An accidental choice, turned one of the most favorite places! Loved the hotel - everything is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The staff is just fantastic - the owner took us to our car, led us back, cooked for us and made sure we were super comfortable. The breakfast, too, was abundant and delicious :) Felt like VIPs overall.

Food & views. We got them both big time. Three times we returned there to get more and never left disappointed. Service is friendly, food is simple and exceptionally prepared and recommended wine Starosel Merlo was a great pairing. All the meals were prepared fast.

The hotel has a stunning view and it is located in the old center of the city. The rooms are clean but because of the ventilation smells like old. The breakfast is a minus.

The waiting staff in the morning have the coffee/juice machine off at 10am (under instruction no doubt) I know breakfast finishes at 10 am but more leeway required here as it looks heavy handed for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.. Above standard for Bulgaria. The breakfast is quite okay too. They are well equipped and have also additional services. Nice coffee place. We also had a spacious room.

A Charming hotel in the centre, there are lots of restaurant's close. The hotel was clean at all times. The staff were very helpful at all times. There is WiFi there and Aircon. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone

I stayed 3 times here; no better options found so far. Very good location near the main street and main restaurants. Close also to the lower side of the town. 3 parking places of the hotel, which usually are hard to find in town.

Very friendly staff. The air-conditioning in my room was only controlled by opening the window that turned it on or off.

Good, cheap and quiet hotel near the centre of VT. Ample free parking when I visited (on the streets around the hotel). Good breakfast and friendly staff. My only complaints are the lack of an elevator and the carpet in the room was quite worn out

Place is amazing. Building itself is very interesting, rooms are great , amazing views. In general whole building seems to need some renovation as it is old. Also food was very basic, breakfast food was cold.

Spacious rooms with a great location, but the air in the rooms is very damp. Combined with the fact that the air conditioning typically doesn't work, and it can be very hard to sleep at night.

Decent, but how other people pointed out, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Kind a communist decorated. The breakfast was decent. The location is pretty close to the center but the area is kind of steep and if you have a big car you will have a tough tine parking in their indoor garage. Price of the room i think it was fair somehow

Amazing! Nice hotel, cozy and has a private jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi is initially set at 38-39 degrees, you can adjust it. I recommend this room. The location is very good.

The rooms are a bit worn out, but there is a new building, where I guess is much better. The food is average, with not so many options. We love the kazan dibi dessert, though. It's delicious Turkish dessert. In my opinion, everything is overpriced for the quality they provide. But the reason we chose this hotel a few times is the location. The views of Veliko Tarnovo and the mountains are SPECTACULAR

Great location with a wonderful view of Veliko Tarnovo. If you’re staying here please check out their restaurant as well - they have some of the best food in Arbanasi. I highly recommend the chicken skewers and the pork neck! Absolutely delicious!

I liked the hotel, it's clean and cozy. The pool is quite small and the massage I had wasn't professional at all - the lady who massaged me also served breakfast the next morning, so I assume she's doing more than one job. Overall all the hotel is nice and clean, and the personnel is friendly and helpful, so I'll give it a 5 star.

Great accommodation choice in the area. We stayed once in the Villa, which has magnificent views and a nice pool and once at the Han itself. Very quiet, great for small children. Very good breakfast. Nicely furnished rooms and very clean. Restaurant staff could be better, but we managed to understand each other. All in all, I would return and I recommend it.

The place is really nice and cozy. We liked the fact that it was quiet and thanks to this we managed to relax. Also, the staff was really friendly.
