to make my trip more than comfortable. When I come back to the city, I will definitely book again with Hotel Arena, as I had the best experience there! 10/10 recommend.

Great place to stay in the summer or when passing by. The breakfast was not so diverse but we went in autumn, off season.

35 euro per room per night is a good value for this 3 stared hotel. Parking is available for free. The parking is in the Arena stadium and it is safe. The central location is ideal for all the needs you have and reaching the main turist arractions with ease The owners pay alot of attentions to your needs and beside answering all your questions they also offer alot of usefull information

There is no elevator but they carry my luggage to secod floor. The window and door to balcony are sound proof so it is very quiet. The bed is little too soft and material of sheets don't feel like cotton. The breakfast is very simple.

The location of the building is central, the rooms are big enough and very clean and the view is wonderful. The host was very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend it.

You have everything you might need in the room, spacious bathroom as well as a balcony with a great view! I love this place! It's a gem:))

Lovely host, clean, great view from the balcony, you can see the whole valley and the fortress on the hill. Delicious bulgarian breakfast in the morning. Located near the historical center, which was under heavy renovation at the time of our visit. 5 stars from my point of view

The rooms are clean, staff is nice, but we had issue with the towels. One of the towels in the bath was with marks and in the middle it had 2 inch hole, it was really, really disgusting. I was thinking its just one case so didnt go to speak with them on the reception. Most interesting when i walked out of my room i passed another room and the cleaner took the towels out and I saw another towel with...

Service was excelent ! The location is great, you are basically right in the city center. There is no restaurant (you can only serve breakfast, but no lunch, dinner or anything else). The rooms could be bigger AND the shower has no shower cabin or anything, the water goes straight on the bathroom floor which made us slip a lot !!!

A great little hotel in the heart of Veliko Tarnovo, perfectly situated for exploring the town on foot. With restaurants and bars just two blocks away, convenience is at your doorstep. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering an excellent price-to-quality ratio. I highly recommend their breakfast.

A Charming hotel in the centre, there are lots of restaurant's close. The hotel was clean at all times. The staff were very helpful at all times. There is WiFi there and Aircon. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone

I stayed 3 times here; no better options found so far. Very good location near the main street and main restaurants. Close also to the lower side of the town. 3 parking places of the hotel, which usually are hard to find in town.

Good central location. Beds were not that great. Some stuff didn’t work (tv, shower holder). Really quiet though.

Excellent location with indoor parking. Very friendly staff and pet friendly. The view of Tsarevets is amazing. Very close to the old town and Tsarevets. We are very satisfied. If I come back, this hotel will be my choice again.

Splendid view, clean rooms, excellent host. The hotel is positioned near to center, and quite close to the city fortress. We had an excellent experience here, definitely worth, and will return.

Nothing too fancy, I was happy with their service, interior and location, had a nice short stay there. The only downside was that they've only told us that we'll have to pay extra for a pet barely an hour before we arrived (we were already on the way). Had we known in advance, we could have made arrangements to either leave her home or to include this expense in our budget in advance.

Very clean. The pool was nice in the hot summer. The view from our balcony was stunning. The kitchen only offered breakfast. You should consider going out for lunch and dinner. As a compensation you get a discount in a nearby restaurant.

The location of the hotel is good, somewhere in the middle of the distance between the old center and the fortress. The room cleaning is done daily and the staff was kind. Unfortunately, the furniture is quite old and some of its elements are missing. They also lacked drapery and the sun was raging inside the room. The rooms on the upper floors did not offer anyone who knows what the skyline was, and...

Very nice and cozy hotel. The owners are very nice people. The room was well maintained and extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and we were surprised that it was not buffet style. On departure we were given a magnet with a photo of the hotel - a small but nice gesture. We will be happy to visit the hotel again.

We were there 2 years ago. Things have changed in the opposite direction. There are no improvements. The mistress performs her duties under duress, without desire and any positive emotion. The room is beautiful, but without any view, except for some courtyard. Breakfast under any criticism. Services have become more expensive, but there is no value for money. Too bad for the hotel, which is empty even...

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice personnel. Too bad they don't really speak English, but they are using Google Translate, which is creative, funny and helpful at the same time. Breakfast is quite frugal, with a fixed menu, but otherwise good.

Clean and cozy family hotel. Situated in the city center, on a quiet and peaceful street near Tsarevets. Smiling, friendly and helpful hosts. And the breakfast was incredibly delicious and hearty. It exceeded our expectations. If you are traveling by car, inform the hosts to reserve your space. We would definitely visit it again. I recommend it to everyone.

Small family run hotel. Good location, can walk most places. Breakfast not offered but places nearby. Small rooms, nice garden. Bathroom could do with maintenance or renovation. Lots of stairs....no elevators. Lots of restaurants close by.

Lovely place, so much taste and love put into the interior design and room arrangement. Also, the inside garden is so calming and I had a great time. P.S. Cheers for the receptionist that was there from 7 to 22.30 and made us coffee and gave us cold, nice beers 🍻

Quiet and quiet place in Arbanassi with a fresh green garden and gazebo with a barbecue where you can relax or party. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all necessary for complete relaxation I recommend it to all!

One of the best places to stay in Veliko Tarnovo. Beautiful view over the whole city. The room was big and clean, so was the bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel has its own parking spots directly in front of the entrance. We definitely will visit it again.

Great view. Room is nice and clean. The landlady doesn't speak English too good, and parking is not available. Parking in Veliko can be a bit of a nightmare.
