Admiral Inn Mississauga

I do not recommend this hotel. Since we came to Toronto from Calgary by accident we forgot our credit card at home. We wanted to pay by phone but you refused, we offered to pay the e-transfer refused, the check also refused. We tried to explain to you that we want to pay for the hotel and whether we can pay differently. The gentleman was very unkind. He didn’t want to help us. We asked to cancel the reservation for which he also refused because, as he said, you had to not forget the card at home. The staff is not very nice.

Not happy with this place. It is pretty clean but the bed is hard, the pool was too warm, stains on the sheets, the blackout curtains do not block the flood light which was almost right out our window and the fridge and air conditioning unit kept on going on and off the whole night. I told the front desk about all the problems and nothing was done. They obviously don't care since they have your money. Don't recommend this hotel

My family stayed at the Admiral Inn last week and the experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory. While the hotel has good amenities and a decent location, the overall experience was not good.

The low point of our stay was when our toilet overflowed, and instead of promptly assisting us, the front desk had the audacity to ask my family to come and collect a plunger from them to fix the issue ourselves. It took over an hour of pleading and insistence to convince them to move us to another room.

The staff on Monday abruptly stopped us from accessing water from the common area, even though this had been perfectly acceptable on Saturday and Sunday. This inconsistency and lack of consideration were incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Throughout my family stay, they encountered several issues that were handled incompetently by the staff. Requests for basic amenities took a long time to be fulfilled. The attitude of the staff was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. It felt as though they were doing us a favor by addressing our concerns, rather than providing the level of service that one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The overall experience was disappointing.
