Very beautiful and comfortable stay .
Staff is great and helpful
Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.
We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.
Great Hotel.
The pool was very clean and warm. Perfect for families with small kids.
The small shop at the lobby has plenty groceries, but misses diapers
Overall, great stay

A very good hotel but for me it is a little far away from the airport.
The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle.
The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable.
I will stay in this hotel in the future !
Location is good very close to airport. Very clean. Price is very cheap during summer. I will recommend to friends.
Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.
Bad experience at check-in. The staff was slow and not just didn't seem to care. The room was pretty unclean. The aircon unit made a weird mechanical noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Had a pleasant experience the next day. The staff was extremely helpful in moving me to a different..way better room. It is close to the airport with some good food options in the vicinity.
This hotel had the best price in the area at the time we booked. A short walk to restaurants and close to the airport. We required minimal service and the staff was very pleasant. The layout for the room was great . Included full size desk area and chair with ottoman. The bed was very comfortable but the bed side table had a layer of dust. There were carpet nails sicking out at the bathroom door. The...
I recently attended a two-day professional conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Zahid, a member of the hospitality team.
Zahid went above and beyond in ensuring our meals were perfectly timed, well presented, and that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. He was consistently attentive, organized, and maintained a high level of...

Accommodating staff. Expectational customer service.
The room is spacious and very nicely laid out. There is a separate seating area with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. This area is, however, poorly lit. The beds are very comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom shower faucet was in need of repair. I reported it and the clerk at the front desk took note. The towels are fluffy and the toiletries are good quality. We used the park...
Spacious rooms and quiet even though it is located close to Pearson Airport. Pool and whirlpool are heated and very large. There are on site restaurants, and also a multilevel parking garage. I stayed during a blizzard and the garage protected my car from the snow. There was only 1 elevator working with a maximum capacity of 5, so the wait was very long. Rooms had microwave and fridge.
Beautifully appointed room with many surprising amenities. Kitchenette was nice! Bed was comfortable, linens were great, but pillows are way too high. My neck was twisted all night which made it almost impossible to sleep. 4 pillows are nice, but they’re all exactly the same. Suggest 2 high & 2 low for different style sleepers. Noisy road traffic didn’t help sleeping either. Staff was very friendly...
We had a 2 day stay for a canine surgical procedure. Informed they staff ahead that we would be bringing our dog with us. We were easily accommodated. a small and reasonable surcharge for the pet was added which was fine. The room was spacious enough for us and our dog along with his crate. Staff were efficient and friendly. Overall very happy with the hotel. Will recommend to anyone staying in the...
Really happy with the experience , I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have been happy with it. Rooms are fancy and clean , rates are reasonable with no hidden fees. In particular this experience was different though as I was unfortunately neighbors with someone who decided to smoke at 3 in the morning which made my first sleep poor , that being said the excellent service provided me with a different...

I recently stayed at Delta hotel and found it to be a fair enough hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's facilities were decent, but not particularly impressive. However, the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was decent, but nothing to write home about. There were a few good options...
The hotel, cleaning, & restaurant staff were amazing, however the room wasn't overly impressive.
- The fridge was barely above room temperature; much like the hot water.
- The heater would run cold air for 5+ minutes after each heating, rendering the room colder than it started
- The bathroom "door" is a set of French doors with a 1" gap between the doors and around the frame. If you're a shy poo'er...
My wife and I enjoyed a great 1 night stay here! Room was spacious, clean and very functional. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. It did seem a bit loud. For some reason sirens kept going off every 30mins to an hour. Maybe it was just an unusual day but it made it hard to take a nap.
We were looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to spend the night after a family birthday party held nearby. We got exactly what we were looking for. Our room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. Angela at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel is very busy, and indoor parking is at a premium. They only have one of three elevators working, and kids run around everywhere screaming. What a madhouse! Front desk service is perfuntory. No acknowledgement of diamond status either. Housekeeping left no toiletries in the room. The only decent thing is the restaurant where the server is very friendly and courteous. Overall it's not...
Rooms are great, location is great, service decent, the building itself is a bit old. Like most airport hotels this is not a quiet hotel, you can basically her people through the night leaving it arriving from the airport. So it is hard to get a good night sleep. The shuttle is a great service, and parking is also available. There is a restaurant downstairs but it opens later in the day.
Overall, the staff were friendly and was supported partially with my request due to claustrophobia. The front desk needs lots of welcoming lessons, they are very short & not ready to explain much/support much in all honesty, especially ones during the day. They’re a primary reason for my rating today. I had a couple of incidents where I felt quite rushed with inquiries I’ve had to make my stay more...
Nice, clean and spacious hotel near Pearson Airport.
I lost my phone and (pad?pat?) at the Front Desk was really calm and courteous, he called the housekeeping, restaurant server to help me look for the phone but we couldn't find it. Then he went to each floor to look for it but no luck...anyways very professional customer service will definitely come back!
Thanks Pat!
Great for layovers. Had a good room but the customer service both at the front desk and restaurant was average. Great bartender in the lounge who ran around serving people and taking orders by himself

We were here five years ago and our stay was even better this time. New mattresses and the bed and pillows were very comfy. There is an indoor hot tub and pool. The restaurant on site has great food and they even have the menu in Ukrainian!
Nice rooms and friendly service, but the location isn't ideal. But of course, you wouldn't be reading this unless you were interested in the location!
That said, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to plazas with stores and restaurants quickly.
My room was clean and the staff was really welcoming and inviting when we got there and throughout our stay. The only negative was the hot tub had particles floating in it and didn't look like it had been clean in a long time
The room was not clean when we got there, one of the two beds was not changed of made. The fridge was not clean and someone had left a message in there and the toilet did not flush. However nice hotel with comfortable beds. Front desk attendant was nice. Not sure I'd stay there again
Good service. Good food. Quality customer service. Of course free parking. Nice rooms. Stable and fast wifi. Was there for only 2 days, visited from New York, one of my best stays in a hotel.
Location was Central to most places I needed to get to.
Lovely stay. Toilet wasn't working when I arrived in the room but they came and fixed it immediately and also offered me the opportunity to switch rooms if I preferred. Room is elegant, there's a fridge and microwave hidden away in a nice cabinet and the beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. No complaints!

Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport
Mississauga, 6257 Airport Rd 🧭 Map
Stayed for one night before flying out of Pearson. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the price was reasonable compared to other properties. We didn’t use any of the amenities except for the shuttle service which worked out well….used when we returned our rental to the airport and also when we flew out. My only complaint was paid parking.
Great location. Soundproofing is not so good. I was a fair distance from the elevator and I could hear it. Could also hear all the wheelie bags up and down the halls on other floors, the babies crying and the kids on floors above running up and down till well after 1am. The fridge in my room had not been closed properly and the carpet all around was wet.
We recently hosted an event on their outdoor terrace, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The staff provided top-notch service, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that impressed all of our guests. The venue itself was stunning, with a warm ambiance that perfectly suited our event. Everything was executed flawlessly...
Front desk staff were polite, The restaurant staff were indifferent, and the price for one night was almost five hundred dollars.
The room had a coffee bar with two sugars and two creams for two coffees.
I felt that they took the financial advantage of airline passengers that were stuck at the airport due to delays.
The hotel was beautiful and very clean.
But I would rather travel a little further...
You can walk from the airport to the hotel in 5 minutes which was really convenient. Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast was good.
It's a low-tier Marriott property near the airport, so there's really no surprise about what you're getting. You probably wouldn't come here of your own accord - it's for short layovers or delayed flights. But, it's clean and serves its purpose.
But what's with the barn-style bathroom door? It functions as a primitive modesty rectangle, leaving nothing to the imagination.
If you're sharing the room...

This hotel is impeccably clean, the room was comfortable. Check-in was easy. the front desk staff was efficient, professional and friendly. This hotel will be my go to the next time I am in the area for an extended period.
I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. I arrived late and stayed only one night while passing through the area, so I cannot comment much on the amenities, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Check-in was smooth, and Kanishak provided a warm welcome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent. The bathroom and shower area were spotless—no complaints there.

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.
Good for taking early flight or arrive late.
The hotel is near the Viscount Station that a free rail connect to Terminal 1 & 3.
Convenient location for staying to catch up on the next day flight. The room is clean. Room size not too small. The staff are friendly.
Great economical hotel for overnight transit at Toronto Airport. Easy to access. Highly recommend.
Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, smell clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was big. The only issue I had was with my coffee maker, which was not working. I told the front desk to change it twice and was not done.
This stay surpassed my expectations. Firstly the staff at the check in counter were very cheerful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern. I think I found my new hotel for trips to Toronto area. Its 10 mins to the airport. Food in the restaurant was good, and staff was friendly. Cant say enough about the experience here. Well done folks.
The rooms were ok. I'm a little more picky with cleaning. Plus the hot tub was terribly oily. Had a service request that took a second call 2 hours later, yet it was handled promptly the second time. Breakfast was ok. With all of that being said. I would stay here again, not as a first choice.
Clean safe well managed hotel. I was in Toronto for business and this location was ideal to access the airport, downtown, and the districts. The staff was courteous and professional. I used the pool and fitness center and ate at the restaurant! Great experience!

Not too convenient to go to downtown. The room is clean and tidy. Sufficient car parking space. The breakfast is reasonably good. The receptionists are friendly and prepared to help.
Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time.
