I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great experience. Front staff are always so friendly and helpful. I recommend asking for one of the newer rooms if possible - the older rooms are outdated for sure. If you want to be close to the airport without hearing any planes, this is an excellent choice.
I did have an issue during my last stay here, however Cory the manager was very prompt in rectifying it and I was pleased with how it was handled.
I would say the morning restaurant staff are excellent - attentive as they can be when they are quite busy. Always friendly , and the food is fine. Evening restaurant staff weren’t good the last time I was there. Pretty rude and I felt rushed.
That being said, this is a great hotel that is obviously well run by the manger.

First time I've stayed in a hotel in maybe 12 years due to uncleanliness in even upscale hotels. Was nervous, but I would stay again without a doubt. So very clean, comfy, and amazingly pet friendly.

Excellent service all around - from free shuttle to/from airport, delicious breakfasts (also free), comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly front desk staff, and complimentary desktop computer and printer in the lobby. The cleaning staff always had a smile too.

Rooms were good but a little musty. Maybe we got a room that was vacant for a while. We were there for a wedding. The meal was top notch. The open bar is highway robbery. $4 for 3/4 of a can of 7up. Double whiskey was $20. Some might say that's fair, I think it is taking advantage of people.

Staff are amazing. Great restaurant right in hotel, awsome breakfast served by the Clancy's complimentary from the hotel. They all go above and beyond for the guess and treat you like family. LOVE THIS HOTEL.

The hotel Restaurant is fantastic. Food is always delicious, and the staff are super friendly efficient. Working at the airport, we eat there regularly and it has always been a positive experience.

Our plane was canceled and we had no hotel to stay at. Although the hotel didn't have any rooms available (at 2am), they did have one promptly at 9am which was appreciated.
We were in NFLD since the 5th of August and our original hotel was down but George Street.
We wish we would of stayed at this hotel as it was nice, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Beat meal we had all week.
Our place next time if we come back to NFLD.
