Pepsi drink machines. Put $4 in and nothing came out. Front desk said they do not monitor them and to call phone number on machine. Called and number was disconnected. I tried another machine with my credit card and no drink. Called the different number and no answer also disconnected. Staff here should put “out of service” sign instead of their guests being ripped off.
Clean. Bathroom was up to date and clean. Staff was friendly.
When I booked wasn't showing that its outdoor pool plus it is not mentioned there ia no breakfast on weekends,room was clean ,the reception's guy was.nice.
The previous night we stayed at a Best Western Plus and it was far superior to this one.
Person at check in was very good.
Room was clean, small and looking tired
Although hotel says pet friendly, be sure to call before because some rooms aren’t pet friendly. We wanted the King suite with a pet and when we arrived, they said we had to pick another room.
Also, after hours front desk, staff are not very accommodating. Ask for Julie the daytime manager. She is great.
Room and bed was small. Room was cold. No microwave. It just had the bare minimum. Location was perfect.
