The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very small and dark (not enough lighting). Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.

Wished we had come to the correct Sandman hotel where our reservation was, first rather than the Signature one. Guess this is a common mistake but when you’re tired and just want to get to your room it’s disappointing. Other than that it was 5 stars.

The Sandman Hotel Langley was conveniently located and the room clean and well serviced. The bed was comfortable and the staff courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Canada.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! We are staying for 3 months to complete a move and the staff has been like family. Friendly, warm and caring …. Always a greeting. Justin is terrific on the front desk and has been very helpful to us on several occasions during our stay. If someone is choosing a place to stay for a short few days or a long stay this is the place to book!

Excellent place to stay. Staff was wonderful and attentive when asked for fresh towels and extra pillow. Facility is clean and the breakfast is superb. The air freshener they use throughout smells good but is a bit overpowering. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms where clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and lots to chose from for every appetite. My only complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing, and anyone talking and walking down the hallway.

Small but clean hotel, rooms were tastefully decorated. Staff was super helpful, Front Desk Manager- Vivek went out of the way in helping me and provided exceptional service. Location is good too,close to several restaurants.

Great experience here, i stayed in the king suite that has a jacuzzi tub. The room is super big and clean and the tub is so relaxing. They also have a breakfast in the morning and they provide lots of choices and options for what you may want. Very clean the staff are friendly and eager to help with anything you may need

Very clean. May appear slightly dated from the outside..however my room was beautifully updated and modern. Very clean and comfortable. Was given a free upgrade and was exceptionally pleased with the service and room.

You get a basic room with a bathroom. Bed. Table with chairs. Dresser. Tv with basic cable. Decent bathroom. There is an affordable, yet well- made, pizza joint next door. Overall ok... I have just stayed in nicer for cheaper.

I needed a place for the night as the original place I had was not pleasant.I was allowed to look at the room before I paid granted it is old I found the sheets on the bed clean and crisp and I read one other comment food under the bed the bed I had was solid no place to put foodfood

It was ok for the price. If you looking for any sort of luxury keep looking. If your looking for an ok place to crash, this place isn't bad. I'd stay again for the price.

Place was nice just had an issue with rooms not being made up. But otherwise the beds were comfortable and staff very nice

I am not usually a fan of motels, but this was a really good experience. Facility is older but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are small but I wasn't there for a spa experience. My daughter and I went down to shop at Metrotown for the day with her Christmas money. We found this hotel online as we drove down. It is an excellent value and includes a great hot breakfast. It was a bit tough to get through at the beginning to the switchboard and talk to somebody as I had to call four times but I am glad we continued. Stayed here for 4 days on a business trip, comes with complimentary breakfast which was good, cheaper rate. Rooms are clean but the beds are not very comfortable. Towels are in need of an upgrade, feels like 36 grit sandpaper. Appart from that it was a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The Metropolis mall was just a 10 minute walk and to commute to other places the skytrain is very nearby. Thank you for the amazing stay 😊.

This best western is ok. Nothing special. As I was travelling on my own for work it was in a good central location for the two deatinations I had to visit. It's on a busy road and the exit to the road is not the smoothest, as on the left side there is a large bush that could he trimmed, as it is an obstruction. This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.

You shouldn't be disappointed. I have astayed here a couple times in the penthouse and regular room Unit and it was always a great experience. Specially for a stop over if your traveling. Everytime I stay here, an Elvis is walking around😶

Honestly from the time i walked in to the time i checked out i got nothing but smiling faces and respectful gestures from staff. The room was so clean and everything was precise. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and delivered to my room. I got my money worth in this place and i plan to return anytime i have the opportunity to do so. Good Job Staff and Management.

We were very pleased that this hotel is affordable and accommodated us with a medical rate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean and have lots of platform selection on the TV. We will stay here again!

Nice and clean rooms, no breakfast option, You can get food from the burger restaurant on the premises. Good parking, near to main road, accessible rooms. Overall a good place to stay.

Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling

Share the same ambiance and facilities as other north American budget motels, Location is good in between Burnaby and DT Vancouver with reasonable commute access.....price varies according to the season, don't expect polite or friendly management (as probably they have to deal with lots of questionable people), Guests are fully responsible for your belongings.

Hotel is located on a busy street, easy access to all areas of Vancouver, but noisy. Plenty of nearby amenities. Hotel looks run down in appearance.

Just spent 4 nights here, room was clean, bright and updated. Was also quite spacious. I was nervous booking a “motel” for security reasons but the building and area felt safe and secure. It’s a little out of the way if you plan on spending your time in downtown Vancouver, traffic made it quite a bit of a commute. But I would stay here again.

This is not your average hotel! Sure it is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly (and happy!) and all you would expect, but the extra effort to maintain the property shows. Even the whimsical messages to wash your hands, not smoke and have your room cleaned (or not) stood out. Especially loved the Scrabble!!

Good stay at a fair price. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. Accommodated our early check-in. They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised but they do reimburse you for taxi fare. Restaurant on site though we didn't try it.

I was easily able to get a last minute room after my flight home was canceled.
