Comfortable beds. Well equipped fitness room. Clean modern decor. Helpful staff. The restaurant was changing over to new owners during my stay so breakfast was minimal until the last 2 days.

You need choice Holiday inn express, excellent service; free breakfast; more confortable and better rooms. Tuesday is Apretiation gees day. Free snacks, not alcoholic drinks and beer

Great hotel, however, no staff present at check in or out. Had to wait a few minutes for them to appear from the back room. No bell to signal that a customer is waiting.

Stayed here on a work trip. Hotel is great. My preferred brand. Lots of parking, underground option. Location provides easy access to get on the main roads. Staff is great, even got a courtesy call after check in. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service was great, the food was cooked perfectly.

I had asked to extend my stay and was told everything was good. But staff hadn’t extended my stay, when I asked again, again it wasn’t extended. I’m not sure what happened but finally the third time it happened. It was strange.

Staff is always friendly, and rooms are incredibly clean!

We stayed at this hotel in early July. At the time there was a medical issue which affected our travels. The staff, in particular Joanne and Eva, were stellar in both efficiency and kindness. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and met the needs of us and our friends. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. 5 stars!

I was traveling through with my dog on my way to Edson and decided last minute to get a hotel. A friend had recommended Sandman as a pet friendly hotel. The hotel was quiet and the room was immaculate. There was a pool and a gym. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when she checked me in and out. Great rooms for a great price and great services!! Will be staying again next time...

My family stayed here on my mom’s birthday and we enjoyed our room so much that we don’t want to go home 😅 the staff were great and very accommodating. And the room was very clean and spacious. The Denny’s Restaurant is accessible through the lobby and you can even order room service from there! How great is that? Would probably stay here again and will recommend to friends and family as well!

Came down to visit some family. Have to say one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff is fantastic all around. Blessings checked me in and she was so kind And made it quick and easy, she ended up giving me a little gift package for my dog which had some treats, a toy and poop bags. I arrived at the hotel close to 11 p.m. on Monday, November 3rd, the day of my check-in. I saw her outside, carrying a large cart with luggage, and our eyes met. She (indian descent) looked at me, and then I saw her suddenly go into the room? behind the front desk. When I approached the front desk, the female staff member (indian descent) was not at front desk. I thought she went to washroom or somewhere...

I walked into the hotel and they had pizza and beer for guests. Listen, I can buy my own pizza and beer. I didn't even want them, but the simple fact they did this I'll come back. Boys just say here. We all know what it's like to be on the road. That one small gesture will keep me coming back

The hotel was great, with a reasonable breakfast provided. There is no EV charger here, but they did allow me to plug into the 120v outlets overnight which gave me a slight top-up on level 1.

We arrived and asked when breakfast was and found out it is catered in hot. She told us 530 am it starts. We had to go to the airport at 5 so we decided to get breakfast at timmies but when we came down in the morning at 5 am breakfast was already there and no people were setting it up so it was there ready for a while. Room was very large. Excellent breakfast selection. No recycling bins in rooms for cans and bottles.
