A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !

Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. The review is for after they changed name to Edward inn. It would be nice to have new hotel name rather than using old one. It was hard to find the place. A clogged and over flowing toilet was a pretty upsetting welcome. No cup or ice bucket in the room. Coffer maker without providing any cup is kinda pointless. Ice machines on only one floor works. Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. This has become our go to hotel in Mississauga. Great location, quiet, clean, modern, RV charging, and free parking. My whole family loved it.

The hotel room was very clean and lots of space. Has good size microwave, mini fridge, and clean standup shower. However, it was loud at night and some kids were running in the hallway. It’s also under construction so abit dusty. But over all the staff is really nice and helpful.

We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. It's a proper Toronto institution. While everything else is turning into a short term rental condo and destroying the city, this place is still here providing consistent and affordable service. If you need a place to crash but don't have a ton of cash, this place is reliable.

Basic studio with kitchen, had a good night sleep, located a few steps from Queen West not too far from Spadina. Everything worked well and was easy to move around downtown.

This is definitely an older hotel so don't go in with a 3 or 4 star attitude. What it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for with cleanliness and attitude. Clara at the front desk was wonderful. Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. Good hotel for family, I will go,again

As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk. As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).

The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Toronto. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Great for a business trip as I could work comfortably from my room at the desk. There’s also a gym that includes: a few free weights that go up to about 50lbs, cables, treadmills, elliptical machine and a stationary bike along witha few mats and accessories. There’s a small putting floor next to the gym too.

Only 10 mins walk from train station, CN tower and aquarium. Floor carpeting looking a bit grubby, changing area for pool needs an upgrade. The room is spacious with a small kitchen. There are charges for bottled water. Breakfast has little varieties. There is an heated indoor swimming pool and jacizzi which is quite relaxing.

Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite and the room smell like vomit and they ran out of 2 bedroom suites and they offered 2 single room suite with no other compensation. There was much lesser space in the 2 studio suite and they did not do up the sofa bed for the third person too. Service was bad throughout asking me to solve my own issue like finding my bonvoy number and going down to change my room keys etc....

Upmarket hotel in the city center within easy walking of St Lawrence Market, restaurants and entertainment. The room was fairly luxurious, with good views of the city and quick access to the hotel’s amenities and dining outlets. The vastness of the hotel made service somewhat impersonal.

Rooms was VERY warm, asked about AC and it was a non issue. I was told I would get a Fan brought up. Waiting till about 230am before calling it. For the price I would definitely just book somewhere newer.

Located in the heart of everything. Had the fastest elevators I've ever taken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool is open from 6am -10pm so it was great to go for a swim before breakfast. They stored our items after check out so we could still enjoy the day.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Friendly service with quick check in. Underground parking with the option for valet service. The location is prime and you can walk anywhere or take transit. The hotel room was great! The views were good, and getting to where we needed to go was easy because of it’s convenient location. Definitely a hotel people should consider when staying in Toronto. I also liked the little table with complementary samples of food and drinks (one day it was popcorn and one day it was fruit drinks). The food at the restaurant was also really good.

My sister, mother and I had a wonderful time at the Shangri-la. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar is spectacular and they serve a high tea. The pool, hot tub and sauna was so relaxing. We stayed in a king suite which was nicely kept, room service was quick and the food/drink was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as I will definitely be returning here!!

All was fine except The Market, the supposedly 24hr shop in the lobby for snacks etc., was not open at all during our stay. Missed this a bit as there are no mini-bar offerings in the room.
