Very clean and well-kept hotel. The room was one of the better rooms I've stayed in. You can tell they take care of the place. Nice pool area too. Keep in mind that if you're staying near the pool, it will be loud since the pool is usually pretty busy.

Excellent place for a family trip. We found this hotel while.on vacation in Toronto and drove there for 2 days. The pool and waterslide were amazing. We got a room with a balcony and could sit out and watch our kids on the slide and swimming.

Beautiful hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a resort! The pool was amazing with a waterfall and greenery around it. Rooms were clean and the customer service was outstanding. Check in was incredibly smooth, and the room was flawless upon arrival. Staff were incredibly friendly, specifically Earl and Christine at the front desk. The decor is everything you've come to expect from the DoubleTree by Hilton chain, which is to say that it is nice and modern looking. We came here for a Company Christmas party. Checking in was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in great shape. The roads to the hotel were being service and were really rough at the time. But other than that - our stay was awesome. I would come back again.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was spacious and the amenities were very well kept like the pool area. Staff were amazing as well! My car had a problem, they gave me late checkout for free until 2pm which allowed me enough time to pickup my car and get out of there. The hotel is decent. The parking situation so far hasn't been terrible but the check-in person indicated it will be, at which point you're on your own (despite parking being included). The check-in person herself had poor customer service skills and was quite condescending. Not a pleasant first impression.

Went there for the Dickens Christmas luncheon buffet at Blakes. Food was pretty decent, not as big a selection as you would expect for $19.95 but the turkey was pretty good and the gravy was excellent. I suspect that the mashed potatoes were a mix of real and powdered or they used some weird margarine - it had a gluey texture. Parking lot was extremely icy. One kid slipped while trying to get into the hotel. The hotel felt understaffed due to the full capacity which meant slower servo at the front desk and breakfast. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. The staff was pleasant and friendly despite being pulled in multiple directions.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews but it is a good place to rest at a very good price. Yes, the corridors do feel a bit run down but my room was very clean. During my search this morning the price quoted is $68 per night and this hotel is certainly worth that, but we paid $160 plus the $30 tourist tax and the 13% HST Tax. The price is right at this budget hotel. As you might suspect from the rate that you are paying, there are some issues with the property. However, the staff is friendly, and you will have a room with a bed where you can sleep. Our room could have used a deep clean, but in a basic sense, it was clean enough (clean sheets and towels, and a clean bathroom)

This was the 3rd or 4th time staying at this particular location over the last year. All have been great stays with very responsive staff and great service. Wow! Who knew we had such an amazing hotel in the heart of downtown London aka Richmond Row. The OLD Station Park Hotel has been totally updated and rebranded to The Park Hotel. Pretty good hotel at a good location. Not enough parking though. Can be tough to get a spot when the hotel is busy. The room I was in smelled a bit musty but leaving the window open helped. Breakfast is as you would expect for a holiday inn. The wifi makes you sign in again every day which is a bit annoying.

This hotel provides a grocery shopping service.The king bed studio was spacious and had a kitchen. Good for a budgeted business trip. The cleanliness was an issue though. Fridge was covered in dust. The sinks and drawers were covered in soap scum and there appears to be a small amount of mold in the showers corners.

We were in London this past weekend at a hockey tournament and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Exeter. There were three or four teams there and we were so impressed by the way Hampton managed everything. They made us feel very welcomed and all the kids and parents had a great time! We were here for a Basketball tournament this past weekend. The room we had was very comfortable, clean and a good size. The breakfast was a nice start for a day, and the staff are helpful and kind.

Generally clean but very run down. The thermostat in my room seemed to be decorative - luckily, the weather stayed warm enough that I could get by okay without heat. The bathroom tap was broken. The parking lot is in really rough shape - lots of potholes. The hotel was being renovated at the time of my stay, so hopefully it'll be better soon.

Good value for the money. Helpful, friendly staff. TV didn't have a guide channel so that was frustrating to have to go through all the channels every time to see what's on! Also the heater did not have instructions for use so we were quite chilly for a couple hours thinking it was on when it wasn't. I didnt go in, but the hottub looked like the water should have been changed.

You get what you pay for. Not the most savorie of areas but respectfully clean and their rates can't be beat. The staff was lovely and the clientele was colorful to say the least but everyone pretty much kept to themselves and minded their own business. Definitely not the worst of the low cost hotels/motels

It was really clean there, the rooms are very big,and clean. I would go there again also they had all the amenities that you would need. Shopping close by. Great service there as well as wheelchair accessible!

This fine accommodation has all the needs of your average traveller covered. You can grab a excellent Brisket Sandwich and Chocolate Milk from the Beef Barron fine dining Restaurant and Dance Club right next door! How convenient.
