A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport. The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable. I will stay in this hotel in the future !
Location is good very close to airport. Very clean. Price is very cheap during summer. I will recommend to friends.
Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.
Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. The aircon unit made a weird mechanical noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Had a pleasant experience the next day. The staff was extremely helpful in moving me to a different..way better room. It is close to the airport with some good food options in the vicinity.
This hotel had the best price in the area at the time we booked. A short walk to restaurants and close to the airport. We required minimal service and the staff was very pleasant. The layout for the room was great . Included full size desk area and chair with ottoman. The bed was very comfortable but the bed side table had a layer of dust. There were carpet nails sicking out at the bathroom door. The...
I recently attended a two-day professional conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Zahid, a member of the hospitality team. Zahid went above and beyond in ensuring our meals were perfectly timed, well presented, and that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. He was consistently attentive, organized, and maintained a high level of...

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.
Good for taking early flight or arrive late. The hotel is near the Viscount  Station that a free rail connect to Terminal 1 & 3.
Convenient location for staying to catch up on the next day flight. The room is clean. Room size not too small. The staff are friendly.
Great economical hotel for overnight transit at Toronto Airport. Easy to access. Highly recommend.
Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient
Close to the airport, very convenient location

The location is not very good, but it's OK if you drive yourself. The front desk staff are nice and the hygiene is OK. Overall it's OK.
This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. There are two Best Westerns here and this is the one that allows airport shuttle pick up after midnight. (Taxi is expensive here, so pick this Best Western if...
The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.
Nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Big spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of parking. The gym is a little small. Restaurant on site is very expensive.
All was well with the hotel. Only recommendations is that they help with luggages.
It is clean and good service. Even a shuttle is available to an airport as well.

Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.
I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money
This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.
Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

The review is for after they changed name to Edward inn. It would be nice to have new hotel name rather than using old one. It was hard to find the place. A clogged and over flowing toilet was a pretty upsetting welcome. No cup or ice bucket in the room. Coffer maker without providing any cup is kinda pointless. Ice machines on only one floor works. Gaarbages on top of vending and ice machines stayed...
Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. The locks on the doors are a bit finicky, sometimes making me try the card a couple times or just flat out not work at all. Lots of noise from airplanes on the 3rd floor, lower levels may be better. Decent...
Amazing stay. Great location & hospitality, was even upgraded to suite jacuzzi as room type was not available. What else you can expect from Hampton teammates. Decent breakfast nice decor in the lobby.
Amazing hotel and The best service. Would definitely recommend this place for family stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The front desk turban guy was very polite and helped me with the breakfast in the morning. Will back soon for sure and A+ rating for hotel.
Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.
Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. Free breakfast included waffles (make your own), oatmeal, fruit, pastries, cereal, toppings...

This has become our go to hotel in Mississauga. Great location, quiet, clean, modern, RV charging, and free parking. My whole family loved it.
Long-term hotel, cost-effective
We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception...
Overall solid stay at Glo. Pros: Fairly clean, well maintained, and large rooms (king suite). Staff were very courteous as well. Cons: The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but not bad.
Even though it was under construction, the room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Definitely one of the best rooms I've booked and will be staying here again in the near future. Happy customer.
The hotel room was very clean and lots of space. Has good size microwave, mini fridge, and clean standup shower. However, it was loud at night and some kids were running in the hallway. It’s also under construction so abit dusty. But over all the staff is really nice and helpful.

I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. Why are they trying to compare their place to these high ends hotel when super 5 not a high ends hotel!!.. it a motel not a hotel. Big differences.
Great price and the Staff are friendly accommodating. The rooms furnishings are like new and the room itself was well isolated from the cold -20°C nights. Thank-you Super 5 Inn, you deserve a 5 star!
The staff are extremely accommodating and always willing to help out their clients. They make you feel very welcome. The rooms are really nice and. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Very nice people working there, very down to earth. We were stuck in Toronto for an extra day due to a certain airline cancelling our flight at it was around 10 in the morning. I mean, the room is exactly what you expect for 100 bucks a night. DoubleTree by Hilton Good quality Like
The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. Amenities: The Residence Inn's amenities were as complete as ever. Service: I booked a king-size bed with a sofa bed, but was upgraded to a suite. I was very satisfied. Amenities: There's a basketball court outside the hotel, but unfortunately I didn't have time to play. I'd definitely consider staying here again. By the way, it's very close to the airport.
Very close to the airport. Convenient
The cheapest hotel in Toronto. The breakfast is not good. It is barely usable for business trips. There is no hotel shuttle bus. It is very troublesome.
A bit annoying to be asked at check in if I have a car and told it's an extra $25 a night for parking. I should have expected it since airport hotels all do it but still I wish it was just built into the price. Does anyone ever arrive on foot and not have to pay the parking fee? Overall it's a decent hotel, our suite was spacious and comfortable. Quite clean overall. One of three TV's didn't work...
We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. It's a proper Toronto institution. While everything else is turning into a short term rental condo and destroying the city, this place is still here providing consistent and affordable service. If you need a place to crash but don't have a ton of cash, this place is reliable.
Basic studio with kitchen, had a good night sleep, located a few steps from Queen West not too far from Spadina. Everything worked well and was easy to move around downtown.
This is definitely an older hotel so don't go in with a 3 or 4 star attitude. What it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for with cleanliness and attitude. Clara at the front desk was wonderful. The proximity to Toronto Western is fantastic. Kensington Market is close by. We were here for a hospital visit. I would def stay again.
Unlike most people, I've used here as my dormitory for the first year of my University life. $1000 a month back then (2011) was not unreasonable for a 2-bed room. The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street
Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.
I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.
This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s in a convenient location so that’s a plus. The rooms have bath tubs so that’s a plus. Problem with only one working elevator during my stay which resulted in a 30 min delay getting downstairs and staff refused to extend the breakfast service closing time
The room is spacious with a small kitchen. There are charges for bottled water. Breakfast has little varieties. There is an heated indoor swimming pool and jacizzi which is quite relaxing.
Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.

very nice hotel! Clean&comfortable. stuff are very kind. you should choose this hotel when you'll visit toronto.
When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail...
The location is great! Satisfied! The actual photos are as follows! Convenient for eating and traveling around!
Great experience overall, with very friendly staff and great views of city and the lake. A big shoutout to Nathalia who assisted us with the room reservation and special requests.
Maybe because we checked in late, they upgraded our room for free! Slippers, pajamas, and water were provided for the first time. There was also a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.

I wanted to amend my review and improve it, upon relection. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend. Thank you to the RC. We stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty nice. Considering the pricing it should be though. We got a club room which gives access to the club lounge which is totally worth it since you get basically all meals if you want. The food was definitely above average. There were a lot...
Cool hotel with the friendly staff you'd expect. Only major qualm was the quality of the room service. The food was at the level of a 3 star hotel. One dish arrived completely cold. Ordered multiple times hoping to find something good, but was left disappointed every time. Foodies beware!
We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought this would be a nice way to relax and enjoy the perks of the Ritz but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I firmly believe our room wasn’t cleaned fully before we arrived, there was a rug laid in front of the shower and the extra bed pillow was shoved into the TV stand. After room service came thru and cleaned the next day, that...
Obviously upscale, the rooms have upgrades where you don’t need them, but lack in areas that you often look for in your room when you travel. While marble is beautiful, I would rather have places to put my own things in the bathroom and have real privacy while I’m in there. The real luxury of this hotel lies in the service you receive in club level. Oana, Emma, and Olga were exceptional in their service...
There is completely nothing wrong with this hotel from the wonderful reception we had at check in from Audrie very pleasant thank you to the wonderful little treat we got for our 10 year anniversary surprise on behalf of the office staff a big thank you my wife was super surprised. The room was amazing so clean super fresh smell as you walk in the door so many cool futures with the automatic sensor...
Pretty great, though I expected more from THE premier 5 star hotel of Toronto. Everything was great, but not excellent. To be honest, it felt like a 4 star hotel. No complementary drinks, had to request bathroom supplies like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the concierge was not picking up the phone for ~1 hour between 3pm and 4pm. They did honour our requested early check in and late check out...

Good location, metro station 200 mts away. restaurants near by.
Upmarket hotel in the city center within easy walking of St Lawrence Market, restaurants and entertainment. The room was fairly luxurious, with good views of the city and quick access to the hotel’s amenities and dining outlets. The vastness of the hotel made service somewhat impersonal.
Rooms was VERY warm, asked about AC and it was a non issue. I was told I would get a Fan brought up. Waiting till about 230am before calling it. For the price I would definitely just book somewhere newer.
We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a family vacation. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toronto. It is within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is not only very clean but has a wonderful modern feel. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Our boys were very impressed with the room saying " this is the fanciest hotel ever", but we're less impressed that...
Located in the heart of everything. Had the fastest elevators I've ever taken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool is open from 6am -10pm so it was great to go for a swim before breakfast. They stored our items after check out so we could still enjoy the day.
Beautiful hotel and very clean. Friendly service with quick check in. Underground parking with the option for valet service. The location is prime and you can walk anywhere or take transit. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking Lake Ontario, the Rogers stadium and some parks. The pool/spa is lovely. Can’t say enough good things about this place - worth the cost

The location is awesome, basically next to cn tower and Ripley's, walking distance from some good restaurants
The hotel room was great! The views were good, and getting to where we needed to go was easy because of it’s convenient location. Definitely a hotel people should consider when staying in Toronto. I also liked the little table with complementary samples of food and drinks (one day it was popcorn and one day it was fruit drinks). The food at the restaurant was also really good.
We've just stayed at Delta Downtown Toronto and we're absolutely blown away by this hotel! The location has been absolutely perfect for our mini family vacation - close walk to the PATH, Aquarium, CN Tower, and the Harbor. We arrived and were greeted so warmly, like we were returning VIP guests. Prior to check in, notified concierge via email that we were celebrating my son's birthday and he was ecstatic...
The facilities and location are great, very accessible. Rooms are renovated (at least mine) hallways not renovated which is not important. Not the best gym, but can serve the purpose. However!! Front desk staff can be more professional and proactive!! Not Marriott standards in terms of customer service.
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. It was my first time staying with Delta. Everything was...
I just had an exceptional experience at Delta Hotel Toronto. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was immaculate with a stunning view of Toronto's skyline. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right at the heart of the city, especially when you have business meeting in the nearby convention center. It's also conveniently close to Union Station...

We had outstanding experience staying in Shangri-la for our wedding day. Everyone in the team made sure we are happy and enjoying the moment, stuff did their best to accommodate our requests and be respectful to our timing.( early check in, store our cake, deliver flowers, etc) It was lovely to receive the compliments with champagne and dessert. As well as we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant downstairs...
This property has a great lobby, nice spacious rooms, and one of the better pools I have seen at a hotel. But just be aware not to enter the stairs here as you won't be able to get down as you need a room key for your floor. They also may have events here from time to time at the hotel, so be aware the 3rd floor balcony may be rented out occasionally. They seemed to not want us on the floor when an...
From the moment we walked thru the doors I was immediately in love with this place!! From the men at the valet , the amazing front desk workers and every staff we encountered we were treated to the highest standards!! The details all over the rooms, lobby, and health spa were impeccable! Stayed 2 nights and they even gave us a late check out . I would definitely recommend this place before any other...
My sister, mother and I had a wonderful time at the Shangri-la. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby bar is spectacular and they serve a high tea. The pool, hot tub and sauna was so relaxing. We stayed in a king suite which was nicely kept, room service was quick and the food/drink was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here as I will definitely be returning here!!
We were just there. All aspects were EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend if you are staying in toronto. excellent location. Very high quality service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and our experience. Very much a "white glove service" hotel. Excellent!!
3 night stay commencing Monday 26 September, Robert from front desk team. Roberts very welcoming reception and subsequent attention to detail, did not go unnoticed by my wife and I. He behaved as an ambassador for both the hotel and Toronto, Jason & Christine Taylor, East Sussex, England

Great location, clean room. It would be better if breakfast was included as well.
What you’d expect for a Hilton. Clean, good service and good location downtown close to everything
All was fine except The Market, the supposedly 24hr shop in the lobby for snacks etc., was not open at all during our stay. Missed this a bit as there are no mini-bar offerings in the room.
Check in was easy, room was big, clean, and comfortable. Sauna and gym added lots to the stay. Would recommend to anyone!
Nice hotel in the centre of Toronto . Walkable to shopping and financial district.
I start with the good things. Everyone was friendly and the room was large with a very nice view of the CN tower. The hotel accommodated my request to change from a double bed room to a king size bed room on a upper floor. However, there were many issues with my stay. First, the pool area is in poor condition and the inside patio area has a very dirty rug and the furniture is beat down. The rug and...
