I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least
We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.
It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.
Great price for high quality room(very spacious!), great hot breakfast that changes every couple days and very friendly staff. We stay here at least once a year sometimes twice when travelling for work or visiting family. We had a slight issue and brought to the attention of staff and Katelin assured us it would be fixed and was very apologetic about it. The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping...
The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.
We had an excellent stay this past Friday night. We travelled from Ottawa, called for an early check-in, and was easily accomodated. Then at the last minute, we had to change to a late check in. We were again, easily accomodated. At our late check in, the front desk woman was so kind. She went out of her way to serve us. There was an issue with my credit card, and she talked me through it, was patient...

We stay at this hotel whenever we travel from.Pearaon Airport. Its a short easy drive to the Park n Fly. Thw rat2s are grwat, staff is fantastix. The upkeep is staeting to fail just a little as far as geounds and common areas. But rooms arw up.to date and clean. Will.defi ately stay here again.
The room was nice and clean with large TV microwave fridge and coffee maker. The staff were also friendly and helpful with a complementarity breakfast. Very nice.
nice staff at check-in and room was very decent for a somewhat older property. Will definitely consider staying here again as needed in the Burlington area.
It was a good place for a good price in a good location for our purposes. We found the mattress too soft for our tastes.
Was very affordable for a one night stay. Hotel is maybe getting a little dated, but for the price point it was more than adequate. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was not great.
Second stay - same as last year: quiet, clean, pleasant - very good for a tighter budget.

I am a good sleeper but the noise from the Qew was unbearable for me. Hotel is great but ask for a room on the opposite side if you want to sleep.
Room was very clean. Staff at front desk very nice. Breakfast was good and the server or breakfast manager he was wearing suit and tie was very nice and had a good sense of humour
Exceeded my expectations on every level. Well located, close to the train station to Toronto. Special thanks to Nikisha at the front desk, who resolved an issue with our room reservation and saved our trip!
I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel, my family is going through our home being flooded and we have had to stay here the past few weeks and its been incredible. They all made it feel like home when we couldn't go to ours, they looked out for us and were always there when we needed anything. The food was amazing and so was the pool , any problems that did arise they made it right immediately...
It was an amazing experience with the Hilton Garden Inn. I recommend you all reading this to book this hotel as it is in a very prime location and provides you with all the facilities.

Good clean room . Good location The only complaint is the very loud noisey heater
Clean room a little on the small side but fine, great TV service and fast wifi. The grounds are nice and clean and the room I had had been freshly updated. The owner was easy to deal with, but wanted a damage deposit, so I'm guessing problems in the past but no big deal for me. Would stay again. A real little hidden gem.
Just had a night here it was good fair priced nice and clean. The owners are professional as far as our interaction went. I have stayed in a lot of motels over the last month and this is up there with the better ones. Could do with blackout blinds.
I stopped at the Royal Inn for a month to month quote?, but unfortunately the owner did not rent by the month, only by the week, and for me too expensive, $600.00 plus taxes or daily rates, but very clean and the owner was very hospitable!!!
Good price for a decent room. A bit small but i liked the location and the parking. Probably one of the better places to stay in Burlington if you are looking for a cheap motel
A little dated and the room was a little cramped, but compared to the other motels in Burlington It is better. decent Parking space and staff were helpful

You can hear everything from the rooms next to you even when they walk . Barely was able to get car out of drive way cause they plowed the snow on the third day of snow fall , so we had a hard time getting in and out of parking lot
I highly recommend staying at City View!! Staff are friendly and very welcoming and accomodating. The grounds are clean, tidy, well maintained. The rooms are absolutely lovely, cozy, and inviting! It was our second stay here and we will definitely return.
Stayed at this hotel with my family. The rooms and the hotel itself was Very clean. The staff were friendly. The owners went out of their way to assure we had the most comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again. Most certainly recommend staying here.
Best place to stay for safety, value and the feeling that you are still at home. Staff are efficient, friendly caring, accommodating and the rooms are clean, and bed comfortable. Close to all major highways. When I was there it felt like I had no worries. Thank you for the great experience!
Incredible hotel beautiful stay. The owner was exceptional to my parents even personally drove them to the airport for their flight. Best customer service I have ever encountered in my whole life. Highly highly recommend
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend to attend a concert. The location was not far from downtown Hamilton. The room was very clean and cozy! Lovely historic building with lots of character. Clean bright bathroom facilities and bonus coffee/tea/cereal/milk provided in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
The Pring Guesthouse is a warm and welcoming, extremely clean house with lots of fun little extras including a full kitchen, free cereal and treats, a bookcase full of board games, and tv and books for entertainment. There’s lots of fun maps and brochures about the Hamilton area. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and helpful and the hostel is quite charming and affordable. I would stay again....
The property and staff itself are amazing but it is located on one of the most dangerous intersections in Hamilton. Absolutely worth the stay but just be careful of the area.
I loved the coziness of the house, the concierge was very nice and polite and there were friendly people staying at the house as well.
I appreciated the comfort of my guestroom, with it's generously sized bed and other furniture. The features allowed easy storage and retrieval of my travel possessions. The kitchen was large and well- equipped for preparing meals as one would at home; the bathroom was spotless, and possessed modern hardware features and well sorted, abundant grooming supplies essential to my requirements. The comprehensive...

I  recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience. Bath of the Shower drain verry poorly took about 30 minuts to drain! had to stop my shower bath was full of water
I liked the room, and the promptness of service we received. The pool and weight room were nice as well. The things we didn't like were the bumpy path to enter the premises, and the fenceline backing the highway was full of trash (probably not the hotels fault, we noticed a bunch of tents hidden behind one of the buildings)
Much better than average mattress, felt like a foam if I'm not mistaken. Although one of the lamps by the bed was broken.
The room is clean and tidy, and relatively new. There is a capsule coffee machine and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is made after ordering. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. There is no commercial street around, but it is next to the highway exit.
Great location if you’re spending time in the Hamilton beaches. Lots of parking. Reasonably priced. Pretty clean.

If it was possible, I would give Cambridge Suites 10 stars out of 5! The hotel is not only affordable but has the cleanest rooms I've been to. Amazing service, cleaning and breakfast. The staff are not only helpful and friendly but always smiling. I highly recommend!
Excellent rooms, spacious clean and in good shape. Breakfast was hot and had a few options, nothing to rave about but middle of the road. Having the suite is underated, especially if you are staying a few nights and need some space.
TEN STARS!! I stayed here this week for 4 nights and I could not be happier with absolutely everything!! Clean, comfortable bed. Perfect shower and water pressure. Great amenities. Easy location. My favourite part was the staff. Everyone was attentive, helpful and friendly, especially Beryl~what an amazing person. I will be back!!
We had a wonderful experience during our 2 night stay. The suites are really clean and well maintained. The suites are very spacious and equipped with kitchen appliances and dishes. Very beautiful and comfortable stay . Staff is great and helpful
Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.
We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.
Great Hotel. The pool was very clean and warm. Perfect for families with small kids. The small shop at the lobby has plenty groceries, but misses diapers Overall, great stay
Overall fantastic hotel with great gym and also a great breakfast buffet- highly recommend!

Thanks to the owners of this lovely B&B who treated us like family ! Clean rooms, bathrooms and tasty breakfast. Location is excellent and nearby Mississauga's city center and Square One Shopping Mall (10 minute walk only). Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Mississauga.
This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and it was actually really nice! The owner was so sweet, kind, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very nice! It's on a quiet little residential street, but still close to city itself so it's easy to get wherever you need to go.
Awkward. Who puts a ceiling fan in a room with a 7-foot ceiling? What B&B owner leaves personal items like clothing and kids' toys in guests' rooms? Why is there no dustbin in the bathroom? And most of all, why does the proprietor have to talk our ears off every time she's around? I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise, the place is fine - everything works and it's clean and it's pretty close...

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far. The management, and the staff, made us feel like we were at home. I couldn’t have been more happier and comfortable staying here. Thank you to everyone that runs this hotel.
Paper thin walls, we stayed for 3 nights, while the parking lots were almost empty it seemed like there was always a party going on the the rooms beside us. Not to the faults of the other guest but the sound proofing was terrible in these rooms. pool and gym are also under construction at the moment and don't look like they are going to be open any time soon.
Based on the cleanliness of my room alone, the hotel deserves 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast wasn't ideal for me based on my vegetarian diet. If you like eggs, meat, or cereal - this will be very satisfying for. The staff was always friendly here and happy to accommodate any questions or concerns. The gym equipment worked which is a rarity in a lot of hotels. They had an elliptical, 2 tredmills...
Exactly what you expect for a hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff, very respectful. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but had plenty of options; Fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juice, water, coffee, tea.The alarm clock in my room was warn down and couldn't set the alarm, so I used my phone instead. The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. I know this because I have been awake for the past 3 hours counting the seconds between flyovers.

Amazing hotel and The best service. Would definitely recommend this place for family stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The front desk turban guy was very polite and helped me with the breakfast in the morning. Will back soon for sure and A+ rating for hotel.
Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

The rooms and staff are friendly and courteous. However, very very few options in breakfast and the menu doesn't change - which is boring. No eggs/meat options. A rather middle-of-the-road hotel. I have stayed here on a number of occasions in the past. But, this time, I was sad to see that it's quality has come down a few notches since I was there last. Google does route to the back of the hotel, which is the front of the truck stop. Just drive around and you'll get to the parking lot at the hotel's front door. Best price for where we needed to be. Wi-fi was fine, fridge and microwave were good and the breakfast was sufficient.

A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !
Location is good very close to airport. Very clean. Price is very cheap during summer. I will recommend to friends.
Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.
Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.
I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money
This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. Very odd layout, bathroom was small, bed was comfortable and place was clean. We didn't receive any shampoo in the room so we went to front desk. Within 5 minutes we had bottles delivered to our room. Great service
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but also clean and nice enough. The breakfast was great, real dishes and silverware, lots of options, most fairly healthy. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, check out too. The pool looked nice, the while building in general is beautiful, but I didn't have the time to try it out.
Location is great, right off the highway and near a shopping mall. Very convenient. Rooms are clean. There was no advertising of the event however because the hotel was not running the event.
This hotel is a fair size facility with lots of rooms as well as a pool and common areas to hangout at and relax with friends. The check in was a little rusty and the young lady doing it must have been having a pretty bad day as she was very short with us. The pool is on the ground level but it looks pretty decent. Parking is ample, but some might have to park downhill if you get there late. The...

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.
Good for taking early flight or arrive late. The hotel is near the Viscount  Station that a free rail connect to Terminal 1 & 3.
Convenient location for staying to catch up on the next day flight. The room is clean. Room size not too small. The staff are friendly.
Great economical hotel for overnight transit at Toronto Airport. Easy to access. Highly recommend.
Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient
Close to the airport, very convenient location

The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who...
Next to Pearson Airport, you can see the runway from the window. The facilities are convenient. The air conditioning in the room is a bit loud. Parking requires an additional fee. The staff is friendly.
DoubleTree by Hilton Good quality Like
The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. I didn't drink the water on purpose...
The room was clean and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient
Clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and there are hot muffins on arrival, which taste good.

This is a very well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely nice and our room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the view that we had as the convenience of having the highway and airport nearby. There are people that say there are a lack of restaurants nearby, which I get, but if you have a car or Uber, there are AMAZING restaurants nearby; like King Tandoori, which has very delicious Indian...
Fantastic place. Room is huge! Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Our room was facing the highway but there was minimal noise. The only issue we had was the atrociously loud air conditioning unit. Seems to be a problem in all the Canadian hotels we’ve stayed in. Need some good earplugs for our next trip!
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! They were doing renos in our apartment and we needed to find pet friendly accommodations for 2 elderly cats who have never left the house for more than an hour or two. Naturally, this was stressful. The hotel made this trip so easy. The room was perfect for our needs, clean and quiet. We picked a king deluxe room so we'd both have a work space, and it was...
Excellent stay which over exceeds our expectations. The room was super spacious and clean. The property managers were very friendly and accommodating
I went here and now that it's been renovated it has many updates and a clean fresh overall feel. I had assistance from a gentleman by the name of Sam and he went over and above to make my stay one of the most enjoyable times I've ever had in a hotel. I know that your experience may not require the same assistance that I needed but I am fortunate enough to have had an employee like Sam that makes sure...
We had a spotlessly clean, newly renovated room, and excellent friendly customer service from all of the staff. Our dinner and breakfast at the Garden Grille were delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel is located in a very industrial area north of the airport, but the price was great, and it had everything we needed for our one night stay!

A bit annoying to be asked at check in if I have a car and told it's an extra $25 a night for parking. I should have expected it since airport hotels all do it but still I wish it was just built into the price. Does anyone ever arrive on foot and not have to pay the parking fee? Overall it's a decent hotel, our suite was spacious and comfortable. Quite clean overall. One of three TV's didn't work...
We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is ice. The 2 ladies working there are the best employees in the place. They really are great. We would stay here again.
We were staying here because I was having surgery nearby. The rooms were very good, especially for our needs at the time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It made an otherwise uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it could have been.
The hotel is a bit dated and some fixtures were quite loose. Decent water pressure and temperature in the rooms. If you are planning on using the pans in the kitchen they do not hold heat very well and are very low quality. It is nice having a full kitchen though. Rooms are cleaned every second day, but dishwashing rags or soap is not always replenished but available if requested. The staff were friendly...
It's a great place to stay in, as they say it's not a hotel it's a residence and that's true. Everything you need, room are spacious, kitchen have all the utensils except pressure cooker if you need one get one. Be careful of the pool water it might irritate your eyes sometimes. Gym is fully equipped. Room service is amazing. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you get a evening snacks which is more than...

The hotel staff was patient and polite. Food was good too but on the pricier side.
A big conglomerate of a place. The room was ok, but I personally didn't like it. I found it depressing, maybe you won't?
I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives...
I stayed at this hotel and while the room and location were fine, I’m very disappointed with the handling of my deposit. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves the issue, as this is not the level of service...
Nice hotel. Very busy but room was great and bed was comfortable
