Great Stay! Comfortable beds, suite was a lot larger than i thought it would be, friendly staff. Pool and waterside were great for the kids!

Exceeded my expectations! Had a great time here with the kids, they loved the pool. Front desk was super friendly! I had spoken to a fellow named Lucas, customer service was impeccable, he went above and beyond to make sure we were setup with everything we needed and had a comfortable stay! Rooms were nice and spacious. All good things to say! 10/10 recommend!

It's such a beautiful hotel. The entrance is a welcome sight to enter into. The service is impeccable. The rooms are amazing,everything you need for a great home feel. The lighting is perfectthe switch between the beds for the main light is a welco e thanx as there is normally a switch around the main door but never by beds. The multiple plugins with usb plugs are such a welcome sight as most hotels...

Spacious and comfortable rooms, fantastic service, warm and friendly front desk(thanks Triston!) reasonable rate, and convenient location in Swift Current with plenty of amenities in the area. This will be our go to hotel whenever we stay in town.

Very clean hotel. Rooms are a nice size. Beds are comfortable. Has a pool with a waterside. Across from the Casino. A Supermarket and Liquor store in walking distance.

Overall, this hotel offered good value. It was clean, and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, though the small breakfast area filled up quickly during the morning rush. On the downside, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was on the phone - obviously NOT with a customer - and didn't even acknowledge us with eye contact or a smile...

My wife and I have driven accross Canada and this hotel has been, by far, our best experience! Last minute, on a Saturday, we were able to get a honeymoon suite, hot tub, seating area, king size bed, fire place, with an awesome breakfast for $180. The staff was amazing, bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was powerful and comfortable. We will always plan our trips so we can come back again and again...

This was my second time here at this location. I really like this hotel. The staff is great, location is quick and easy and the room o stayed is was a suite with jacuzzi tub. Huge room, quiet and very clean. The mattress was totally broken down but they were notified of that. I will be back to this hotel again.

For a budget hotel when traveling a a family with two small children, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was very clean and quiet. The pool was clean and the children really enjoyed tiring themselves out in it! Staff were polite and helpful. Easily accessible from the #1 as well. We would stay here again.

I love staying at this location when I'm in Swift. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Ease of access to downtown and highway make it easy to get in and explore and when its time to hit the road again its a breeze.

This is a nice hotel. Clean rooms quiet, breakfast was fine tipical choices. Coffee could have been stronger, eggs seemed fake. Great location a block away from an Original Joe’s where we had a really good dinner. Also easy access into the #1 highway.

The rooms are large and clean and the pastries they have at the front desk at night were surprisingly amazing.

Breakfast was great, lots of options, everything fresh. The pancake printer was a hit with the kids. Pool was lovely too and the hot tub felt wonderful after walking around in -30

My 2 night stay was alright. Bed was comfortable, only thing was it was super hot in the room when I checked in 29°C is a little uncomfortable and it took forever to cool it down. Window only opened about 4x6 inches so it wasn’t like it could have been cooled with outside air.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its in a great location, its clean, and has a fantastic breakfast. Its everything u would expect from a well run hotel.

Have stayed here multiple times in the past. This is the first time that a computer error caused the wrong style of room to be booked. The front desk staff quickly fixed the error and gave me the room I originally booked. I will definitely stay here again every time that I work in the Swift Current area.

Stayed in April. The weather was warm. Hotel room temperature was hot. Made sleeping difficult. Everything else was great. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast bar.

I rarely leave reviews on Motels. But people please spend the extra bucks for this one if you enjoy parking in front of your door. Enjoy comfy and clean beds. Modern rooms and comfy clean sheets. Breakfast is included and is the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. Eggs, sausage, hash browns as well as pancakes, cereals, etc. will definitely come again.

Neat and comfy bed. But TV working but no channel can be found and internet connection slow. But above all it’s a nice place to stay ..

It was a very nice place. Stayed 1 night. The only thing is the heat was cranked and it felt like a sauna when I walked in.

Decent hotel. Outdoor entrance is nice. Breakfast is a little on the lame side but thats typical for many hotels.

Hotel room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Wouldn't recommend eating in the pub. Waitress spilled hot beef jus on me and did not even offer to compensate for burning me and staining my clothes.

Venue was alright, food service was questionable for the event and the audio equipment wasn't properly setup or explained. Very disappointing to see the lack of overall care.

Clean, up-to-date, fast, friendly. Breakfast is slightly better than most chain hotels, in that they have the waffle maker and vinegary tasting boiled eggs. No, scratch that, breakfast is exactly the same as every chain hotel, which is to say sort of a concentrated shot of depression injected straight into your femoral artery. We got stuck in swift current during the recent storm with closed highways. Checked into the Travelodge across the highway but had to get out as it’s a biohazard. Daughter called motel 6 and they were able to get us a Room on short notice with the city filling up. We were so grateful. Room was clean and comfortable. Tims muffins for breakfast and delicious coffee. Thanks Motel 6. You saved us.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous price! The lobby is clean and welcoming as is the front door area. Rooms are modern but very roomy. We had a full kitchen with dishes, glasses,etc. nice size fridge. Love there isn’t carpet! Wish there were more hotels along the Trans CANADA. Will definitely stay at Motel 6 when an option.

It was a pretty nice hotel for a reasonable price comparitively. When we checked in the front staff was not friendly. She did not smile once and spoke so quietly we had a hard time hearing her. The morning staff was better. Our room and the main floor were clean.

This is one the best hotels we've checked in to. The staffs are very hospitable and the room was so clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Star who accommodated us so well. Exceeds our expectations! Highly recommended!

The only available hotel on a random Tuesday night in Swift Current. Not fancy at all, clean enough for the price, no pet fee. Super sweet and friendly owners. Would stay there again.

Was a good stop for the night. Good size rooms. Beds were comfortable. Not the best with little kids. They don't have playpens. Bring your own. The free breakfast isn't anything special. Don't stay here for that. Price can't be best for a place to stay for a night or 2.

It's a cheap room for sure... The internet keeps throttling and you have to disconnect and reconnect a bunch.... The breakfast is nothing to rave about... Now the good. I liked the "drive to the door" part of the motel and you can see the TV from the toilet... It's cheap but I've stayed in worse places for more money...

What you see is what you get, definitely on the more run down side but the people were friendly and for $70 a night I couldn't really complain

You can see the remnants of the old better hotel it used to be. It still has a 6ft marking where the pool used to be (now filled with dirt and grass) the cabinet heater in the hotel room now disconnected and a no smoking card over the hole in the wall for a thermostat. Thriftlodge. It lives up to it's name. It looks like Travelodge abandoned the motel because of the upgrades it required to be competitive and Thriftlodge took over to compete with the $59 room trucker motels. The rooms and overall decor is outdated and does need updating, but it was clean. The service was good and the rooms were clean! No sign of bugs of any kind. The swimming pool was useable but in grave need of repairs and updates. There is a restaurant on site and appears to be fairly busy but we never visited it!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and theres a pool and the rooms arent bad they have a microwave and flatscreen TV and warm shower

The pros, they did allow pets, convenient parking. Cons, the beds were hard as a rock, the pool was freezing cold, and the restaurant had very poor, almost rude service. Not cheap either

Really wasn't bad at all, except Beds uncomfortable. You can hear every movement next to you and the pool area is so cold it could double as a penguin habitat..... Burrrrr. Waterslide is pretty great though, especially if you don't mind the cold

Room was nice, with both parking lot and inside doors. Breakfast was a cold continental, but not too bad. Pool seemed a little cold, no hot tub, but the waterslide is great. Nice for a budget stay.

I ended up here on the evening of Jan 31st, 2022. I was on my way to a destination further east and got stuck in what was arguably a blizzard. By the time I got to Swift Current it was approaching 8 pm and the hotels were pretty much all booked. Is the Rainbow Motel amazing? No, it's an independent highway side motel. The owner was very nice and friendly. The room was sparkling and smelled great. The room had cups, a fridge, a microwave and an excellent air conditioner. I requested a bathtub and laminate floors as I noticed in the pictures that some of the rooms have carpet and/or standing shower only, and the room was exactly as I requested. Clean rooms, outdated but everything works. Quiet neighbors. Close by stores, quick back on the road easily ( always nice)

Spacious rooms, commercialized, not newly reno'd. I've had friends stay/live there and haven't had a bad experience there except for getting stuck in a little bit of snow in the parking lot, but they are usually on top of that. Could also play music a little louder without getting complaints.

Friendly, very clean and well kept. Pets welcome for $15. Good internet. Closest thing to a drawback is that it's not the latest in chic: there's lots of 70s and 80s in here, but it's all in good shape so that's fine with me.

My kids loved it here because our room was called the flamingo room. Just basic room was clean and not over priced, service was quick and easy check in

Had an excellent stay, and Stephanie is an amazing host. Located a short distance outside of Swift Current, along a decent enough highway. Dark, and quiet at night like you would expect the country to be. Beds were nice, facilities were good, and the breakfast was seriously delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it if you were considering it.

So great! They were super accommodating with a late check in due to an emergency, and the sleep was amazing! Everything is super clean and the breakfast was delicious! They also have lots of dogs which as a dog lover made the stay even more enjoyable :)

My dog and I were made to feel very welcome on this working farm. Country Comfort is a bit off the highway, but was a welcome detour. It was glorious to wake up to the sounds of meadolarks singing.

What an incredible experience. The location is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and so are the other guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The showers aren't that great so if you have long hair it's best to avoid washing it as it becomes a bit impossible. I have been going to La Reata ranch since 2010. Riding over 5000 acres, exploring the 14km of waterfront and hills and valley's will wake up the cowgirl or cowboy in anybody. George and staff are great hosts and food is great and plentiful. After a day in the saddle enjoy the hot tub, saloon, quiet of the country life.
