Guelph, 11 Corporate Court 🧭 Map
Spacious room, comfy bed, having breakfast included was a great bonus. Nice and quiet - no traffic noise. Lovely outdoor area to relax in.
Very nice suites are perfect for families and business travelers. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. The bathrooms are also stylish and stocked up with body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Suites are very clean and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Definitely will come back.
Peaceful place with great room, breakfast, indoor pool. Pet friendly. The desk service was consistently poor however. Asked especially for ground floor on reserve. Not done on arrival. Inattentive, too busy on phone to communicate, failed to send invoice by email as requested, no one on desk. Just not listening.
Check-in and -out went very smoothly Tasty breakfast with lots of options Comfortable mattress Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion available and conveniently placed Kitchenette well supplied with toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher (one dishwashing tablet provided), dish soap (in case you don't fill up the dishwasher), pots and pans, silverware, and dishes.
We recently stayed here for 2 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids. We were able to get a suite with 2 bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. This made the trip much more enjoyable to be able to get the kids in bed and still have some seating room for the adults. Kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was tasty and different each morning. Overall a great stay!
Clean mid range hotel. Room was a suite with queen bed and small kitchen. Seemed clean but a bit used, one could tell the hotel was fairly old. Did have a small pool and fitness area. Fitness area was small and only one treadmill, which was used at peak times so had to wait or come back. Room was cleaned daily, which I really didn't want. But no "do not disturb"sign was in the room. The breakfast was...

Large bed and very comfortable, bathroom vanity and counter separate from toilet and tub. Starbucks in lobby
Very friendly and very accommodating staff! Clean and very comfortable beds with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere! Highly recommend this hotel. I will continue to come back to this hotel.
I informed the manager about the numerous visible scratches on the desk in my room, giving the impression that the rooms lack proper care and appear old. He was eager to address the issue promptly, providing excellent service. The breakfast at the villa bistro restaurant was fresh, and both the waitress and manager were exceptionally friendly to customers. I would highly recommend this hotel to my...
Great bar (especially for a convention hotel) with a pizza oven! Nice and airy, and well lit. Hospitable bar staff who know what they are doing with the food and drink. Tried the Gord's pizza with Italian salad. Mama mia! Was very impressed with our room (suite with king bed and pullout couch). Clean and fresh smelling. Nice little nook holding bar fridge, microwave and sink.
Stayed for one night for a wedding. Kingsize bed, room was very clean, the bed cover linen was a little worn, bed was comfortable and room was quiet even though Guelph U was having homecoming. What stood out for us was the service. Tonya was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help us out and we appreciate it. Also the Starbucks cafe was great and the service was fast and friendly. I would...
All staff were very helpful. Friendly. Bar Mason food was great! Hotel was perfect location. Walking distance to everything we needed

I stayed here for two weeks in January, and there are a lot of good things about this hotel, but also some not so good things. First off, the service was excellent and super-responsive to my needs. I had a small issue with my original room and they placed me in a much nicer room right away, which made me very happy. The amenities are good. The pool is great, the sauna is a big bonus in winter. There...
Had a great experience staying here for my daughters birthday. The staff were nice. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were a bit dated but clean. The highlight for us was the pool. We absolutely loved it and it was never busy.
Very odd layout, bathroom was small, bed was comfortable and place was clean. We didn't receive any shampoo in the room so we went to front desk. Within 5 minutes we had bottles delivered to our room. Great service
The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but also clean and nice enough. The breakfast was great, real dishes and silverware, lots of options, most fairly healthy. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, check out too. The pool looked nice, the while building in general is beautiful, but I didn't have the time to try it out.
Location is great, right off the highway and near a shopping mall. Very convenient. Rooms are clean. There was no advertising of the event however because the hotel was not running the event.
This hotel is a fair size facility with lots of rooms as well as a pool and common areas to hangout at and relax with friends. The check in was a little rusty and the young lady doing it must have been having a pretty bad day as she was very short with us. The pool is on the ground level but it looks pretty decent. Parking is ample, but some might have to park downhill if you get there late. The...

Great service, and all the Suites are a nice size, with a kitchennette. I came for business with my wife and loved it. A perfect place to work from, and have a great time as well. Our work started early, and we had no complaints.
It was my first time visiting Guelph and my friends and I decided to try the Hampton Inn as a few other places were too pricy for us. I’m extremely happy with my whole experience from check in all the way to check out. They generously allowed us to check in early - the room was large in size and the bathroom shower was top-notch. They even provide a shower cap, makeup wipes, and offer complimentary...
Friendly and helpful staff. I was here fore a training course and they were available and wick with every request to make my days go smoothly. I would return here for another course anytime.
Nice place friendly staff that are out going and happy to please. The motel is clean with up to date decor. Also has lots of amenities such as pool, hot tub, weight room, onsite Laundry room, computers with fax machines. Rooms are clean and maintained well. prices are fair and in right ballpark for all that they provide. Nice place will be back when in the area!
The rooms are well taken care of with many outlets for electronics. The single bed room I stayed in did not have a tub but had a very large shower. The toilet paper was 2 ply but everything was clean and well maintained.
The rooms were well kept and the staff was pleasant. The food was adequate at best. But as it is continental this is on average with most hotels.

It's a really clean place with some amazing amenities and really secure place overall. The rooms are spacious and the people are generally nice. A portion of the hotel is currently being used as student housing but that really doesn't stop them from providing great customer care
The room was surprisingly large. Had a nice TV, large bed, desk, table with chairs, bar area and a nice bathroom with two sinks. The breakfast was pretty okay. It was nice and quiet, staff were all friendly and nice. Only slight complaint was that there were no vending machines with snacks, only had drinks. I would definitely come back here again.
The staff there when I checked in were relaxed, cool, very knowledgeable and helpfull with all the questions I had. They made the experience fun, funny and enjoyable. That hotel bad the most comfy metres and pillows. The rooms there were a decent size and just the right temperature. The ice machine was in the perfect spot from my room. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and worm. No stale croissant...
The hotel is great I did notice though when you drive up needs a little work outside from winter. Reception clean and tidy helpful staff. Rooms are large bathrooms are a little on the small side, all in all nice place and they have a swimming pool which is outside so I was there in May and was still closed. Would recommend and close to restaurants.
This was a nice stay overall. The hotel is a bit older and shows its age in a few places. One of these is the level of accessibility. Rooms on the first floor have a small set of stairs, this can be avoided by going outside and re entering the hotel at a stairwell. Rooms on the second floor have a ramp so be sure to talk to someone in advance if you need an accessible room. The room itself was well...
Best western provided superb customer service and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is what affected my rating. The pillow cases had stains and the washroom floor had some droplets of paint. On the bright side, they have a complimentary breakfast with which is fantastic!

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff at the front desk. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The B'fast buffet was excellent, and I enjoyed everything on the spread . Being a heavy snowstorm previous night, the B'fast cook and server was the Front Office Manager Debbie ( hopefully, I got the name correct) she was very pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile and did a great job!!!👍👌❤️
Nice hotel. Clean rooms. We were on the main floor and had 12 ft ceilings which really made the room larger. Nice pool with slide. Breakfast area was well stocked. Grass areas to the side and back of the hotel allowed our team to socialize and play some cornhole. Location was a bit off the beaten path... While restaurant options weren't walkable, they were less than 10 minute drive.
Nice and clean rooms, the front desk staff was great during the check in but in the morning the one staff person found it more fitting to answer her personal cell phone rather than attend to the 4 guests trying to check out.. besides that breakfast was delicious and lots of options available.
The suite was beautiful and spacious, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to test out the pool with the slide! But the included breakfast was very impressive with fresh, seasonal fruit, great selection of protein and cereals, and loved the waffle bar! I know it takes more work, but I'd love to see reusable dinnerware. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay and will be recommending...
Stayed at this hotel for the first time on a business trip. Staff were quite nice. Breakfast was great and I really liked the hotel's style. The location was convenient for me but you are a fair bit away from restaurants.
Clean, quiet hotel. Reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable rooms/beds. Decent little workout room, plus pool and hot tub. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking. What more could you ask for? Fully satisfied customer.

Some of these reviews are needlessly negative. I stayed at Days Inn Guelph over the holidays, and all the staff were very lovely and accomodating. Room was clean and well kept. Free parking was great. Would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel offers all the basics you need never had a problem staying here. My only complaint is that there were not enough wall outlets in the room we were staying in and the ones that were available were in awkward spots
Friendly staff. Reasonably clean and reasonably quiet. Good price for the area. I'd recommend checking prices on other nearby hotels first - when there is a sale or discount you could get many more 'extras'.

First time staying at this location and in Guelph. Staff was friendly, professional, and quick. The room was spacious with all amenities. Breakfast was worth getting up for. Great location that's easy to find. Will be coming back
A well-run motel located at a convenient location in Guelph. Everything worked in our room. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is average motel fare, eggs, sausages, tea, coffee, cereal toast, with a very attentive host.
I’m it even done my stay and felt I had to leave a review. I had to reschedule my stay very last min and they were friendly and accommodating, they did not charge me a fee for changing my booking the very day I was supposed to sign in. The hotel is a comfort Inn like all the others, the room is fine, it’s clean the pillows are soft the bath is big enough to soak in for the most part. The rooms have...
Nice place to stay. The atmosphere is good and staff members are nice. Only minus is that the room I stayed doesn't have enough lighting
Checked in after midnight without any issues. The concierge was polite and friendly. He got us a room quickly and gave all the breakfast information. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Will visit again. 4 out of 5 stars because breakfast wasn't very good.
Just stayed one night and it was in a nice location. Only wish the main light for the room was brighter as it barely did anything. To actually see in the room we had to turn on every single light in the room. The room was nice other then that and that it did have that smell of an old motel which isn't terrible but it just didn't smell as clean as some other hotels that would normally be in the same...

Nice, clean, quiet place to stay! Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Pool was a little small but it was nice that they had a pool and hot tub. Would stay again!
Hotel was in a fairly convenient location with restaurants walking distance. The rooms were clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Staff was friendly. The breakfast included looked really good and had a great selection (I did not try it during my stay).
Nice enough, though a bit expensive for what it was. It's impossible to close the curtains all the way so there was too much light in the morning. The rooms were clean but nothing special. Breakfast was good but the pancake maker was strange... It churned out chewy, rubbery pancakes. Coffee was surprisingly good and available 24/7.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and I had no issues other than some problematic room keys.

Room was a bit dated but very clean. There was no smoke/CO detector or a second lock on the door. The bed was super comfortable. Beautiful big picture on the wall behind it. Hot shower. Took a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. It's part of the air conditioning unit. The guy in the office was super friendly and helpful.
Had a horrible night here. Not all the hotel's fault. The room was adequate, although I found it more expensive than it should have been. Unbeknownst to me, I was staying in prime territory for people who go to Country and Western concerts at a few local places, and that night was just nuts. There was actually a point where I didn't feel safe. If you choose to go, call ahead and make sure it's not...

Great price, don’t go their with a snobby attitude thinking your walking into some fancy hotel. If you need a place to sleep that is at least clean, but maybe not as well kept in terms of the condition of the whole motel for a good price. Then it does the job, basically you get what you pay for.
Not the most elegant place to stay, but it definitely worth the money! The accept cash, debit & credit for the rooms. They have smoking rooms that require no deposit, and they have non-smoking rooms that require a deposit. If you're looking to just sleep or have a room for the night/weekend it's not too bad! Long-term stay is available too, for a really, really good price.
It's an old school basic motel. It's tidy and reasonably clean. There is one room that is wheelchair accessible. All the rooms are at ground level with a small step up into them. Very easy to get to, close to downtown and the uptown grill which has fantastic breakfast. The bed we had was very comfortable, but there were no spare blankets. So, if you get cold either ask for one or bring one along. It...
Quiet, clean and very friendly staff. I did not hear anything from outside or other rooms. There was even a fridge in the room. I would stay here again. Reasonably priced as well.
I was actually pretty impressed you hear lots of bad things but room was clean and service was great
Decent rooms with comfortable accommodations, not the kind of place I would stay for longer than a day or two . Service is good, friendly staff. Each room has a controllable ac unit which makes for better sleep on hot nights. Most of the furniture is outdated, older TV's that whine when used but not a terrible inconvenience. Bathrooms are nice, again not terribly spacious but the motel fits every...

Needed a room for the night because of an emergemcy, i liked it so much I ended up staying for a second night, just because.. Quiet, comfortable, ultra friendly, affordable and perfectly located. You could do much worse than spend the night here. Five stars from me.
I had a good Queen bed room (322) nice and cozy. Everything available. Good neighborhood with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and bars at walking distance. Right in front of the Guelph central station for anyone who's traveling. Good reception, both evening and morning staff were extremely nice. I can understand the security deposit but I never seen it anywhere else I stayed. I just removed...
Staying here for a few days, I chose it because of its low price point and convenient location. (120$ downtown). Upon arrival I expected poor service from this place as on maps it’s rated at 2 stars, however I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. Don’t get me wrong, the hallways are a bit dated for decor but you don’t rate a meal on how easily it can be thrown...
Location is great as it is right downtown. Friendly staff who offer great recommendations on the best whereabouts in Guelph. Good for budget travellers.
Perfectly located downtown near all the cool bars and hip restaurants. You won’t be disappointed if you’ll expect very little in regards to the confort of this hotel. The rooms are somewhat rundown (especially the mattresses) and very out of date. Nevertheless the staff is always friendly and welcoming... just as long as you behave because this hotel is notorious for its party goers. So expect some...
Exactly what we needed for my Bachelor Party. Close to downtown, the place was clean, and I got 8 guys into two rooms with 2 queen beds each. My primary concern before we got there was bed bugs, but the place is definitely clean. Other than that, the place was what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. I would go again!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and this time our unit (305) was much larger than our first stay. Very comfortable. The only negatives are the music from the bar could be heard and the AC unit is in the living room so the bedroom is not as cool. Otherwise the location is amazing.
My girlfriend and I loved this place! Nice room, with a full kitchen, cutlery and pans. The restaurant attached to it was very nice as well. It's unfortunate we didn't stay longer than a night but I truly recommend it.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. Basic amenities were provided. Issue was mainly many rowdy individuals roaming the streets of downtown guelph on a weekend made it near impossible to sleep and possibly some rambunctious guests whoch would drunkenly yell throughout the night. It is very convenient and a good stay, but highly dependent on your luck of the draw with the crowd around you. Not sound...
Beautifully renovated suite. Great location/furniture/kitchen, smart tv. Cons: No elevator, the view. Missing 1 blind slat, shower head nozzle toggle was broken. Will definitely return!
Hidden gem and the Ceasars salad is to die for. A country and Western theme that works, nice friendly atmosphere. Goober in the small kitchen that brings out good pub food. Steaks are always a winner. We come back here often.
Great room in a great area of town...walkung distance to bars, restaurants, stores. Room was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended

beautiful character property, very charming. In a nice quiet location, with parking. The host, Janet was very welcoming and told us places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, and Janet even gave us breakfast ‘to go’ when we overslept. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
Only had a one-night stay at the Norfolk but was highly impressed by both the house itself and the innkeepers. A beautiful historical building situated within walking distance to downtown, Janet was both professional and affable and made staying here a pleasure to do so, and I would happily make a reservation here again.
My husband and I stayed here last week and loved it. Our room was gorgeous, the breakfast delicious and our bathroom (private to us and across the hall) was massive. We could walk to downtown's shops and restaurants and not worry about parking. Highly recommended!
My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and it exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Grandview Suite and it was so spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. And the bedsheets!!! They were the softest sheets I have ever slept on. It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
A wonderful old place with a lovely respect for its own history. Janet, the owner was super friendly and welcomed us with respect and affection.
