The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very small and dark (not enough lighting). Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.

Thanks for the upgrade. Loved the suite. Pays to be a Diamond Member. Brenda did a great job of checking us in. Wished we had come to the correct Sandman hotel where our reservation was, first rather than the Signature one. Guess this is a common mistake but when you’re tired and just want to get to your room it’s disappointing. Other than that it was 5 stars.

Parking spots are a little tight for larger vehicles, other than that this is an amazing hotel to stay at.

Stayed here for 4 nights and used it as our base to explore other nearby locations. Rooms were clean and the appearance overall was exceptional. They provided coffee in the rooms but I preferred to go to the Starbucks in the lobby. Casino was great and won more than we lost. Such a great stay! Called ahead to request early check in and play pen for our toddler. Was greeted by the wonderful Iryna who was very helpful over the phone and at the front desk. We were able to get into our room by 11am. Check in is usually 3pm. It was perfect for nap time and the play pen was already there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed here for a week, and the staff were uniformally polite and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite and I was able to work, easily in this environment. For a 2 star hotel it exceeded my expectations. We needed wine glasses and cork screw and they were happy to comply. All staff interaction was friendly. The included breakfast had all the usual continental things but also had hot eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. There's plenty of things in walking distance but the immediate surroundings are industrial.

My room was comfortable and clean. It was really close to the lobby, and I heard lots of conversation and passersby throughout the night. That was the only downside. If I didn't have my pets with me, I would have asked to move rooms. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was great.

Well maintained, Sandman. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was good. Good location, close to many different places to eat or grab some cold beer or wine. Most places are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Large outdoor parking lot so it's truck friendly. There is also a Denny's attached if you are into that kind of thing.

Great staff and awesome room. Loved that there was a Whitespot attached. Only complaint is our room was right above the swimming pool and a group of teenage girls were using it and screaming for over an hour. We had two young children with us, and even through a sound machine kept waking the kids up, until my husband finally went to the front desk at 830pm and ask them to do something.

2nd time staying for me. It was so quiet in my room that I only heard one train. Love the free breakfast as it is more than just a muffin and coffee. The staff are fantastic and helpful. I have recurring back pain and I was able to sleep soundly without waking up even once. I will visit again.

My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn last night. The room was clean, modern appointments, and comfortable. The breakfast was fulfilling, busy, and the room rates was reasonable. The prices were fair. Service was very good. The breakfast buffet is restocked often. I especially enjoyed the western omelette and sausages. Room service staff was not good. Even after asking they didn't change the sheets after two days. They just put the same sheets back. Other than that everything was good. What we expected.

It's tucked away in kind of an odd place but over all seems like a new facility and has very nice rooms. Room came with a queen bed and tv. Microwave and fridge as well as a single serve coffee maker. Only down sides were stairs only to the second floor, still had smoking on the grounds and i think in some rooms and the breakfast ends at 9 am all fairly minor to us but might matter to someone else

Great place to stay checked in at 10pm and the woman at the counter was really nice and friendly, they had free complimentary WI-FI and they also have smoking and non smoking rooms. Apparently they are doing upgrades to some of the long term suites, haven't seen them yet.

I stayed here for a few days with my friend and we had great time. The location was so nice to take 30 minutes drive to downtown and easy to acess to the different shops and restaurants. In addition, the staff was so nice and kind, and the room was quiet and organized well.

very friendly staff...loved my staying. some people saying that it is outdated and need some upgrades...however I loved their room, services and most importantly I was very impressed that they were available when I needed with great services. Thank you again and I give this review 5 stars!
