I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least

We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.

It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.

Great price for high quality room(very spacious!), great hot breakfast that changes every couple days and very friendly staff. We stay here at least once a year sometimes twice when travelling for work or visiting family. The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.

Hey just wanted to give a huge thanks to the staff at the Admiral Inn in Burlington!! Rooms were great, (all besides 1 but problem was rectified immediately) beds were super comfortable and to top it all off there's a microwave and beer fridge in every room!!! Front desk staff were very accommodating, friendly and even had plastic forks lol!Thanks Admiral Inn we'll meet again soon :)

Mixed feelings about this establishment. Greeted by a cloud of smoke and excessive cigarette butts as I entered. Upon checking in I was greeted by a friendly and professional gentleman. I've stayed here many times for work. Staff is always super friendly and easy to get along with. Free complimentary breakfast rooms are updated and cozy. Water is always hot for showers so that's always a big Plus in my book.

I am a good sleeper but the noise from the Qew was unbearable for me. Hotel is great but ask for a room on the opposite side if you want to sleep.

I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel, my family is going through our home being flooded and we have had to stay here the past few weeks and its been incredible. They all made it feel like home when we couldn't go to ours, they looked out for us and were always there when we needed anything. Clean room a little on the small side but fine, great TV service and fast wifi. The grounds are nice and clean and the room I had had been freshly updated. The owner was easy to deal with, but wanted a damage deposit, so I'm guessing problems in the past but no big deal for me. Would stay again. A real little hidden gem.

Just had a night here it was good fair priced nice and clean. The owners are professional as far as our interaction went. I have stayed in a lot of motels over the last month and this is up there with the better ones. Could do with blackout blinds.

I stopped at the Royal Inn for a month to month quote?, but unfortunately the owner did not rent by the month, only by the week, and for me too expensive, $600.00 plus taxes or daily rates, but very clean and the owner was very hospitable!!!

I highly recommend staying at City View!! Staff are friendly and very welcoming and accomodating. The grounds are clean, tidy, well maintained. The rooms are absolutely lovely, cozy, and inviting! It was our second stay here and we will definitely return.

Great location, didn't take advantage of the services but the bed was comfy and the shower was a powerful experience. Only complaint is housekeeping came by before checkout, it was quite early. Also there was an adequate amount of pillows.

Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and it was actually really nice! The owner was so sweet, kind, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very nice! It's on a quiet little residential street, but still close to city itself so it's easy to get wherever you need to go.

Awkward. Who puts a ceiling fan in a room with a 7-foot ceiling? What B&B owner leaves personal items like clothing and kids' toys in guests' rooms? Why is there no dustbin in the bathroom? And most of all, why does the proprietor have to talk our ears off every time she's around? I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise, the place is fine - everything works and it's clean and it's pretty close...

Paper thin walls, we stayed for 3 nights, while the parking lots were almost empty it seemed like there was always a party going on the the rooms beside us. Not to the faults of the other guest but the sound proofing was terrible in these rooms. pool and gym are also under construction at the moment and don't look like they are going to be open any time soon.

The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

I booked on short notice as my flight was cancelled. When I arrived, the man demanded I pay and extra $250 dollar deposit and that it would be refunded immediately. I explained that I didn’t have that kind of money so we came to an agreement where I payed all I had bar $40. The hotel is 10 mins away from Toronto Airport, diatance is excellent for unplanned stays due to flights cancellation etc. The bed and pillows are "perfectly comfortable" Vishal did quick check-in procedure. Breakfast are homey, was way good, and the Filipina lady was accommodating. Plus the pancake was yummy! ;)

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel for one week. The location of hotel is very convenient. Even the airport is close by .The bus stops are nearby. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We were very pleased by the staff especially Vishal at the front desk who helped us to book a local taxi. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The price/performance ratio of the hotel is average, and there are no services, but the room is clean and tidy, and the basic configuration is still there. The main location is superior. The nucleic acid for returning home is next door, and the opposite bus goes directly to the airport. It is good if necessary

The room was very nice and updated recently. Staff was very helpful and polite. The only thing I would do differently is to bring my own towels next time. Their towels are kind of small. Overall we had a great experience.

Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The room was clean and service provided every day to keep it clean. Lobby, room itself and restaurant is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to airport but not with public transportation. Toronto takes about an hour at rush hour and 30 min in regular hours. Staff was really friendly.

Stayed one night and parked for one week, before a trip. Used shuttle service to get to the airport and it was all very smooth. Check in was quite busy and only had one person working though. The woman working at the desk was lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we have an early flight.

Great place! When I booked it I didn’t expect much because it was the cheapest rate I could find. But the room was up to date and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated- great shower! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was so simple! The restaurant has a beautiful breakfast for $15. Coffee/tea included. Really delicious, good coffee and quality ingredients.

Rooms are basic, absolutely nothing exciting. Be prepared to listen to transports constantly. Shuttle experience sub par for an airport hotel during the busiest travel season. Only runs every 40 minutes. Arrived to hotel late. A 620am shuttle only got you to Pearson Terminal 1 for 700am.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and well appointed with mini fridge and microwave. Shower was good and hot. We did the breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant. $12.50pp for the quality of food we good at hotel in Niagara for free so definitely skip that. Go across the road to master steaks and get a real cooked breakfast for $10.50.

I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. Hotel staff friendly - they were able to take cash deposit for a last minute stay as I didnt have a credit card. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.

We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok.
