I booked the room because the hotel has a indoor pool and for 126 is an amazing price But the only downfall was there was no refunds back and unfortunately I was not able to make it to the room to check in. And I obviously didn't get my refund back. So that is why I'm going to put my Service review at the lowest if they couldn't put in partial refund at least

We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.

It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the girl’s name who I checked in with at the front, but she was wonderful. The staff that did the housekeeping were very friendly and kind. The only weird thing was that a couple hours after settling in my room, someone tried to bust in to my room lol but that is no fault of the hotel, just was some random weirdo. I’d stay there again.

The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.

We stay at this hotel whenever we travel from.Pearaon Airport. Its a short easy drive to the Park n Fly. Thw rat2s are grwat, staff is fantastix. The upkeep is staeting to fail just a little as far as geounds and common areas. But rooms arw up.to date and clean. Will.defi ately stay here again.

Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.

We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. It's a proper Toronto institution. While everything else is turning into a short term rental condo and destroying the city, this place is still here providing consistent and affordable service. If you need a place to crash but don't have a ton of cash, this place is reliable.

Basic studio with kitchen, had a good night sleep, located a few steps from Queen West not too far from Spadina. Everything worked well and was easy to move around downtown.

This is definitely an older hotel so don't go in with a 3 or 4 star attitude. What it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for with cleanliness and attitude. Clara at the front desk was wonderful. As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk. As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).
