Great location and price. Good breakfast. Good Wifi.
The room is clean and comfortable, and the cleaning is done on time every day. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which is about ten minutes away by car, very suitable for people in transit. The hotel includes free breakfast. In addition, Costco is opposite the hotel, and there is a Hong Kong tea restaurant and Shanghai restaurant next to it, which is very convenient. I will come again next...
The location is good, but we got ripped off when we took a taxi to the hotel... The Indian driver charged me $40, but it was only $25. The front desk guy was very good and allowed me to check out later. If the hotel shuttle bus is full and they tell you to take a taxi to the hotel, please make sure to ask the hotel staff to pay! Don't pay yourself! If you pay yourself, it's no more than $25. I hope...
Bad service attitude. The shuttle bus to the airport cannot wait for the customers for even 1 minute.
We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..
Friendly n caring team, will come again 🙂

Nice room, close to the airport and lots of places nearby for food. Free shuttle
Staff were friendly and good. Location is very convenient to lots of food options. Room is in dire need of refresh/remodeling. Pillows smell like someone has been sweating in them for months. Carpet in the room looks very dirty as well. Very expensive for what we paid for 1 night.
The two gentlemen working at the front desk upon evening check in were so fantastic and kind!
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.

The rooms and hotel are clean, but are starting to show their age.

Excellent hotel near the airport with an overnight shuttle service for the flights arriving late at night. Moreover, I was especially impressed with the customer service. Wow,
This is a wonderful hotel!
First, the price, I paid about 350 per night taxes included for 3 nights, other hotels in the area were 400+ per night, even hotels like the holiday inn.
This hotel is very comparable to very good 5 star hotels. It has everything I needed during the stay.
All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.

Very excellent service at this hotel! The decor is unique and quirky. We loved it. Lots of unique little touches that make your stay better, such as many charging ports, a high quality blow dryer, ability to control lighting everywhere with buttons beside the bed. Fairly decent coffee in the room as well! Better than most hotels. Very nice bathroom. The location is not very walking friendly. Make...
Booked this hotel during my stay in Vancouver and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel! I am very picky with it comes to a clean a hotel and this one surpasses my expectation.
I travelled with my one year and they were super nice to offer a playpen and a blanket for her.
The two queen beds were comfortable and room was spacious.
They made my stay in Canada more memorable and comfortable...
Excellent staff - friendly, helpful and courteous.
Easy courtesy shuttle to and from the airport in just a few minutes and the rooms are delightful. Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent temperature control with a beautiful bathroom and lots of little extra touches.
Don't miss out on using the wonderful rooftop pool and hot tub - a highlight!
Was pleasantly surprised by the room that I got very clean well put together room And everything looked brand new. Big walk and shower with a soaker tub dual vanity sink all separated from main bedroom area with king size bed, much better hotel than the virgin hotel I stayed in New York.Out door pool and hot tub on the sixth floor, pool was nice and warm to swim in and hot tub was nice and hot. I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.
Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.
Facility is well maintained both inside and out. Free Convenient transportation to airport. The security for the hotel and for the casino are courteous and respectful.
Their policy for calling up to a room was inconvenient. I told them the name and the room number while I was in the lobby, but they weren't going to call the room to inform the occupants that I had arrived.
So what I had to do was...
Easy access hotel resort five minutes from Vancouver airport. Went for the lunch buffet. Menu is a mix of western and Asian cuisine. The best part was the desert. Nice view of the Fraser river on a sunny day.

Tks,
It was a wonderful hotel to stay in during transit, the room was clean, today and quiet. The staff was friendly and respond to our need quickly. Airport transfer was convenient, quick, and frequent. It was a good choice with value for money.
Nothing to blame except the location. Fair price for around 200 CAD.
Staff were very welcoming when we arrived & recommended a good place for a meal.
Room was good, with fridge & microwave & comfy beds.
Airport shuttle worked well.
From the moment I opened the door to my room, I felt so at home and comfortable. The lighting around the bed made the perfect amount of brightness for casually lounging in the room. Honestly I would love the bed and headboard for my own house! Plentiful outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The TV was huge.
I enjoyed a hot bath complete with a rubber duck!
Theres a vending machine with lots...
Good they provide a shuttle service and even taxi vouchers to get to the airport. Good value.

Our room was small but nice. Employees friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is ok, maybe avoid the sausages.
The experience here was delightful. The staff were friendly, rooms clean and was able to get a room upgrade. They had a paid shuttle to the cruise port and free shuttle from airport. Special touches was the apple cinnamon waffles and pineapple coconut water for breakfast. All made our stay enjoyable.
I booked this hotel for the first night we were in Vancouver because it was close to the airport and I've stayed in the Hampton Inn in several cities in the US which have all been quite nice. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Parking is free and just outside the entrance to the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary with a variety of foods: cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, scrambled & boiled...
We have also stayed at the Hampton Inn near Kelowna airport and there was a distinct difference. The front desk staff at this hotel are not friendly and seem disinterested. We were not welcomed by text when we arrived or communicated with at all. The room was clean though and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was okay but only mild weak blend coffee was available not medium or dark...
Love the breakfast items you were serving, especially the cheese omelets
Great location and very convenient airport shuttle. Room was comfortable with everything you needed. Breakfast had great options and coffee. Staff were very friendly, let us check out late, store our luggage and use the shuttle back to the airport. Very quick walk to the skytrain to get to downtown Vancouver. Would definitely stay again.

Share the same ambiance and facilities as other north American budget motels, Location is good in between Burnaby and DT Vancouver with reasonable commute access.....price varies according to the season, don't expect polite or friendly management (as probably they have to deal with lots of questionable people), Guests are fully responsible for your belongings.

Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand.

Clean and comfortable space 👍
The parking lot is a bit awkward to navigate. The laundry situation is equally so being situated in the shower room. The machines themselves didn't function well. The front desk and housekeeping did their jobs admirably despite seeming short staffed. I would probably look elsewhere for next stay.
Amazing hotel suites perfect for a trip with friends! Highly recommend and the free shuttle is a great time and cost saver. Walking distance to all the nightlife in downtown Vancouver!
I've stayed both with work associates and with family many times and am continuously satisfied with the convenience and value. Their service is friendly, the accommodations are very large, and definitely a gem in Vancouver to find for a family travelling together. You can't beat the price for the size, I've tried! We love the two bed/two bath suite with the full kitchen etc., and it's general location...
We had visited twice before this visit. .At that time a 5 review was appropriate . Unfortunately in the last year or so, it seems that the the service and some of the perks of the hotel have been compromised. I found some staff to be unfriendly and the room felt run down. I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little touches left in my room as a welcome made me feel like my business was appreciated. A nice breakfast brunch was included in the stay which was a nice addition. Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor.
Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets.
Free parking underground is great and easy...
This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.

Great accommodations and friendly staff. Room was very clean and well maintained - kudus to the housekeeping and maintenance teams. It’s in an older building but refurbished on the inside. The windows are a bit thin slowing a lot of street noise, but fortunately it’s a quiet area so mostly just traffic white noise.

Great staff, friendly, welcoming, clean, quiet, and secure. They were renovating on the floor I was on, but it didn't bother me because the room I had was well away from the renovations. The restaurant downstairs in the lobby is separate from the hotel but it's very good as well and the service was excellent and friendly. The homemade chicken soup was delicious. Great location too.
Nnice location. Staff were kind though at first they reserved a room for me facing the wall. I am glad I was able to change it. The rooms a bit small we did not have enough space to even open our luggage. The bath tub is so narrow you can barely fit in. Consider adding a soft soap rather than those tiny dove soaps you have..

It faces a main road, so it's bright and easy to get home even at night✨️
There's a supermarket just a short walk away, so it was convenient to get takeout dinner!
Fantastic value for being in the middle of Downtown Vancouver!
The twin room page says that the room width is between 1.35 and 1.5 meters. But when I got there, there was no room for 1.5 meters, only 1.35 meters. It is not comfortable to sleep with a child. Is it convenient to eat in the city center? It is still a few hundred meters away from the subway station, about ten minutes' walk.
A lot of Homeless in front of Hotel and Silen's Ambulance is so loud all night. Moreover, The road was fixed so Truck and Machine are loud.

This hotel is fantastic. The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink. Accommodation prices in Vancouver are eye-watering, and this is one of the cheaper options in the central city. I found the service exceptional and the highlight of my visit. The rooms are clean, the staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were dark, not much natural light, so it felt a bit stuffy. Also, the area is shady, with homeless people and druggies around. They say the area is safe, but we just didn’t feel comfortable walking there. The streets also smell of urine. I wish this place was...
The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice.
The location is tricky: very close to Water street which is full of restaurants and shops but also very close to a zone full of homeless. We were astonished but in the whole three days we never had a single issue, not even at night.
The room that we stayed in was clean, beautiful and it smells good. It was like a gem nestled in China Town. The people are friendly and thorough and gave us a tour where we can find everything in the hotel. We enjoined the sauna and arts gallery. We really recommend it!!
We loved the cool decor in the rooms. The folks there are great! Breakfast was simple and tasty. Loved the art work!
Neighborhood can be sketchy after dark because of zombie addicts, but that is a big city problem all around.

The location is excellent, very close to the Steam Clock and some important attractions in Chinatown. The room is clean, the bed is big and the quilt is big, and the bathroom is clean. The hotel is very unique and cost-effective. It is worth experiencing. The service attitude at the front desk was good and the city tour map was very considerate.
It’s expensive. Other than that, it’s fine.
Delighted that we could check in early. Our flight back to UK was cancelled so booked this hotel last minute. 3pm check in however we got to hotel at 10am and room was ready 5 mins later. Could not ask for more!
This hotel is so great! The location is unbeatable, as is the price. I am old and asthmatic, so I worried about a 4th floor walk up hotel room, but I was fine! And I worried about a shared bathroom, but it really wasn't an issue - and I pee a lot. I never had to wait for a toilet, and there is a sink in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating and helped us bring all our gear to our room...
The room is clean and the air conditioner is powerful. Bring your own slippers
I really enjoyed my stay at the Victorian! The rooms are very clean, bright and beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the location is central! Only downside is the parking is a bit of a trek away with suitcases in tow, and it's damn near impossible to get out of! I'd recommend offloading your suitcases before going to park.

Very good hotel,
Facilities: complete
Sanitation: good
Environment: city center, convenient to go anywhere
The executive room is good. Clean, with new facilities. The Asian receptionists are a bit cold and mean. When checking in, I asked politely if there were any rooms on higher floors, but they said there were none, only one on the fifth floor. Later, they said the fifth floor was under renovation, so they would switch to the seventh floor. I don't know what standard they use to measure whether your requirements...
Always stay at The Georgia - Bedt Hotel in Vancouver by a country mile!
I arrived early, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They used a translation to explain things to me, even though I'm not good at English.
The room was very clean and well-cleaned.
The bathtub was also clean and comfortable to use.
The amenities were Diptyque, so they smelled nice.
Check-out was also smooth.
The location is good, and I'd definitely like to stay here again if I come to Vancouver...
It can't be compared with Rosewood in China or Hong Kong, but it is already very good compared with other hotels in North America. I am willing to stay again. The location is also very good, convenient for travel, and Valet parking does not have to wait for a long time. It is comfortable overall.
We booked this hotel to stay in the city for our wedding weekend. We travel a lot and this was one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. There is a tonne of attention to detail and quite luxury everywhere ( Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, Smart TVs). The place was also immaculately clean. Can't wait to stay there again!

Although it is a three-star hotel, the software and service are far beyond this level. The location is great. The breakfast is a set menu, one of three choices, but you need to pay a tip. The taste is very good.
One of the cleanest hotels I have ever booked. The service, cleaners, and location are perfect.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed having a quick chat with them.
The room is comfortable, spacious, with a huge wardrobe! It also provides bottled water.
The location is great! Walking distance to many attractions!
The front desk staff is friendly and polite. The room is not too big, but it is comfortable. There is free bottled water in the room, as well as a coffee machine and tea bags, which is quite considerate. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside to the hotel review is that the toilet has a peculiar smell, which greatly deducted points.
Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is not big, the location is good, you can walk anywhere, very convenient, very close to the subway station to the train station, turn left and it is 30 meters away, the express line to the airport is not available, turn left and turn left again and walk for 10 minutes. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room attendant has a good attitude.
The room is exquisite. Breakfast is also very exquisite. The hotel front desk is also very exquisite. The hotel's bar and steak house is said to be very famous in Vancouver. Unfortunately, it seemed to be reserved on the day we stayed, so we didn't go in. Very good experience, will go again in the afternoon.

A great experience. Clean rooms- which is most important to us. Friendly service. Their restaurant is DELICIOUS! It is slated to be renovated and it needs it- it’s dated. Plus the shower had quite poor pressure. Would recommend if found on sale or as part of a package. Would not pay rack price.
I had a free night stay at the hotel on Dec. 6, 2019. The front desk staffs are nice. I complained about the heavy smell in my first room. I thought that there was not much they could do about it. But the management actually gave me a free upgrade to the top floor. It was so nice of them. It was a pleasant surprise for me. However, I did not like my bed as it was too soft for my weak back. I couldn...
Top level service and cleanliness. I feel compelled to point out that there is no physical spa on the premises, however there are spacious saunas in both the male and female locker rooms at the pool area. For those who seek out dumbbells & barbells, the gym equipment was great (multiple squat racks) but it shares space with the indoor part of the pool (and whatever noise & excitement is going on around...
Bedsheet was super soft and comforting. Excellent location. They have a seafood restaurant that serves the best tataki tuna and add a great happy hour to that!
Staff were so lovely and hospitable! The many personalized touches (like leaving a piece of birthday cake with a personal bday message in our room, for my husband) just made our stay that much more special. Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, bathrooms were clean, room maintenance was excellent. Loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool! Take advantage of this hotel before it shuts down in a few months
This hotel earned 5 stars with ease. From the door man, to the front desk, to the concierge, and to the restaurant staff, each aspect was top notch. They were personable and addressed us warmly on each meeting. They certainly know how to make you feel at home.
I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the towels smell fresh. They even got us a bathrobe for our toddler. Our...
