Place was nice just had an issue with rooms not being made up. But otherwise the beds were comfortable and staff very nice

Would stay again. I was so surprised by this place. It's a older BIG square hotel. We stayed on west side, noise was low (good), room was way bigger then modern hotels. Clean and everything worked. It was during Covid. We signed up for a time in the pool/hot tub which worked good. Pool/hot tub/showers/towels all great and clean. Always great service and clean comfortable rooms. We often stay with children and dogs and are very well cared for. We stayed there for two nights with our 19 month old son. The hotel is an older, two level building. It has a very nice small very humid and warm atrium and a fair sized swimming pool and a hot pool on the side. Our family had fun in the pool... but the water was very cold. The staff go out of their way to make your stay the very best My flight arrived at 8 am and I was at the hotel by 11am. I asked if I could check in and leave my luggage there. They checked and prioritized my room. It took 15 minutes and my room was ready! I told them not to rush as I could I er to the mall but she said just to wait. So impressed I to maker o on my bed before noon!!!!

The hotel was perfectly maintained, and the staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing we didn't like was how loud neighbouring suites were and how little the hotel did to help when informed.
