Nice room - clean and roomy. Only problem was that the outlets were all old and loose. Had to hold in the plug for the coffeemaker and chargers to make them work. Workable breakfast included. 10 minutes to the airport and places to buy food within walking distance. Also shuttle service. Great value! 👍

I checked out at 430am January 18th.
Got to the airport and remembered within 1 -2 hours that I forgot my BRAND NEW PORTABLE BATTERY CHARGER, plugged into the
Wall. I CALLED RIGHT AWAY. Keeping in mind it was so early in the morning. I told front desk I will be returning on the 25th for a night. I explained the exact spot and room number. They told me they will get their chamber made to grab it for me when they start work.
Well we returned last night, And they had no recollection of it.
So I told them one hundred percent if Your chambermaids did not get them they clearly stole it. There was absolutely no other way. I gave more than 100% perfect and clear instructions.
They were really rude about.

Do not go here if you have three kids and hope to stay in the same room as a family of five. The front desk staff will charge you for two rooms or cancel your booking on the spot. Many hotels have the option to pay an extra $20 for the third child, many won’t charge at all but will offer you a cot! The staff are very strict about this rule, so fellow families of five - beware and maybe consider staying elsewhere.

Shuttle was easy to use and free. Very close to the airport. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Free breakfast in the morning was a good variety and...FREE! Overall pleasant experience and will stay again.

Perfect spot if u wanna crash and catch airplane in the morning. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Free shuttle to the airport is big plus. Breakfast is simple and basic but good enough to start your day. I just recomend to have breakfast before 8 cause it can get pretty busy after so its hard to get table.

Room was clean and comfortable, and the location is good; right by the sky train so easy to get to the waterfront and rest of the city, as well as the airport. Was there for 3 nights and every morning our housekeeper would make sure to ask what we needed. Early check-in with no issues, and breakfast was good. We had a late flight on the day of checkout and they provided us free luggage storage, so that we could go enjoy our last day in the city. Also, they have a cool rooftop viewing deck that not too many people seemed to know about. Very enjoyable stay.

Overall it was an average Hotel. I would like to mention the service though, which was not average. The front desk staff were amazing, even helped me to fix my luggage which was ripper by the airline. Second, the drop off shuttle driver we had. What an amazing person. Full of smile, helping to load and offload the bags and didn't let anyone load our own luggage as was done by the pick up driver.

My room was really nice. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Coffee and tea were provided in the room along with bathroom items for convenience.
Breakfast was also included, which was a nice touch.
Highly recommend staying here for the convenience of shuttle pick up and drop off to the airport.
Staff were very friendly and super knowledgeable.

Susie the Manager is the only reason the beautiful Property Deserves a 1 star. The rooms and maids were great and greeted us as well as neighbouring guest respectfully.
If you are staying at this hotel because the rates are good for the airport this is a fair warning to stay clear of the properties Manager. Her “strict Covid mask policy” is very unprofessional for fully vaccinated as well as customers who provide proof of health certificate.
The rates are good but the stress and $5 charge for a disposable mask is very disappointing.
Keep in mind we had 5 guest and were charged $5 per mask + tax for a mask that she deemed inappropriate.
Safe yourself the $50 and stay at the Hampton walking distance.
