All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive "supposed to be free" breakfast
Great location and price. Good breakfast. Good Wifi.
Bad service attitude. The shuttle bus to the airport cannot wait for the customers for even 1 minute.
We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..
Friendly n caring team, will come again 🙂
The comfort of the room, breakfast included & easy transport links.

Nice room, close to the airport and lots of places nearby for food. Free shuttle
Staff were friendly and good. Location is very convenient to lots of food options. Room is in dire need of refresh/remodeling. Pillows smell like someone has been sweating in them for months. Carpet in the room looks very dirty as well. Very expensive for what we paid for 1 night.
The two gentlemen working at the front desk upon evening check in were so fantastic and kind!
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.

This location is close to the airport and conveniently located to local amenities.
The rooms and hotel are clean, but are starting to show their age.
I want to give a very special service shout out to the wonderful host/server who runs the breakfast service. She was amazing, kind, thoughtful and fast. She was managing the front of house like a BOSS and everyone was so well cared for. The back...
Excellent hotel near the airport with an overnight shuttle service for the flights arriving late at night. Moreover, I was especially impressed with the customer service. I initially booked for the wrong night and the booking agency said they would change the date but never did. Right away you can tell it is not a chain hotel. Super friendly staff, very thoughtful. Stayed there after my wife and I tied the knot. They left a handwritten note and a nice tray of snacks in our room. The parking would be inconvenient for some travellers with a pickup or suv with a storage box up top. Our Chrysler Pacifica with Thule box barely fit in the buildings parking. Valet parking...
Love it here! Excellent service, feel welcoming at all times. Perfect location for Richmond night market less than 5 minutes walk. The hot tub and swimming pool is quite relaxing ( when it's not crowded) Overall, great experience recommended.
Very spacious bathroom, food lighting and convenient light switched. Dyson hairdryer adds bonus point.
Booked a superior room specifically for the soaker bathtub only for the hotel to tell us there was a system error and we paid extra for a lower level room room without a bathtub. This was our anniversary and this is such a huge letdown. The two complimentary breakfasts don't make up for this. Don't think I'll come back again.
The staff are super friendly but there is a smell inside the room. It’s probably from the previous guests.
Very modern, clean hotel and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is close to capstan station and also has a factory outlet close by. The room was clean and worth the money. Room service was done each day which was great.
We stayed there for five nights in total. The last two days were pretty good though there were some bumpy issue happened in the first three nights.
Staff were great. Quick and easy check in. Free shuttle from airport also helpful.
While I understand Air Conditioning may not be needed a ton here in Vancouver, Canada, but our room AC was weak and pathetic. By the time we settled from the airport and in our room, it was already 10:30'ish and we went straight to the restaurant onsite. The AC did not get our room cool enough so it was uncomfortable.
The restaurant was mediocre and service was also mediocre. Way overpriced. Way...
Nice and clean but was not informed about the amenities on the top floor. Even when checking in we were not advised on the perks of having a room on the top floor.
The Radisson is close to the airport, has a shuttle service, has clean room, rooms, and comfortable beds, and the front desk service was very good. It was also the most reasonable hotel and what can only be called a rapacious Vancouver environment. I would stay here again if I Needed to.

Hotel location is excellent if you like taking metro. It is right at the metro station Bridgeport. You can take metro to Vancouver or Richmond conveniently everywhere. The room cleanliness was quite good but there were quite some dusts at the top of vanity mirror and lamps. Our room is a double queen beds room with decent room size and bath tub. It is comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay...
There are less restaurant around hotel. The hotel has food corte in ****** but the seat and desk is not enough.
The location is good and access from train station is perfect. Also they have pool and hot tab. It was good for us.
My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. I said I paid for d room already but she won’t hear of it unless i present a cred.card. My friend volunteered to use her card for security deposit. Checked out...
The hotel was a busy place due to the ****** and the most difficult to do when you arrived in the hotel is to find a parking; it was so busy that their parking lot was full. Also, you have to walk 8 minutes from the parking lot going to hotel’s main lobby. The hotel was clean and amenities were great. However, only one elevator was working going to our room. It was okay overall.
The resort’s location is incredibly convenient, close to both the airport and downtown. The hotel restaurant offers a stunning waterfront view. While the facilities are quite old, the overall stay experience was pleasant.
The River Rock Resort was a fantastic weekend getaway. From the waterfront location, to fine dining, to swimming and sliding, this place has it all.

No complaints here. Rooms are pretty big, lots of stores and restaurants nearby: London Drugs, Michael's, Cactus Club, and more.
The restaurant downstairs was awesome, good service and great selection for breakfast. I had an omelet where you could choose 3 items to add in, I picked mushrooms, green peppers and spinach...so delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this place for location...
Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand.
That being said, the rooms are pretty standard. Nothing great or terrible. The PTAC unit (the heater/air conditioner) in our room was pretty tired. Very hard to keep a steady temp. Fine when the heat was on, but would blow cold air at some...
Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.
The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. Clean and comfortable space 👍
The parking lot is a bit awkward to navigate. The laundry situation is equally so being situated in the shower room. The machines themselves didn't function well. The front desk and housekeeping did their jobs admirably despite seeming short staffed. I would probably look elsewhere for next stay.
Amazing hotel suites perfect for a trip with friends! Highly recommend and the free shuttle is a great time and cost saver. Walking distance to all the nightlife in downtown Vancouver!
I've stayed both with work associates and with family many times and am continuously satisfied with the convenience and value. Their service is friendly, the accommodations are very large, and definitely a gem in Vancouver to find for a family travelling together. You can't beat the price for the size, I've tried! We love the two bed/two bath suite with the full kitchen etc., and it's general location...
We had visited twice before this visit. .At that time a 5 review was appropriate . Unfortunately in the last year or so, it seems that the the service and some of the perks of the hotel have been compromised. I found some staff to be unfriendly and the room felt run down. I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor.
Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need eg kettle, toaster and nice big towels. I requested quiet room up high which they took note on. Can still hear the road noise from 15th floor but don’t hear noise from other rooms which is most important. Windows all around so lovely views.
Negatives - No toiletries in the room, they can bring shampoo but nothing else, I expect shower gel and body...

The hotel has comprehensive facilities, good sanitary environment and convenient transportation. It is especially recommended
It was expensive for a single person, but the room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful, so I had a comfortable stay!
It faces a main road, so it's bright and easy to get home even at night✨️
There's a supermarket just a short walk away, so it was convenient to get takeout dinner!
Fantastic value for being in the middle of Downtown Vancouver!
The twin room page says that the room width is between 1.35 and 1.5 meters. But when I got there, there was no room for 1.5 meters, only 1.35 meters. It is not comfortable to sleep with a child. Is it convenient to eat in the city center? It is still a few hundred meters away from the subway station, about ten minutes' walk.
A lot of Homeless in front of Hotel and Silen's Ambulance is so loud all night. Moreover, The road was fixed so Truck and Machine are loud.
The hotel has a clean environment and satisfactory service. There is also a small cocktail party space for chatting with friends. It is located in the center of Vancouver and is suitable for strolling and shopping.

Very small room, but comfortable beds and pillows. The baseboards in the room were dirty, and the towels had grit and hairs in them. The TV had lots of channels and streaming options which was nice to watch and relax between outings. It was close to everything we wanted. Usually an Uber to anywhere we wanted was about $13, but transit is an option too for those who prefer that
I really liked that this hotel is focused on giving back to the community, and even its key card was wooden to reduce the amount of plastic used. On arrival very early in the morning, reception kindly let me check in then as my room was ready - this was very much appreciated after my long 14hour flight...
The hotel was very well located and provided affordable parking. We found that it was significantly cheaper than surrounding properties and offered good value. We enjoyed spending some time on the outside terrace on the 11th floor. On-site washing and drying machines were appreciated. It takes some time to get used to the concept of having a shared bathroom with the adjacent room.
This place was such a steal! You are right downtown (right across from BC Place).
The staff was so friendly and check in was smooth.
The hotel room we got was a single queen with a private bathroom and the room was beautiful! Freshly renovated, it had a ton of space for us, and the bed was so soft! (Felt like a cloud) We also had a fridge.
The shower and bathroom are great, the shower was walk in...
Nice clean bright room with a great view. Hotel prices in Vancouver are crazy high right now so this was pretty good value for a central location. We went for a Whitecaps game so very handy for BC place. Highly recommend they have a kitchen as well for prepping your own food. Highly recommend for short or longer stay. Will return for sure.

This hotel is fantastic. The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink. Accommodation prices in Vancouver are eye-watering, and this is one of the cheaper options in the central city. I found the service exceptional and the highlight of my visit. The shared bathroom wasn't the issue I thought it might be - I was always able to access it when needed. The room was clean and tidy, but pretty basic and very warm. The front desk staff is friendly and polite. The room is not too big, but it is comfortable. There is free bottled water in the room, as well as a coffee machine and tea bags, which is quite considerate. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside to the hotel review is that the toilet has a peculiar smell, which greatly deducted points.

A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. I couldn...
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting. They certainly know how to make you feel at home.
I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the towels smell fresh. They even got us a bathrobe for our toddler. Our...

The hotel location is very convenience, close to everything ( shopping & restaurants ) easy to access by bus, train, seaplane.
The hotel is in a good location, next to the Vancouver Museum, convenient for shopping, and Stanley Park is nearby. The environment is good, the facilities are good, the service is good, and there is afternoon tea. I am satisfied 👍
This is a historic hotel with a long history. The location is perfect, convenient for everything: dining, attractions, and shopping. It's right in the heart of the city. There's a public parking garage next to the hotel, but it's a separate fee and not included. The soundproofing is a common problem in many hotels: The guests in the adjacent room howled in the hallway around 1:30 a.m. every night,...
Vancouver's most iconic, time-honored hotel, boasts a prime downtown location. The hotel has three entrances, and the surrounding area is lined with top-tier designer stores. Their afternoon tea is also among the most sophisticated in Vancouver.
We love this hotel so much that we stayed twice during our trip. It has a classical elegant feel to it. We loved the lounge access and all of the amenities. Great location too!
The room is spacious, the bathroom is a little small, and the location is excellent. It is in the city center and very convenient to go to various museums. The pier is in the distance, and it is very pleasant to watch the sunset and seaplanes. The nearby Chinese restaurant Qilin serves authentic Cantonese cuisine.
Room/ mostly bathroom was small, what makes the hotel so beautiful on the outside, gives you such small windows inside

It's clean and the location is good. But certainly it does not live up to the expectation. The building is old and it has clearly not being renovated in a long time. Rooms are not only small, but tiny. Staff at the desk is very helpful and friendly.
Room was very small, barely enough space to move around. Room did not have a safe, and front desk safes are not big enough for laptops or tablets, so beware. Elevator had issues. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm.
On the main drag per say in Vancouver, not a far walk from major attractions such as the steam clock, Canada place, etc. Need a key card to access the front door- once checked in
Elevator was broken all weekend so they put us on the second floor in a super small room where the heater didn't work. Second room on the same floor was much bigger and the heater worked. Clean bed. No view. Close to everything including the seabus. Would stay here again but on a higher floor to get a view. Staff are all very nice. The free breakfast is enough to get the day going.
An average hotel. Little bit shabby. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Good location for Gastown. Short ride from the airport.
the people that worked there were really nice and helpful. the location is great as there is easy access to public transportation and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. also, there is an open 24/7 convenience store just on the corner! the hotel itself is cute, breakfast is great, and i really liked this place

Perfect location, lot of restaurants nearby, room is new, spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy.
Location: Fantastic! Canada Place, Gastown, and Stanley Park are all within easy walking distance.
Facilities: Generally good, with excellent water pressure in the shower.
Cleanliness: Excellent.
Surroundings: Conveniently close to the subway line. It's just a 10-minute walk to the station for airport access.
Service: Friendly and attentive.
The room was quiet and clean. The location is perfect which is near the port and Gastown. It takes 8 minutes walk to the Port of Vancouver. The sky train station and bus stop just right next to the hotel.
The hotel room is top-notch. Very quiet. Prime downtown location, easy access to Stanley Park and Canada Place Pier. Food is a bit pricey.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. We took public transport from the airport, and it was just a 6-minute walk from the stop to the hotel. Our room was spacious, offering a pleasant street view from the window. What really impressed us was that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were incredibly welcoming and provided detailed recommendations for sightseeing and essential tips for exploring...
Love our stay, clean and comfortable. Superb location.
