Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Prince George

Awful! Terrible service and communication. There is often a smell of smoke coming in through the vents and since this place is "in the bowl" the rank smell of PG is always piped right into the halls. There is no soundproofing, a huge gap in the door and the rooms are poorly designed.
You can adjust the opacity of the bathroom wall?!?! Great! Wanna watch your family use the can? What about when you wanna "go" in the middle of the night and, even when the opacity is full, it lights up the room everyone else is sleeping in?!?! A big heavy sliding door on the bathroom as well!! Just to make sure you wake up!!! Terrible design for family rooms! The jacuzzi suite doesn't have these dumb walls and that's the only room it would make any kind of sense...
This place is just plain dumb in its design, poorly coordinated and located right in the worst part of town!
The shower was good though... at least they had that...

We stayed here because the location is good and the property is pet friendly. However we unfortunately needed our bed changed after the first night due to a spill and it took over 24 hours (so yes one night in soiled sheets) and at least a half dozen requests before the bed was changed. Every time we made the request we were promised it would be done...and then when it was not and we made the request again, it was like they first time they heard of it. I applaud the policy of not doing room cleaning daily but anywhere else I have stayed with a similar policy posts it openly and is clear that if you do in fact need something, you just have to ask. This property not only did not post their policy of only cleaning every 3 days (despite the app and website both saying daily room housekeeping), but when service was requested it didn't come. Just excuses of being busy.

Too long of a story but I treated poorly trying to get refunded on a friends D/D
I’ve never had so many issues with any company fixing a mistake on their behalf.
My friend was racial profile base on his culture.
When I finally was able to fix this issue 5days later the person I did speak with was super amazing and helpful she is not with this Ramada she is with customer service in a separate part of this hotel chain.
If you stay here and they ask for a $300.00 D/D leave . High end resorts don’t even charge this.
I’m truly disappointed in how my friend Walter was treated.
