We had a great stay here tonight. Kay greeted us warmly as we walked through the doors, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. He checked us in quickly and gave us a good laugh too. Thank you, Kay, for the exceptional service and for helping us relieve the stress of the day. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar was relaxing, and the bartender and staff were excellent. I look forward to staying here again.

I will say facing the highway the sound Insulation is next to zero even on the 15th floor and my air conditioner isn’t really working to the temp I’m asking, also sounded like it was going to explode last night. But I got a good rate beds are comfy enough and overall fairly clean. 4/5

We are repeat guests and Last week was the first time we stayed here with our baby, it was a long queue for check in and my baby was sleeping in the carrier that time, when it was our turn, front desk staff -Kay, greeted us with smile and he immediately anticipated my need to have a quiet and fast check in as I don’t want my baby to wake up. I didn’t know i booked a room far from the reception hall and we specifically need that room, Kay made it possible to transfer us to a room near to the reception hall so it’ll be easier for us. I would also like to commend the housekeeping department (i totally forgot to ask for the staff name) who helped me set up the playpen and gave me extra pillow for the baby. It is because of the service like this that we keep on coming back to this hotel for event or staycation.

Kay was our guest service agent when we checked in and created such a welcoming environment when we were greeted. He was very personable and asked about his day and we ended up being able to know a little about his journey coming to Canada. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me an upgrade to stay at the penthouse! Upon a few minutes after entering my room, he even called up to ensure that I was happy with the space and if I required anything else. (Which I obviously did not because it was gorgeous and spotless) There were even treats on the table available!
The bedding is definitely one of my top 3 favourite to sleep because the comforter actually has substance to it and the pillows are actually fluffy but dense.
And don't even get me started on that view, where you get a little bit of city and a little bit of mountains peaking out just behind it!

I love that they allow you to use the gym next door. I haven't had a chance to eat at Chop yet but I've heard nothing but good things about it. I do wish the shuttle ran more often from the airport but overall a good hotel. The rooms on one side need an update but at least they have microwaves which are slowly being removed from hotel rooms.
Update: so I finally had the opportunity to eat at Chop and it did not disappoint the food was delicious and the service was great. I can't wait to get there early enough for happy hour because I want to try everything on the menu. Even without happy hour the prices were good. You must go if you are staying at the hotel or even just in the area.

Our kids love the water slides. Provincial suites are in 1st & 2nd floor. No view but convenient access to the car and pool. Parking is free.

On the day we checked out, around 9-9:30 am, one of the cleaning staff knocked on our door to ask when we were leaving because she needed to clean the room for someone else. Checkout is not until noon. We felt very rushed to leave, especially because she came and knocked on our door multiple times after. We have never experienced that before.
When we first arrived, we noticed how nice the lobby looked and how helpful the front desk staff were. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that they had both soft and firm pillows available. Another bonus is that the hotel did not charge a parking fee, where most other hotels do. The hotel is kind of like a maze and there is a long walk with plenty of twists and turns to get anywhere. Our room was a first floor Provincial Suite. The carpet smells worse than a 3 star hotel's carpet.The room is very dark, like how others said. It does not look like the pictures on their website. The day we checked out, the cleaning staff had just finished mopping the hallways. It was very gross because there was a STRONG odor of mildew. The hotel is more like a 2 star hotel than a 3 star hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was really nice and clean. I especially loved the steakhouse/bar in the lobby - Chop. It was also extremely close to Denny's. I did not use the pool but it was great to have the choice as well as the fitness centre directly beside. Thank you to Kay who was extremely kind and helpful!

Door hardware laying on the floor all down the hallway to my first room on main floor with king bed 109. Room was cold when I got ready for the gym at 8pm. Gym was not in working order so was advised to use the fitness center around the corner free of charge. At 9pm I turned on heater. At 11pm turned it down then again at midnight but heater kept running 4am I shut it off. The room was cold by 6am so turned it on lowest setting. I informed front desk as I left for work asked to be moved later they agree and clerk said he knew the heater had problem. Got 4th floor room for night 2. Heater was good. The bathtub was not clean. As shown on the photo with the wipe they provide. I was able to use airport shuttle and book easily. Was charged full cost despite the issues with my first night. I did not inform of the dirty tub. Always check before using.
