Great location right downtown, and beds were good. The washroom was very outdated and the washroom door was damaged in one corner. The elevator also seemed a little off, not leveling with the floor properly. Because of this, and the lack of a pool, I am not sure if this hotel should be 3 star. I was staying here during the International Puppetry Festival and have nothing but great things to say. Great location, spacious rooms greta for families, friendly staff and lots of restaurants right under the hotel or on the street in the front. There is a beautiful view from some rooms.

Nice hotel right in downtown. It's a bit older but the rooms are nice clean and functional. Reception is great. Had breakfast there which was extremely good and staff very helpful. Got upgraded to a Riverview room with full length windows which I was grateful for. ♥️ Free parking at rear. Recommended.

Clean and nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very well maintained. Nice staff. Right on the busiest street with all the good bars. 2 great restaraunts in the basement. Loved it.

Kind of an odd building to be an hotel. The rooms are surprisingly nice compared to the lobby and corridors. Very good location in the city centre.

Fine for what you get. Check your credit card bill because they charged me twice and I had difficulty getting a hold of anybody eventually I went through my credit card company to have the charge reversed

Frendly host, spacious rooms, on the first floor we got noise from running child coming from the ceiling.

This Comfort Inn offered clean rooms, hot water for showers and a convenient location. The breakfast room was very hot due to the waffle maker and toaster being used. The kitchen lady was very pleasant.

At the time of year I stayed there, August, I found the tariff too High for what the accommodation offers. $233/ night taxes included.However, the place is clean & the staff was friendly .The room was on the small side but you had a fridge, microwave & large TV. The parking was free and so was the breakfast. Breakfast was more than adequate. I Rate this hotel as a 7.5 and an under $200/night tax included...

I stayed in many Comfort Inn but this it’s the first time I am staying at this location. I loved my room, it was located on the ground floor, easy access to my car that is located not far from the door. The bed was extremely comfortable plus with a micro-wave, it’s a blessing to be in the hotel. Staff were nice, room was clean. The reason I gave a 5 star rating, their wifi is amazing. I was able to play Destiny 2 with zero lag. Very happy with my stay here.

Rooms where ok, the tv doesn't work.. they offer breakfast but you have to extra paid for it ... nice location and really quiet to sleep

Was okay for the money. Receptionist very friendly, made us Ontario folk feel welcome. Nothing to watch on tv here though.

Inn- style lodging, offers a basic room with fridge, bed was king size, medium firm, sheets were comfortable and high quality. The view of the sunset from the verandas is amazing. A fair price for a peaceful stay.

Basic but clean rooms. Best views from rooms 201 to 209 (photo from 203). Odd numbers are on second floor. Avoid the restaurant.

Good location , Very courteous staff but old building and typical downtown issues As soon as you enter the building , we could smell smoke and alcohol as there is a pub on ground floor . If you are with family I would suggest some other hotel. This location does attract typical downtown kind of crowd with all the other stuff , which may not be family friendly. I would not suggest to leave anything...

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but the walls are very thin and there are two bars on either side of the hotel which can be clearly heard late into the night. During the week it may be alright, but on the weekend, sleeping before midnight is a challenge.

The location is perfect! There'sa lot of restaurants around, so you don't need to worry about food. The rooms are really neat and the cleaning ladies do a great job.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Good location. However, if you book a room on the south end (over the pub) beware the late-night karaoke.

Nice B&B in Saguenay. Kind welcome from the owner who every morning prepares an excellent breakfast whose flagship is the crepes. The rooms are decorated in theme, Africa, China and so on, they are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The environment is a bit redundant but it is a matter of personal taste.

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful character! We were very well received by Normand who is friendly and helpful. We slept really well, the cottage is air-conditioned for my greatest happiness! Delicious breakfast included! I highly recommend !
