Ramada by Wyndham Gananoque Provincial Inn

Be careful with the breakfast! I noticed the bread was moldy and made the staff (only 1 guys managing reception desk and breakfast service at the same time) aware. No apologies, or making everyone else drop their bread immediately before poisoning themselves, he simply took all the bread out to the back and brought in new (supposedly) bread. Ugh! Got serious diarrhea in the evening!
However, rooms are decent for the price, seemed newly renovated and were clean.
Not coming back again, though! No thank you.

I had originally booked here for 3 nights, upon our arrival our room was almost unbearably hot. We turned up the AC and went for a walk, upon returning the room was still the same temperature, so I had called the front desk, someone came and checked the AC, and said give it a half hour, after a half hour and no change we phoned again, to which the same guy with the maintenance man arrived, we were told once again to wait a half hour and it would be good. After an hour, and still no change I had called again, and they moved us to a smaller room, that did have working AC, but was also severely water damaged along the wall in back of the TV. The next morning we had woke up to find ants crawling all over the desk. I went to the front office to talk to the manager and was told he doesn't come in until 10:30 / 11:00 am. I left my phone number for him to call me and checked out.
The room we were moved to was absolutely filthy like the housekeeping staff is cleaning with the lights off or their eyes closed. Layers of dirt and dust on every surface and along the baseboards, especially in the kitchen area.p

The continental breakfast consisted of yogurt, bagels/bread and bananas/apples. The waffle iron basically tore apart the waffle.

The positives, the staff member that came to help us move from the room with no AC to the one we stayed in was very kind and offered to help carry our luggage. The front desk clerk, Michelle, was very polite and understanding about the situation the next morning. The manager, Sam, did give us a discount on the one night we did stay.

Overall, this establishment needs a complete renovation.

The pool looked nice and clean too, though we did not get to enjoy it.
