Our play … Rent … was absolutely outstanding and so close to our hotel. Staff always greeted us and when we came back to the hotel … Curtis offered to keep the bar open until 11:30 so we could come back down for a nightcap. It was a great way to end a long busy day!

A little late on posting this but went here for a wedding 2 weeks ago. The place had all the rooms booked well in advance. Luckily for us we asked after the ceremony if there were any rooms available and there was. I believe her name was Emily and she was very accommodating for a last minute booking. Great location! Small pool, but good size hot tub (ages 12 and up) Rooms are nice, customer service was a bit challenging, but overall average hotel. *side note* This hotel apparently has a ghost on their lower level. Also, only a few minutes from the mall and walking distance to Festival Theater. Would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent and good service. The only problem I have when I went to the restaurant when the host asked me for the breakfast brochure. I didn’t get it when I checked in. The restaurant host have to go asked the reception desk. Now, I got the expression that I was lying cause the way front desk asked me.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff supervisor personally checked in to make sure that my room was taken care of to my liking. Only drawbacks were no continental breakfast, they separated members of the group I was traveling with and hotel was devided into two separate buildings joined by the main hallway.

We enjoyed a one night staycation for my nephews birthday. Beautiful hotel, well run. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant food was delicious and affordable. Our room was so posh and clean! I highly recommend the Arden to both local and out of town visitors. We will be making this a regular event in our family.

We go here every year for my birthday and we see a show at the Stratford festival. It's one of the only hotels with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Very quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is charming, and clean. I've been twice and the first breakfast was fruit and croissants the second was bacon and eggs. It is a bit dated but a nice place to stay for the price.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. We were originally put in rooms that were detached from the main hotel, sort of like motel style. Very nice rooms, much better than expected for the price. Pool is on the smaller side but enough given the average capacity. Breakfast is alright, given a wide variety of choices of both food and drink. Definitely a good budget-conscious option. Recommend.

We have no complaints about this motel. It's very clean. We have a lovely little deck that you can set out on. The pool is secluded and friendly and nice to be around. If we were to visit Stratford again we would choose this motel. It is situated outside of the main town but it's like 3 minutes away so who cares.

An old-fashioned motel, well maintained, on lovely grounds, quiet, beds comfortable. Nothing fancy, but will return for its simplicity and clealiness.

One word: clean. From the moment of check in to check out, everything was spotless and I'm a very meticulous and careful person when staying at accomodations where I double check everything. Staff/owner was nice and the restaurant just down the road was a nice hidden gem as well which I would recommend. Happy with the value and stay overall.

The reviews initially made us a bit nervous but we were glad to see that things seem to have changed from whatever may have happened here in the past. The rooms are basic, no frills, but clean. We stayed overnight and had a good experience. The family who owns the place are warm and welcoming. We would stay here again!

Was eating a hot dog across the street and saw a homeless looking dude walking up and down the street in front of the motel pointing finger guns at cars a they drove by. The owner accepts crack as payment for rooms, which the patrons are more than happy to provide. The management are very polite, courteous, and keep the rooms sanitary and refurbished frequently. I highly recommend this as a place for tourists, play enthusiasts, or those just simply passing through but are in need of a comfortable and peaceful place to rest due to extensive traveling.

My time spent at the travellers made me feel accepted and in good hands. The people here have really restored my faith in human compassion and kindness. I stayed at the travelers on friday December 24 Christmas eve and I was not as happy as I was at the rose court whare my meals were on time the internet was good, there was a phone so family and friends could get a hold of me. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Know one bothers me, my stay at the Rosecourt was great.

There was no breakfast included. Location was terrific- parking not so much. The place we were told to go to - did not exist. Kitchen was good.

We stayed in Unit 4. It was above the doggy treat shop, we definitely had a hard time finding the place and ended up at unit 4A. Highly recommend the give mini maps to people checking in... Note the floors in the unit are slanted, if you have any physical/mobility issues I highly recommend you find a different room than unit 4. The previous review about furnishings and air conditioner is spot on. We liked the rooms, location and cleanliness. However the noise from the pub below is unacceptable. Screaming and swearing drunkenness past 2 in the morning from patrons drinking on the sidewalk. Not at all concerned that the police station is across the street.

Staying in Room 6, room is perfect for just myself. Room comes with a little glass dining table and a larger desk; which was perfect for the Zoom meeting I had today. Wifi works excellent! Although on a busy road, the atmosphère and outdoors seems more peaceful and relaxed. There is a gazebo that I must try out tomorrow! The owner Dee is very professional and pleasant.

The Mercer is right in the heart of the action on the main street in town so for me, a person visiting for work and zero night life, it gets a 3 whereas a party person would probably give higher stars for this spot.
