Comfortable room. Great breakfast room/meal. Friendly staff.
This hotel is popular with sports teams. The first time we were there it wasn't a problem (the teams were young women and weren't disruptive at all). On our most recent visit there was a huge group of volleyball players there. They were loud and disruptive in the halls, and particularly in the pool. We booked this hotel again this year because the kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. This time there...
Have stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years. The kiddos love the pool and of course the water slide. It can get a bit hectic and busy during March break time though. The rooms are really nice and clean. Bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked with necessities. Front desk is helpful and quick when needing any extras brought to your room. A really nice hotel to take the family.
This hotel looks and feels like it was built yesterday. Everything looked and even smelled good. My room was terrific: large and stylish with thoughtful amenities (big desk, kitchenette, k-cup machine, comfortable seating, blackout shades). The fit and finish were superb. Everything was immaculately clean, including the carpets (as evidenced by the bottoms of my socks remaining white). Even the large...
We loved this hotel. Not only do the staff really take care of placing people in great places around the hotel (especially us with small kids), but the rooms are quiet, comfortable and great. We have gone here twice and both times the experience was awesome. In one event I accidentally booked a week in advance and they made arrangements so I could stay their that night with my family.
We stayed for 2 nights here last week. Rooms are really good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was nice well trained. Overall a very good place to stay with family . Pool also has a slide which is a nice addition for kids.

It's currently under renovations. Clean rooms and good service.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and going the extra mile to make their guests feel welcomed. The room was very spacious and clean, having a fridge and microwave in the room was great. The free hot breakfast was really good. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and it is close to hospital if visiting family or friends
First time we have stayed at a Comfort Inn in years. It is a clean, spacious room. Be aware that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, ask for a main floor room. We did have to ask for our room to be cleaned as we stayed for 7 nights. Location is also close to downtown so the price was much better than staying close to downtown. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Great location and special request was given for main floor occupancy.
Everything was clean. However when me and my friends tried to open the door, but it wouldnt open??? We had the card, but after the 8th try it finally opened... definitely gave me a mini heart attack.
Excellent customer service. Room was clean and everything in place. A nice comfortable stop on our journey. Will come again in future

Easy access to the town. Nice campus. Staff were making mistakes alot from what I heard at check in. My friend got a suite with used bedding and unclean after the previous use. They were nice enough to apologize and do a full refund. My suite, the dishes were dirty. Dishwasher was not run. Large fridge, four burner stove, sofa included in the suite. Common room with seating and kitchen closeby too...
Good, cheap accommodations which takes you back to being a student. Rooms are decent sized, but lack of AC was a bit of a struggle with the high temperatures. Bring fans if it's expected to be hot. My suite had a full kitchen, which was great.
Have stayed 7 years and a row. Never disappointed for price would recommend
Rooms were nice and spacious. Very inexpensive for what you get.
Those are student dormitories. Don't expect this to be a 5 star or you'll be disappointed... Otherwise you will have a pleasant stay: employees are fabulously helpful, the campus is amazingly beautiful and just minutes away from downtown Fredericton!
Had a long weekend off from a course near here so a buddy and I got a place. Friendly and helpful staff, great prices per night. Next long weekend I have off I'll be staying here for sure again.

We stayed in a room that had a balcony on the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is very pleasant. The property is dated in terms of decor, etc. However, everything is very clean, the personel is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in the Fredericton area.
What a surprisingly DECENT value-for-money motel to find in a fairly obscure location across the bridge on the east shore of the St. John River!!!!! But worth the travel IMHO. Going into Fredericton "blind" on a business trip I had to rely on the WYNDHAM brand name to advise me and it worked out. Nothing much from the outside but some unexpected pleasures on the inside. Let's start with the ROOM: Decent...
Rooms were clean. I would not recommend this hotel for team stays at all. Their staff was very clear they didn’t have patience for our group before our stay started. One female and one male staff were really hard to work with. We had asked to rent the conference room for a main space for our group and was told it was rented and we checked on it numerous times and it was empty. The rules were...
Our stay was okay. The staff was polite and nice, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, however the rooms could have been better. The heating system was making so much noise in our room, and our toilet also made noise every few minutes. There was a big light red stain on the carpet, and the compartment that holds the tissue box fell apart on us when we took a tissue. But the room and bed were clean though
It was a Howard Johnson before and has maintained the characteristics from the old hotel. The covered courtyard with the pool and walking paths is so unique. You can easily get a interior balcony, and watch your children enjoy the courtyard or playing in the pool. It would be a great hotel for family or sports teams to stay. The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Id recommend the restaurant...
We had ordered a room with a long size bed but received one with a double, and there were only 3 pillows for two of us to share. When asked about extra pillows we were told they had no more. Other than that it was fine.

I stayed at Days Inn for a short holiday trip and it was an excellent experience! The staff members are very kind and were willing to provide accommodations as needed. The room that I stayed in was very clean and the housekeeping services were great as well. The breakfast was served on time and lots of items were available to choose from. The experience was so good that I will definitely go back for...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional. I recently stayed at the Days Inn hotel and I have to say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was how clean everything was. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a...
So this place was in the right place and right price for me during my stay. We needed a 1 night stay and while other wanted us to book more than one night to get a deal on the price, Days Inn offered excatly what we needed. The room was small but perfect. The only down fall was the door leading to the backside/outdoor pool area looked to be pushed in on the bottom from outside. That same door was also...

The front desk staff were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to request a room not far from the elevator, and they situated us in the perfect room. When we had issues with the coffee maker in our room, someone came up immediately to help resolve our issue. When returning to my room with breakfast, the breakfast Attendant saw that I had my hands full and insisted on helping me at the elevator...
Facility is clean and well-maintained. the hotel is reasonably close to a number of local attractions and is close to the TransCanada highway. The breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and staff went out of their way to accommodate guest requests.
Should be 5 stars but my preferences in the IHG app were ignored and i had to take my Handicapped 100lb dog with bad legs on an elevator to the thrid floor as well as my mobility reduced wife. My preference is 1st floor clearly stated. Also i called a month prior to reitierate the preference and was ensured a 1st floor room. Hotel was full when we arrived and my preference from a 3 month old reservation...
The hotel was great and also pet friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the cinnamon rolls. Will definitely stay here again.
This Hotel was well renovated throughout. The room was very cozy. Some other wins were the evening coffee service was a step up from the competition. I really enjoyed the Diabetic offerings at breakfast. The building is very quiet....there was a sports event in the city and you would of never known with how quiet our stay was. Super Friendly staff here. A must stay choice if you're looking to...
We stayed here for a basketball tournament this past weekend. We came from out of town and because of weather we arrived before our check-in they accommodated me to check in two hours early and the rest of our teak was also able to get early check-in. Loved everything!!! from the awesome soaker tub, huge bathroom, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, magazine like decor, best breakfast ever,, when are we coming back? It was a real treat, NB has so much to discover, over nights like these, I don't even miss taking a flight to another country
My partner and I stayed at Quartermain for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. The building and rooms were beautiful, the host was very friendly and thoughtful, and the food was delicious. Very reasonable as well.
Couldn't say enough amazing things about our stay at Quartermain House. Debra was a wonderful host with a cheerful motherly demeanor. She checked the weather the morning we were to arrive and called to warn us it may be messy. Told us to drive safe. When we arrived, she was at the door of her amazingly charming home. It was so beautifully decorated that we were in awe. She showed us around and immediately...
CHARMING & COMFORTABLE My stay at Quartermain House was absolutely wonderful. My room was comfortable, well furnished, and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. I arranged a getaway for my son and daughter in-law as a Christmas gift. My son just contacted me to let me know that their stay was outstanding. They were so well taken care of and we so grateful to have such wonderful hospitality.

We had the suite over the garage, complete with a jacuzzi tub. The breakfasts were excellent-hot and on time. Beautiful view of the river and cityscape beyond. A short drive across the river or a 20 minute walk on the Walking bridge, a firmer train bridge. A great...
Stayed here a few years ago when I wasn't living in the GFA. This gem of a place will meet whatever needs you have. I was there with a buddy to watch a concerts (Robert Plant). Nearly everything was booked up, so I figured lets give it a try. We had a laugh about going to to a B&B together. But I was so glad I experienced this place. Ended up going back a year later with my gf.
Had an excellent stay there. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfasts was amazing! You will love your stay here, I highly recommend it. Felt really comfortable sleeping there. Very cozy place to hang out and relax and catch a good night sleep.
There for 2 nights. Great location. Short walk across the bridge and into downtown Fredericton. Beautiful home with everything you could need and spacious rooms. I like it a lot because there's a restaurant on the place and the food and the service are excellent
The Hotel seems to have gone some wonderful transformations since back in 2018. Just stayed there with my 4 kids and couldn’t ask for better service, accommodation and food. If I could give a 10 star I would. The staff was clearly handpicked very well. We now have a new favourite location to go! Thank you so much for all you did for my family.
This is our second time staying here. Our visits have been good, however the mattress in both rooms we had in separate stays was like sleeping on a concrete slab. We went out and bought pillows because the three that were left in our room were lumpier than grandmas gravy. The room desk chair was a little creaky and made us afraid to sit on it. A fridge and microwave would be a lovely addition.
Overall great experience here. I called to book the room over the phone. The person I spoke with was very pleasant, and helpful. The booking process was nice and easy. The person working at the front desk when I arrived was also very friendly, and pleasant to deal with. He was very personable, and nice to deal with. The room was big, clean, and quiet. Stayed for a night while on a trip to Fredericton. The building itself is dated, and very confusing. Sort of like a maze. The aged feeling of the building gave a bit of charm, but also made it feel old. The rooms were nice, and breakfast was great. All the staff members I interacted with were super helpful and friendly.
This hotel is so lovely! The staff are amazing and so helpful! They had a special on and our room was only $79! You can't beat that! The room was very nice and extremely clean. The whole hotel is very clean! We knew as soon as we walked in and saw a staff member cleaning the plants in the lobby, this must be a clean place ? This Inn may have been a good place at one time, but has become a place for the down and out to stay at. It would be my last resort when looking for a room.
This is a very beautiful place. I felt at home with the decoration. Everything was clean and warm. There are insects outside but once you close the door, you forget that. Excellent price. Totally recommended.
Wonderful service and very polite! Our room was incredibly clean and very spacious! The bed was comfortable and had no issues with anything! Price was great too! This is a great little place. Arrived in very late on a flight. Owners were great at communicating ahead of time on the check-in process. Room was clean and more than a good size. Close enough to be able to quickly get back to the airport and pick up a rental vehicle. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Very quiet and clean place. Excellent Wifi and spotless bathrooms. Basic breakfast. Perfect for a quick sleepover while travelling.

Pretty good place. The layout of the rooms are a little different, but nothing too bad.
Inexpensive room for the night. Used to stay there as a matter of course but I think it only honest to stay that my last stay was truly my last. Price is low and that is the only feature.
The owner is very nice! Lots of parking and there's a restaraunt in the building, tim hortons right down the street and the quality of the room isnt half bad either. Internet isn't the greatest but honestly who comes to NB to sit on their devices
As usual another enjoyable stay at Prospect Inn Restaurant supper and breakfast was delicious. Welcomed by Norm and wife like family. Looking forward to my next stay. Thanks once again.
A friend took me here for breakfast. The surroundings are clean but basic but the food is great. I definitely will be back
I had breakfast at Uncle Pete's diner. I ordered the 'big breakfast's which was a mountain of food for a great piece. The toast was bakery fresh, the homefries were home-cut. The pancakes were perfect. The service was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this diner and consider it a hidden gem of Fredericton.

Stayed there for a couple days on a work trip. Clean and beautiful with view of the river. Good size swimming pool and sauna. $20 to rent a movie is a lot especially when you can rent for a $1 on Prime and use the Chromecast feature to watch on the TV. I used Chromecast on my laptop to watch Prime and Netflix.
For its price point the rooms left a lot to be desired. I think my carpet had blood stains on it. Toiletries were severely cost cut. Direct competitors are about $75 a night cheaper, seem to have have newer rooms and are much closer to downtown. Common areas, restaurants ect. were actually really nice, but are an extra expense.
Staff and facilities brilliant!!n bar fantastic '-- both inside and out.
Another banger of a hotel by Delta. Beautiful bar and restaurant, rooms had everything you could want and the staff were fantastic. No complaints, really nice stay and look forward to coming back soon! Room was great, I asked for several accommodations and all were met perfectly. No issues at all

Great place to stay at. Was there for a weekend for my conference. Liked the room but the phone wasn’t working for calling other rooms. So tried calling upfront at front desk for this issue. As soon as I would explain my thing, they would hang up on my phone.
We enjoyed a 2 night stay and with IHG Diamond status that was recognized with a suite upgrade. The suite was spacious with large windows and a great view of the Playhouse. Pros: - The front desk was wonderful as we had a very late check-in and the made us feel so welcome at 4am! - The restaurant on property was delicious and had great service. Cons: - TVs were old and not many channels to watch...
Great hotel downtown. Clean rooms, great service. Updated. With good food options onsite, but very close to a variety of local entertainment and food. If there was a complaint it would be the TV programming and quality is lacking, but if you don't spend a ton of time in the room like myself, it's not a huge deal.
Chose this as it was a dog friendly hotel. I stayed in a room on the first floor, which somehow seems to be “ underground”. This means that the room has no windows whatsoever, which does make it feel a bit dank. There were some room specific issues. Our room seemed to be tied to several other rooms’ air-conditioning units. This meant that we could not adjust the temperature in our room to our liking...
Ideal location on Queen Street, just steps away from bars, restaurants, walking trails, etc. The on-site bar (the Joyce) is an unexpected treat with respect to ambiance, menu and the very pleasant staff.

The breakfast was delicous and the staff in the breakfast room were very very nice. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was so sweet.
The hotel staff was almost all very friendly, the rooms are clean although missing a blanket. The breakfast wasn't as advertised, no coffee available at the breakfast lounge and empty in the hotel lobby and did not get refill at all. Breakfast was fruits(orange and apples), bacon or sausage sandwich and muffins. Pool and hotub were a nice touch for the kids although the hotub water wasn't clear.
We find the location of this Best Western very convenient to the mall and elsewhere in Fredericton. The staff could not have been better and we loved the pool and hot tub. The fitness room was also most appreciated.
Was there for work. Staff was very helpful, rooms were nice and very clean. Wifi wasn't very good tho, speeds were all over the place from good to very bad throughout stay.
Quality room, firm bed, great location right by Regent Mall. What else could you ask for? Me and my girlfriend had a great rest there. Fantastic! Was in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to stay here due to lower price, included breakfast and great reviews. Clean rooms, friendly staff, zero complaints from us. Tourney was at the Grant Harvey Centre which was an awesome facility with lots of space, tons of seating, and great canteen. Hotel was nearby so it was easy to get back and forth. Very nice rooms, everything was clean and comfortable! Staff were lovely. The breakfast was quite good but it was busy (lots of sports teams) and staff couldn't keep up (no eggs for quite a while).
Very clean hotel and modern furnishes. The breakfast was hot but I didn't find there was any fruit options. Unless I just missed it. And lastly because I am a TV holic the remote buttons didn't work great. Other than that I will be back. Lovely hotel.

Great and super helpful staff! Dealt with some pretty awful car problems and the staff were so kind (offering help/phone numbers to mechanics etc). Room is great for what you pay for. Clean and functional, would stay again!
For the price it is great! It has everything you need, A/C and heating, cable TV, fridge, microwave, and clean shower. The place was quiet and after a long day of travel my dad and I were greeted by the owner who was so helpful and kind. If you are not looking for a luxury stay this fits in the budget and is perfect.
You really get what you pay for. The room smelled really bad, so we left the window open. When we got back later that night the window was close, so I’n not sure what happened there.. also, A LOT of bugs in the bathroom. Very clean and well appointed rooms for the price, friendly accommodating staff. I checked in very late and they stayed up to ensure I got into my room. Bed was comfortable.
Repeat guest; staff & management are good people and they're easily the most compassionate and accommodating hotel mgmt/owners I've ever had the good fortune to stay with in my many travels. The location requires either your own transportation, or cab service as bus access is limited; 1-1/2 hrs walk from Inn to downtown #YFC, taking the trails.
It was worth the price; our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s located just off the main roads, the staff is friendly, and they even include some basic options for breakfast. The Wi-Fi is not the best, but if you want to spend a night or two in Fredericton, it is a good option.
