Updated room since our last visit before the pandemic. Good buffet breakfast included with gold or diamond members. No lounge but complimentary drink each day from the bar. Parking charge a tad high. Good service at check in and breakfast.

What a comfortable stay. We stayed in their suite and were able to enjoy the skyline from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and we had a lot of space to move around between the living room and bedroom. Sweet!! The staff are friendly and made our day. We arrived late and were able to enjoy a drink in the lounge before we hit the hay. Highly recommend.

The service at the Hilton Vancouver Airport was exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and I was able to store my frozen Castella. The location is close to the airport without the flight path noise and close to good Asian eats and a shopping mall. The room we booked was clean and the bed was perfect for restful sleep. Our room had a balcony right below the Hilton sign. We would stay here again

If you want really attentive and friendly staff this is the best hotel. Westjet paid for my room due to my 1st flight arriving late. In the past I have been in the same situation and it was a completely different experience. This time my dog and I were treated with such respect and courtesy. Just spent 4 nights here, room was clean, bright and updated. Was also quite spacious. I was nervous booking a “motel” for security reasons but the building and area felt safe and secure. It’s a little out of the way if you plan on spending your time in downtown Vancouver, traffic made it quite a bit of a commute. But I would stay here again.

This is not your average hotel! Sure it is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly (and happy!) and all you would expect, but the extra effort to maintain the property shows. Even the whimsical messages to wash your hands, not smoke and have your room cleaned (or not) stood out. Especially loved the Scrabble!!

Good stay at a fair price. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. Accommodated our early check-in. They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised but they do reimburse you for taxi fare. Restaurant on site though we didn't try it.

I was easily able to get a last minute room after my flight home was canceled. Kay was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. I will say facing the highway the sound Insulation is next to zero even on the 15th floor and my air conditioner isn’t really working to the temp I’m asking, also sounded like it was going to explode last night. I love that they allow you to use the gym next door. I haven't had a chance to eat at Chop yet but I've heard nothing but good things about it. Pretty typical airport hotel. It seemed like a flight was cancelled so when we arrived to our booked room there was a large line with only one person working. I have worked a similar job so I know how stressful that is. The room was fine, actually a really nice bed!

Clean friendly and a 5 minute walk from the Skybus! Affordable location that still keeps you attached to everything. And not far from the airport so no worries about fighting traffic!

Unfortunately some hotel workers were strike so there was no room service. Shampoo bottle is empty and it made hair very dry. The shower Curtain smells a bit. There is no garbage bag in bin. Coffee shops is closed for most of the time. But staffs are nice and helpful. Safe and quiet place to stay.

Perfect spot if u wanna crash and catch airplane in the morning. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Free shuttle to the airport is big plus. Nice room - clean and roomy. Only problem was that the outlets were all old and loose. Had to hold in the plug for the coffeemaker and chargers to make them work. I wish I could give them another star. The people working there are super nice, but the room service is off. For two days in a row, we put the do not disturb sign outside of our room, but the room keeper still came in and cleaned our room. The worst part about that is that they took our personal towels, and we never saw them again. That is why I gave a four star review.

Huge hotel! It has a Starbucks, a restaurant, and is super close to malls, drugstores, and all within walking distance. The rooms are nice and big, with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. First time staying here and it was alright. We used the shuttle from Vancouver International airport. Driver was friendly and helpful. Checked in and out went smoothly. This review is for Jody, The rock star breakfast attendant. She is very punctual and active setting up the breakfast buffet. I had to leave at 6:00 am for work on daily basis, exactly the time breakfast start but she make it happen a bit earlier so I can grab something and go. Very good attitude and good costumer service.

Budget hotel showing its age. Convenient location for airport travel. Lots of nearby food offerings improve overall rating. Room door locks are often not working well, and the elevator is small, slow, and very tired. Breakfast is limited and not very good. The waffles are the best part and that's not saying much. Keep expectations low to avoid disappointment.

Norci at the front made my trip. All smiles, good service and went out of her way to accommodate me. No shuttle but she called and paid for the cab 😀. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. It was one of best cleaned rooms I’ve been in. The hotel is a bit dated and tired in some ways, but the staff makes up for it.

Hasn't been updated in a long time so it's pretty dingy. It was cheap though so was kind of what I expected. Just stayed there before an early flight and the staff was helpful and booked a cab for us for early in the morning. Served its purpose.

There is a restaurant on the premises along with McDonald's. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The front desk staff are very professional and really do try to accommodate you. The reason not giving 5 stars the location nothing else around the area.

We were with a group of 40 and the staff went over and above to provide excellent service (even during the extended worker's strike) to all of us. I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.

Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.

Easy access hotel resort five minutes from Vancouver airport. Went for the lunch buffet. Menu is a mix of western and Asian cuisine. The best part was the desert. Nice view of the Fraser river on a sunny day.

Biggest complaint is parking is limited unless you park off-site, which is challenging with a lot of bags. One elevator broken, so only one left working, lines for elevator were long. Tried to take the stairs to find out once getting to the 7th and 8th floor the fore exits are locked. Super unsafe as we got trapped in the stairs and had to call front desk. Property is not very clean and feels dingy

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. Although I only stayed one night, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. We enjoyed staying here except for the treatment of the restaurant. We went for dinner and we’re treated as though we weren’t good enough to be here. This property is right along the skytrain making it super convenient when flying in and out of the Vancouver Airport. We were able to access a Secret Deal for this hotel via Booking.com which was a great bonus.

location is super close to the airport which is great. location right across Aberdeen center is great. room is standard but well equipped. water is good pressure. heat takes a while to heat up from 19 when we got in the room to 23. somewhere between 3 to 4 hours before it hit the comfortable temperature in winter. service is good. housekeeping could be better. front desk service is great.

Clean, quiet, easy check in. There was no staff at the desk when we left (it was 3am) so we put our room keys on the desk, no problem. Close to the airport and SkyTrain. The shuttle service to the airport was great! Our driver was so friendly and helped us load/unload all of our luggage (we had 6 suitcases for our flight to Tokyo). Would stay again.

Although the decor is a bit dated, the service was good and the accommodations in the banquet hall were good as well. I was only in for a training seminar so I didn’t experience the rooms. There seemed to be a lot of aircraft crews coming through the facility while I was there for three days, but I never picked up on any negative experiences.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel but I wasn't sure where else to say that the roast lamb I had at a banquet last night was the most flavorful, beautifully prepared and perfectly cooked offering I have ever had and I have no idea how something so amazing could be offered as part of a package rather than a choice on a five-star menu. Great location. Sky train makes it easy to get anywhere. Very friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Great steak house restaurant on site called Carvers.

I found this hotel clean and quiet and I got a good night sleep the Hot Tub is awesome the and they have a nice indoor pool with change rooms, showers and bathroom. Lots of great food choices at the hotel and in close proximity. Richmond Centre Mall is only a five minute walk.

I love this hotel. Close to the airport with great shuttle service. There are three wings this should have you covered no matter what your need. One tower has basic guest rooms nothing special just a normal hotel room another has Suites that have kitchenettes and the third has fully furnished two and three-bedroom apartments including laundry rooms. This is a nice clean holiday inn. It’s an express so it’s very basic. Perfect for a one-day stop. It is near some services and the roads. The service here is friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. It checks all of the boxes. It is not real close to the airport however. So if you arrive around rush hour or need to get to the airport quickly, it may take a while. Also...

It may not be the best HIE I've stayed at, but it's close. Wonderful staff. Indoor pool, hot tub, ice machine--all works as it should. Free breakfast is terrific, with lots of options, many of them hot. Fitness center could use a set of free weights, but is otherwise quite nice. Plenty of free parking. Close to a mall with movie theaters, restaurants nearby.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Riverport Richmond, an IHG Hotel was a good place to stay. Yes, it's not very close to downtown Richmond, but not very far away either. With 10+ minutes driving you can get anywhere. The hotel room was large with much needed amenities, and the breakfast was free. Parking was free as well. Overall it's not bad to stay here.

The staff at this hotel were all super friendly from the man who picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night, to the breakfast ladies, front desk staff and the people who cleaned the rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Would stay again.

I loved the staff, having everything around fun for the kids.
