This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was tiny, dirty and noisy, we could hear people walking by the room as if there was no door, and people on their rooms too, and the mini bar and air conditioning were very loud. There was no peace at night. There was no hot water in the incredibly small and inconvenient bath and the beds were broken. The front yard area is sad and the pool is abandoned. Although the staff at the reception desk were friendly and professional, and the breakfast has a nice view, don't go there, we were happy to leave.

Well....i really dont recomend 😅🙈 it is pure scary how dirty this Hotel is. They should just shut down this place. It was ok for one Night to sleep, but I would rather sleep in a Car next Time

This place seems shameful to me, firstly because every day we find a cockroach and ants and spiders under the pillows, every day we eat the same thing, the place is falling apart, the worst service is impossible, I asked for paper and it took them a while 3 days to bring it to the room, they don't pick up the rooms or things from the trash cans, the atmosphere in the neighborhood is very bad, people look a lot, at the bottom of the hotel there is a casino full of drunks in the morning making noise and in the games room the same. My opinion is that I would never return here.

Hotel Rovno is the staple of the city of Vidin.
Beautiful view from the higher floors to the Danube river. Next to the amazing park of Vidin. Also its within walking distance of the city center.

Very nice hotel near the coast of Dunava. The reception is open all night. They have a lovely view. I was in a room on the 8th floor and I can see the city and part of the river from above. The room was big. A bit old TV but I'm not here for that. The bathroom was clean. If you have to stay in Vidin and you want a decent hotel with a nice view this is your plece.

The photos do not match reality!! Dirty rooms, spiders around every window (big black spiders), sticky floor in the bathroom! No towel holds. Smelly rooms. Bad breakfast but friendly stuff!

One of the best Hotels in Vidin. Very cheap by western European standards. Spotlessly clean. Good private ensuite facilities and spacious bedrooms.
