We're currently guests at this hotel, and our experience has been a disappointment. The property is beautiful but service made the entire stay stressful and unpleasant. We declined room service to support their green initiatives, yet our simple request for toiletry refills was overlooked despite of over multiple attempts over a course of 5-6 hours. We reached out at 9 am to request a refill of toiletries...

I loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and I could take my dog ​​with me. Clean and comfortable room, Le Labo bath amenities, excellent breakfast with a variety of products and a wonderful view of the Saint Laurent River. I loved the smell in the hotel lobby, I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to use at my home. I loved my stay at this Hotel!

The staff was very friendly and professionnal. From the front desk staff to the bartenders. Everything was clean and tidy. The river view room was amazing. 100% worth the money. And If someone worries about the resort fee just know that it's still worth paying a little bit more to get a lot more.

Came up from the United States for a snowmobile vacation. First time there and with a big trailer in tow it was hard to figure out where the entrance was. After some sign reading we made it down to the main entrance only to be yelled at by a bell hop telling me not to park near the circle. Hey I just drove 10 hours to get to the hotel. Great hotel and good service BUT everything closes at 11pm and there are no vending machines. So if you wake up thirsty in the night, you have to leave the hotel for something to drink. Really inconvenient/annoying.

The room was gorgeous, the check-in staff was phenomenal. The man that worked the desk was so polite and friendly. The food at the restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

Beautiful couples retreat. Gorgeous view, spa, pool, and dining. Large rooms and amenities. Only issue, are steps to pool spa area. If your handicap it's some effort. It's worth the view when up there

We enjoyed staying here more than our stay at the Fairmont Manoir Richelieu last year. The staff were friendly, the dining room was luxurious, the pool and hot tubs were perfect, the restaurant menus varied and the food delicious. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent room, excellent dinner and breakfast, excellent view, but there is no high speed Internet, contrary to what is advertised. There is only a very slow, open (therefore unsafe) wi-fi connection with bad reception. Had to use my phone to watch videos.

What a pleasant surprise! The staff of the Auberge took necessary precautions to be safe with face masks for both staff & guests. The service is incredible. The personel has class, is polite and respectful. The food is so good I almost felt guilty it was included in our bundle. The room was awesome, spotless and the view was to die for. All in all a perfect day and night in an incredible place. We will probably go back there next year and maybe before that if possible.

Excellent place to stay. Very cozy and warm atmosphere, the rooms were very spacious and very clean. They had a balcony with an amazing view to the Saint Lawrence river. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Great location. Will definitely go back!

Eating here is an out of this world experience. All ingredients are locally sourced, everything is prepared at the auberge, they even smoke the salmon and grow herbs themselves! It’s delightful.

Located in a very pittoresque area of town. Pointe à Pic was quite a revelation with it's waterfront, park and trail, bridge, train station, Casino and Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu all located within walking distance. Clean big rooms, friendly staff. Walls a bit thin so can hear any loud neighbours. But it was quiet the night we stayed. Free breakfast was boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, bagel, cheese, muffin, canned fruits. Parking ample and free. Close to many attractions and restaurants in La Malbaie.

It's a nice and cozy place. I have a very good feeling being there. The only thing is that when you open air conditioner, it's so noisy. The reception is nice, the hotel is old but clean. The location is great as well. You can have access to the restaurants in 1 minute by car. Don't expect the full buffet, but it's acceptable.

The breakfasts are out of this world, the views of the Saint Lawrence river from all the rooms are stupendous and the host is the most helpful I have ever encountered. This is the best B&B I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed had a lot of them

Superb breakfasts, old fashioned hospitality, and supremely comfortable lodgings conspire to make one want to prolong the stay. Many beautiful sights and a great variety of things to do within an hour's drive make the location a great taking off point for Quebec's arguably most beautiful region.

Incredibly good food. The beef burger was made with local beef. My husband never tasted any burger as good as this one. My veal burger was divine again local meat. The bread was locally made also. The location is very nice. There's a bar in the Hostel with some concerts. Everything stops at 11pm so you will have a great ambiance with a cosy night. Keep in mind that the walls are thin so bring something to help you sleep with noise. The kitchen is big and and the beds are comfy, except the super thin pillows. The lunches were good. However, the owner kept crying about the Covid measures in place, how she had to disinfect everything and blabbered a real constant and exhausting monologue on the measures. If I go on vacation it is not to hear the host constantly complaining. Otherwise the bedroom + bathroom were fine, but the bed very very very hard.

A quaint and beatiful place to stay with views on the river and within walking distance to a little marina. Alain is a friendly and helpful host, and he cooks amazing breakfasts! It was a pleasure staying at his Auberge.

Room (with tub and toilet in the room) in the tower was quite impractical. Bed was hard with noisy springs. Place is very close to the road, so the highway traffic sound is quite constant. Niice region, I would recommend staying in La Malbaie though as otherwise you need to always drive for dinner.

Beautiful area! I recommend this place if you like unique country cottages and you are passing through La Malbaie. Breakfast included, which is worth it. The Tourelle accommodation is a small intimate apartment on 2 floors, magical!

Nice little B&B operated by a lovely couple. It offers a nice view on the river. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming and incredibly polite. The breakfast was very good, with ham quiche and even a little desert.

Place was ok but like others said, sound travels easily. They prep breakfast for you with a fee. Pretty clean, it's a somewhat old establishment with the owner living there. Don't expect too much. Ok for price. Enforces people to keep clean.

Given what we paid for to stay here, it was simply OK. The rooms were clean, however you could hear the showers running next door as though a jet engine was blasting right next to you. Management was not as warm and hospitable as you would expect for a rustic auberge. Breakfast was delicious. This auberge had lots of potential but falls short.

We stayed in the chalet Petit Loup for 5 days, the chalet is well located - right in front of Mont Grand-Fonds. It is very modern and cozy as well. When we checked out from the chalet, we left something there, and the host mailed the item to us promptly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this chalet if you are looking for a place to stay in Charlevoix!

The owners of this hostel are very friendly, patient, and speak enough English to be able to communicate with guests who only know a little bit of French. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Most non-essential items like a microwave or fridge are found in the common room and are shared between all guests. The rooms do not have an ac but contain an electric fan and the windows...

Large rooms and clean. Prices was okay (4persons: around 140$) Internet connexion was okay. Breakfast not included: cant say anything, i didn't eat there. Didn't see any elevator. Rooms doesn't provide safes The bathroom was okay, very small tho.

Rooms were older style, and relatively dark. They were clean though. Note that irons do not come with rooms.

Very clean with a beautiful view and a 20 min walk from the ski slopes. The little fireplace was our favourite part of the whole thing! Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked and there were extra blankets and plenty of towels.

What a great experience we had at chalet #2 of the Oasis du Grand Fond. It's a well located place, quiet to the max, well equipped and warm, as we like. In addition, Mrs. Godin, the owner, is so kind and resourceful; she can give you all kinds of tips and recommendations to make your stay perfect! It is sure and certain that I recommend it to EVERYONE and if I return to this area one of these days...

Well located for visiting Charlevois. Clean chalet with lots of amenities: There is even a first aid kit, hair dryer, dish soap, hand soap and dish towels.

It is a very peaceful, clean accommodation, not far from La Malbaie, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The welcome is warm and what about the view...I've been several times and I really like this place! A haven of peace in nature!
