Crystal Springs Lodge

Stayed in a pet friendly room and very happy. Booking online is so easy(not sure why people complain about this)
Clean comfy bed and bathrooms were nice and clean(most important things for us.) The woman at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. We come to Radium lots and have paid more for much worse. Will definitely stay here again.

It was good stay, nothing wow from the room it's simple, old but have most of the things you need, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, only cattle you need to ask at the front desk or just use microwave, cups , coffee, tea, no plates or cutlery but you can ask at the front desk. In shower also available shampoo and conditioner, no slippers. Bed was ok, only not very comfy duvet and when you moves light near bed turn off I don't get it what's the problem. Outdoor you can make BBQ.

Our room was very clean, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi, has kitchenette with microwave, keurig and fridge. Overall satisfied with our stay here. Small town so it’s close to everything.

Edit: i want to know the brand of the pillows! They are so comfy!!!

Not a 5 star venue in the fancy sense, so don’t expect the Fairmont. But the rooms are functional and very clean, and for the price I was beyond happy. The front desk employee was super lovely and kind. Booking on their site (not a booking website or app) gets you a lower rate. Parking is easy and plenty. I had to call the emergency line around 1 am due to another guest setting off their car alarm every half hour. I was reluctant to make the call because i know it’s a private business and was likely disturbing someone’s sleep with a non emergency. That said, the person who promptly picked up was so patient and happy to help even though it was the middle of the night. She solved my problem and didn’t make me feel like an unreasonable Karen at all! Great for a simple stay as I passed through town and would be comfortable for a longer stint. If you’re low maintenance and looking for a good deal (especially off season), this is the place for you. I’ll always support independent hotels over chains, which can be a dicey choice, but this place made me glad I did!

Very impressed with this place! It was our favorite stay of many during a 1 week vacation in Canada. Booked it for its reasonable prices, will return because of how nice it was! Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, and the kitchenette was a lifesaver/breath of fresh air! There was some error with the online booking and they delt with it very kindly and generously.

The website made reservations very easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide towels for the hot springs. Cozy rooms with nice showers. 5 minutes away from hot springs. Close to restraunts.
