I would totally stay here again. Happy with the price they gave me. Clean room. Quiet. I did notice it a couple times but the train noise is hardly worth mentioning. My room was about as close to the tracks as you could get.
There were a few hairs on the sheet when I pulled back the covers but the sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff at desk and restaurant were all excellent. Very friendly, courteous and effecient.

The bed was very comfy. The size of the room was spacious. Good hot shower. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Nathan at the bar was professional and courteous. He made the best Berry Sour Gin. The trains unfortunately were noisy. Though you are provided with ear plugs. There is an indoor pool, which was cold and a large spa, which was nice. The location was close to all restaurants, cafes and gift shops. But I have a complaint to make about the $200 security deposit. I still have not received it yet, and I stayed there on 12/13 March. That's about 4 wks ago.

Had to come on and give 5 stars. This hotel is excellent. Great rooms. The beds are super comfortable, especially important after a long outdoor day. The pool and hot tub are great. The location is within walking distance to everything downtown - which we thought was great since hotel parking is free. Just an overall wonderful experience.

Wonderful hotel. Beds & pillows were super comfortable. Our room had a fridge and small sink which was handy. Also if you’re an Albertan, you get a free breakfast when u call the hotel directly and say you want the breakfast package. And the breakfast was amazing!! It’s about a 5 min walk to downtown where all the restaurants & shopping are. We will stay here again next time we’re in Jasper.

We loved this place! Everything was easily accessible to eat, drink, book tours and get information from the front desk. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we enjoyed a drink in the lobby. Everyone was helpful which made our short stay in August enjoyable.
The Crimson is close to town, making it easy to walk around and take in the sights, grab a bite to eat and even taking a stroll through the neighborhood area. Very pleasant and quaint!

On arrival I found the receptionist offhand and unhelpful. Despite all of us being aged and one of us disabled, we were left to struggle with our luggage to the far extreme of the hotel. She seemed more interested in chatting with her friend than in helping us check in.
Fortunately the other members of staff we met during our stay were far more helpful but it was a poor start.

We had a great room at a conveniently located hotel. The staff were particularly friendly. Having stayed in a few hotels during this vacation, this one stands out as the best because of the staff. I usually book ahead, but we had stayed at the Crimson many year before, and took a chance on availability. We were given a great room at a very good price.
