We held a large (300 guests) corporate event at the Pomeory in August 2024. Jaspreet and Karen were amazing at helping us plan for our event and made sure everything ran smoothly. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The buffet dinner was delicious and they even set up an ice cream sundae bar for dessert! I cannot recommened this venue enough if you are looking to host an event in Grande Prairie...

What's not to like? Lobby is nice and gives off a fancy vibe. Staff went above and beyond, particularly at check in. The room was spotless and a good size. I had a very quiet sleep. Free breakfast was very good for a continental! The pool and hot tub were also a big plus. Little details like a bath robe and good products in the bathroom were nice too. The rooms are minimalistic but very clean , we were given an upgrade, top floor lounge perfect added treat. The Sunday brunch was delicious.

I liked everything that had to do with the hotel proper, namely thet they had a ladies only floor with its lounge and gym. It made me feel safe and protected. Staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. I would chose this hotel any time again.

I really liked this hotel, I didn't give 5 stars for a couple reasons but overall I highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you are a solo travelling woman, or with kids. We rented one of their banquet rooms for an event and the service was pretty good. The manager came across as someone perturbed or annoyed. The bar tender and wait staff were super friendly and speedy. The food was quite good and tasty with a great selection for the price.

Jax always has good food, reasonable service and always at least one empty table on Friday nights. The spa is also top notch.

Location is perfect, spacious ròom. grate employees and foods especially the breakfast is awesome people too. Though we have noticed bad smell inside the elevator other than that overall is great .

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The hotel restaurant is fantastic and their continental breakfast is great, including freshly prepared omelettes.

The hotel is always clean and staff is friendly. Food in the restaurant has always been good. It's the only place we stay now when we visit Grande Prairie.

The room is smaller than normal but only because of the fantastic bathroom with a nice soaker tub and a separate shower. No loud fan in the bathroom, and yet the mirror never fogged up. Lost one star only because I couldn't use my Chromecast with the TV due to their proprietary remote for their cable box.

The room was very clean and new - it exceeded expectations. The people at the front desk were very nice. The hotel was centrally located with enough parking.

This is my 3rd review of hotel. Why do I continually stay here. It's been nearly 3 months since last stay, when I checked in, they recognized me on site, room warm and immaculately clean with 0 orders. When I left in the am, front desk staff again recognized me by name. It's not. Just a hotel, it's home

Nice hotel. Great service. Was a little disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. However when breakfast is included with hotels the quality is generally sub par, so not deal breaker.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding there this past weekend and I could not have been happier. The food was fantastic and Patrica the events coordinator went above and beyond to make our day the most perfect reception I could have wanted. Gorgeous room and fantastic accommodating staff. Very polite lady at front desk reception. Room was ‘fine’: shower water hot, a/c cool, tv had multiple channels. Asked for an extra bed blanket and was provided it. When you are tired and just want a shower and some sleep, this motel is VERY good value.

Quiet little motel. Reasonably priced with helpful staff. Rented a kitchenette that had a full sized fridge, two burner stove and a microwave. Everything worked well but the utensils and cookware were lacking somewhat. One beaten up frypan, small and medium pots with lids. Overall would recommend.

My stay was decent aside from the wifi not working the entire time. I had to work from my laptop, hop on video conferences etc. so I had no choice but to hotspot using my phone data which resulted in overage charges. As a person that has to travel for work, hotels become our home. How the staff treats us can really make the difference and although the staff have been great there’s one member that stands out. Ive never stayed at a Quality inn till this one. I think Quailty is a very fair name. Always liked what was called Pomeroy now called Quality Inns & Suites. Near the Grande Prairie Mall and 214 North Place Medical. Comfortable rooms and multiple free breakfast choices. Great place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel in early July. At the time there was a medical issue which affected our travels. The staff, in particular Joanne and Eva, were stellar in both efficiency and kindness. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and met the needs of us and our friends. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. 5 stars!

I was traveling through with my dog on my way to Edson and decided last minute to get a hotel. A friend had recommended Sandman as a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was quiet and the room was immaculate. There was a pool and a gym. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when she checked me in and out. My family stayed here on my mom’s birthday and we enjoyed our room so much that we don’t want to go home 😅 the staff were great and very accommodating. And the room was very clean and spacious. The Denny’s Restaurant is accessible through the lobby and you can even order room service from there! How great is that? We were quite pleased with the property. We travel with our small dog and require pet friendly rooms. Typically that means that we always are booked into the worst rooms in a hotel. It doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside is all redone and really nice. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The lounge has a good menu, they also do room service if you don't feel like going out. The rates are reasonable for a nice hotel and meal in GP when you are working and living on LOA.

10/10 will stay here from now on, I have been a field service hand in the patch for 10+ years and for the current covid situation and even outside of it this hotel is out doing itself. I came in late after a long day on the road. I was very tired and a little bit cranky after a mix up at another hotel. Lance was exceptional at the front desk- understanding, informative and really cheered me up! The bed was super comfy, the room was quiet & clean. The check in process was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints are the terrible water pressure, that dropped when someone in a neighbouring room turned their water on. Also, the food in the lounge was not even mediocre.

I've stayed here multiple times, the staff is always super friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable with lots of modern amenities and great wifi. Their complimentary breakfast and restaurant are also usually quite good!

Wyndham properties are OK, obviously not 5 star hotels, but I don't have issues in general. If something comes up, I just ask the front desk, and they accommodate or solve my requests

Location is very convenient. Clean rooms, complete exercise room, nice little bbq area for guests, decent breakfast, accommodating staff. Parking can be a bit of a pain but that’s really the only inconvenience staying here…. A hot tub would have been a bonus but overall it’s a decent place to stay for a good price.

Room was very clean, and the space the suite provided our family was sufficient. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed with a hockey team and greatly appreciated the ability to gather in the breakfast area for team events outside of breakfast hours. Staff was accommodating and kind. Thank you!

It was not the best of my stays. Rooms were ohkey but my sink was clogged up. I must say I liked the gym here. Overall it was regular stay at super8 nothing too exciting.

Stayed in a pet-friendly room while my wife and I were in town for surgery. The staff was super friendly and gave my dog a bag of goodies. It's only 2 minutes from the hospital so we didn't need to worry about getting there on time. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was amazing.

I stay at this hotel for work quite regularly. They have a great level of customer service and are extremely consistent across my many stays. They will learn your name and any regular requests you make over time and listen to your concerns with the disposition to make it right (if you even have any concerns!). I needed a place to stay after an accident in Grande Prairie and Best Western gave me a nice clean quiet room to recharge and sent me off the next morning with a good free breakfast. The service was awesome.

My wife and I needed a place to stay that was in the same proximity as the RV dealership that we were dealing with. As the Motel 6 was directly across the street this fit our needs exactly. We found the front desk staff friendly, warm and welcoming. You get exactly what is advertised, nothing fancy but the room was clean, warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if need be.

Front desk staff are very accommodating and the rooms and nice and clean. Plus there's a restaurant and pub that is a part of the complex so it's close and you get a discount if your a guest at the Inn.

Hotel is great. We were there for a hockey tournament. They got us to sign their sports team agreement. They were very understanding and patient with all the kids, from all of the teams.

This hotel was amazing! Super clean rooms, fast guest service when checking in, and was quick to bring extra blankets when requested. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Checking out of the hotel was fast and convenient as well.

Room was large, clean & comfortable. It is very close to the hospital which was where we had to be in the morning.

I really like the size of the room, the kitchenette area and the king size bed. The location is also great. The reason why I did not give 5 star it is because the television can not be move so when you sit on the sofa, you barely see the tv and you get a neck pain. Changing for moveable/adjustable wall brackets it would really improve the comfort of the room.

Clean, quiet, and well appointed rooms. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, easy to find, close to amenities. Would recommend this place to travellers in town for business, as the suite has a full sized fridge and a mini kitchenette. As someone with dietary sensitivities, this was invaluable to me for my time there.

This is such a beautiful inn, we stayed here for 4 nights. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. The room is very modern and clean. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in close proximity to Hwy 43 for those travelling onward but a little out of the way for restaurants and any shopping.

Only plug in for phone was UNDER the nightstand. Walls in the hallway need new paint. Lamps by the headboard need bulbs to actually work. Breakfast staff need some very serious training. We traveled around Canada for work and this was our favorite Days Inn. Their breakfast was very nicely mixed with lots of options. Their gym was not the nicest but had all the equipment you could ask for with a budget stay. Their customer service was great as well... did I mention they have a pool table?! How wicked!

Friendly staff run this hotel, no doubt about that. The place itself is old and tired so it could really do with some renovation. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room could do with some additional cleaning. Overall a good stay but a little overpriced given its condition.

This hotel is really good. The closest thing to home away from home. Very friendly and good staff. Amenities nearby. There's a gym and a games room to at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast everyday and it's good as well. I'd recommend it.

Wonderful rooms! The standard rooms are the best I've ever stayed in. The wifi is a little up and down though.

House keepers are very abrupt and I find will judge you just by the way u dress or what you drive. It took 3 days to get clean sheets and I still had to go find them for the sheets. So I would have to say a 1⭐ for housekeeping. Other than that for the price you can't really complain (u less u have a crazy French guy harrassing you every 10 mins.

So the rooms are dated but clean. The bathroom was more recently updated and quite nice, very comfortable shower. I stayed one night just to shorten my drive to work, judging by the parking lot I would guess a lot of the guests were doing the same. Close to food. The property delivered everything I expected for the price I paid.

It's a old school hotel, but they have clean rooms here. Renovations are also ongoing, the newly renovated rooms are the ones in the pictures above. Two great restaurants within the hotel you should also check out, and there are other restaurants and stores within walking distance close by.

Paradise Inn is really a nice place to stay, i stayed here for 2 nights. I checked this hotel online and saw the pictures of rooms located at the 10th floor, and those were exactly same. Paradise Inn was reasonably priced. Clean, comfy beds. But the room was little dark, coz one lamp located in the corner wasn’t working. Overall, i had a great time. Planning for visit again…..👍🏻

As someone who travels a lot (fourty plus weeks a year), I've stayed at the Paradise Inn a few times (always great). The last time I left my AirPods in the bedding, housekeeping got them to the front desk and the front desk got them back to me! I was (am) over the moon! Thank you so much. It's overpriced because of all the oil companies paying for employees rooms and not seeing them first. One bonus is that it is 32.5 feet away from the strip club so you could get smashed and crawl back to your room. It was updated and a decent bed to sleep on, the cable has no channels. Semi truck parking very close by on the service road.

Lovely accommodations on some lovely peoples property that is absolutely...lovely. A much better experience than any of the hotels/ motel chains or the usual options. If they have a room available, do yourself a favor, probably the best choice in grand prairie for the night

This BnB is an oasis! Our hosts were so friendly and gracious. We had a private balcony and bathroom with a tub. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean! We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Breakfast was delightful- the hosts provided a menu and we were able to choose Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles for breakfast. It was delicious!
