The staff at Le Germain Charlevoix, specifically "Ahmet" helped us out of a particularly difficult situation at another Auberge in the area. We are grateful for his help and found that the room we checked into was lovely, clean, quiet and perfect. The food in the resto was delicious and being so close to "Le Massif" is a huge bonus!! Great hotel and staff. It was a great home base for snowboarding at Massif. Live entertainment almost every night. Skating on site. Animal farm in the back. The spa is wonderful and well worth it after a day on the hill. The rooms are well decorated with very high ceilings. The only thing we found subpar was the restaurant—food was okay. The restaurants nearby were a lot better.

It has three buildings, so make sure you are aware which one they put you in. Room is fine otherwise. Food is amazing. Service is top notch also.

We stayed here while skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix. This hotel was a great location, very central to lots of nice restaurants, and a quick drive to the ski hill. Staff was friendly, and breakfasts were fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay while in Baie St. Paul.

Overall not a bad experience, not impressed by rooms or the building I'm general. The service, actually we never got any service... they never cleaned our room..(internal policies, for covid reasons)mostly I had a feeling that everything was dictated by laziness. There was some confusion with our dog and the manager told us we didn’t book the correct room for our pet even though we put in the comments we were bringing a dog and told the desk when we checked in. Simply a wonderful gite. Laurent and Jerome have created a beautiful space -- tastefully appointed with attention to every detail. Surgically clean. The breakfasts were delicious and the presentation was fabulous. The view from the terasse looking over Baie Saint Paul was memorable. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Gite Nature et Princeaux.

From check-in to departure, the experience was excellent. The service was welcoming, the B&B itself was beautiful with a stunning view from the front porches, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the B&B for those looking to stay in Baie St. Paul, close by the city center and the ferry to Isle-aux-Coudres.

Great B&B, I highly recommend making the visit. I stayed for the weekend, the breakfasts were superb (very elegant and extremely flavourful!). Quiet location with a gorgeous view from the veranda. Nice comfortable room, very clean, with a shower in each room. We had a wonderful stay at Les Colibris gite. The hostess of the place was simply wonderful and with a kindness that you don't find much nowadays. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We slept really well. The place is very well located. It is possible to walk everywhere in the city without any problem.

We arrived late, July 2018, after a very long hard day and the host Chantille graciously offered to prepare a wonderful supper rather than seeing us have to go the 4 Km into town to find a restaurant. No reservation, no service. The music attracted us. We DID get a table but waited half hour and had to flag down a server. I think the kitchen might have been the problem since the servers were running around fast enough. Good was great tho and that patio and entertainment were fun!!

Quiet, clean and well-equipped rooms. It's a little on the pricey side of things, but the location is amazing (walk to the beach in a few minutes) and the rooms were probably the nicest I've ever seen for a motel. I stayed at this bed and breakfast during a recent work trip and loved it. The host, Nicole, was excellent and made me feel like I was at home. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and has its own private bathroom. The breakfast was always excellent featuring fresh baked goods and locally sourced cheese, jam, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Baie-St-Paul area.

We'd stay there again! The room was very clean, I liked the bed sheets, white and silky. Pillows were a little flat. And it has a beautiful little private green area just for the motel. Very comfortable with a dog.

Just stayed here (May 2022) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We were nervous going into a smaller town speaking only English but We were fine. Very highly recommended. Stayed in room 119 , supposed to be "budget" room. Small but very modern with A.C., fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee and very clean, large bathroom. Lady at front desk very friendly and accommodating when I went for ice. Nice, thoughtful touches throughout. Close to old section of town which is a wonderful stroll and also close to grocery store.

The reception is fantastic, we were offered anything we would need for our stay, from a wine glass to the use of an oven to warm dinner. I spent one night at Gïte Fleury on Feb 2023 and I really recommend this place! The hosts are great and I immediately felt home. The house is very cozy, perfectly decorated and you'll find everything you need to spend a confortable stay (and very, very clean rooms!)

This place is the gîte! David was the grandmother I never had. Homemade bread and jams, a keen attention to detail and a caring personality make him an exceptional host. An experience that no hotel could ever compete with! The backyard was the garden of eden. All this only steps from the town center. 10/10 would gîte again.

We had a warm welcome in this quirky and well-placed B&B. David and his team of helpers prepared a fantastic breakfast. Our room was on the ground floor so it was a little noisy in the morning as they prepared the breakfast. But the food was such good quality that can be forgiven! Our room was spotlessly clean with a 'chill room' with Netflix and Nintendo games.

A special brew, and a B&B with a difference. We very much enjoyed our stay here from the welcome (complete with a glass of the local brew), the restful nights sleep and the breakfast with a modern twist. Our hostess was charming and the conversation over breakfast with her and our fellow guests was wide-ranging and informative. To top it all the local pub in Baie St-Paul has good beer and food. Cheers
