We had a good stay. Room was nice. Pool area was hurting but all in all a good stay!

It was only a one night stay, it was good service. Very nice staff, location, and property. Front desk manager Penny helped a lot to understand city.

checked in 6 am due to the delay of the flight and let us sleep more and gave us for comfortable breakfast in the motning

The room was nice and modern. We experienced a quick check-in process. The location is just a short drive from downtown Fredericton. The breakfast was enjoyable.

We were only in the room for a few hours but the bed was very comfortable. We came in at 03:30 am and left at 10:00. we had to wake up the clerk, but even at the time we went in, the service was very good. We woke them up, but they were more than happy to help us to our room.

Rooms are nice and clean, full hot breakfast. The only downside that we had was, we asked to change rooms from the top floor down to the first floor and it was an extra $20. It appears that the hotels are catching up to the airlines for wanting to charge extras.

When the regular hotel chain that I visit for my business travels is unavailable, my go to is Comfort Inn. Always clean, always courteous staff, fair pricing, free parking, and most important, comfortable beds. The Comfort Inn does offer a basic breakfast that should satisfy most. If you like a traditional American breakfast, or a healthier breakfast, then I suggest that you source a nearby restaurant

Great place had a sitting room and a huge bedroom the bathroom was great very large .nice complimetary coffee and tea. Had to use the ironing board and was clean ..The breakfast was. ERY nice the room it was I is a bit small but it worked the lady serving was a. VERY sweet lady everything and everyone was so friendly thank you we will definitely be back if we are back your way

It’s newly renovated. Warm and welcoming. Love the shower, so bright. I like there is no carpet. Love the patio doors on lower level. Breakfast room is small. We didn’t eat breakfast there because hotel was too busy and dining area too small.

Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. When I arrived, the whole town had been power outage for more than a hour. It is hard to image the capital of New Brunswick, the whole town people had been experienced without power more than a hour. Location is good but the furniture is out of date, needs to upgrade. Washroom door can't be closed. Gas station, food, Hwy nearby. If you don't have to stop at Fredericton...

Many stupid designs and arrangements. A bed blocks the way to washroom. The curtain blocks the air conditioner that makes the temperature not able to reach as set. To fix this, we have to open the curtain but then everyone can see into the room as they walk past the corridor. AND MORE…

Food was delicious and good back to go withy friends room was very clean and enjoy my time in the motel will be going back for sure love the pool and hot tub we had a great weekend ☺️we did stay for too day went shopping this weekend and drank coffee

The room is big and clean, the facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is OK

The hotel's service staff is very good. The two male waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic when checking in. When checking out, there was a little girl who could speak Chinese and was also very cute, and the service was very good.

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. Clean, comfortable bed. For the price it even includes the continental breakfast with everything you need. We would go back there. Microwave and mini fridge as well as lots of channels on tv. We had room no. 31 and it was ok.

Very clean and well appointed rooms for the price, friendly accommodating staff. I checked in very late and they stayed up to ensure I got into my room. Bed was comfortable.

Repeat guest; staff & management are good people and they're easily the most compassionate and accommodating hotel mgmt/owners I've ever had the good fortune to stay with in my many travels. The location requires either your own transportation, or cab service as bus access is limited; 1-1/2 hrs walk from Inn to downtown #YFC, taking the trails.

It was worth the price; our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s located just off the main roads, the staff is friendly, and they even include some basic options for breakfast. The Wi-Fi is not the best, but if you want to spend a night or two in Fredericton, it is a good option.

I enjoy it every time I stay here. The owners are really friendly. And it's very low key. It's well worth the price! I definitely recommend it to families and anyone looking for a quiet, comfy getaway. There's arent people outside partying or making noise all hours of the night. So it's definitely family friendly.
