Good luck navigating the floors and elevators! Very strange indeed. The elevators stop at every floor on way up and way down. There are a variety of different rooms. I was in a smallish room for for 1 person. My colleagues were in very large suites for same price. Location was very good and hotel is updated and CLEAN!

The rooms are a bit worn out, but there is a new building, where I guess is much better. The food is average, with not so many options. We love the kazan dibi dessert, though. It's delicious Turkish dessert. In my opinion, everything is overpriced for the quality they provide. But the reason we chose this hotel a few times is the location. The views of Veliko Tarnovo and the mountains are SPECTACULAR

Great location with a wonderful view of Veliko Tarnovo. If you’re staying here please check out their restaurant as well - they have some of the best food in Arbanasi. I highly recommend the chicken skewers and the pork neck! Absolutely delicious!

Spacious rooms with a great location, but the air in the rooms is very damp. Combined with the fact that the air conditioning typically doesn't work, and it can be very hard to sleep at night.

Decent, but how other people pointed out, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Kind a communist decorated. The breakfast was decent. The location is pretty close to the center but the area is kind of steep and if you have a big car you will have a tough tine parking in their indoor garage. Amazing! Nice hotel, cozy and has a private jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi is initially set at 38-39 degrees, you can adjust it. I recommend this room. The location is very good.

The hotel has a stunning view and it is located in the old center of the city. The rooms are clean but because of the ventilation smells like old. The breakfast is a minus.

The hotel was cozy, the rooms are basic with air conditioning. The pool is only outdoor, not heated. The gym is modest. The conference room was large and equipped. The restaurant is expensive, the Breakfast was decent, standard menu, nothing local.

Very recently renovated hotel with a pretty cool spa. Good breakfast buffet. The photos on Google are accurate. The bathroom had a music feature that couldn't be changed, but could be turned off.

Clean, close to the fortress, big and comfy beds. Bathrooms have no shower cabin and it gets pretty wet after you use it. No free slippers either.

Excellent place for kids. There are 2 playgrounds and pond with turtles and fish, that can be fed up.

An accidental choice, turned one of the most favorite places! Loved the hotel - everything is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The staff is just fantastic - the owner took us to our car, led us back, cooked for us and made sure we were super comfortable. The breakfast, too, was abundant and delicious :) Felt like VIPs overall.

Food & views. We got them both big time. Three times we returned there to get more and never left disappointed. Service is friendly, food is simple and exceptionally prepared and recommended wine Starosel Merlo was a great pairing. All the meals were prepared fast.

Great accommodation choice in the area. We stayed once in the Villa, which has magnificent views and a nice pool and once at the Han itself. Very quiet, great for small children. Very good breakfast. I liked the hotel, it's clean and cozy. The pool is quite small and the massage I had wasn't professional at all - the lady who massaged me also served breakfast the next morning, so I assume she's doing more than one job. Overall all the hotel is nice and clean, and the personnel is friendly and helpful, so I'll give it a 5 star.

This is a nice hotel in a good location close both to the center and to the fortress. The upper rooms have a good view. In november it was a bit cold in the room. We opted for breakfast but to our surprise the breakfast consisted in an apple and a 7Days chocolate croissant. Tried to get a receipt but the receptionist could not understand what I was asking.

A peaceful village, close to Veliko Tarnovo, and a lovely experience. Although there is certainly space for development, particularly in the rooms, the location has a lovely, relaxing ambiance.

We have visited the Restaurant. The Food was very delicious. The area outside is convenient for Children. There is many Peacocks and other Birds and Animals. It's very funny 🙂. Front of the Restaurant is available big Car Parking for the Clients. Everything is perfect for some special ocoushans or simple for Lunch or Dinner with Friends or Family.

Rooms are old, got a very uncomfortable smelling. Air conditioning systems are old, partially not functional and smells bad as well. Everything else was fine. Ish. We used to stay here every year, but investments are probably inexistent and the place gets old. Probably this was the last year here.

The location of the hotel was amazing and everyone from the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything necessary to make my trip more than comfortable. Bathrooms are nice, beds are nice. The location is good. The only downside is how finding the entrance can be a bit tricky. Also, the clock in my room was ticking very loudly.

The host is an extraordinary woman. We booked 1 night through Booking, and when we arrived we decided to stay one more night and we expected her to check us out, but she said "No problem". The first morning we had free breakfast through genius, and the second we expected to pay but it was still free. It is quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings. We are satisfied! It's placed on the edge of the serpentine road. In the night time Veliko Tarnovo lights up the view, while in the daytime you can see it from an isometric view. The room was nice and spacious. We had the posibility to cook in a large pot in the garden. It was somehow funny, somehow unpleasing that we had a hole in the door.
