The building is under construction so a lot of facilities cannot be used. Rooms are quite clean, and location is good.
Very nice genuine hotel, love the employees they are very nice and respectful and not judgmental depending on how you present yourself. Love there morning breakfast can say it’s delightful and one of a kind I can say you can be amazed by chef cooking also it’s amazing the new upgrades will be amazing as it’s under construction for newer additions to the hotel here.
The hotel was under renovations so it’s hard to give a reflective review but the staff were phenomenal. Even though it was a busy (and loud) weekend, the staff at front desk were so patient and willing to help in many ways (look for a playpen even after they ran out, provide ice, accommodate later check outs, discounts at restaurants). They were all super friendly. The missing star is because of...
Recently, I attended the Ontario Beekeepers conference. I really enjoyed the lunch that the facility provided. The wait staff were super and funny. Thanks for your service, a great experience!
Our fridge was full of food, we were quickly moved to another room and given coupons for free breakfast to make up for it. Excellent service. The room was lovely, bed really comfy. Holiday Inn rarely disappoints, this one was no exception.
Great hotel for a good price. Everything was clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and the pool is very warm, which I'm a fan of. Restaurant had the normal hotel fare and reasonably priced. Room was pretty large for the price. Pictures say everything.

I am a good sleeper but the noise from the Qew was unbearable for me. Hotel is great but ask for a room on the opposite side if you want to sleep.
Room was very clean. Staff at front desk very nice. Breakfast was good and the server or breakfast manager he was wearing suit and tie was very nice and had a good sense of humour
Exceeded my expectations on every level. Well located, close to the train station to Toronto. Special thanks to Nikisha at the front desk, who resolved an issue with our room reservation and saved our trip!
I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel, my family is going through our home being flooded and we have had to stay here the past few weeks and its been incredible. They all made it feel like home when we couldn't go to ours, they looked out for us and were always there when we needed anything. The food was amazing and so was the pool , any problems that did arise they made it right immediately...
It was an amazing experience with the Hilton Garden Inn. I recommend you all reading this to book this hotel as it is in a very prime location and provides you with all the facilities.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few different occasions & it never ceases to keep me smiling. The rooms are always clean and beautifully/modernly decorated, and the continental breakfast is above and beyond. All the staff are super friendly, and on more than one occasion, they have gone way out of their way to make sure I had the most enjoyable stay at their facility. If I had any questions or concerns...
It's a beautiful hotel with a perfect location to reach the waterfront trail or to watch the sunrise. Its near the downtown and many restaurants and cafes are nearby at a walkinf distance. City hall and village square are on a 6 mins walking distance. However when they say lake view rooms those are not actual lake view but you get to see part of it based on the rooms you get. Breakfast served is amazing...
Second time at this hotel - It is alright. I wouldn't rate this as a great hotel. It is good, and somewhat clean. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. Downtown Burlington is boring, so nothing really exciting. I don't think this hotel is worth over 200. I've seen it go as high as 350/night. The staff are blank. They were not helpful, accommodating, one of them was rude. I had to dispose of garbage...
Found it easily. Was close to our conference venue. Our room was clean and decently appointed. The location of the property was so nice as we were right on the water!! The attached Port House restaurant was delicious food. A few of the menu items weren't available but our server, Shaquille made up for it.
Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. View never disappoints here. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are always clean...
View never disappoints here. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are always clean and breakfast in AM is great value that's added. I prefer the rooms with the park view. Also this hotel is very conveniently located for dining and other amenities and facilities in downtown Burlington.

We stay at this hotel whenever we travel from.Pearaon Airport. Its a short easy drive to the Park n Fly. Thw rat2s are grwat, staff is fantastix. The upkeep is staeting to fail just a little as far as geounds and common areas. But rooms arw up.to date and clean. Will.defi ately stay here again.
The room was nice and clean with large TV microwave fridge and coffee maker. The staff were also friendly and helpful with a complementarity breakfast. Very nice.
nice staff at check-in and room was very decent for a somewhat older property. Will definitely consider staying here again as needed in the Burlington area.
It was a good place for a good price in a good location for our purposes. We found the mattress too soft for our tastes.
Was very affordable for a one night stay. Hotel is maybe getting a little dated, but for the price point it was more than adequate. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was not great.
Second stay - same as last year: quiet, clean, pleasant - very good for a tighter budget.

You can hear everything from the rooms next to you even when they walk . Barely was able to get car out of drive way cause they plowed the snow on the third day of snow fall , so we had a hard time getting in and out of parking lot
I highly recommend staying at City View!! Staff are friendly and very welcoming and accomodating. The grounds are clean, tidy, well maintained. The rooms are absolutely lovely, cozy, and inviting! It was our second stay here and we will definitely return.
Stayed at this hotel with my family. The rooms and the hotel itself was Very clean. The staff were friendly. The owners went out of their way to assure we had the most comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again. Most certainly recommend staying here.
Best place to stay for safety, value and the feeling that you are still at home. Staff are efficient, friendly caring, accommodating and the rooms are clean, and bed comfortable. Close to all major highways. When I was there it felt like I had no worries. Thank you for the great experience!
Incredible hotel beautiful stay. The owner was exceptional to my parents even personally drove them to the airport for their flight. Best customer service I have ever encountered in my whole life. Highly highly recommend
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Stayed here for 2 nights with a friend to attend a concert. The location was not far from downtown Hamilton. The room was very clean and cozy! They have complimentary breakfast for travellers as well. Staff definitely made the experience one-of-a-kind for us! They're very professional and accommodating! The owner made sure we had a great stay experience and went the extra mile...

Clean and reasonably priced hotel Got upgraded to king size bed upon arrival which was great! Room is spacious and with welcoming atmosphere. The stuff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely will be staying there again
Decently clean. Quiet. The issue I have is that they process the deposit as an actual purchase, not as a hold, and then process a refund at check-out time. They also insisted on inspecting our room. I don't know what kind of people frequent their hotel, but management certainly doesn't trust their guests. I also resent having to show ID just to sleep.
You get what you pay for. It's a little far but the rooms are super clean and the staff is friendly

There was a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel, you could see light coming through the wall around the door frame, and the lock didn't work on the first room we were given (had to go back to the front desk to try 3 different sets of key cards, turns out the lock battery was dead)
Good breakfast. Daily housekeeping not available but would have expected it if staying more than 2 days.
Costumer service I think the only thing I have to complain about was the service at the front desk. I walked in 5 minutes before 3 and the guy at the front barely spoke and looked at me. He only said "I don't know if your room is ready" then I asked well I can wait the 5 minutes and let me know. He never called anyone to ask if my room was ready. 5 minutes pass and a new person is there and it's a...
I like the facilities provided by the hotel management.we didnt need to ask for anything as everything was available there . The room was quite comfortable ,neat and clean . All other necessary amenities was provided properly .in constrast ,my overall experience was quite wonderful ,i enjoyed my stay there .
Room was clean and well-equipped with competitive rates. Parking adjacent to rooms for easy entry via sliding door is a big plus. Would stay again.
I was the second parking to try to check in. Waited 15 minutes while the only person behind the check-in talk to somebody on the phone. I prepaid my reservation otherwise I would’ve left on the spot.

Good clean room . Good location The only complaint is the very loud noisey heater
Clean room a little on the small side but fine, great TV service and fast wifi. The grounds are nice and clean and the room I had had been freshly updated. The owner was easy to deal with, but wanted a damage deposit, so I'm guessing problems in the past but no big deal for me. Would stay again. A real little hidden gem.
Just had a night here it was good fair priced nice and clean. The owners are professional as far as our interaction went. I have stayed in a lot of motels over the last month and this is up there with the better ones. Could do with blackout blinds.
I stopped at the Royal Inn for a month to month quote?, but unfortunately the owner did not rent by the month, only by the week, and for me too expensive, $600.00 plus taxes or daily rates, but very clean and the owner was very hospitable!!!
Good price for a decent room. A bit small but i liked the location and the parking. Probably one of the better places to stay in Burlington if you are looking for a cheap motel
A little dated and the room was a little cramped, but compared to the other motels in Burlington It is better. decent Parking space and staff were helpful

Okay for the money. Had to ask for clean towels, no daily housekeeping.
Breakfast was amazing! It was much better than I expected! And included in the stay. The room was OK and suited our needs. We had our pup with us so our options were limited. Overall a good stay. Friendly staff and friendly guests.
Highly recommend this hotel! My boyfriend and I were looking for a local stay and Quality hotel checked all of our boxes. Excellent service when we called to book the jacuzzi room (so nice) and the staff were so helpful and kind when checking in and turning on the sauna for us. Great price for a fantastic stay!!
This place is awesome. A thousand percent recommend the room with the jacuzzi. Made for a very relaxing night. Plus this place has a pool and a sauna, AND a continental breakfast included in the price. I needed a last minute hotel room for the right price, and quality hotels absolutely exceeded my expectations.
I stayed there one night. The room and lobby weren't very clean and looked old and worn. The room was clean though. Breakfast was continental buffet and better than expected.
Easy check in, very pleasant staff, comfortable clean room, great breakfast selection

I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least
We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.
It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.
Great price for high quality room(very spacious!), great hot breakfast that changes every couple days and very friendly staff. We stay here at least once a year sometimes twice when travelling for work or visiting family. We had a slight issue and brought to the attention of staff and Katelin assured us it would be fixed and was very apologetic about it. The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping...
The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.
We had an excellent stay this past Friday night. We travelled from Ottawa, called for an early check-in, and was easily accomodated. Then at the last minute, we had to change to a late check in. We were again, easily accomodated. At our late check in, the front desk woman was so kind. She went out of her way to serve us. There was an issue with my credit card, and she talked me through it, was patient...

I’ll return to thus place when i need a safe comfortable cozy place to stay. Clean , organized and attention to detail taken by the owners. Very friendly and engaging hosts. They make every guest feel welcome and some great conversation if you want or they offer the option for solitude if that’s your preference. First class !!
Amazing hosts! The suite was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were SO comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection! The pool and hot tub are in a beautiful backyard oasis where we got to relax and visit with an adorable little bunny. You're right in the city but would never know it. Sitting here having my coffee before checkout and don't want to leave. Thanks so much for...
Lin and Steve are the perfect hosts! They are very warm, kind and welcoming! I really felt at home. It was my first time to try B&B and I'm glad that I did! Their house is spotless, clean and comforting. Breakfasts were good too! Downtown Burlington is a gem as well! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops! I wished my stay was longer. It's very accessible to Toronto via Go Transit!
Lovely people. The hospitality is great, the service is excellent and the owners make you feel at home and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly.
Lovely B&B run by lovely people. We had anoce room, plenty of freedom and a pleasant breakfast with good conversation.

Fair service and facility from the room charges, efficient check-in, plus a quick meal box for breakfast and free coffee served.
The hotel is very old, the facilities are average, the service is very good, the hygiene is average, the price is cheap, and it always feels good. There is also breakfast. The breakfast is very simple. The guy and girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic and very helpful. Thank you very much.
Motel 6 is ok, not bad, not great. Clean enough, but not great. Soundproof is not about this place, I heard all the noises outside and from other rooms, anyway, friendly service, but it is far to nearest public transport stop, so if you don't have a car, it is little complicated to go somewhere. If you have your own car and a little deaf, this place is for you.
This location is without a doubt the best Motel 6 I have ever been to in the GTA. It’s obviously not a five star hotel, this is still a motel. But the locations is well managed and well maintained by all accounts and I was able to get my work done on my computer just fine, the internet was good. The staff here are extremely professional and polite and very keen to keep the location as such. Definitely...
Definitely a good place to stay for motel lovers if driving from Toronto to Hamilton area or Niagara Falls! Free parking, free wifi, close to MacDonald and restaurants! I would rate 5 star if the rooms had a microwave, mini freeze, and coffee machines!!!
Good place not much to really say, clean, friendly and a good area.
