We loved everything about our stay. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Common areas were very nice. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast, and the pool and patio areas are very nice as well. Just a really lovely place to stay with a great location.

The location is convenient to get to restaurants and other commodities. There are still room for improvement. The restaurant within the hotel just had one waitress in a Saturday morning. Our group ended up eating at other place. My room has noise coming from the air conditioning. Love the pool.

Great location and walking distance to Centennial Park. Stayed only one night, the room was clean if perhaps slightly outdated. The AC was a bit noisy and blows the air under the curtains when they are closed, but we still managed to get a decent nights sleep, the area is quiet. Clean. Mattresses have mattress covers on them. Very friendly front desk staff. Pillows are small/standard (not Queen, to match the size of the bed). Old old-school phones (but, to be expected?). HDMI plug into wall to connect to TV. Mini fridge. Closet. USB charge plugs. Only downside: card/key machine was broken all weekend so staff had to walk you to your room and manually let you in.

The bed was so comfy; the room was very spacious; the bathroom was really nice; other amenities were nice.

For sure adequate. Some upkeep needed, but was good enough for us! Indoor pool was nice, outdoor was fine. Sauna and hot tub were a nice perk. Absolutely love going here. I’ve been very many times. My entire extended family always gathers here on Boxing Day and we are treated very well! Food is always amazing, pool is large (accompanied by a hot tub!), rooms are nice and clean, and pet friendly! I also have had graduation ceremonies there and the past and they were beautiful! I strongly recommend staying here.

The hotel itself was satisfactory and the bed was actually very comfortable. The elevator was a scary ride physically and visually. The room was adequate and filled the purpose. The staff were very nice, as was the front desk area. Not a bad place to stay for the price.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. This hotel is dated, and the rooms smell like they were once smoking rooms. The only nice thing about this hotel is the lovely staff members working there.

Our room had no microwave, the fan in the bathroom didn't work so it steamed up pretty bad during showers. Our room key cards didn't work half the time. However, the pool was nice and the banquet hall was nicely done up for our Gala, and the food for the Gala was very good.

This may not be a five-star hotel/motel as far as looks but to me it was really great. The beds and pillows were. The room was very clean. Bathroom sparkled. Front desk staff upon check-in and check-out we're extremely friendly and efficient. The included Breakfast upon check out was great. I will definitely stay there again!!

Have stayed at this location multiple times over the past few years and the only complaint as usual is the accumulation of cigarette butts outside otherwise everything is always top notch. Rooms are clean hallways clean breakfast is more than adequate

We had an elegant and (mostly) practical room; they could use another bedside table on their king size bed and more towel bars in the bathroom but otherwise it was convenient, attractive and clean. The hotel provides a superb included breakfast with eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage, and fresh waffles. The location on the Sarnia waterfront was both interesting and beautiful.

Typical value hotel. It was clean, friendly staff, fresh & warm breakfast. Beds were clean. It is an older hotel but it is well kept. Would stay here again.

Nice affordable rooms, ac units are a little loud so you might have trouble sleeping if you are a light sleeper. Great friendly staff. I've stayed there a few times and I'm sure I'll be there a few more lol

I've stayed here several times over the last few months and enjoyed my stay everytime. The service is good and there's always a smile and a laugh at reception.

Staff are great, especially a young girl that usually works the morning breakfast. Always great to interact with a polite, friendly, helpful person at 5am. The rooms could do with better cleaning and supplies, but there is a shortage of workers everywhere.

A good motel in Sarnia, ON. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Refrigerator and microwave were a bonus we weren't expecting. We slept well in our cosy, comfortable beds and enjoyed a hot shower with strong water pressure. Very kind and friendly front desk staff. Thank you for a great stay. Will recommend this place.

The hotel has been updated and renovated. Our beds were very comfy, the sitting area/lounge is great for gathering and the breakfast was well stocked with fresh and delicious foods. We visited with a team and had a great experience, we would definitely return again! All staff were pleasant and very helpful. Great location close to beach :)

The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The free breakfast is definitely more than expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. and several different cereals. The only major issue I have is that it is so close to the highway you can hear the heavy truck traffic at all hours. If possible and available, a back side room is preferable as the noise would be much less.

Rooms were “updated” but I don’t like staying at a hotel room with laminate floors. You just never get that comfortable, homey feeling. Leaves you wanting for a little more comfort. But the breakfast diner was a great touch.

Very comfortable stay I had the room with the Jacuzzi tub. It also functions as the shower but very spacious. Tub. Easy to fit two people in and very clean.

Nice rooms cleaned well, windows that open, continental breakfast is nothing fancy but includes home fries, scramble and sausage, also yogurt, toast, and waffle maker. Courteous staff.

The bed was perfect and the room was a good size. We had good service from the front desk and restaurant. The only issue was guests partying loudly in their rooms and socializing in the halls at 3am.

This is a great hotel. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family. I had no complaints before the renovations and now with them to the point of being done, I’d say it’s one of the best hotels in the area. Ive stayed in some of the other hotels throughout Sarnia and none compare. This is the only place I will ever stay when in Sarnia and recommend 100%.

My husband and I stayed here for one night, we heard doors banging all night and some people sitting out front who looked like they were into something. The t.v only gave us 6 working channels. The room needed to be dusted and the floors could of used a vacuum. The receptionist was for sure polite and friendly but for the price we paid for one night we were hoping to have gotten breakfast.

They were extremely accommodating. The sevice was exceptional as well. Every staff on reception, I encountered are delightful and eager to help. The room was clean, the bed was a little smaller than expected but comfortable. The continental breakfast tasted fresh and they had all the necessary condiments.

This is by far a great motel. Iv been here a few times with no problems. Clean and well maintained. The owners are very nice and just trying to run a good place. They upgraded our room for free. I had booked smoking because that’s all that was offered on Booking.com, but when we arrived, immediately they checked to make sure we wanted smoking and then offered us a very nice room smoke-free. Often stay here for our scuba diving trips. Rooms are clean, spacious and include a small fridge and microwave, which are handy. Every year the owners make improvements; this year, we noticed some lovely new landscaping. It is an older building but reno work has been done on the bathrooms.
