We stayed here for one night as my mother had appointments. The rooms were spacious and clean with THE most comfortable bed ever! We had such a good sleep! They had continental breakfast which was so nice to be able to just walk downstairs. They had cereals, different breads for toast, fruit, pastry’s etc. We were able to use my mom’s wheelchair with ease. The views were amazing! We will definitely be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was displaced out of my apartment due to a flood, and I had the good fortune of being placed at Inn on Long Lake and I have been here for a month and will be here for a few more weeks .
This hotel is an amazing place to stay ..
The rooms are clean ,spacious and comfortable , the beds are so comfortable conducive to a great night's sleep.
You wake up and can enjoy a continental breakfast with a wide variety if breads , muffins, cereal, yogurt and other items .
The view is spectacular from every room
For me what the icing on the cake was and is the amazing staff .. From the Front desk, the cleaning staff , the maintenance staff , the staff that prepares the breakfast are all so very friendly, professional and courteous , they went out of their way to make my every day of my extended stay enjoyable.
I am so grateful that what could have been a nightmare from being displaced from my home was one of peace, serenity and fun ..
Thank you to everyone, who helped make my stay amazing .

Rooms are big but that's about where the good stops. Shower water pressure was a joke, hot water stayed hot for bout 2 mins, tap when running cold water to drink just barely dribbled, dirt and dust and cobwebs everywhere as if they hadn't even cleaned. Front desk staff woman was short and unhelpful.

This hotel was a nice surprise. We just needed a comfortable bed after a late-evening ferry, but this hotel delivered much more. This hotel became one of our favorites out of several places we stayed during a two-week road trip around the island. Especially with the reasonable price, the hotel punches well above its weight in amenities, comfort, kindness of the staff, convenience, and value.

We needed a room for one night and dropped in. Greeted by and attended to by Lenny at the desk, we were very happy that he bent over backward to give us a nice room af a reasonable price. We were blown away at the size of the room and that it had a beautiful view of the lake with a balcony to enjoy it. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy I pulled to sheets up to see what make it was. The breakfast was much better than others we’ve had and it was open a decent amount of time. Will definitely stay again and refer our friends.

I was actually going to leave a reasoning for my rating but having read the owner's condescending responses to guests who had issues I have chosen not to.... My rating stands, judge for yourself if you ever stay here.... I will not be staying here again. Reading the owner's responses to anyone who dares to give less than 5 stars let's me know that if I ever did have a major issue at this establishment, it would not be dealt with in a kind and professional manner. He even went as far as creeping a guest's profile and including remarks about them....Even if a guest is complaining about sinks falling off the wall after a full reno, blasting them publicly isn't the way to grow your business. Clearly the guests leaving complaints were upset for some reason..... And yes, the sinks are NOT falling off the walls, there are other issues however, and clearly the owner isn't interested in hearing about them.

Second time being here. They are and have updated since last time. We really enjoy it here. Right on the lake, but really close to town. Traffic noise isn't too bad being so close to the highway. We would def. recommend and we will be back again! Thanks!! :)

Great for kids. Cottage country (Ontario) feel with the lake and nice roomy lawn in front. Request a room with lake view. Kids had bedtime and morning swims and some hot tub time too.

This hotel was amazing. When we went to check in there was only one of the rooms we wanted left. We asked if they had room for three nights, but unfortunately they did not. We went to our room which was very clean, extremely spacious and had an excellent view! The bathroom had a large shower and some lovely soap dispensers so you don't have to fumble around with those inconvenient tiny bottles. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet which allowed for a very nice sleep. When we woke up and headed down for the continental breakfast we were greeted by a delightful breakfast. We had delicious waffles and fresh muffins. They had a wonderful selection of bagels and toasts as well. The staff member preparing the breakfast was extremely friendly and took a personal interest in our breakfast. She offered us muffins she had just baked and answered our questions about the waffles. We were extremely pleased by the level of service we received even at a place where service is not expected. This hotel was not very expensive either and we were pleased by the value for the money. Thanks for making our stay a great one, I wish we could of stayed with you longer.

The spa was really great, I loved the infrastructure inside. Grateful for the view of the lake and the comfy bed. The only complaint I had was that the blow dryer had very little power so I guess I should have brought my own. The complimentary breakfast was a good spread and I loved the waffle making machine where you can make your own Waffles. Overall, I had a really great stay. Thanks for your hospitality!
