I liked that everything was easy to join (congress rooms, diner room, etc).

Nicely equipped room, shower with sliding doors and hand held wand in addition to affixed shower head, though water pressure not great.
Nice view out the window as the hotel is located on the hill. A bit drive from the expressway but lots of food options nearby etc.
Only main issue was noise emanating from the hallway. Guess staff were in and out of stairs doing hall checks thrift the night but heard the stairwell for slam shut all night long. Could be closed gently but either way shows poor soundproofing from the hall.
If there was an event or sports team staying in the hotel might be hard to sleep well.

Worst experience ever, this is a $250 per night room, and there is no way to increase the room temperature higher than 22 degree. The person at the front desk is not helpful. I ask if they can offer a heater to help warm up the room, they said they do not have one. Basically, the hotel is unable to control room temperature, which is ridiculous.

The service of waitress in breakfast restaurant of this hotel is super bad.
No greeting, no menu, no service (do not be surprised, when I say no service here, they will let you sit there for half an hour even without serving you a menu). My neighboring table also sit there to wait for >20 minutes at least to get served.
Not only to me, also to other people, unbelievable!
Actually, the breakfast restaurant is not busy at that time. The waitress are chatting and looking but just not working.
On the other hand, the room of hotel is nice and clean. Other facility is good. Only breakfast restaurant is an obvious flaw for this hotel.
Once again, however, their customer service is pretty good, and followed up the feedback quickly and effectively, so I still think Delta is a good hotel.

Room was clean, hotel had a very nice refresh.
My recommendation: if you want a quiet room, stay on ODD number rooms, because even numbers are facing noisy roof machineries.

Christelle was such a warm and professional individual when I checked in. The process was stress free and easy.
My room was very clean and comfortable.
Nazdana at the bar was very efficient and friendly.
The location is nice, beautiful view of the mountains, right in the city but up and away from the highway. Couldn’t hear any traffic from my room.

We went for dinner to the bar and the food was fantastic!

The clean, recently renovated room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bathroom fittings and a deep, comfortable bed. However, lack of room service was somewhat irritating, and the corridors were rather dirty, with towels, cleaning products, and food crumbs scattered here and there.

Beware of staying at this hotel if you are using Expedia or any booking company. They will charge you the room even if it is already paid for by Expedia. The safety deposit was taken, but an email receipt was sent for the cost of the room, which was more than the deposit. Nice place, but they give you the run-around. I wish I never stayed here just to avoid the hours I lost trying to get a credit.

I stayed two nights in this hotel, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast at the hotel was not include but was very good and the price is around $15 to $20 with orange juice and coffee included.
The room we stayed was clean and tidy, the only thing I can think of on the downside was the noise from the fridge and the a/c, both were loud enough to wake me in the middle of the night.
