Nice hotel beds comfy need to clean the carpets and the sign sucks !! Do it’s hard to find when you’ve never been there before . Good value for a night or two !! Company was outstanding of course .

We go here every year for my birthday and we see a show at the Stratford festival. It's one of the only hotels with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Very quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is charming, and clean. I've been twice and the first breakfast was fruit and croissants the second was bacon and eggs. It is a bit dated but a nice place to stay for the price.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. We were originally put in rooms that were detached from the main hotel, sort of like motel style. They didn't have wifi though, so we had to ask to be moved to another room. The rooms inside the main hotel were nicer and had hi speed internet. Very nice rooms, much better than expected for the price. Pool is on the smaller side but enough given the average capacity. Breakfast is alright, given a wide variety of choices of both food and drink. Definitely a good budget-conscious option. Recommend.

Our play … Rent … was absolutely outstanding and so close to our hotel. Staff always greeted us and when we came back to the hotel … Curtis offered to keep the bar open until 11:30 so we could come back down for a nightcap. It was a great way to end a long busy day!

A little late on posting this but went here for a wedding 2 weeks ago. The place had all the rooms booked well in advance. Luckily for us we asked after the ceremony if there were any rooms available and there was. I believe her name was Emily and she was very accommodating for a last minute booking. Small pool, but good size hot tub (ages 12 and up) Rooms are nice, customer service was a bit challenging, but overall average hotel. *side note* This hotel apparently has a ghost on their lower level. The breakfast was excellent and good service. The only problem I have when I went to the restaurant when the host asked me for the breakfast brochure. I didn’t get it when I checked in. The restaurant host have to go asked the reception desk. Now, I got the expression that I was lying cause the way front desk asked me.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff supervisor personally checked in to make sure that my room was taken care of to my liking. Only drawbacks were no continental breakfast, they separated members of the group I was traveling with and hotel was devided into two separate buildings joined by the main hallway.

We have stayed here a few times over the years and have enjoyed ourselves on each visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and it offers a bit of peace and quiet on the edge of downtown. The illuminated balls that appear on the lawn some evenings are a whimsical touch that we love.

The Mercer is right in the heart of the action on the main street in town so for me, a person visiting for work and zero night life, it gets a 3 whereas a party person would probably give higher stars for this spot. The service was very friendly and they really wanted to be of help. The room was beautiful, very pretty and clean. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and fun, and the hotel was in a perfect location for walking around Stratford for a weekend.

Duggan Place is the quintessential B&B. Breakfast is always amazing, the accommodations cozy and very well kept, and the location is such that everything is within a pleasant walking distance. Comfortable lodging, close to everything. The only "down side" was that we should have been informed about construction and the street being closed for a Netflix series filming. Construction noise started at 7 am, and the front entrance of the building was not accessible due to filming. Overall not a huge problem, and added a touch of interest to our stay. Both the room and bathroom were clean. The address is centrally located to the theatres and restaurants. The TV did not work. There is no phone in the room, you need to rely on your cell phone to make calls. What if you do not have a cell phone? If your knees are bad, be aware that you will have to climb 2 or 3 flights of stairs to get up to your room. There is no elevator.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and bright, the staff were helpful, and we were close ti the theatres we needed. The only thing that I'd say that I didn't love was the noisy furnace/vent/whatever. I had earplugs and the problem was solved, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring ear plugs in case. Otherwise, this place was a gem and we will definitely be back

The management are very polite, courteous, and keep the rooms sanitary and refurbished frequently. I highly recommend this as a place for tourists, play enthusiasts, or those just simply passing through but are in need of a comfortable and peaceful place to rest due to extensive traveling.

My time spent at the travellers made me feel accepted and in good hands. The people here have really restored my faith in human compassion and kindness. I stayed at the travelers on friday December 24 Christmas eve and I was not as happy as I was at the rose court whare my meals were on time the internet was good, there was a phone so family and friends could get a hold of me. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Know one bothers me, my stay at the Rosecourt was great.
