Would stay again. I was so surprised by this place. It's a older BIG square hotel. We stayed on west side, noise was low (good), room was way bigger then modern hotels. Clean and everything worked. It was during Covid. We signed up for a time in the pool/hot tub which worked good. Pool/hot tub/showers/towels all great and clean. Breakfast was a order, put in bag, go eat in the big empty restaurant...

We booked this hotel while traveling back to Vancouver and we were really happy with the customer service experience we had. This hotel was extremely accommodating. Got us into a room last minute on a busy long weekend. Was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly the restaurant and complementary breakfast were fantastic. Nice hotel. Decor is dated through the main areas of the place. Room was clean & modern. Good selection of free breakfast foods. Front desk staff were great.

Always great service and clean comfortable rooms. We often stay with children and dogs and are very well cared for. The tropical atrium setting complete with pool and hot tub is a welcome atmosphere from travel in winter or summer and is always fun for the kids. We stayed there for two nights with our 19 month old son. The hotel is an older, two level building. It has a very nice small very humid and warm atrium and a fair sized swimming pool and a hot pool on the side. Our family had fun in the pool... but the water was very cold. It was ok for the price. If you looking for any sort of luxury keep looking. If your looking for an ok place to crash, this place isn't bad. I'd stay again for the price.

Place was nice just had an issue with rooms not being made up. But otherwise the beds were comfortable and staff very nice

Was trapped in Hope during BC floods, the gentleman who runs the motel was very kind and understanding. Rooms were clean and warm.

Room was clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The only issues I found was the shower drain was noisy at night and the front door had some space so it was not very sound proof. Overall my stay was comfortable

Over all was not too bad, the room was tidy and kept clean however there are some notes with this, when you walk into the room is smells very wired, not sure if it smells like but not very pleasant, walls are pretty thin so you can hear your roomate next door snoring and the last bit is that the parking lot is really not made for a truck. Very basic but clean. It was very cold in the room when I arrived. Turned heat on and 30 mins later it was comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean comfortable and quiet. Staff are great - recommended a good place for dinner.

Clean, good rates. Nothing fancy, but that wasn't what I was looking for. Convenient location and room access. Fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning provided in the room.
