Nice free upgrade to a "river view" room. Like the onsite "Starbucks" & Chinese restaurant. Good vibe in a busy bar area.

Delta Fredericton is a destination.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when the boys High School Hockey team booked this hotel. As soon as I walked in, the Grand Lobby was all I needed to know. The bar was stunning.
Check in was great. Smooth.
The room was great. Clean. Updated /Modern on the 6th floor. Bed was comfortable. Shower rainhead was great.
The Bar and Lobby are what separates this hotel from others. bartenders were friendly, efficient and had great personalities. Drink selection and bourbons were top notch. I dined in the restaurant and in the bar area 3 times. Each time was great whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly recommend the Brisket.
Great stay! Hope to be back soon.

This review is solely based on the abysmal customer service from the front desk staff on Sunday. My friend and I went in with an inquiry, and although neither the man nor the woman at the front desk were with another customer, or on the phone, neither acknowledged us at all (the man basically stared past us). Neither welcomed us or said hello, and when we posed our questions they gave very short, curt replies, like we were bothering them. Ive stayed at other Marriott owned hotels and have never experienced such rude and unfriendly behaviour from the front desk staff. We will be advising our friends/business partners to pick a different place to stay when they are in town.

Stayed there for a couple days on a work trip. Clean and beautiful with view of the river. Good size swimming pool and sauna. $20 to rent a movie is a lot especially when you can rent for a $1 on Prime and use the Chromecast feature to watch on the TV. I used Chromecast on my laptop to watch Prime and Netflix.

For its price point the rooms left a lot to be desired. I think my carpet had blood stains on it. Toiletries were severely cost cut. Direct competitors are about $75 a night cheaper, seem to have have newer rooms and are much closer to downtown. Common areas, restaurants ect. were actually really nice, but are an extra expense.

Avoid room 4444; it got recent caulking in the bathroom and the smell wasn’t vented out properly still lingers heavily in the room. Otherwise staff were good. Stayed here in 2 separate visits in different rooms. This rating is for room 4444’s bathroom smell.

Everything about my stay was amazing.
The hotel is just outside the downtown core -- only a 2-3min drive out.
The front desk staff were professional and down to earth. They were able to provide me with a room upgrade facing the river. Thank you!
The hotel was busy, but not loud. The lobby restaurant had great staff and even better food. Dinner and breakfast were excellent!
The room was fantastic. I really liked the workspace, as it had plenty of plugs and an hdmi connection to the TV. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The shower was really nice, with two shower heads.
I've stayed at a few hotels in Fredericton, and this is the only hotel I'd recommend staying while in town. I can't wait to come back!

Another banger of a hotel by Delta.
Beautiful bar and restaurant, rooms had everything you could want and the staff were fantastic. No complaints, really nice stay and look forward to coming back soon!
