Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
Burlington, 2412 Queensway Drive 🧭 Map
I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least
We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.
It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.
Great price for high quality room(very spacious!), great hot breakfast that changes every couple days and very friendly staff. We stay here at least once a year sometimes twice when travelling for work or visiting family. We had a slight issue and brought to the attention of staff and Katelin assured us it would be fixed and was very apologetic about it. The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping...
The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.
We had an excellent stay this past Friday night. We travelled from Ottawa, called for an early check-in, and was easily accomodated. Then at the last minute, we had to change to a late check in. We were again, easily accomodated. At our late check in, the front desk woman was so kind. She went out of her way to serve us. There was an issue with my credit card, and she talked me through it, was patient...

We stay at this hotel whenever we travel from.Pearaon Airport. Its a short easy drive to the Park n Fly. Thw rat2s are grwat, staff is fantastix. The upkeep is staeting to fail just a little as far as geounds and common areas. But rooms arw up.to date and clean. Will.defi ately stay here again.
The room was nice and clean with large TV microwave fridge and coffee maker. The staff were also friendly and helpful with a complementarity breakfast. Very nice.
nice staff at check-in and room was very decent for a somewhat older property. Will definitely consider staying here again as needed in the Burlington area.
It was a good place for a good price in a good location for our purposes. We found the mattress too soft for our tastes.
Was very affordable for a one night stay. Hotel is maybe getting a little dated, but for the price point it was more than adequate. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was not great.
Second stay - same as last year: quiet, clean, pleasant - very good for a tighter budget.

This has become our go to hotel in Mississauga. Great location, quiet, clean, modern, RV charging, and free parking. My whole family loved it.
Long-term hotel, cost-effective
We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception...
Overall solid stay at Glo.
Pros:
Fairly clean, well maintained, and large rooms (king suite). Staff were very courteous as well.
Cons:
The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but not bad.
Even though it was under construction, the room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Definitely one of the best rooms I've booked and will be staying here again in the near future. Happy customer.
The hotel room was very clean and lots of space. Has good size microwave, mini fridge, and clean standup shower. However, it was loud at night and some kids were running in the hallway. It’s also under construction so abit dusty. But over all the staff is really nice and helpful.

Hampton Inn Toronto-Mississauga
Mississauga, 7040 Edward Boulevard 🧭 Map
The review is for after they changed name to Edward inn. It would be nice to have new hotel name rather than using old one. It was hard to find the place. A clogged and over flowing toilet was a pretty upsetting welcome. No cup or ice bucket in the room. Coffer maker without providing any cup is kinda pointless. Ice machines on only one floor works. Gaarbages on top of vending and ice machines stayed...
Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. The locks on the doors are a bit finicky, sometimes making me try the card a couple times or just flat out not work at all. Lots of noise from airplanes on the 3rd floor, lower levels may be better. Decent...
Amazing stay. Great location & hospitality, was even upgraded to suite jacuzzi as room type was not available. What else you can expect from Hampton teammates. Decent breakfast nice decor in the lobby.
Amazing hotel and The best service. Would definitely recommend this place for family stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The front desk turban guy was very polite and helped me with the breakfast in the morning. Will back soon for sure and A+ rating for hotel.
Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.
Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. Free breakfast included waffles (make your own), oatmeal, fruit, pastries, cereal, toppings...

A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport.
The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle.
The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable.
I will stay in this hotel in the future !
Location is good very close to airport. Very clean. Price is very cheap during summer. I will recommend to friends.
Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.
Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. The aircon unit made a weird mechanical noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Had a pleasant experience the next day. The staff was extremely helpful in moving me to a different..way better room. It is close to the airport with some good food options in the vicinity.
This hotel had the best price in the area at the time we booked. A short walk to restaurants and close to the airport. We required minimal service and the staff was very pleasant. The layout for the room was great . Included full size desk area and chair with ottoman. The bed was very comfortable but the bed side table had a layer of dust. There were carpet nails sicking out at the bathroom door. The...

The location is not very good, but it's OK if you drive yourself. The front desk staff are nice and the hygiene is OK. Overall it's OK.
This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. There are two Best Westerns here and this is the one that allows airport shuttle pick up after midnight. (Taxi is expensive here, so pick this Best Western if...
The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.
Nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Big spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of parking. The gym is a little small. Restaurant on site is very expensive.
All was well with the hotel. Only recommendations is that they help with luggages.

I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. Why are they trying to compare their place to these high ends hotel when super 5 not a high ends hotel!!.. it a motel not a hotel. Big differences.
Great price and the Staff are friendly accommodating. The rooms furnishings are like new and the room itself was well isolated from the cold -20°C nights. Thank-you Super 5 Inn, you deserve a 5 star!
The staff are extremely accommodating and always willing to help out their clients. They make you feel very welcome. The rooms are really nice and. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Very nice people working there, very down to earth. We were stuck in Toronto for an extra day due to a certain airline cancelling our flight at it was around 10 in the morning. Quality Inn & Suites
Brampton, 30 Clark Boulevard 🧭 Map
Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.
I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money
This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.
Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

I mean, the room is exactly what you expect for 100 bucks a night. It's no romantic getaway, and definitely wouldn't recommend it for any stays longer than a few days...but it's an alright place to go to when you're on a budget and have no where else to go.

Deluxe Inn is the best place to go to on a budget. I was skeptical at first looking a the reviews. But upon our arrival I was pleased. The rooms seemed clean enough to stay for a night or two. I stayed here for two weeks in January, and there are a lot of good things about this hotel, but also some not so good things. First off, the service was excellent and super-responsive to my needs. Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.
Very odd layout, bathroom was small, bed was comfortable and place was clean. We didn't receive any shampoo in the room so we went to front desk. Within 5 minutes we had bottles delivered to our room. Great service
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but also clean and nice enough.
The breakfast was great, real dishes and silverware, lots of options, most fairly healthy.
Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, check out too.
The pool looked nice, the while building in general is beautiful, but I didn't have the time to try it out.
Location is great, right off the highway and near a shopping mall. Very convenient. Rooms are clean. There was no advertising of the event however because the hotel was not running the event.
This hotel is a fair size facility with lots of rooms as well as a pool and common areas to hangout at and relax with friends. The check in was a little rusty and the young lady doing it must have been having a pretty bad day as she was very short with us. The pool is on the ground level but it looks pretty decent. The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.
Good for taking early flight or arrive late.
The hotel is near the Viscount Station that a free rail connect to Terminal 1 & 3.
Convenient location for staying to catch up on the next day flight. The room is clean. Room size not too small. The staff are friendly.
Great economical hotel for overnight transit at Toronto Airport. Easy to access. Highly recommend.
Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. DoubleTree by Hilton Good quality Like
The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. Very nice and clean hotel good service...
Amenities: The Residence Inn's amenities were as complete as ever.
Service: I booked a king-size bed with a sofa bed, but was upgraded to a suite. I was very satisfied.
Amenities: There's a basketball court outside the hotel, but unfortunately I didn't have time to play. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
By the way, it's very close to the airport.
Very close to the airport. Convenient
The cheapest hotel in Toronto. The breakfast is not good. It is barely usable for business trips. There is no hotel shuttle bus. It is very troublesome.
A bit annoying to be asked at check in if I have a car and told it's an extra $25 a night for parking. I should have expected it since airport hotels all do it but still I wish it was just built into the price. Does anyone ever arrive on foot and not have to pay the parking fee?

It's a proper Toronto institution. While everything else is turning into a short term rental condo and destroying the city, this place is still here providing consistent and affordable service. If you need a place to crash but don't have a ton of cash, this place is reliable.
Basic studio with kitchen, had a good night sleep, located a few steps from Queen West not too far from Spadina. Everything worked well and was easy to move around downtown.
This is definitely an older hotel so don't go in with a 3 or 4 star attitude. What it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for with cleanliness and attitude. Clara at the front desk was wonderful. The proximity to Toronto Western is fantastic. Kensington Market is close by. We were here for a hospital visit. I would def stay again.
Unlike most people, I've used here as my dormitory for the first year of my University life.
$1000 a month back then (2011) was not unreasonable for a 2-bed room. The hotel is quite nice for what it costs, and the cleaning lady was certainly a very lovely person.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s in a convenient location so that’s a plus. The rooms have bath tubs so that’s a plus. Only 10 mins walk from train station, CN tower and aquarium. Floor carpeting looking a bit grubby, changing area for pool needs an upgrade. Breakfast is okay as long as you don't mind scrambled egg everyday. Problem with only one working elevator during my stay which resulted in a 30 min delay getting downstairs and staff refused to extend the breakfast service closing time
The room is spacious with a small kitchen. There are charges for bottled water. Breakfast has little varieties. There is an heated indoor swimming pool and jacizzi which is quite relaxing.
Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite and the room smell like vomit and they ran out of 2 bedroom suites and they offered 2 single room suite with no other compensation. There was much lesser space in the 2 studio suite and they did not do up the sofa bed for the third person too. Service was bad throughout asking me to solve my own issue like finding my bonvoy number and going down to change my room keys etc....
Amazing place to stay for thr entire family. We had so much fun at this location . The breakfast is nice. The only downside is absence of room service
All good, but check in earlier with some trouble.
