Very nice hotel, loved that it was pet friendly because we always travel with our dogs. Only little thing was that it kinda gets wild there on the weekend's, was pretty loud at night because of the 2 pubs in the hotel.

Great stay at The Westerly. Rooms are spacious and clean albeit a little outdated but everything we needed was there. The balcony with the bistro set was a nice place to sit. What I really liked was the breakfast bar. I travel a fair bit and this was by far the best breakfast I've seen. There were at least 7 cereals, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, French toast, 2 kinds of eggs , bacon and sausage, hashbrowns...

It's a great hotel if you can get it for $150 or less. The carpets are old so there's a "visiting my grandparents" smell and feel. We booked the room for a day trip to Mt.Washington with our neighbors and kids. There was supposed to be a pool and there isn't a pool here anymore. Makes it a tough sell to the kids when they are expecting a swimming adventure before the snow. It's fine here...

Stayed for one quick night, experience was professional and tidy. Offered clean and cozy rooms with at TV with all channels, supplies to make coffee/tea for oneself, and a clean washroom. Beds were comfy and provided a good night's rest, while the breakfast buffet was extremely worth it, with great food options available for a spectacular way to start the morning.

This property exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, comfort, amount of space, and design/decor was a nice surprise. Recently spent a 5 day weekend at Crown Isle with family. Was so pleased with the level of service provided by all the staff. The rooms were spacious with a King sized bed, kitchenette and whirlpool tub. Also the added laundry facility was a great bonus we discovered with kids this was so helpful. The rooms and location are beautiful!!! However, if you are just spending 1 night here, it's not really worth the price. Guaranteed check in is at 5, and even though the front desk staff were friendly, and tried to get me checked in early, it was 445. They also don't have front desk staff between the hours of 11pm and 630 am, so checking out and ensuring I got a cab on time proved a little tricky...

I was stranded in a storm at the Little River Ferry terminal. That trip my phone had stopped working so I couldn't call anyone or look anything up. All the ferries were cancelled for the rest of the day and a BC ferries worker stepped up to help me. She gave me her phone and suggested the Crown Isle Resort. This place is a real Gem. If you get a chance to stay in Courtenay/Comox and want something more than your average hotel room, give this place a try. It is very comfortable, clean, cozy with its fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, showers with extra body jets and more. Would definitely recommend and come back if staying in the area again.

We celebrated our 23rd anniversary here - while I take away magical memories will not return. Incredible Spa and restaurant. Oceans7 is very high end with amazing food...deserves a Michelin rating! Renovated rooms are awesome. Christmas light garden is spectacular and grounds are impeccable with outside fireplace intertwined with landscaped paths and creeks.

Really chic and nice place to stay eat and the unique spa . The only reason why I don’t put a 5 stars is the time you are allowed to stay in the hydro path. Super unique experience, the guide were lovely but you don’t have time to relax. You have to switch station every 10 minutes or so. Otherwise very lovely place to stay and experience at least once

We Loved the Spa, it was perfection. Next time, I would ask for the newer rooms, they are in the process of up grading, there was confusion on our dinner reservations so I would make dinner reservations directly with the restaurant next time. Great price with a group of 6 worked out to $189 for 3 nights each 10/10 would do again for that price and would recommend to anyone.

Best vacation home ever! We had the most relaxing stay. Cozy and modern, has everything you need. Hottub is great! I recommend. Easily fits 3 couples, big beds and everyone has a private bathroom. Luxury!

Belle Vue B&B embodies everything that makes staying at a B&B a special experience. Wonderful hosts, an amazing view, lovely gardens and a suite that is perfect for couples looking for a romantic experience. Oh by the way, the breakfast was superb!

We stayed at this wonderful little B&B for two days in June and had a great time. Located just a little ways out of town on a quiet beach, the view can't be beat. Walter and Haideh were excellent hosts and prepared delicious breakfast each morning.

This hotel delivers on everything it promises, obviously it's not a 5 star hotel, but it is excellent at what it does. The rooms are always clean, the suites come with the dishes you need, a coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom has makeup wipes, multiple soap bars and moisturizers, plus the showers all have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also always ample towels and face cloths....

I stayed there over Remembrance Day weekend with my husband and two children. We are regular guests at Bayview hotel, and have always been really happy staying here. This time we weren’t happy with our room location, so I called front desk and Sydney went above and beyond to find a new room and helped us get settled onto a new floor etc. She was so amazing! I have stayed in nicer Travelodge's. The room was clean I have no complaints, the bed was reasonably comfortable. The only thing I really would like to comment upon is we stayed in a non-smoking room, and I assume these days all rooms are no smoking, but as soon as you open the door it really did stink of old stale cigarettes.

Rooms were clean enough. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was great. Stayed for 4 nights and always had garbages emptied and fresh toiletries every day. Carpets are outdated but satisfactory. Shower grout looked aged and dirty. Air conditioner worked great, but vents were filthy. Took them off myself and cleaned them before using it. It's clean and centrally located...minutes to all of your shopping needs. The rooms are clean and affordable...The price is thier best feature. This is not a high end motel....it is a middle of the road motel. The rooms could use a facelift..But I felt safe enough to have my family stay there for a 2 week stay.

Room 117. Nice big room! Well stocked but missing dish washing liquid, so I couldn't wash the cups we used. Dog-friendly is a huge plus. Toilet wouldn't flush but I worked on it with a plunger for 24 hours until it did. 🙂 Only downside was beds so hard it was like trying to sleep on a shelf. A two inch mattress topper foam would be welcome, or extra thick blankets to soften up the surface for sore...

The price was good, the staff was friendly and courteous, my room was very clean and smelled like fresh linen. The Inn was also closely located to pubs, liqour stores, shopping and groceries stores. I look forward to staying there again.

Booked family room for 1 night but mainly to enjoy the winter activities at Mt. Washington. The hotel location is along Cliff Avenue, the main street with a huge selection of restaurants. Hotel has a small indoor swimming pool but the water did not appear inviting from a cleanliness standpoint hence we decline to sample a soak.

Working on Courtenay, this little place is perfect. A real laid back vibe, the beds are clean and comfortable, the WiFi is fast, a nice little pool and hot tub (though the hot tub could be more hot), and there's easy parking for big trucks. I couldn't ask for more.

Veera is an amazing host. She cares a lot about her visitor. Her breakfast was amazing. Not to talk about the million dollar view on the sea and the mountains!! We will come again!!!

I rarely rate anything five stars. I was on a mini motorcycle tour of the mid island and settled on this b&b to stay at. I had a very enjoyable stay here. Truly everything was perfect. My host was gratious. She made me delicious breakfasts. The house directly faces the ocean - not an exaggeration. My room faced the ocean and the snow capped mountains of the mainland. I watched seals and eagles fishing...

Veera was a lovely and gracious host. We were met with a super comfy and clean room with coffee, tea, a microwave, toaster oven and fridge with a freezer. She even gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived and a homemade treat when we left. The view was great and we saw seals playing in the water multiple times. I will stay here every time I visit for sure!

Nice people. We had to cancel at the last minute for health reasons. Patricia was pleasant to deal with and reasonable. That's why I'm giving this place 5 stars even though I've never stayed there! Would love to come and stay some time.

The accommodations were top notch. Patricia and Ken are very nice and friendly people. The breakfasts that were made for us by Patricia each morning were absolutely amazing and very delicious. It was a joy to stay there and would definitely recommend it!!!

There for an overnight, we had a large room and a welcoming host. Some areas are shared/private (bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms) which I quickly got used to, and other guests were friendly and helpful when it came to finding everything. Casual, welcoming accommodations in an incredible woodland setting.

Beautiful property and decent rooms. Great if you have a group of people to rent the whole cabin. The owner was extremely nice and showed us some hiking trails and great areas to go that were around. Inexpensive with a wonderful atmosphere.

Hands down, best place I’ve stayed in all the hotels, motels, b&b, etc. we have been to. Don and Grace are amazing hosts. Breakfast was great, place was clean, conversation was great. Just everything was great!!! We will be back. 10/10 would recommend.

So the location is good, The rooms were spacious BUT the cleanliness was an issue. We kept finding these giant ants in the room and the under side of the toilet was still dirty (gross). Also the tv didn't work, which wasn't a big deal as it was one night and we were just going to bed anyway but it should have been working. Also it looked like all the room staff were 13. Also the breakfast was pathetic...

Actually fairly nice for what you pay. Contractors crews tend to stay there during the week, the few times I was there, but they don't bother anyone.

Great setup right on the main strip. Big common room with a pool table, old school arcade game, darts, and lots of seating. Easy to use large kitchen. Storage for bikes and ski gear is great, even drying racks for boots and mitts. Trails at your doorstep.

This is a really beautiful hostel. The rooms are very spacious, which is especially nice in a hostel, and the bunk beds in the dorms feel very sturdy. Everything is very clean as well.
