I would love to say that the Stonebridge has all the amenities close by. The cleaning lady " Cindy" is a amazing, who is very detailed in her cleaning. She is such a glow of sunshine ,a amazing lady!

I can only rate on the breakfast buffet including service as I didn't stay at the hotel. 5 stars they know how to make a meal and I know how to EAT IT! Exceptional customer service.

The lady at the front desk was very patient and very understanding in my situation and I felt that they were very non-judge mental and could accommodate myself and my service dog no problem. The cleaning staff is very friendly and also very patient and kind I am blown away at the service I have a sit here and literally have nothing bad to say about this establishment. Stayed at this hotel twice, and never had any problems. The rooms are clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Some of the amenities may be a bit outdated, but it's still amazing for the price.

The breakfast was good my only complaint I just did not know you have to ask for banana out they bring bananas out in staggered basis but that's okay they gave me when I asked. The location was the most favorable closest proximity to Keyano College. We attended the convocation where my niece awarded Valedictorian of the grad class 2023 so that was good just a short walking distance

hot breakfast were different every day, nice variety. beds were comfortable, nice location for the Arctic winter games (across the street).

Stayed in this hotel last long weekend.... spacious room , we got the promo for room for 5 adults and 2 small dogs. Very clean and comfortable....we also got complimentary breakfast for 2 ... front desk staff are nice and accomodated our needs..I will surely recommend this hotel and will stay again at this hotel in the future

They preset the air conditioning to 20 degrees C but really it’s like 25 degrees and still not comfortable to sleep. They don’t have proper sized pillows for the king sized beds so you have to ask for more. Had to ask for pull out couch items and had to ask for a second pillow after already requesting. I could see this hotel fitting a need for many but as a business traveler it falls a bit short. The positives - underground parking, lots of retail in the area, balcony's, a full size fridge. My suite also has laundry machines, almost a full kitchen with dishes and a Jacuzzi tub. They have filtered water ice cubes and vending machines on my floor. Set up for longer stays. I was referred by mohamed to this very comfortable and well equipped hotel. the staff are too friendly, kind and competent. the sona, gym and fitness equipment are a real pleasure accessible day and night. The location is appreciable, in the heart of the city of Fort McMurray. your car in the parking lot or in the basement is well secured. I highly recommend !

We recently travelled to Fort McMurray due to a death in our family. When we mentioned our circumstances during check-in we were upgraded to a suite at no charge. When we left to be with family and returned that evening, there was a lovely bouquet of flowers and a card in our room. It was a touching and unexpected gesture of kindness during a time of sadness. We hosted a large group for brunch and the team was fantastic. Booking was easy, fair pricing and the buffet was outstanding as well as there was an omelette station. The Holiday decor was so unique. Everything was great, very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Stacy and the team.

Great experience staying at the Best Western in Fort McMurray. It was an amazing room with the ability to cook a meal and a dishwasher. The bed was comfy with loads of pillows. There was even a robe. The internet and tv shows were great. And there was free popcorn. It was truly a great place to stay. Can't recommend enough.

Only rating 4 stars because of poor lighting. Need to upgrade to brighter bulbs for main lights in the room. Otherwise, has zero issues and the stay was magnificent.

It's not a resort, but it was it was affordable. It was clean and the staff was so amazingly friendly. They made all the difference.

The employees are kind, polite, courteous, professional and many more. We went to Edmonton for a trip and we paid more for a room and a service that was deceptive. It was clear in our minds that when we would go back to Fort McMurray that we would go back to Nomad Hotel. The hotel is also pet friendly.

I love the people behind the front desk. They are lovely, accommodating and sweet. The rooms are okay. I find the pillows too hard.

Big room and well designed with the noise away from the bed. Their is a gym with free weight up to 50 lbs and a few cardio machines. The rooms could use renovation as they are getting old but still pretry clean.

I would stay here again. The place has nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and enjoyable sports bar. As older patrons we would appreciate more regular table height seating as the higher chairs and tables are harder for many seniors to use. But overall very nice regardless!

Its just on the edge of town off the main road, so its quiet. Nice lobby and two resturants. Gym on main floor.Lots of parking for small or large vehicles. Prices are fair.

I travel around northern Alberta and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in 13 years of my job. Breakfast was fantastic and the service amazing. Rooms clean quiet and comfortable. Everyone there made sure our stay was good and we had everything. Highly recommended

We always enjoy our stay at the Raddison. We choose this hotel specifically for the pool and fitness centre, but all other aspects of service here are wonderful, and staff has always been so great! Livestock trailer friendly with a water tap on the outside of the building to make sure our critters are settled in with water overnight. Location is also great, just off the highway.

This was my second stay, and as my first review indicated there was only one complaint and I’m happy to say they did not have swimming lessons in the pool this time. We had a great time enjoying the water slide, the atmosphere was completely different. Will happily return if this is the new standard 😊

Been staying here every 3 months for the past 8 years for business. Has progressively gone down hill. Restaurant is now sub-par with long wait times and food that is expected from a 1 star Restaurant. Normally stay here to entertain clients but after last night's experience will be taking my business elsewhere from now in. I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The rooms are a good size and kept very clean. Easy access to the highway as well as to Gregoire Drive. Restaurants are close by . The staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Good service. Room smelled of smoke, mentioned it to front desk, so I did not get blamed for smoking in the room. They apologized profusely and upgraded me to a king room on the fifth floor. Great breakfast in the morning.

I liked how our room had a lovely view of the fireworks that happened on new year's and the bed was quite comfortable.

Solid four stars. I got a room with no working heat but was quickly moved/upgraded to a king suite! Also they have a very good complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Joy is awesome. She accomodated us very well. I left a gold ring on dresser and she kept us safe for me. 3mths later I checked and she gave me my ring. Very trustworthy staff. This is the location i prefer when i come to town as i like the easy access to rooms from the outside. The room i prefer is one with a kitchenette . This was suggested to me by the most geniune and eager to be helpful receptionist Joy. The rooms are big have two queen sized beds and a kitchette. One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in and I have stayed in a lot. Working in Fort McMurray is a chore but these guys made my visit a lot more tolerable.

I stay here for work. Condos are okay, the build quality of the units isn't the greatest. The furniture provided in the rooms is very cheap and breaks easily under normal day to day use. Decent places to rent and look very nice and even with issues below are a good place to stay. Issue is they are not built that great and seems to have lots of issues. Stayed in the new Empire building for over a year with my company and the furnace never seemed to work right, thermostat for heat and AC never switched right and the AC water valve never did open had to open manually to get cold water...

The east village pub has a tendancy to be packed most weekends. The music can also be a little loud. The food in both quality and portions is fantastic. I especially love the wings. The food usually comes out well presented with accents like cilantro or carrots. The prices aren't bad and compare to most other pubs in town. Not expensive but not cheap. Having previously stayed next door where the heat didn't work at the BCM Inns, the Platinum was a welcome change. The suits are well furnished with quality bedding. Nice kitchenette with pretty much everything you need. The hotel was quiet, & staff friendly. It was very clean and smelled nice through out the hotel. Worth the money, I would stay there again.

This was a cute and quant hotel, it was a step back in time so to speak. the staff were awsome and the hotel was clean and tidy, rite down town so you could walk anywhere. the breakfast was well thought out and presented beautifully, good coffee and a great smile this morning greeted me in the lobby. absolutely no disappointments here

stayed here for work. was fine for what we needed, had full kitchen and free breakfast. Down sides were when we checked in they had the heat completely off when it was -20°C outside, there was dirt and stuff in the corners, and was starting to get out dated but can be expected for the price. if in a bind I would stay again

They were able to clean my room for me when I was out instead. I would highly recommend staying here. I always felt safe coming in late after work and with my car parked outside. It is a warm place to lay your head. For $85 you have to understand it's not the Hilton, but it's better than sleeping on the side of the road or underneath a bench lol.

I live out of town & I had some issues arise with work. I called McMurray Inn & they kept the front desk open a bit later for me to come back into Fort Mac for a room. (Front desk closes at 10pm, I came in at 10:10pm). Staff members are polite, room is super clean, comfy bed & quiet other than hearing some vehicle traffic.
