Best Western PLUS The Arden Park Hotel

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. Although we had plans to meet with other people at a different location, breakfast was surprisingly affordable based upon the menu that I reviewed.

The location is easy to find and parking is ample; however, I was surprised that there was not more handicapped access. When I tried to use the spots located in the back parking lot, I was only able to find set of stairs (no elevator access) to the second floor. Very odd. There was no way that my 90 year old mom would make it up a flight of stairs -- even without a suitcase.

The rooms were clean and neat. The suite is a comfortable home away from home. Check in/out went smoothly, as well as reserving rooms for next year. The folks at the desk are as accommodating as they can be. In the restaurant, the food is good, as is the service. It's always nice to come back and be seated in Nora's section.

A little late on posting this but went here for a wedding 2 weeks ago. The place had all the rooms booked well in advance. Luckily for us we asked after the ceremony if there were any rooms available and there was.
I believe her name was Emily and she was very accommodating for a last minute booking. I'm sure Emily did everything she could to get us the best rate but was unable to get us the block rate for the wedding guests and party which was more than I was expecting.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay and very friendly.

Our play … Rent … was absolutely outstanding and so close to our hotel.
Staff always greeted us and when we came back to the hotel … Curtis offered to keep the bar open until 11:30 so we could come back down for a nightcap. It was a great way to end a long busy day!

Great location! Small pool, but good size hot tub (ages 12 and up) Rooms are nice, customer service was a bit challenging, but overall average hotel.
*side note* This hotel apparently has a ghost on their lower level.
Also, only a few minutes from the mall and walking distance to Festival Theater.
Would stay again.

Since we were attending a wedding, which was held in one of the reception rooms at the Best Western Arden Park, we decided to stayed there a couple of days. We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We did have a problem with the bathroom sink that did not drain well. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the service was exceptional and the breakfast was very good. Also, the day after the wedding, we stayed for the brunch with many of the other wedding attendees. There was so many selections to choose from and everything was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to the festival theatre. About a 15-20min walk or 5 min drive. Friendly front desk and hotel staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Our room 528 has a decent view, and TV, microwave, and good sized fridge which I believe is standard in all the rooms.

The shower pipes make a noise at the start but eventually stops. Water pressure is good but could be stronger. Hot water temperature is good. Towels are soft and feels luxurious.

The window tilts open a bit for fresh air but if you have kids there’s no chance of them falling out. Black out curtains help for a good nights sleep. Good amount of closet space and drawers. Lots of mirrors and good lighting making it easy to get ready.

Price was reasonable for a Saturday night stay. Would recommend and stay here again.
