Top notch people as staff here, friendly even helped me when my hands were full by setting my floor level in elevator. Loved how they went above and beyond then respected our space when napping. Great location, buttery soft beds, pillows and bedding. Great products in the room for our comfort. Continental breakfast was actually cooked in kitchen, meals, food prep and serving set up was all immaculate...
Very clean place and nice friendly staff. Their tea/coffee station is open 24 hours and they also have chocolate chip cookies that are super yummy. Breakfast included. Shuttle to the airport available. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time I’m in town.
One of the cleanest rooms I've had! I read the reviews about Costco having loud trucks at night so I requested a top floor room. We didn't hear any noise! All went well until about 4:45 pm, when my hubby flushed the toilet, the water won't go down all the way. I called the front desk and the young man said "I'll go up and BRING YOU A PLUNGER." I asked where the maintenance guy is, and he said he was...
First time staying here and it was alright. We used the shuttle from Vancouver International airport. Driver was friendly and helpful. Checked in and out went smoothly. Not a lot of choices to eat around the area. The room was small and a light bulb was out. The breakfast was sufficient and better than expected.
Very clean, spacious room with fridge, coffee machine, TV. Safe in room but ours out of order. Not an issue. Simple breakfast included. Coffee, tea and cookies available 24/7 in reception. Shuttle to/from airport very good. Location is some distance from Vancouver downtown but skytrain about 10-15 min walk. Not a lot in the area but do research for local restaurants as some good options.
Recently remodeled (ca. 2017), this location is beautiful and clean. Rooms have modern touches such as USB ports and indirect lighting. Wiping the surfaces with a wet towel attests to the cleanliness. One of the best options for lodging in Vancouver. HIE, keep up the good work!

Staff were friendly and good. Location is very convenient to lots of food options. Room is in dire need of refresh/remodeling. Pillows smell like someone has been sweating in them for months. Carpet in the room looks very dirty as well. Very expensive for what we paid for 1 night.
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. The hotel location is convenient for dining. The front desk staff is professional and...
This location is close to the airport and conveniently located to local amenities. The rooms and hotel are clean, but are starting to show their age. I want to give a very special service shout out to the wonderful host/server who runs the breakfast service. She was amazing, kind, thoughtful and fast. She was managing the front of house like a BOSS and everyone was so well cared for. The back...
Excellent hotel near the airport with an overnight shuttle service for the flights arriving late at night. Moreover, I was especially impressed with the customer service. I initially booked for the wrong night and the booking agency said they would change the date but never did. Even though, the initial booking date has passed, the manager offered us a credit for another night so we were able to avoid...
Hotel is okay but clean and meets expectations for a airport one. Doors are far from sound proof so it may be noisy from the corridors. Great shuttle service though.
Very small and quiet property. Rooms are updated and has everything that is needed. Staff is very friendly and the property is surrounded with plenty of food places to eat (and open fairly late too). Highly recommended!

Wow, This is a wonderful hotel! First, the price, I paid about 350 per night taxes included for 3 nights, other hotels in the area were 400+ per night, even hotels like the holiday inn. This hotel is very comparable to very good 5 star hotels. It has everything I needed during the stay. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The interior of the hotel was modern, clean...
Very excellent service at this hotel! The decor is unique and quirky. We loved it. Lots of unique little touches that make your stay better, such as many charging ports, a high quality blow dryer, ability to control lighting everywhere with buttons beside the bed. Fairly decent coffee in the room as well! Better than most hotels. Very nice bathroom. The location is not very walking friendly. Make...
Booked this hotel during my stay in Vancouver and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel! I am very picky with it comes to a clean a hotel and this one surpasses my expectation. I travelled with my one year and they were super nice to offer a playpen and a blanket for her. The two queen beds were comfortable and room was spacious. They made my stay in Canada more memorable and comfortable...
Excellent staff - friendly, helpful and courteous. Easy courtesy shuttle to and from the airport in just a few minutes and the rooms are delightful. Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent temperature control with a beautiful bathroom and lots of little extra touches. Don't miss out on using the wonderful rooftop pool and hot tub - a highlight!
Was pleasantly surprised by the room that I got very clean well put together room And everything looked brand new. Big walk and shower with a soaker tub dual vanity sink all separated from main bedroom area with king size bed, much better hotel than the virgin hotel I stayed in New York.Out door pool and hot tub on the sixth floor, pool was nice and warm to swim in and hot tub was nice and hot. I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.
Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.
Facility is well maintained both inside and out. Free Convenient transportation to airport. The security for the hotel and for the casino are courteous and respectful. Their policy for calling up to a room was inconvenient. I told them the name and the room number while I was in the lobby, but they weren't going to call the room to inform the occupants that I had arrived. So what I had to do was...
Easy access hotel resort five minutes from Vancouver airport. Went for the lunch buffet. Menu is a mix of western and Asian cuisine. The best part was the desert. Nice view of the Fraser river on a sunny day.

What a gorgeous upgrade in the rooms and public places with this rebranding. I took a tour group of 42 end of July and everyone loved their experience there. Kyndrie Malmquist, manager, took excellent care of us. Always available to answer any of our questions, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our tons of crazy questions. All our rooms were renovated in a modern design. Bedding and towels...
Stayed here for three nights at the end of July and had a very good experience. We were with a group of 40 and the staff went over and above to provide excellent service (even during the extended worker's strike) to all of us. Kyndrie, the manager, was there with her team at all times and provided quality service with a wonderfully cheerful attitude. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed there for the past two weeks with our extended family. Staff at the hotel are amazing and attended our requests promptly. 5 star for sure for service that was provided. Downside is there are no restaurants nearby however we can always order food in if needed and they have seatings near the lobby for dining. Hotel was recently reopened and there were issues with some of the bathrooms and...

Just spent 4 nights here, room was clean, bright and updated. Was also quite spacious. I was nervous booking a “motel” for security reasons but the building and area felt safe and secure. It’s a little out of the way if you plan on spending your time in downtown Vancouver, traffic made it quite a bit of a commute. But I would stay here again.
This is not your average hotel! Sure it is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly (and happy!) and all you would expect, but the extra effort to maintain the property shows. Even the whimsical messages to wash your hands, not smoke and have your room cleaned (or not) stood out. Especially loved the Scrabble!!
Good stay at a fair price. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. Accommodated our early check-in. They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised but they do reimburse you for taxi fare. Restaurant on site though we didn't try it.
I was easily able to get a last minute room after my flight home was canceled. Taxis to and from the airport are arranged and paid for by the hotel, which saved me one less thing I had to figure out last minute. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful, both during check in and check out. They provided me with two extra ducks so I could give one to all 3 of my girls...
The location was super convenient, about a 5 minute drive from the airport. The hotel booked us a cab and payed for it. Check in was smooth and straight forward. The room was exceptionally clean and all the staff were very friendly.
Accent Inns staff are so kind and helpful with all aspects of your stay. The lobby is so unique and entertaining for kids. Quality, on-demand free coffee in the lobby and spacious, very clean rooms are other reasons to stay here. There is ample parking and the location is convenient to access all of Richmond. I highly recommend families choosing this location for their stay whether visiting Vancouver...

Our room was small but nice. Employees friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is ok, maybe avoid the sausages.
The experience here was delightful. The staff were friendly, rooms clean and was able to get a room upgrade. They had a paid shuttle to the cruise port and free shuttle from airport. Special touches was the apple cinnamon waffles and pineapple coconut water for breakfast. All made our stay enjoyable.
I booked this hotel for the first night we were in Vancouver because it was close to the airport and I've stayed in the Hampton Inn in several cities in the US which have all been quite nice. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Parking is free and just outside the entrance to the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary with a variety of foods: cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, scrambled & boiled...
We have also stayed at the Hampton Inn near Kelowna airport and there was a distinct difference. The front desk staff at this hotel are not friendly and seem disinterested. The breakfast was okay but only mild weak blend coffee was available not medium or dark...
Great location and very convenient airport shuttle. Room was comfortable with everything you needed. Breakfast had great options and coffee. Staff were very friendly, let us check out late, store our luggage and use the shuttle back to the airport. Very quick walk to the skytrain to get to downtown Vancouver. Would definitely stay again.
Great stay for 1 night, called them at 11pm and the free shuttle was waiting at the terminal for us, scheduled our return shuttle for the next morning to catch our whistler bus. Free breakfast and it was pretty good. Rooms were nice and beds were big. Not really sure why all the bad reviews.

This is a very nicely appointed hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk team is professional and friendly. There is a very nice restaurant and also an M Club. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic in downtown Richmond and close to the SkyTrain and Airport. Great for travel and business. Part of the Bonvoy brand of hotels for those that are members.
Fabulous front desk staff - polite, helpful, efficient and genuine. The room was beautiful and the beds were perfect.
Had a great stay before an early flight. Rooms were very nice and the pillows and mattress were comfortable. There is a parking garage to park your car. several restaurants are walkable.
For being in a busy area this is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. Hotel staff were all very friendly and the breakfast staff were amazing! Close to many great restaurants and a large mall. Easy 10-15 minute Uber to airport.
Very clean, super service and comfortable beds. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a small balcony. Great coupons for breakfast complimentary... and a nice Marriott lounge with free hot snacks between 530-730. And a great restaurant on site.
Solid stay over the holidays. Was upgraded to a corner executive suite. Nice, clean, updated room with plenty of space to work and great views of downtown Richmond and the mountains. Excellent and responsive service from the staff through the app. Shuttle to and from the airport is super convenient. It runs on the top and bottom of every hour. Share the same ambiance and facilities as other north American budget motels, Location is good in between Burnaby and DT Vancouver with reasonable commute access.....price varies according to the season, don't expect polite or friendly management (as probably they have to deal with lots of questionable people), Guests are fully responsible for your belongings.

Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand. Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.
The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. The room was well appointed with a fridge and coffee maker, the linens were crisp, the pillows were full but just right, and the bathroom had the requisite toiletries as I didn't have an opportunity to find travel sizes as my trip was very last minute
Stayed in holiday inn for a week for the Christmas and New year vacation. The customer service was at its best. The front desk was always attending to the issues swiftly and made our stay memorable. We went for the roof top patio and brunch! It's a newer addition and close to home so we really wanted to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised by the new brunch tower that they've only recently started offering. $60 for two! Loaded with 4 pastry/sweet selections, 3 savory selections and shrimp and oysters. Great location to stay in Vancouver BC. Close to the happening streets in downtown like Davie and Granville. Walking distance to great restaurants and quick Uber rides to all attractions and Stanley park. Rooms are dated and need some love. Bathrooms have been renovated but lack decent water pressure. No bar. AC is VERY loud in the rooms. It sounds like a vacuum cleaner running right by your ear. Amazing hotel suites perfect for a trip with friends! Highly recommend and the free shuttle is a great time and cost saver. Walking distance to all the nightlife in downtown Vancouver!
I've stayed both with work associates and with family many times and am continuously satisfied with the convenience and value. Their service is friendly, the accommodations are very large, and definitely a gem in Vancouver to find for a family travelling together. You can't beat the price for the size, I've tried! We had visited twice before this visit. .At that time a 5 review was appropriate . Unfortunately in the last year or so, it seems that the the service and some of the perks of the hotel have been compromised. I found some staff to be unfriendly and the room felt run down. I'm totally willing to return in future, however that visit will determine whether we return again.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Nnice location. Staff were kind though at first they reserved a room for me facing the wall. I am glad I was able to change it. Hey.. it's imperfect. But it's inexpensive, close to a lot of cool stuff, and I thought overall it was ok. If you're a traveler like me this place ain't bad.
Safe and secure, but has/had roaches. The owner/manager apologetically told us this after we checked in. We sprayed our own bug spray along the window sill and all around the door so that we would not leave with critters in our bags. It worked; we left clean. Places to eat to are all close by. The bus station is a few blocks away and that is why we stayed here in the first place. A grocery store...
The most important feature in a hotel room for me is the bed. And I wish the bed & linens were as high quality as the rest of the hotel. Both nights I stayed I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed is squishy with no support and the pillows are little more then disguised tissue paper.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. After all, we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Planes Trains and Automobiles, I was exhausted...
Great hotel with a convenient location for both the business and leisure traveler. The room I was assigned had a problem with a noisy AC, but I was moved to a wonderful new room with stunning views out the tower window. An on-site Starbucks with quick service and ample breakfast selections made the morning easy. Thanks for a great stay!
I think this hotel experience really depends what tower you are in! The one tower has a huge rooms, and isn’t busy with residence as well. It is a typical mid range Marriott hotel. You have to ask for certain things like robes which should already be in the room. Could definitely use some upgrades though. The yellow and blue is dated and feels ready for a facelift.
I have had many exceptional experiences at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The rooms have always been impeccably maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay....
Decent hotel. Nothing to stand out. But nothing wrong with it either. Have stayed a few times Check in was easy. Close to many amenities in the area. Rooms are clean. Would stay again next time I am travelling for work not sure I would stay for leisure. The restaurants are in the south tower and I have always stayed in the north tower. So there is a walk to that. But it’s not bad. Just not clearly...
On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a...

Was there for medical reasons, from out of town. Our flight had been delayed 7 hours. As a result, we were a 3 am check in. They super accommodating and pleasant. We loved our room cause it was on the 23rd floor and we had a great view of the fireworks.
The bed is firm which I actually love. Also their green initiative is great and encourages you to not use the room services if you don't need it. One problem though was that the bathroom has visible mold spots on the ceiling right above the hot tubs. Didn't use the pools and the fitness centre but they are both hiding in the basement of the hotel, and the pool is very basic (just a pool, no jacuzzi
This was my family's and mine first time in Vancouver. It is an older hotel yes, but the service and the quality for the price was right for us. When we arrived, the porters took great care of our luggage and made sure that we had a room available to us. Because of our early arrival only one room was ready at the time (we had two rooms, in-laws in one and Myself Husband and our 1yr old). The hotel...
The location is great. Rooms are clean. Hot water is not consistent and that seems odd for a hotel of this quality and size. View from the 11th floor was great. The size was also great and the kitchen. The service at the front desk was great. Some of the flooring is a little dingy with tiles cracked and chipped. Great dinning and Cafe inside.
Decent place for the price offered. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen. Room was very spacious. My only problem was the rooms weren’t really soundproof. You could hear ambulance sirens going off in the middle of the night. And the towels smelled a bit funky.. Good for a short stay, that’s about it.
I had a great stay at the Century Plaza Hotel. The hotel location is great, with great transit access and a lot of good restaurants and other amenities nearby. Since I got a room on one of the upper floors, the views of Downtown Vancouver were amazing. The hotel has an old feel, but is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and since I stayed for a long time, I got a discounted rate which was highly...

We were very lucky to be upgraded to a suite so we were super comfortable with a sitting room and an outside deck. The amenities, the bar and dining room were very good. The staff were excellent and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others staying in Vancouver
Great boutique high end hotel. Service and location outstanding. Beds comfortable and room is clean. Nice bathroom s. Balcony was great to enjoy the beautiful weather. Cafe Medina next door is Michelin rated and off the charts. Locals tip: Vancouver Public library is 3 minutes away. On a nice day, take a beverage and book to the roof top and read amidst a rose garden.
Absolutely amazing, loved staying here. The nicest boutique hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were so friendly to approach and always happy to help. Great location to get around town.
This hotel is fantastic. The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink. The high tea at their restaurant was SO GOOD and worth the price. There is no ice machine/snack machine or microwave in room which was fine because the location is right by tons of restaurants...
They let us check in a couple hours earlier and gave us a much unexpected upgrade! Staff was wonderful in the lobby and in the restaurant as well, the room was nice and cozy, super clean (I’m a clean freak) and both the room and the towels didnt smell like harsh chemicals which I loved. Super walkable to some of the tourist spots and lots of restaurants and cafes. 10/10 will stay here again next time...
The finest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Staff is impeccable. The room is spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is huge with a separate WC. Good ventilation on all four rooms. It's super quiet, just an awesome place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was not compensated in any way for this review

Very neat and clean. Unfortunately no aircon and relatively small bed. Overall good stay if you consider location and price compared to all the other hotels around the area.
Accommodation prices in Vancouver are eye-watering, and this is one of the cheaper options in the central city. I found the service exceptional and the highlight of my visit. The shared bathroom wasn't the issue I thought it might be - I was always able to access it when needed. The room was clean and tidy, but pretty basic and very warm. The supplied fan didn't quite hit the mark for a hot June night
Great location. Rooms are super clean for being over 100 years old. I heard some rooms have shared bathrooms but ours had it's own. The people running the hotel were all really great. Very friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning which was fine in may, but possibly could be hot in August. Location was central to everything we wanted to do in downtown. Restaurants nearby were fantastic.
Stayed 1 night for Roger's event. Cute little funky place. Room was as advertised and clean AF. Sad to see them closed?
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area was awesome, accessible to a lot of places (restaurant, groceries, transit). The hotel itself is clean and has a very 90’s feel decor. The rooms are small but it did the trick for a one night stay. A quiet neighbourhood. I am not a fan of shared washroom, but they keep theirs very clean. Would definitely recommend this place to someone who is...
We loved this place. The rooms are very small and simple, have shared bathrooms and showers (it was built as a boarding house in the early 1900s, so picture that), with no TV...and we loved it. Amazing location especially for the price! Our room and the shared bathrooms were meticulously clean. Staff was kind. The free breakfast in the small front room looked adorable. It was infinitely charming. If...

Service - great, Location- Amazing, Rooms - a bit dirty and could have had a better cleaning. There is a lot of dust along the crowning and carpet. Vents needed some cleaning as well. Coffee maker and fridge didn't work. All in all, we had a great stay!
Super happy with my stay. Rooms were nicely updated, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They even had an on-site laundry facility - which came in super useful as I had some clothing I needed to clean. Great location. Would stay again.
I booked the cheapest room available. The rooms are very fancy and the view is absolutely amazing! The showers are renovated too. I was welcomed to a fancy and beautiful lobby and I checked in to my room which was luxurious and the furniture looked fancy too. The money you pay for if you wanna stay here is worth it the design of the rooms are very cool.
This hotel is very well located in the shopping district of Vancouver, just a 15 min walk downhill to the harbor front. The service was great, and the rooms, although slightly dated, were very comfortable and quite spacious (king bed). The restaurant attached was truly the highlight. Michelin quality food, exquisite service and overall an experience you won't forget. Don't skip on dessert
I didn’t know anything about this hotel when i booked it for three nights. What a delight it was. My room was lovely. The colours and textures were very soothing. The shower was a delight. The bed was goldilocks perfect. But most of all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was kind and seemed happy to have me there. If you need a calm getaway this is it.
The willingness of all the staff to adjust to our needs, from the first greeting at our car to checking out. Room service is quick and efficient.

Loved the ethos of Skwachays. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed communal spaces and meeting other guests. And loved vibe of the neighbourhood.
Stayed here to support local artists, but it is not managed very well. Do yourself a favor and don't bring a car. You have to park in a garage behind the ally. It's very small..we could not avoid scraping our car. Someone at the desk has to open the gate coming and going, so you have to stop, go in, and ask for someone to open the gate....wait, then drive in. Same for leaving. We returned our car...
I love the concept behind this hotel, which is why we booked our stay here. The rooms are clean, the staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were dark, not much natural light, so it felt a bit stuffy. Also, the area is shady, with homeless people and druggies around. They say the area is safe, but we just didn’t feel comfortable walking there. The streets also smell of urine. I wish this place was...
The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice. The location is tricky: very close to Water street which is full of restaurants and shops but also very close to a zone full of homeless. We were astonished but in the whole three days we never had a single issue, not even at night.
The room that we stayed in was clean, beautiful and it smells good. It was like a gem nestled in China Town. The people are friendly and thorough and gave us a tour where we can find everything in the hotel. We enjoined the sauna and arts gallery. We really recommend it!!
We loved the cool decor in the rooms. The folks there are great! Breakfast was simple and tasty. Loved the art work! Neighborhood can be sketchy after dark because of zombie addicts, but that is a big city problem all around.

Delighted that we could check in early. Our flight back to UK was cancelled so booked this hotel last minute. 3pm check in however we got to hotel at 10am and room was ready 5 mins later. Could not ask for more!
This hotel is so great! The location is unbeatable, as is the price. I am old and asthmatic, so I worried about a 4th floor walk up hotel room, but I was fine! And I worried about a shared bathroom, but it really wasn't an issue - and I pee a lot. I never had to wait for a toilet, and there is a sink in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating and helped us bring all our gear to our room...
I really enjoyed my stay at the Victorian! The rooms are very clean, bright and beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the location is central! Only downside is the parking is a bit of a trek away with suitcases in tow, and it's damn near impossible to get out of! I'd recommend offloading your suitcases before going to park.
Great location to services and a very modern take on a classic building. Rooms are beautifully laid out with high ceilings, wooden floors and walk in robes. Very plush and comfortable bed as well. Staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring my stay was fabulous and relaxing. A nice late check-out of 11am as well!
We really enjoyed staying here. The shared bathroom situation was easy considering we had a sink in the room. The hotel has so much character and is close to all things down town Vancouver. The allowed us to drop off our bags after flying in but before check in. This aloud us to walk the city and explore with out our luggage. Highly recommend.
Excellent location, helpful and friendly service. Rooms are a little small, fine for one person though. Shared bathroom was large, modern and clean. Never had any issues with sharing. Plenty of fresh towels etc. Room bit noisy which is unfortunate (other guests being loud late at night).

Excellent experience overall. The in-room dining menu is great, and the food is awesome. The pool is great, saltwater and heated. The decor at the pool feels modern and upscale. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of the most pleasant hotel stays my wife and I have ever had. The bathroom was absolutely spectacular. The room was very comfortable. We used the fitness center and the pool, and enjoyed both. The only negatives were the pillows, which I thought were not firm enough, and the lack of open space in the room. It seemed that there was too much furniture for the area. Both minor issues.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Great room, spacious, well appointed. My wife would like a spray hose in the shower. We got to Reflections on our day of arrival at 9:31 pm after a long day of travel and they refused to serve us any food, said they stopped taking orders 1 minute earlier...they were still cooking though, we could see it in the open kitchen. We had a nice stay at the St. Regis Vancouver. The staff members we encountered here were professional and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed but on the small side. A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
