Have stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years. The kiddos love the pool and of course the water slide. It can get a bit hectic and busy during March break time though. The rooms are really nice and clean. Bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked with necessities. Front desk is helpful and quick when needing any extras brought to your room. A really nice hotel to take the family.

We loved this hotel. Not only do the staff really take care of placing people in great places around the hotel (especially us with small kids), but the rooms are quiet, comfortable and great. We have gone here twice and both times the experience was awesome. In one event I accidentally booked a week in advance and they made arrangements so I could stay their that night with my family.

We stayed for 2 nights here last week. Rooms are really good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was nice well trained. Overall a very good place to stay with family . Pool also has a slide which is a nice addition for kids.

This is a really nice place. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. My room was huge, well-decorated (plain and simple but also stylish) and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom huge as well. Looked like recent total renovation. Highly recommended.

The overview of the hotel at first is tired and needs updating, however it's right off the highway. My recommendation is to ask to stay in the tour, the rooms are all renovated.

The hotel is a bit away from the downtown area, so unless you have a car it is about a 45min walk, but it is also right next to the Regent Mall which is convenient. The hotel looks a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms are newly renovated, modern, spacious and clean. My stay here was excellent.

Unfortunately the rooms are a bit out dated and in a bit of disrepair. The front desk was friendly but not informing. Didn't tell us about the Inn amenities, ask us how our stay was just basically took our money. Customer service could use a little work. Great location and overall stay was fine

A great place to stay We were visiting New Brunswick for the first time for the annual whisky festival that is held there. A wonderful place all in. One wee criticism would be that the bathroom really did need modernised but its a small complaint. I will happily use this hotel again. The staff are the stars for sure!

Very quiet. The staff was terrific and the room with a vies of Saint John River and the fall leaves turning color was great. Stayed during Canada’s Thanksgiving. It was the only place with terrific food and a great bar that was open.

Many stupid designs and arrangements. A bed blocks the way to washroom. The curtain blocks the air conditioner that makes the temperature not able to reach as set. To fix this, we have to open the curtain but then everyone can see into the room as they walk past the corridor. AND MORE…

The hotel's service staff is very good. The two male waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic when checking in. When checking out, there was a little girl who could speak Chinese and was also very cute, and the service was very good.

Facility is clean and well-maintained. the hotel is reasonably close to a number of local attractions and is close to the TransCanada highway. The breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and staff went out of their way to accommodate guest requests.

Should be 5 stars but my preferences in the IHG app were ignored and i had to take my Handicapped 100lb dog with bad legs on an elevator to the thrid floor as well as my mobility reduced wife. This Hotel was well renovated throughout. The room was very cozy. Some other wins were the evening coffee service was a step up from the competition. We stayed here for a basketball tournament this past weekend. We came from out of town and because of weather we arrived before our check-in they accommodated me to check in two hours early and the rest of our teak was also able to get early check-in. Best western plus fredericton Our stay here was exceptional i took my daughter for her 9th birthday my only frustration was not being able to use my VISA debit card with my name on it as an incidental but thats whatever the receptionist was super friendly none the less and even brought my daughter a card and a box of chocolates very friendly

We were only in the room for a few hours but the bed was very comfortable. We came in at 03:30 am and left at 10:00. we had to wake up the clerk, but even at the time we went in, the service was very good. We woke them up, but they were more than happy to help us to our room.

Rooms are nice and clean, full hot breakfast. The only downside that we had was, we asked to change rooms from the top floor down to the first floor and it was an extra $20. It appears that the hotels are catching up to the airlines for wanting to charge extras.

When the regular hotel chain that I visit for my business travels is unavailable, my go to is Comfort Inn. Always clean, always courteous staff, fair pricing, free parking, and most important, comfortable beds. The Comfort Inn does offer a basic breakfast that should satisfy most. If you like a traditional American breakfast, or a healthier breakfast, then I suggest that you source a nearby restaurant

Great place had a sitting room and a huge bedroom the bathroom was great very large .nice complimetary coffee and tea. Had to use the ironing board and was clean ..The breakfast was. It’s newly renovated. Warm and welcoming. Love the shower, so bright. I like there is no carpet. Love the patio doors on lower level. Breakfast room is small. We didn’t eat breakfast there because hotel was too busy and dining area too small.

Repeat guest; staff & management are good people and they're easily the most compassionate and accommodating hotel mgmt/owners I've ever had the good fortune to stay with in my many travels. We stayed in a room that had a balcony on the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is very pleasant. The property is dated in terms of decor, etc. However, everything is very clean, the personel is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was okay. The staff was polite and nice, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, however the rooms could have been better. The heating system was making so much noise in our room, and our toilet also made noise every few minutes. It was a Howard Johnson before and has maintained the characteristics from the old hotel. The covered courtyard with the pool and walking paths is so unique. We had ordered a room with a long size bed but received one with a double, and there were only 3 pillows for two of us to share. When asked about extra pillows we were told they had no more. Other than that it was fine.

I had breakfast at Uncle Pete's diner. I ordered the 'big breakfast's which was a mountain of food for a great piece. The toast was bakery fresh, the homefries were home-cut. The pancakes were perfect. The service was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this diner and consider it a hidden gem of Fredericton.

This Inn may have been a good place at one time, but has become a place for the down and out to stay at. It would be my last resort when looking for a room.

This is a great little place. Arrived in very late on a flight. Owners were great at communicating ahead of time on the check-in process. Room was clean and more than a good size. Stayed here a few years ago when I wasn't living in the GFA. This gem of a place will meet whatever needs you have. I was there with a buddy to watch a concerts (Robert Plant). Nearly everything was booked up, so I figured lets give it a try. We had a laugh about going to to a B&B together. But I was so glad I experienced this place. Ended up going back a year later with my gf.

We weren't expecting much when we looked at the photos of the rooms. But we were pleasantly surprised once we entered our room. It was clean, and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. We were disappointed with their breakfast though. They advertise a hot breakfast, but it was just cereal, toast and bagels. Not at all impressed with their breakfast.

Fantastic! Was in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to stay here due to lower price, included breakfast and great reviews. Clean rooms, friendly staff, zero complaints from us. Tourney was at the Grant Harvey Centre which was an awesome facility with lots of space, tons of seating, and great canteen. Hotel was nearby so it was easy to get back and forth. Will definitely be back!

Great and super helpful staff! Dealt with some pretty awful car problems and the staff were so kind (offering help/phone numbers to mechanics etc). Room is great for what you pay for. Clean and functional, would stay again!

For the price it is great! It has everything you need, A/C and heating, cable TV, fridge, microwave, and clean shower. The place was quiet and after a long day of travel my dad and I were greeted by the owner who was so helpful and kind. Good, cheap accommodations which takes you back to being a student. Rooms are decent sized, but lack of AC was a bit of a struggle with the high temperatures. Bring fans if it's expected to be hot. My suite had a full kitchen, which was great.

Those are student dormitories. Don't expect this to be a 5 star or you'll be disappointed... Otherwise you will have a pleasant stay: employees are fabulously helpful, the campus is amazingly beautiful and just minutes away from downtown Fredericton!

Had a long weekend off from a course near here so a buddy and I got a place. Friendly and helpful staff, great prices per night. Next long weekend I have off I'll be staying here for sure again.
