Always welcoming environment makes this Hotel a Ideal place for the tourists, divers customer care for all sort of occupants from kids to elderly and from patients to athletes. Cleanliness is utmost and the guest services are outstanding.

Everything was great.
Only one suggestion for the management: if you could add a few more toasters so all guests don't have to wait in a long line to have toast that would be terrific.

We stayed for the first half of a family trip, and the kids loved it! The water slide was a great source of entertainment that kept the kids off their tablets up in the room.

We opted for a 2 Queen + Sofa bed, which was the perfect set up for our family of 4. We and our 14 year old could stay up playing cards for a bit after our 10 year old went to bed, and having the kids in separate beds meant that everyone got a better night’s sleep.

In terms of location, there were lots of eateries nearby, as well as a Walmart, Dollarama, and the Avalon Mall within an easy walk. My only complaint is the distance to downtown ($25-30 by taxi, ~45 minutes by bus) which made it tricky to go see the sights with kids.

On check out, we accidentally left our 10 year old’s stuffy tucked in the sheets, but the hotel staff were sure to take great care of it until we could retrieve it a couple days later.

I would recommend this hotel!

We stayed as couple twice in last 3 months. Great service, Perfect Location, Reasonable price and Delicious breakfast. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all basic utilities. Also has pool to relax. Highly Commendable.

My partner and I stayed here with our 5 kids for new years eve. We asked for east facing rooms and had a great view of the fire works over the city at midnight. The kids enjoyed the pool and the slide. The pool is small and was a bit too deep for the youngest (5) to be comfortable.

Breakfast was chaos in the morning. It was very busy when we went around 9 and the staff were having trouble keeping the trays stocked and the tables cleared. I'd recommend going early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

Contacting the hotel directly prior to check in to have the rooms connected was challenging. The directory kept taking me to a centralized reservation desk that couldn't confirm the request.

An excellent hotel located in a more commercial/industrial part of St. John's. Rooms were clear and standard, very nice bathrooms. Breakfast was standard as well, but very good. Staff members were all super helpful and nice. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you have a car, if not it's a very challenging location to get around in.

An excellent place to stay in St John's when you want to be close to everything. This hotel has it all. Comfortable beds, a clean room and an amazing waterslide. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff here are also amazing and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again.
