It's a beautiful hotel with a perfect location to reach the waterfront trail or to watch the sunrise.Its near the downtown and many restaurants and cafes are nearby at a walkinf distance. City hall and village square are on a 6 mins walking distance. However when they say lake view rooms those are not actual lake view but you get to see part of it based on the rooms you get. Breakfast served is amazing...

Second time at this hotel - It is alright. I wouldn't rate this as a great hotel. It is good, and somewhat clean. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. Downtown Burlington is boring, so nothing really exciting. I don't think this hotel is worth over 200. I've seen it go as high as 350/night. The staff are blank. They were not helpful, accommodating, one of them was rude. I had to dispose of garbage...

Found it easily. Was close to our conference venue. Our room was clean and decently appointed. The location of the property was so nice as we were right on the water!! The attached Port House restaurant was delicious food. A few of the menu items weren't available but our server, Shaquille made up for it.

I am a good sleeper but the noise from the Qew was unbearable for me. Hotel is great but ask for a room on the opposite side if you want to sleep.

Room was very clean. Staff at front desk very nice. Breakfast was good and the server or breakfast manager he was wearing suit and tie was very nice and had a good sense of humour

I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel, my family is going through our home being flooded and we have had to stay here the past few weeks and its been incredible. They all made it feel like home when we couldn't go to ours, they looked out for us and were always there when we needed anything. The hotel staff are amazing. The bar and cook exceeded all of my expectations. Room was clean and everything was awesome. My only suggestion to the hotel is to make the hot tub hotter.

We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.

It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.

We had an excellent stay this past Friday night. We travelled from Ottawa, called for an early check-in, and was easily accomodated. Then at the last minute, we had to change to a late check in. I love Best Western hotels and usually always have a great experience and this one didn't disappoint. They are currently renovating the hotel and it is starting to look really nice. The rooms were clean, a good size and a reasonable value! The morning breakfast was great too. Eggs, Waffles, bagels, bacon, hash browns, baked good. Room was clean and had the Basics available. Coffee maker fridge microwave. Also brought our dog for a small fee. Wish there was a variety store or something within walking distance for the basic needs we forgot. Over all friendly and helpful staff fair pricing.

Hey just wanted to give a huge thanks to the staff at the Admiral Inn in Burlington!! Rooms were great, (all besides 1 but problem was rectified immediately) beds were super comfortable and to top it all off there's a microwave and beer fridge in every room!!! Front desk staff were very accommodating, friendly and even had plastic forks lol!Thanks Admiral Inn we'll meet again soon :)

Mixed feelings about this establishment. Greeted by a cloud of smoke and excessive cigarette butts as I entered. Upon checking in I was greeted by a friendly and professional gentleman. Would have preferred a room on the ground floor but nothing was available. Quiet until 11pm. I called the desk to complain. I believe this hotel is for working girls and their pimps. The staff is very nice especially housekeeping and the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of food and drinks. The location is very convenient.

I've stayed here many times for work. Staff is always super friendly and easy to get along with. Free complimentary breakfast rooms are updated and cozy. Water is always hot for showers so that's always a big Plus in my book.

Clean room a little on the small side but fine, great TV service and fast wifi. The grounds are nice and clean and the room I had had been freshly updated. The owner was easy to deal with, but wanted a damage deposit, so I'm guessing problems in the past but no big deal for me. Would stay again. A real little hidden gem.

Just had a night here it was good fair priced nice and clean. The owners are professional as far as our interaction went. I have stayed in a lot of motels over the last month and this is up there with the better ones. Could do with blackout blinds.

I stopped at the Royal Inn for a month to month quote?, but unfortunately the owner did not rent by the month, only by the week, and for me too expensive, $600.00 plus taxes or daily rates, but very clean and the owner was very hospitable!!!

Good price for a decent room. A bit small but i liked the location and the parking. Probably one of the better places to stay in Burlington if you are looking for a cheap motel

Best place to stay for safety, value and the feeling that you are still at home. Staff are efficient, friendly caring, accommodating and the rooms are clean, and bed comfortable. Close to all major highways. When I was there it felt like I had no worries. Thank you for the great experience!

The room and building are clean. Lots of space to spread out. I was able to get my Roku from home to work with the motels computer. Good place to stay overall. They have hot breakfast, but the I have had much better breakfast in other hotels. The sausages taste like they passed the best by date quite a whole ago.

Really enjoyed my stay here last weekend for a business / national board exam! Their facility is well kept, clean, the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially after flying in to Toronto so late. There's food and great coffee nearby which made my trip so much better!

Great hotel with a very nice view. Our suite was clean and had more than we needed (fridge, stove, microwave...). There was only two things that kept it from being a perfect stay: the eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast; house keeping was banging on our door to clean the room 2 hours before checkout (we were getting ready to checkout at that time and didn't care about cleaning at that time)

Stayed at this hotel in November 2022 for two nights. We loved this place as it was extremely clean, very nice rooms (up to date and well appointed), and friendly staff! Pool area had a whirlpool hot tub as well as a sauna, very clean and well maintained without excess use of chlorine or other chemicals. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Only stayed one night but everything was spectacular. I had the pool and hot tub all to myself (open until 11pm!) and the rooms were very nice. Bed was super comfy and the heating and cooling was easily operated. To top it off the breakfast was phenomenal for such a low price. I will be staying here the next time I’m in town for sure.

This little hotel we found was the best thing for what we needed when we were in town for a competition at the college. It was: Affordable, clean; staff was friendly and accommodating, beds were comfortable, the facilities within the room were stocked fresh and nothing was shorted...and the doors locked (yah this can be a thing 🙄) We will definitely be back to this space again when back in town.

Great location, didn't take advantage of the services but the bed was comfy and the shower was a powerful experience. Only complaint is housekeeping came by before checkout, it was quite early. Also there was an adequate amount of pillows.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays, the bed was so comfy and the pillows were so nice! We enjoyed a hot breakfast in the morning. If you're looking for an affordable and friendly place to stay, check out the Quality Inn on Goderich in Stoney Creek you'll be happy you did!

Friendly staff. Coffee and newspaper in the lobby. Going through renovations. Hopefully the renovations up date the entire hotel as it is quite old. Comfortable beds. Nice size TV. Fast internet. Hot shower.

Holiday Inn Express Hamilton Ontario is only 5 minutes walk from Gage Park home to many free greenhouses and kid-friendly activities. Hamilton is home to part of the Royal Botanical Gardens!

Having breakfast downstairs? Don't sit at a table directly in front of the window... unless you enjoy being frozen by the air conditioning!
