Stayed here on a work trip. Hotel is great. My preferred brand. Lots of parking, underground option. Location provides easy access to get on the main roads. Staff is great, even got a courtesy call after check in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service was great, the food was cooked perfectly.

I stayed here for one night and was happy with my choice. Rooms have been renovated nicely with a modern look. Interesting they put the washroom sink outside and within the bedroom. Staff were nice and quick to check in and check out was simple and quick as well. Location is great, close to the many retail and restaurants and to the airport. It is a busy hotel so make sure to book your stay ahead.

The room was very clean and new - it exceeded expectations. The people at the front desk were very nice. The hotel was centrally located with enough parking.

This is my 3rd review of hotel. Why do I continually stay here. It's been nearly 3 months since last stay, when I checked in, they recognized me on site, room warm and immaculately clean with 0 orders. When I left in the am, front desk staff again recognized me by name. It's not. Just a hotel, it's home

Nice hotel. Great service. Was a little disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. However when breakfast is included with hotels the quality is generally sub par, so not deal breaker.

We stayed at this hotel in early July. At the time there was a medical issue which affected our travels. The staff, in particular Joanne and Eva, were stellar in both efficiency and kindness. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and met the needs of us and our friends. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. 5 stars!

I was traveling through with my dog on my way to Edson and decided last minute to get a hotel. A friend had recommended Sandman as a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was quiet and the room was immaculate. There was a pool and a gym. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when she checked me in and out. Great rooms for a great price and great services!! Will be staying again next time...

My family stayed here on my mom’s birthday and we enjoyed our room so much that we don’t want to go home 😅 the staff were great and very accommodating. And the room was very clean and spacious. The Denny’s Restaurant is accessible through the lobby and you can even order room service from there! How great is that? Would probably stay here again and will recommend to friends and family as well!

We were quite pleased with the property. We travel with our small dog and require pet friendly rooms. Typically that means that we always are booked into the worst rooms in a hotel. Hotel is great. We were there for a hockey tournament. They got us to sign their sports team agreement. They were very understanding and patient with all the kids, from all of the teams.

Mostly completed the renovations started precovid. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is centrally located with easy access to lots of amenities. I've stayed here many times and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything was fantastic! Extremely clean and spacious room. Lighting in the bathroom was perfect. The best thing was having a small table beside the bed. Great for putting my glasses or water. The staff was very friendly. Will recommend for anyone and will be staying there again.

Wonderfully exceptional customer service from desk clerk Mitchell he went above and beyond while patiently helping us through our technical difficulties. Best front staff ever! My dog Lucy and I travel for work across Northern Alberta. This is the first hotel in Grand Prairie where we have both felt extremely welcome.
