The location of the hotel is very good and the service staff is very warm. I have reserved a room with smoking. It's spacious and clean. I'll stay here again next time.

I have stayed here for an extended period of time with work and have had a great experience! The staff are great and always very accommodating, they are always doing their best to work around our confusing schedule to clean and maintain the rooms. And the breakfast is a great addition.

Heater fan had a bad bearing and woke me up constantly, bed was nice, kitchenette was awesome to have, gym was ok, didn't have much equipment but got a decent workout in. Breakfast was present but nothing special. Staff was nice.

The room was nice, but they didn't do room service during Christmas Eve or Christmas day. Food on the one day they served it was mediocre.

Nice clean rooms, good friendly service. Included packed breakfast that you order the night before is awesome and very much appreciated, it's placed out on time as well. Fridge and microwave in room sure is handy when working out of town. Complimentary microwaveable popcorn, even had turkey and rice soup the one night as it was really cold. Feel right at home here, will definitely be booking back...

As a home town realtor, I've seen the changes, improvements & growth of our longtime neighborhood restaurant & lounge where many events & memories have been graciously entertained . . . thank you for that and your efforts to keep getting better!

Our staff party was held here. Buffet was amazing. A good variety of food and all was presented beautifully. Service for drinks was very quick and servers were very accommodating and friendly.

We went for Sunday brunch, it was clean and bright and the service good. I had eggs benny which was very good. My only real complaint here was that it is a bit crowded to get by the buffet and around the seating area up top. But this is probably one of the nicer places to eat in the area.

I went to the restaurant for supper and had an excellent salad that was suggested by Brooke. She is one of the most welcoming people I've met. Both times I've been there, she makes me feel completely at home. I'm looking forward to my next meal there.

Food prices are quite high, $30 for a plate of nachos plus chicken or beef on top. Also the servers seem to change frequently. It is however a nice atmosphere in the lounge with a big screen for the Oilers games.

I always stay here when in Bonnyville, but I mostly travel here for work - so I don't need a pool, and prefer it quiet when I'm working early mornings etc... It's nice that there are more places to eat within walking distance now.

Nice place, good BW reward points, courteous staff at front office and breakfast area, eateries just located outside the hotel. My room fridge was a little dirty inside but I wouldn't deduct a point. I will surely visit this place again. Thank you BW Bonnyville :)

Bed were comfy and big, room was very clean, the gym was awesome. Don't know how to use the videogames room l, but I didn't make the effort to ask. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, awesome stay overall.

Very quiet very clean rooms. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The breaky was very good as well.

This is a great hotel for the price. Really clean, rooms and pillows are comfortable, breakfast is good. The gym is perfect for a quick workout, the games room is cool if you have someone to play with, and the video racing is a nice touch too. The virtual sports room is a little finicky, like most virtual golf rooms. But overall, you can't beat this hotel for the price.

Stayed with my girlfriend Claira this week, service was amazing, staff was wildly polite and professional, room was so clean I considered eating off the floor. Charlene was an absolute delight and made sure our stay was perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel !

Well I was absolutely unhappy to see that I was charged $ 25.00 extra ./..... I did not agree to this charge and when I asked about I was told... that is in case I had extra charges. This is not legal in Canada.. I did not agree to this charge and I am sending a letter to the Federal government to let them know what you are doing.

Absolutely amazing. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were awesome and there was even a dry sauna!

Very comfortable beds, nice comfy pillows. Front desk people are awesome. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfy rooms, awesome pool/hot tub. The hotel is very well maintained and kept very clean. Located close to multiple restaurant's. The free breakfast bar is decent. We were very pleased with our stay and will stau here again when in the area.

A nice place to just relax..the breakfast in the morning was a bonus..the pool, hot tub and sauna also quite a nice way to spend some time

Hotel was nice, location was perfect for my business trip. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only complaints I have was upon first checking in I made it all the way to the second floor where my room was and the key card would not work so had to go all the way back down to get it redone. Annoying when your carrying all your stuff. Also after one night's stay at around 8:30 am housekeeping knocked...

We forgot a much loved item behind at the hotel and a staff member (Evelyn) personally mailed it home to us in her free time! They were also very kind, understanding and accommodating for our hockey team and didn’t treat us as a nuisance as most hotels do.

Very nice staff, although my daughter was told she couldn't get a packet of hot chocolate from the lobby one time. Not a big deal really as we were there for a hockey tournament and there was 500 other girls probably wanting hot chocolate. I just went down and grabbed one for her without issue. The pool is warm and the water slide is fun. Sadly, there is no hot tub, so that was a bit of a Downer...

One staff member needs some hospitality training, but the rest were fantastic. The food in the lounge was terrible, don't do it. You're better off throwing something in the microwave, because that's what it tastes like on their end. Bring your own pillow, the ones here are very thick! No hot tub, just a heads up since I missed that one.

Overall hotel is clean with somewhat . friendly staff. Room was reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast was good. The problem lies with the “Pet Friendly “. They charge 25.00 per night. No area for designated for dogs to do their business, not poop bags supplied, no treat bags…..just give us 25.00 per night. We have travelled a lot with our little Yorkie and pet friendly means they make your pet...

Was made to feel welcome despite having to phone and get someone there to check in. Get rid of the 1 ply tp it's terrible. I went and bought real tp.

This is a family run business. Emmie is at the front desk and iis friendly with a great smile. The family is always willing to help and are there giving you what you need before you even know you need it. I have been here a couple of days and so far it's been a great experience. They are helpful without invading your space and just genuine,nice people.. I would recommend this place if you are a down...

Recently I stayed at Bethel-Aspen Inn located in Bonneville Alberta. I found the Inn to be quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. The owners, Marjorie and Harald were friendly and accommodating. A well recommended stay.

From the gracious welcome, the extremely clean and well appointed rooms and common areas to the very extensive continental breakfast we felt well hosted without being over engaged. Although we were probably a bit much for our hosts. Directions to "Mr. Mikes" was right on for really good food. Would choose Bethel Aspen first when in the Bonnyville area again. Highly recommended for good value and...

Props to housekeeping staff for doing a good job cleaning. Kitchenette was very convenient, which saved me a lot of money rather than eating out every night.

immaculately clean room and Hotel has excellent value! Room was large and comfortable. The staff were kind and courteous. Definitely went beyond my expectations for the price.

I stayed here for one night and this place met all my needs. Clean and quiet and close to everything. I was pleasantly surprised with how big the room was. I would stay here again.

The hotel is charming and staff were really nice. The room was clean and felt cozy. The hotel restaurant is a must try, food was SO GOOD! I had the Chicken Shawarma and it was the best I ever had. The kitchenette was very convenient. Good value for what you get, will definitely be back the next time i'm in Bonnyville

This place is so clean, rooms are new and spacious....Randy is very helpful, I would recommend this over any of the high end motels ...the stairs are a bit of a draw back, but not a real big deal
