The breakfast is not perfect. Very Limited choices

It's a old school hotel, but they have clean rooms here. Renovations are also ongoing, the newly renovated rooms are the ones in the pictures above. Two great restaurants within the hotel you should also check out, and there are other restaurants and stores within walking distance close by.

Walls like paper, beds old, very dated hotel and drunk fights going on in the hotel at 2 in the morning. Will not use again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, we weren't told about pre calling the hotel if you have a pet. Expected to stay in the room we seen online (renovated room). Manager explained that it should be in the email confirmation but it wasn't. Manager was a decent guy and didn't charge us the pet fee.
The room itself was completely outdated, smelly and dirty. No plug in the sink. Walls had stains all over and so did the carpets. We then had guests check in with kids next to us at 11:30pm and I called reception twice at midnight and 1:30am as they were screaming. Reception did nothing. When I checked out and mentioned this, I was told by the receptionist that security should of moved me to a different room!!!!
Terrible staff in the morning. The breakfast is awful, extremely awful. I'd never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was booked for medical so the 10th floor was not a great idea. Quite as I think I was the occupant on the floor. Renovations on main floor and the 10th floor areas taped and blocked off. The room was very small and definately aged. Wall paper lifting in many spots the heat/cooling was just radiator controls, it smelled good and was clean the bed was very big and comfortable. The towels where good but one towel looked like it was ready to be retired, all ragged and strings hanging off it. Staff at front desk was ok the morning staff was there but I felt ignored as both desks where signed closed. So left my room card and left. As the employees talked about their dog?

Location is perfect for our shopping adventure. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were in the 7th floor nice views at night. Water pressure was awesome! Best shower in a hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant was yummy. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The waitress understood my dietary needs that doesn't happen often. We have stayed here roughly 8-10 nights. 1-2 night stays at a time. We are happy returning guests. See you next time we are in the area. We travel a lot and stay in lots of hotels 45 -60 nights a year. This is our favorite place.

Paradise Inn is really a nice place to stay, i stayed here for 2 nights. I checked this hotel online and saw the pictures of rooms located at the 10th floor, and those were exactly same. Paradise Inn was reasonably priced. Clean, comfy beds. But the room was little dark, coz one lamp located in the corner wasn’t working. Overall, i had a great time. Planning for visit again…..👍🏻

Beds are not comfortable. Great continental breakfast. Restaurants have great food and staff. Hotel front desk is pretty rude. Cleaning staff are amazing.

I was not offered a 'discounted" rate. I was given rates based on whether breakfast was included or not. I chose to include it for the extra $13 or so dollars. After checking in I was informed breakfast didn't start until 7am, and I would already be gone by then. When I called the front desk to say I wouldn't be able to get the breakfast I had paid extra for and didn't think I should have to pay for, they made me bring all my belongings down and change rooms to another floor all while giving me attitude that I should've informed them prior to checking in. Should your staff not inform guests that the breakfast doesn't start until 7am considering most guests will be gone to work by then? Also, it is not a complimentary breakfast when it costs extra money......
