Not bad for the price you pay. Don't come here expecting a high end place because that's not what this place is. It's right next to a truck stop. So, most of the customers here are truck drivers looking for a place to stay for a night. Overall, not too bad. The beds are soft, you get breakfast in the morning, and it's conveniently close to many restaurants and stores.
We got snowed in here for 4 days and we're so grateful it was such a nice place. Very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants across the street and a park across the street. Dog friendly which is a huge perk. The truck stop across the parking lot is a great place to eat and do laundry. Great experience overall.

The air blew cool and I slept well. The management was most helpful and accommodating. If you prefer to stay outside of the city this is a great place with modern fixtures reasonably priced.
It's nice and clean. Recently updated interior but still lacking. It has a standalone A/C which didn't come with the appropriate venting and window connections which means you have to leave your window open all night. The chair and table were beaten up a little bit. The door seal on my particular room was broken so naturally the mosquitoes flooded the room and other bugs. It's good for a short term...

Stayed twice. I had a room to myself the first time which was awesome but the second the place was kind of full especially my room. No sleep due to others keeping lights on, snoring and it was so hot I couldn’t sleep
Super hospitable and friendly management. The common area and kitchen are super spacious, and the dorm beds are far more comfortable than those in my past HI stays. However, the shower drains were not functioning properly and I ended up standing in about 2-3 inches of water by the end of my shower. One other criticism was the manner in which the fridge cleanup was conducted - I had labelled one food...
First of all this is by far one of the friendliest hostels I've stayed at and I have stayed at over 20 in North America. If I had a problem the staff did what was neessary to see it resolved. The improvement since I stayed here 2 years ago is night and day. Everything his clean and in order. The security made me feel comfortable. Keep up.the good work!!!
The staff is very nice and the building is as clean as it can possibly be given the age of it; however, Regina is home to a lot of transient people so this hostel is a borderline halfway house. A lot of sketchy people coming-and-going in this place.
The staff at the hostel was great. Very attentive to any request and easy to get along with. You could tell she actually cares about her hostel. The room was spacious and well heated against the cold Regina winter. Comfortable bed as well. The kitchen and common area were great to meet other travellers. The hostel is situated close to downtown and is within walking distance to most things you may...
