Resort is awesome. During the week in the winter there was not very many planned activities that were not canceled. The weekend was awesome. Staff is extraordinary. Cassidy and Ash we my favorite. Food was absolutely amazing. I would go again but try the summertime so there is more things to do.

Wonderful resort! The food was absolutely delicious and high quality. We stayed in the Bayshore cottages and felt like celebrities! My only suggestion would be to put the smart TV in the main sitting room instead of the bedroom. The DVD player in the main sitting room malfunctioned a few times and a smart TV would be far more convenient. I will say it was an added bonus that there were DVDs available...

We had a great time. The activities were well Organized, the staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were good, meals were plenty. It was a warm friendly atmosphere and the New Year celebrations were lots of fun. Definitely will repeat this!

Family oriented resort with lots of activities for kids and adults! Fantastic food and good atmosphere - nice getaway from busy GTA. Lots to do all year round. Although my family had a blast time, I think place is overall a bit overpriced. Indoor pool and jacuzzi requires an upgrade.

Staff was excellent. The room was cozy and quiet. When the pool was out if service the staff graciously upgraded our room at no extra cost.

I hosted a bridal shower here last year - the staff were very nice over the phone while making the reservation. When the day came, the staff were in and out to make sure we had everything we need but they were discreet as to not disturb anything going on. Great service! I would highly recommend their entertainment rooms for these types of events.

An affordable stay. Great staff that were very helpful. Unfortunately the beds are rock hard, and we had issues with the bathroom. Water in shower constantly runs and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Check in staff was amazing helped out with everything! Super friendly and attentive I travel 95% of the year stay at slot of choice hotels and the staff here was the best I've came across!. For work reasons, I have to receive faxes each day, other local hotels would not let me use their machine but this hotel was more than happy to let me. We were there for a meditation group. They provided us with a nice clean room and a nice atmosphere. Very unlike another local hotel that we had used last fall.

Rooms were clean, friendly service, front desk informed us that the were hockey teams staying overnight but assured us that they had a security guard doing rounds checking up on them, making sure they were quiet. This is one of the nicer hotels in the Orillia area partly due to limited selection. It is a Best Western so you can vary quality but this one is kept clean with good staff. Great experience at the Best Western Plus. The staff was kind, courteous and very helpful. We stayed after attending a concert at Casino Rama. The hotel was a short distance away from the venue and the hotel even offered a shuttle (for a small fee). We would definitely stay there again!

While searching for a place to stay while attending a concert at Casino Rama I came upon this hotel. Much cheaper than the big chain places in town and the rooms are very modern and clean. The rooms were a little small and parking was limited right behind the hotel but the lot up the street had ample parking. Worth a stay if you want a nice place at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean. Beware of the bed size though, I’ve reserved a king size bed and the room I was given did not have a king size bed at all. I did complain at front desk and I was assured the room I was in had a king size bed. I can only say the king size bed I have at home is way wider than this one. The room is also pretty small.

Good place, inexpensive and quick breakfast to go. Only complaint is that the TV can be heard through the wall, but otherwise, for $70-80 easily a great cost saving alternative to the $120 for a hotel en route.

My friends and I traveled to Orillia during the summer and were lucky to find this gem! We were greeted promptly and were pleased with the pricing. The place had a comfy bed, ample parking, clean rooms, and a nice renovated bathroom. The location is perfect! steps away from everything you need! “Very comfortable and well located.” I was a little apprehensive to stay here after some of the reviews but we found our room to be clean, the bed comfortable and the motel well located. the biggest thing is that there is a coffee maker in the room with coffee which i like and there is no problems at check in and even when i check in at 8 pm there is no problem

The motel was lovely. High scale and modern...no, but comfy bed, clean bathroom, comfortable temperature and friendly check in. Fridge, coffee and microwave in the room. Would totally recommend if you are in search of a worry free economical option.

My friend and I needed a place to sleep for the night. Very clean, warm, the bed was insanely comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in 2 years. The motel office closes at 11:00pm and man that runs the place waited until midnight for us to arrive. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a place to rest my head for the night.

As far as motels go this one is decent. Small rooms, comfy bed, bathrooms was clean, but bathtub was freakishly small! The staff are super nice and chill.
