Great location right downtown, and beds were good. The washroom was very outdated and the washroom door was damaged in one corner. The elevator also seemed a little off, not leveling with the floor properly. Because of this, and the lack of a pool, I am not sure if this hotel should be 3 star.
The staff were very nice, and I would definitely stay here again. But I think a few renovations would be...
I was staying here during the International Puppetry Festival and have nothing but great things to say. Great location, spacious rooms greta for families, friendly staff and lots of restaurants right under the hotel or on the street in the front. There is a beautiful view from some rooms.
Nice hotel right in downtown. It's a bit older but the rooms are nice clean and functional. Reception is great. Had breakfast there which was extremely good and staff very helpful. Got upgraded to a Riverview room with full length windows which I was grateful for. ♥️ Free parking at rear. Recommended.
Clean and nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very well maintained. Nice staff. Right on the busiest street with all the good bars. 2 great restaraunts in the basement. Loved it.
Nice place. Food was good. Not extaordinary, but very good hotel.
Kind of an odd building to be an hotel. The rooms are surprisingly nice compared to the lobby and corridors. Very good location in the city centre.
