A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !

Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.

Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. The aircon unit made a weird mechanical noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Had a pleasant experience the next day. Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money

This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.

Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.

Good for taking early flight or arrive late. The hotel is near the Viscount  Station that a free rail connect to Terminal 1 & 3.

Convenient location for staying to catch up on the next day flight. The room is clean. Room size not too small. The staff are friendly.

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.

Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. The locks on the doors are a bit finicky, sometimes making me try the card a couple times or just flat out not work at all. Lots of noise from airplanes on the 3rd floor, lower levels may be better. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. This was the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far. The management, and the staff, made us feel like we were at home. I couldn’t have been more happier and comfortable staying here. Thank you to everyone that runs this hotel.

Paper thin walls, we stayed for 3 nights, while the parking lots were almost empty it seemed like there was always a party going on the the rooms beside us. Not to the faults of the other guest but the sound proofing was terrible in these rooms. pool and gym are also under construction at the moment and don't look like they are going to be open any time soon.

Based on the cleanliness of my room alone, the hotel deserves 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast wasn't ideal for me based on my vegetarian diet. The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. I know this because I have been awake for the past 3 hours counting the seconds between flyovers.

Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. Fantastic place. Room is huge! Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Our room was facing the highway but there was minimal noise. The only issue we had was the atrociously loud air conditioning unit. We had a spotlessly clean, newly renovated room, and excellent friendly customer service from all of the staff. I booked on short notice as my flight was cancelled. When I arrived, the man demanded I pay and extra $250 dollar deposit and that it would be refunded immediately. It’s a safe area and there’s a lot of good food places around it but it’s very loud. The doors and walls are paper thin so if you’re a light sleeper don’t really recommend but the staff and cleanliness was really good

Very friendly manager always welcoming ...Just make sure to ask for non-smoking if needed it seems rooms of non-smoking and smoking are mixed within the same floor some right next to each other. This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and it was actually really nice! The owner was so sweet, kind, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very nice!
