The hotel is very basic but clean - we were just looking for a place so we could sleep before we came home. The front desk individual was very lovely.

Solid place to stay Service and staff were amazing. Hotel could use some updates and when I got here the bedding needed to be changed. Comforter had a few stains on it but the staff were apologetic and fixed the issue right away. Overall location is good and stay was good.

Highly recommend this hotel I didn’t get there until 9:00 pm. The gentleman on the reception desk was very friendly. I use a walker, he had an accessible room left, so he gave it to me. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked wonderfully!

It was a good price, staff were very nice and helpful, our room was updated, others were in need of updates, main issues was it seems all 3 rooms had trouble with toilets flushing properly

Clean rooms, spacious, good amenities. Slightly outdated in terms of room items(no usb plugs) but really inconsequential items to mention. Great place to stay overall! Good price.

The staff was quite nice. The room was spacious and nice. Fairly clean with little things here and there that could be improved, ex. Repaint, clean corners, etc. However, there was an issue with billing and it took forever to resolve. In the end it did get resolved but it was such a hassle. The gym is pretty bad though. Rooms are clean and have spacious interior. The location of this hotel is extremely convenient. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent meals too. Our stay had breakfast included in the package. Being vegetarian, the chef prepared us a wholesome delicious breakfast. I will always opt for this hotel for my visits to London

I just wanted to give my thanks to the Holiday Inn staff. The staff are amazing! I have this lady who helped me a lot ( I didn’t get her name unfortunately) but she would start in the mornings with blackish medium size hair! She’s super nice and so understanding. Stayed for a weekend to meet up with some relatives. Check in was quick and front desk staff courteous. The room was comfortable, but very dated. Stains on carpet and mattress, chipped/warn furniture and fixtures. Very noisey HVAC in room. The alarm clock was a model from the 80's. There wasn't a single USB charging port in the room. Being a weekend, there was a lot of youth there for a hockey...

Clean simple room. Polite staff. Great price and we didn't use a booking service just walked right in. We always look for knights inn when staying over night and they are just as good as others we have visited. Would definitely use again

Pop machine, and laundry machine on-site. Coffee in main office only and only in the morning. They are very nice.

Really happy staying here. I was looking for a cheap, clean place to stay. They delivered, one of the quietest rooms I've stayed in for quite some time. Lots of food places around, so no problem for dinner. Had a great sleep, so no problems with the bed. Will be back again. Nothing fancy, but that's what I didn't have to pay for, extras that I don't use.

Very polite and great value! It's clean, comfortable and quiet. I was very satisfied. Only one thing...bathroom was cold, other than that, had a wonderful sleep.

The room was clean and quiet for the price. The only thing is they should have a two cup coffee maker and coffee in the room. We would stay there again.

After driving up and down Dundas St and seeing our options, we decided on this one, for it's clean charming exterior and it's honest, friendly service at the front desk.
