Jax always has good food, reasonable service and always at least one empty table on Friday nights. The spa is also top notch.

Location is perfect, spacious ròom. grate employees and foods especially the breakfast is awesome people too. Though we have noticed bad smell inside the elevator other than that overall is great .

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The hotel restaurant is fantastic and their continental breakfast is great, including freshly prepared omelettes.

The hotel is always clean and staff is friendly. Food in the restaurant has always been good. It's the only place we stay now when we visit Grande Prairie.

The room is smaller than normal but only because of the fantastic bathroom with a nice soaker tub and a separate shower. No loud fan in the bathroom, and yet the mirror never fogged up. Lost one star only because I couldn't use my Chromecast with the TV due to their proprietary remote for their cable box.

We held a large (300 guests) corporate event at the Pomeory in August 2024. Jaspreet and Karen were amazing at helping us plan for our event and made sure everything ran smoothly. Any questions we had were promptly answered. The buffet dinner was delicious and they even set up an ice cream sundae bar for dessert! I cannot recommened this venue enough if you are looking to host an event in Grande Prairie...

What's not to like? Lobby is nice and gives off a fancy vibe. Staff went above and beyond, particularly at check in. The room was spotless and a good size. I had a very quiet sleep. Free breakfast was very good for a continental! The pool and hot tub were also a big plus. Little details like a bath robe and good products in the bathroom were nice too. The rooms are minimalistic but very clean , we were given an upgrade, top floor lounge perfect added treat. The Sunday brunch was delicious.

I liked everything that had to do with the hotel proper, namely thet they had a ladies only floor with its lounge and gym. It made me feel safe and protected. Staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. I would chose this hotel any time again.

We rented one of their banquet rooms for an event and the service was pretty good. The manager came across as someone perturbed or annoyed. The bar tender and wait staff were super friendly and speedy. The food was quite good and tasty with a great selection for the price.

Decent hotel but area is questionable. Lots of questionable people around parking lot, truck was broken into.

Room and staff were good. Noisy refrigerator (emitting a high pitched whistle) in the room I unplugged. Train that came by a couple times (late at night and early in the morning) sounded its horn for what seemed like an eternity. The tracks are right outside the hotel.

The Sandman was a great location for a one night stay. The only thing we missed was the hot tub as it was down for maintenance.

I liked the room, nice bathroom, comfy beds. Overall a nice stay. Only issue I ran into was, i specifically booked a room with a pool to keep the kids entertained for the evening and it was closed for maintenance. Had i known I would have booked elsewhere. AC in room did not seem to be very cold. They didn’t know if our room was ready yet at time of check in. And then checked out and was offered complementary waters for the room at check out? Why not offered at check-in. Parking lot behind hotel dirty and garbage blowing around.

Rebecca from the front desk who checked us in was really pleasant to deal with. When we asked her if our motorcycles could be seen by the surveillance cameras, she advised us where we could park so they could be easily seen. She even went out of her way to take a picture from the surveillance tape to show us our bikes could been seen. She set our minds at ease.

I arrived at the hotel close to 11 p.m. on Monday, November 3rd, the day of my check-in. I saw her outside, carrying a large cart with luggage, and our eyes met. She (indian descent) looked at me, and then I saw her suddenly go into the room? behind the front desk. When I approached the front desk, the female staff member (indian descent) was not at front desk. I thought she went to washroom or somewhere...

I walked into the hotel and they had pizza and beer for guests. Listen, I can buy my own pizza and beer. I didn't even want them, but the simple fact they did this I'll come back. Boys just say here. We all know what it's like to be on the road. That one small gesture will keep me coming back

The hotel was great, with a reasonable breakfast provided. There is no EV charger here, but they did allow me to plug into the 120v outlets overnight which gave me a slight top-up on level 1.

Stayed in a pet-friendly room while my wife and I were in town for surgery. The staff was super friendly and gave my dog a bag of goodies. It's only 2 minutes from the hospital so we didn't need to worry about getting there on time. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was amazing.

I stay at this hotel for work quite regularly. They have a great level of customer service and are extremely consistent across my many stays. They will learn your name and any regular requests you make over time and listen to your concerns with the disposition to make it right (if you even have any concerns!). Service is good, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. WiFi is decent. Attached restaurant is very good, but service is slow. Included breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food. Rate is reasonable for the location with easy access to the airport.

It doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside is all redone and really nice. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The lounge has a good menu, they also do room service if you don't feel like going out. The rates are reasonable for a nice hotel and meal in GP when you are working and living on LOA.

10/10 will stay here from now on, I have been a field service hand in the patch for 10+ years and for the current covid situation and even outside of it this hotel is out doing itself. Unbelievable room service style breakfast with your choice of food, excellent and professional front desk service and all for a super fair price. I came in late after a long day on the road. I was very tired and a little bit cranky after a mix up at another hotel. Lance was exceptional at the front desk- understanding, informative and really cheered me up! The bed was super comfy, the room was quiet & clean. The complementary breakfast buffet had a great variety and was quite tasty.

The check in process was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints are the terrible water pressure, that dropped when someone in a neighbouring room turned their water on. Also, the food in the lounge was not even mediocre.

New rooms- thumbs up I appreciate that this hotel has received a Reno! My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the towels soft. Check in was a bit slow and you can tell the main lobby gets some heavy foot traffic. For the price I would stay again as long as it was a renovated room.

It's overpriced because of all the oil companies paying for employees rooms and not seeing them first. One bonus is that it is 32.5 feet away from the strip club so you could get smashed and crawl back to your room. It was updated and a decent bed to sleep on, the cable has no channels. Semi truck parking very close by on the service road.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in close proximity to Hwy 43 for those travelling onward but a little out of the way for restaurants and any shopping.

Only plug in for phone was UNDER the nightstand. Walls in the hallway need new paint. Lamps by the headboard need bulbs to actually work. Breakfast staff need some very serious training. We traveled around Canada for work and this was our favorite Days Inn. Their breakfast was very nicely mixed with lots of options. Their gym was not the nicest but had all the equipment you could ask for with a budget stay. Their customer service was great as well... did I mention they have a pool table?! How wicked!

Friendly staff run this hotel, no doubt about that. The place itself is old and tired so it could really do with some renovation. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room could do with some additional cleaning. Overall a good stay but a little overpriced given its condition.

Stayed here on a work trip. Hotel is great. My preferred brand. Lots of parking, underground option. Location provides easy access to get on the main roads. I had asked to extend my stay and was told everything was good. But staff hadn’t extended my stay, when I asked again, again it wasn’t extended. I’m not sure what happened but finally the third time it happened. It was strange.

As a person that has to travel for work, hotels become our home. How the staff treats us can really make the difference and although the staff have been great there’s one member that stands out. Yana goes above and beyond, making my stay feel more like home. I never feel like a bother when asking for anything and her kindness really makes the difference. I like using hotel Facilities as much as possible so when a place has a pool or gym im all over it first chance I get. This place has an insane pool area! This hotel was amazing! Super clean rooms, fast guest service when checking in, and was quick to bring extra blankets when requested. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Checking out of the hotel was fast and convenient as well.

Room was large, clean & comfortable. It is very close to the hospital which was where we had to be in the morning.

I really like the size of the room, the kitchenette area and the king size bed. The location is also great. The reason why I did not give 5 star it is because the television can not be move so when you sit on the sofa, you barely see the tv and you get a neck pain. Changing for moveable/adjustable wall brackets it would really improve the comfort of the room.

Clean, quiet, and well appointed rooms. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, easy to find, close to amenities. Would recommend this place to travellers in town for business, as the suite has a full sized fridge and a mini kitchenette. As someone with dietary sensitivities, this was invaluable to me for my time there.

Front desk staff are very accommodating and the rooms and nice and clean. Plus there's a restaurant and pub that is a part of the complex so it's close and you get a discount if your a guest at the Inn.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness. Check in takes a bit of time. Breakfast is perfect. Easy to tailgate if that's what you prefer very laid back.

The rooms are great, large washroom, kitchen, living area. Underground parking was the main reason for booking here.

The rooms are like apartments and are very clean and comfortable lots of room. The shower bath combos are great the water pressure is excellent. The kitchenette was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities to cook a meal.

This is such a beautiful inn, we stayed here for 4 nights. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. The room is very modern and clean. TV in all rooms and the washroom is huge and so nice. One of the front desk staff could have been a little more people friendly. Very polite lady at front desk reception. Room was ‘fine’: shower water hot, a/c cool, tv had multiple channels. Asked for an extra bed blanket and was provided it. When you are tired and just want a shower and some sleep, this motel is VERY good value.

Quiet little motel. Reasonably priced with helpful staff. Rented a kitchenette that had a full sized fridge, two burner stove and a microwave. Everything worked well but the utensils and cookware were lacking somewhat. One beaten up frypan, small and medium pots with lids. Overall would recommend.

My stay was decent aside from the wifi not working the entire time. I had to work from my laptop, hop on video conferences etc. so I had no choice but to hotspot using my phone data which resulted in overage charges. House keepers are very abrupt and I find will judge you just by the way u dress or what you drive. It took 3 days to get clean sheets and I still had to go find them for the sheets. So I would have to say a 1⭐ for housekeeping. Other than that for the price you can't really complain (u less u have a crazy French guy harrassing you every 10 mins.

So the rooms are dated but clean. The bathroom was more recently updated and quite nice, very comfortable shower. I stayed one night just to shorten my drive to work, judging by the parking lot I would guess a lot of the guests were doing the same. Close to food. The property delivered everything I expected for the price I paid.

Lovely accommodations on some lovely peoples property that is absolutely...lovely. A much better experience than any of the hotels/ motel chains or the usual options. If they have a room available, do yourself a favor, probably the best choice in grand prairie for the night

This BnB is an oasis! Our hosts were so friendly and gracious. We had a private balcony and bathroom with a tub. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean! We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Breakfast was delightful- the hosts provided a menu and we were able to choose Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles for breakfast. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through...
