Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre

Great value for money. Comfortable bed and pillows, USB ports beside bed, clean room... all you would expect from a hotel like this, but I usually have to pay more for it. Friendly staff throughout - front desk, restaurant, lounge etc - and a great and affordable breakfast! Excellent conference room too. No view to speak of, but convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western North Bay. The rooms were clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Appreciated the in-room microwave and refrigerator. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Would definitely stay here again! 

Great hotel, Great staff, my rest time got a boost every time I hit BW hotel. Had to stay in for 3 weeks on a work trip.
Rooms are big, comfortable, and the bed is awesome.

Evaluation is 4 out 5 because: they dont vacuum the carpet as often and it gave me a super alergy; the bath tub had the safety-cover peeling (wich was anoying); the room AC had to be kept low so we could have breathable level of humidity.

The staff is super nice, and the location next to the lake (frozen at the time) made it even more nice.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly at checking and out.

We stayed here for 2 nights and no issues at all! Called ahead the day of check in because we arrived in town earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Room was very spacious, loved having a table vs a desk in the room, made for an easier game night and morning coffee, cold upon entry but warmed up super quick (winter in North Bay, its a given). We had breakfast at Farina (onsite resturant), prices were great, menu had a good selection/options for breakfast and it was good, room service was an option but we decided to walk over to the restaurant instead. Pool was clean and water was warm, the lobby was very welcoming as were the staff, everyone was smiling and wonderful! We plan on staying again if we have the opportunity, thank you for helping to make our unplanned stay in North Bay more comfortable!

Bring a handicapped client here to swim every week and the staff are all so friendly and amazing!
The hotel is always clean. The rooms have been updated recently too. (I saw them doing it last fall. ) 😉 The pool and hot tub are well maintained as well.
