The room was new, clean, and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside the window was also stunning. The only downside was that when we arrived an hour and a half before check-in, they wanted to charge us 60 CAD for early check-in. We ended up negotiating an upgrade to a better room for an additional 20 CAD.

I’d recommend this hotel if you have business or errands near the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the shuttle service is convenient and well organized, which makes getting around easy. It’s also quiet, so it’s a good place to rest. That said, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast — the options are quite limited and not worth it.

We loved our time here! The staff was absolutely lovely. When my daughter was crying, they kindly gave her a toy, and they gave my son LEGO as well. Such thoughtful and caring service. We would definitely come again. The room was very clean! Thanks!

It feels like a clean business hotel, and there's a souvenir shop behind the front desk. The maple cookies were cheaper here than at the souvenir shops downtown Vancouver. There's a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel every 45 minutes.

About a 10-minute walk from the nearest station. Most amenities were provided, but it was a shame there was no toothbrush. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Facilities: The hotel is generally spacious, bright, and comfortable. Cleanliness: Especially clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is quite good; we got a room with a view of the street outside. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and gave us various directions.

No advertisements telling you 10% off at the Pub that apparently is part of the facility. Strong reminder to all that if you want good rates book all next day and beyond through the App as they have do not honour the rate unless 3rd party booked. Staff was very rude.

Proximity to public parks is convenient as well as the airport. If you drive you will find hotel parking cumbersome. The opening gate at carpark entrance is scary as it almost hit my car. The guest room has limited lighting with only one bedside table and table light although I had a double queen room. I will not want to stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately some hotel workers were strike so there was no room service. Shampoo bottle is empty and it made hair very dry. The shower Curtain smells a bit. There is no garbage bag in bin. Coffee shops is closed for most of the time. But staffs are nice and helpful. Safe and quiet place to stay.

This hotel is 🔥. The staff are friendly, the marina and views are sexy and the location is super convenient if you need to make the airport. Hotel Servies very good and facilities very good especially Swimming Pool. Our children were very happy in the swimming pool.

This is a lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel that could not be more conveniently located! We’re so fortunate to have such a nice place to stay right in the YVR terminal. Great quality you have come to expect from Fairmont, nothing different here. Bar and restaurant have good food and drink and the convenience with the airport can't be beat. They have a freezer for your fish at no charge if needed as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Although the decor is a bit dated, the service was good and the accommodations in the banquet hall were good as well. I was only in for a training seminar so I didn’t experience the rooms. What a comfortable stay. We stayed in their suite and were able to enjoy the skyline from the balcony. If you want really attentive and friendly staff this is the best hotel. Westjet paid for my room due to my 1st flight arriving late. In the past I have been in the same situation and it was a completely different experience. This time my dog and I were treated with such respect and courtesy. Service from the staff are amazing. The inn is very near the airport. I love the vibe of the inn. Some cafes and McDonald’s are in walkable distance. My stay here was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Vancouver. They do have complimentary coffee, teas and the best hot chocolate ever in the lobby.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and it used to be very clean and welcoming. I requested a room that was away from the lift and quiet, but I ended up on the 6th floor close to the gym. In the morning, there was a dog barking outside short, but very loud. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the floor mat.

We chose this hotel as it is more affordable than those downtown. It is quite easy to go downtown after taking the connecting bus to the Bridgeport train station. There's also a few eateries around which are quite good. The room is quite spacious with a little kitchen. Most uncomfortable is the noisy air-conditioning. We had to switch it off to sleep.

Biggest complaint is parking is limited unless you park off-site, which is challenging with a lot of bags. One elevator broken, so only one left working, lines for elevator were long. Tried to take the stairs to find out once getting to the 7th and 8th floor the fore exits are locked. Super unsafe as we got trapped in the stairs and had to call front desk. Property is not very clean and feels dingy

This property is right along the skytrain making it super convenient when flying in and out of the Vancouver Airport. We were able to access a Secret Deal for this hotel via Booking.com which was a great bonus.

Clean, quiet, easy check in. There was no staff at the desk when we left (it was 3am) so we put our room keys on the desk, no problem. Close to the airport and SkyTrain. The shuttle service to the airport was great! Our driver was so friendly and helped us load/unload all of our luggage (we had 6 suitcases for our flight to Tokyo). Would stay again.

This review is for Jody, The rock star breakfast attendant. She is very punctual and active setting up the breakfast buffet. I had to leave at 6:00 am for work on daily basis, exactly the time breakfast start but she make it happen a bit earlier so I can grab something and go. Very good attitude and good costumer service.

Budget hotel showing its age. Convenient location for airport travel. Lots of nearby food offerings improve overall rating. Room door locks are often not working well, and the elevator is small, slow, and very tired. Breakfast is limited and not very good. The waffles are the best part and that's not saying much. Keep expectations low to avoid disappointment.

Stayed at the Abercorn Inn on Friday night with my parents for a concert. I wasn't expecting anything too fancy due to the great price I had gotten. Though I was pleasantly surprised by how great the stay was! The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, I enjoyed checking in with him. My mom thoroughly enjoyed all the decorations and pictures along the walls. Well done Abercorn Inn :)

All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive "supposed to be free" breakfast

We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..

There is a restaurant on the premises along with McDonald's. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The front desk staff are very professional and really do try to accommodate you. The reason not giving 5 stars the location nothing else around the area.

Shuttles arrived on time from and to the airport. The room was cleaner than some of the luxury hotels. Realized that I forgot something at the room when I arrived at the airport, called the hotel right away. They mailed it to my Alberta address as promised. Much appreciated!!

Stayed for 2 nights before our flight. Good place if you want to be near the airport .They have airport shuttle every 30 mins. which is very convenient for us with luggage’s and kids in tow. Modest breakfast selections. There are some fast food restaurants near the area. Train station is also walkable.

Norci at the front made my trip. All smiles, good service and went out of her way to accommodate me. No shuttle but she called and paid for the cab 😀. Hasn't been updated in a long time so it's pretty dingy. It was cheap though so was kind of what I expected. Just stayed there before an early flight and the staff was helpful and booked a cab for us for early in the morning. Served its purpose.
