The decor is everything you've come to expect from the DoubleTree by Hilton chain, which is to say that it is nice and modern looking. Unfortunately the hotel has not been maintained to the standards one would expect. The toilet in my room hissed loudly and constantly. The shower head was covered in limescale. A decorative cover was simply absent in the bathroom, exposing a metal cavity under the counter...

Double tree is the most splendid hotel I have ever been to. If there was a way to define perfect it would be double tree. Jet the front desk associate was incredible with me. I will be always making sure to stay at Hilton as a VIP guest. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Hilton.

We came here for a Company Christmas party. Checking in was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in great shape. The roads to the hotel were being service and were really rough at the time. But other than that - our stay was awesome. I would come back again.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was spacious and the amenities were very well kept like the pool area. Staff were amazing as well! My car had a problem, they gave me late checkout for free until 2pm which allowed me enough time to pickup my car and get out of there. Also that warm complimentary cookie at check in was a sweet surprise. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is decent. The parking situation so far hasn't been terrible but the check-in person indicated it will be, at which point you're on your own (despite parking being included). The check-in person herself had poor customer service skills and was quite condescending. Not a pleasant first impression.

Went there for the Dickens Christmas luncheon buffet at Blakes. Food was pretty decent, not as big a selection as you would expect for $19.95 but the turkey was pretty good and the gravy was excellent. I suspect that the mashed potatoes were a mix of real and powdered or they used some weird margarine - it had a gluey texture. Check in was incredibly smooth, and the room was flawless upon arrival. Staff were incredibly friendly, specifically Earl and Christine at the front desk. Beautiful hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a resort! The pool was amazing with a waterfall and greenery around it. Rooms were clean and the customer service was outstanding. Parking lot was extremely icy. One kid slipped while trying to get into the hotel. The hotel felt understaffed due to the full capacity which meant slower servo at the front desk and breakfast. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. The staff was pleasant and friendly despite being pulled in multiple directions.

The hotel is comfortable but there are few thing to mention. The staff could be a bit more polite when checking us in. The pull out couch was dirty and had a big stain on it. The hotel was great! Good location so we could walk to restaurants and Harris park for concerts. We arrived early and we were able to check in before the normal check in time. The staff working were very nice. We slept in and missed the breakfast and the front desk apologized for not serving breakfast past the normal time. Pretty good hotel at a good location. Not enough parking though. Can be tough to get a spot when the hotel is busy. The room I was in smelled a bit musty but leaving the window open helped. Breakfast is as you would expect for a holiday inn. The wifi makes you sign in again every day which is a bit annoying.

Didn’t stay here but had breakfast with a crew of 14 the morning after a wedding. Interior is nicely decorated, service was great and food recommendations were on point. Everyone had different dishes and they were all tasty. Definitely recommend!

This was the 3rd or 4th time staying at this particular location over the last year. All have been great stays with very responsive staff and great service. This hotel provides a grocery shopping service.The king bed studio was spacious and had a kitchen. Good for a budgeted business trip. The cleanliness was an issue though. Fridge was covered in dust. The sinks and drawers were covered in soap scum and there appears to be a small amount of mold in the showers corners.

Full kitchen rooms are the best. One suggestion would be to have can openers or kitchen related things that can at least be used provided optionally by the hotel.

We were in London this past weekend at a hockey tournament and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Exeter. There were three or four teams there and we were so impressed by the way Hampton managed everything. They made us feel very welcomed and all the kids and parents had a great time! Diana and team were fantastic! Will definitely be our London go-to hotel.

The price is right at this budget hotel. As you might suspect from the rate that you are paying, there are some issues with the property. However, the staff is friendly, and you will have a room with a bed where you can sleep. Generally clean but very run down. The thermostat in my room seemed to be decorative - luckily, the weather stayed warm enough that I could get by okay without heat. The bathroom tap was broken. I had stayed there a few weeks ago I really enjoyed my stay the front desk was awesome. I’m not sure of the young ladies name but she had made my husband and I feel exactly welcome. I will be going back on a regular basics room was sparkling we had gone out to come back to new bedding and new towels. I highly recommend this hotel I will be referring people.We had a blast like no other very clean quiet...

Very average quality for pretty high price $110 per night. In the middle of the night I was able to hear everything what happened with my neighbors... Heating/cooling fan is auper noisy. Can find much better for this price.

Price was decent and for the cost, the room was nice. A little dated but clean and managed. Staff really nice. Breakfast was decent, eggs were not that great but still a free breakfast! Wifi great speed. Definitely enjoyed our stay

Decent place. Good price. Service was excellent. Fair free breakfast. Bed and sofabed were both uncomfortable and blankets were thin however. They need a bit of updating. Bathroom was clean and updated. Tom itself was clean. Good location for shopping and restaurants. Overall, we were pleased with it.

Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I was there for an extended visit due to medical for my spouse. The staff were very accommodating and sympathetic when I had to extend my stay. Room was clean and warm. The complimentary breakfast was fine and the ladies that worked there were friendly and welcoming. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone and would stay there again if circumstances...

One of my favourite staycations in London. Don't expect modern, updated decor....but do expect clean rooms at a fair rate and always friendly and professional staff!!! Book a superior room and you'll enjoy a jacuzzi tub in your room, a bidet and a shower that transforms into a steam room! There are many shops, restaurants and amenities within short walking distance making it convenient

Highly recommend staying at this motel, the room was very clean and well put together. It’s actually one of my favourite rooms that I’ve stayed in so far (corvette room) I love the retro feel to the room, especially with the red heart shaped tub. The bed was very comfy as well! The staff was really welcoming and friendly, I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Very friendly and accommodating owners. Clean rooms and very affordable. Expect a 100$ deposit but given the luxurious amenities should be expected. Laundry and pop machine on-site, surrounded by restaurants and big box stores. Ended up here after a very unfortunate experience at knights inn. But all for the best. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for great accommodation for a great price!

I stayed here for 7 days. The front desk staff, especially Mike, was awesome! I had stayed my first night in a room that wasn’t suited for me personally and he was quick to change rooms for me according to my needs. The cleaning staff were awesome and deserve to be tipped for their thoroughness in keeping the room clean and well stocked! I give this motel a rating of 10 Stars! You guys made my stay...

This is the coolest motel you are ever going to find. It's old and it's retro and it's cheesy and tacky and wonderful and fantastic. Every room has has character and every room is totally different. You have never stayed in a motel like this. The family that runs this place are the nicest people in the world and the staff is great. You have to experience this place.
