Very beautiful and comfortable stay . Staff is great and helpful

Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !

Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.

Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. The aircon unit made a weird mechanical noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Had a pleasant experience the next day. Spacious rooms and quiet even though it is located close to Pearson Airport. Pool and whirlpool are heated and very large. There are on site restaurants, and also a multilevel parking garage. I stayed during a blizzard and the garage protected my car from the snow. There was only 1 elevator working with a maximum capacity of 5, so the wait was very long. Rooms had microwave and fridge.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. It did seem a bit loud. For some reason sirens kept going off every 30mins to an hour. Maybe it was just an unusual day but it made it hard to take a nap.

Rooms are great, location is great, service decent, the building itself is a bit old. Like most airport hotels this is not a quiet hotel, you can basically her people through the night leaving it arriving from the airport. So it is hard to get a good night sleep. The shuttle is a great service, and parking is also available. There is a restaurant downstairs but it opens later in the day.

I lost my phone and (pad?pat?) at the Front Desk was really calm and courteous, he called the housekeeping, restaurant server to help me look for the phone but we couldn't find it. Great for layovers. Had a good room but the customer service both at the front desk and restaurant was average. Great bartender in the lounge who ran around serving people and taking orders by himself

We were here five years ago and our stay was even better this time. New mattresses and the bed and pillows were very comfy. There is an indoor hot tub and pool. The restaurant on site has great food and they even have the menu in Ukrainian!

Nice rooms and friendly service, but the location isn't ideal. But of course, you wouldn't be reading this unless you were interested in the location! That said, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to plazas with stores and restaurants quickly.

My room was clean and the staff was really welcoming and inviting when we got there and throughout our stay. The only negative was the hot tub had particles floating in it and didn't look like it had been clean in a long time

The room was not clean when we got there, one of the two beds was not changed of made. The fridge was not clean and someone had left a message in there and the toilet did not flush. However nice hotel with comfortable beds. Front desk attendant was nice. Not sure I'd stay there again

Lovely stay. Toilet wasn't working when I arrived in the room but they came and fixed it immediately and also offered me the opportunity to switch rooms if I preferred. Room is elegant, there's a fridge and microwave hidden away in a nice cabinet and the beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. No complaints!

Stayed for one night before flying out of Pearson. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the price was reasonable compared to other properties. We didn’t use any of the amenities except for the shuttle service which worked out well….used when we returned our rental to the airport and also when we flew out. My only complaint was paid parking.

Great location. Soundproofing is not so good. I was a fair distance from the elevator and I could hear it. Could also hear all the wheelie bags up and down the halls on other floors, the babies crying and the kids on floors above running up and down till well after 1am. The fridge in my room had not been closed properly and the carpet all around was wet.

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.

The room size and selection far exceeded expectations. It was spacious and roomy that made it feel like an upscaled hotel and not an inn. Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, smell clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was big. The only issue I had was with my coffee maker, which was not working. I told the front desk to change it twice and was not done.

The rooms were ok. I'm a little more picky with cleaning. Plus the hot tub was terribly oily. Had a service request that took a second call 2 hours later, yet it was handled promptly the second time. Breakfast was ok. With all of that being said. I would stay here again, not as a first choice.

Clean safe well managed hotel. I was in Toronto for business and this location was ideal to access the airport, downtown, and the districts. The staff was courteous and professional. I used the pool and fitness center and ate at the restaurant! Great experience!

Stayed March 24th/2018 And by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at as far as service for the price I payed for the room.. AMAZING! They go out of there way to make your stay a pleasant one .. I don’t ever leave comments but I can’t help myself this time .

Good for a quick night's sleep on a stop over. The rooms are dated and need some updating, however the bed we had was amazing. This hotel is roughly at 15-20min from the airport. They do have complimentary parking. The hotel and rooms might benefit from some retouch but our room was clean, the hotel appears clean. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Location is fair being Airport West, unfortunately not within walking distance of restaurants like some of the hotels closer to the highway. Overall good stay. The staff were friendly. There was a odd smell of tobacco as you enter the building but the room was clean and tidy. Our room had a sink that needed attention but I've experienced that at other similar class hotels as well.

Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. The control knob for the shower was missing...this should have been caught by cleaning staff. Front desk was quick to respond and got another room for me. We stayed here for travelling and were very pleased with our stay! The Park and Fly feature was excellent - this was the only hotel I could find that was reasonably priced and allowed us to keep our vehicle parked for 14 days.
