Beautiful view of the ocean right from our ground level room. We could walk out of the door, plus a hundred feet or so and be right at the beach. It was great to watch the brave surfers! The rooms were very comfortable with good seating, fireplace, and nice amenities in the shower.

The beds were PHENOMENAL!! So incredibly comfortable, best pillows in the world. Our room was overlooking the ocean, gorgeous views. The whole place was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay.

This is a favourite place for us to go. Wish it was not so expensive. 8 hour power outage on Thursday Apr 13, due to a MVA. We have stayed here twice in the last two years. This past experience wasn’t the greatest. The room had long black human hair in the sheets and shower. Neither my girlfriend or I have long black hair. The room is dog friendly and I would understand fur or dog hair but this was human hair. The view was fantastic! The beds are comfy. They were really helpful when I left my personal pillow behind. They promptly found it for me. Rooms are clean and warm. It's November and rather chilly out. It was really nice to have the comfort after trying surfing for the first time. You get your own private patio and again, the view is perfect. I'll be back!

I gave this motel full marks because the room was super clean and well appointed, staff helpful, view just fine overlooking marina, and you can't be closer to downtown. Staff made sure we could park our car with bikes on rack in a safe place, For a bike trip, I would certainly go back.

Great Motel and nice room for only 2-Stars. We had a room on the first floor with a nice harbour view. The room was clean and didn't smell bad which as often the case in 2-star hotels. Located at the entrance to downtown Tofino, Harbourview is within a few minutes walk to restaurants, museums and all the attractions of Tofino. The staff was friendly and helpful in showing us where everything was.

We loved everything about it. It's a place you definitely want to come back to. Stunning sunsets and views, the sound of the ocean and waves, surfing.

The view was amazing. The place was cozy and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Loved to have access to the pool and hot tub. Mentioned it was out anniversary and received a complimentary bottle of red wine. :)

Really nice hotel which is close to the beach. The restaurant serves delicious food and some apartments have nice fire place and big bathroom. Good for autumn - spring nights.

Jamie's is a hidden gem. Came here for comedy night on a weekend trip fro. Victoria and I had a blast. Tbe comedian was hilarious, the drinks were great, and there's plenty of parking.

Stopped by for an early dinner and really enjoyed it. The interior is very nicely done, though the art made from flotsam found on the beach doesn't seem to really for in. Dinner for two with a beer and a pop was ~$75 with tip. There is a gluten free menu which is quite substantial and also a dairy free menu for those who need it. Stayed there for 10 days and had a great time. Staff us wonderful. Place is a bit outside of town so better get a rental car or bike but you can still reach town/activities by less than 45-60 min walking distance. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our second time at Jamie's and the first since the upgrades . Very nice warm choice in color schemes. Should have included more sound proofing as most normal sounds from rooms can be heard in the halls. Still great staff and restaurant was good.

Excellent location in Tofino, with a stunning ocean view. Lovely quiet part of town, away from the crowds. Quality accomodation, feels new & clean, with minimalist decor. Staff were brilliant, especially helping with a very late checkin.

Amazing location. The rooms are very modern & beautiful. Huge bathrooms. It didn’t look like any room had a bad view. We loved our stay. The office is only open 10-6. You need to go there for coffee & towels. The staff we dealt with were very friendly & knowledgeable about the town. They also had a text line we could use instead of going to the office.

we booked this hotel in Tofino because we wanted something with a nice view and in town as well and everything exceeded our expectations!! when we checked in we were greeted with smiles. The whole place is very minimalist. Each room has beautiful views from the balcony. It’s very spacious and comfortable. Everything in the rooms is good quality and clean. The location is also amazing, it’s close to the water and near to restaurants and shops. It is pretty pricy so keep that in mind!

Beautiful beachfront location!!!! Our family had the pleasure of staying in one of their beautiful cabins! What a treat! The kids had a blast, climbing the ladder up to their loft. It was perfect! What a cute space! Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck and it was a fantastic space to bbq with family. The staff were extremely accommodating and responsive… What a wonderful stay!

Amazing view and convenient location! Super quiet and secluded. Very helpful staff who accommodated my late checkin and messaged regularly to check in. Loved the easy parking and convenient location close to town. I think I might have had one of the rooms that hasn’t been renovated yet, so there were some signs of wear. But overall an excellent stay.

Wonderful location and views of Cox beach which is the best surfer beach! really great chill vibe across the whole place and particularly loved the outside bar space with firepits overlooking the ocean. Phenomenal!! I visited during the wildfires and was nervous when informed the main route was closed. My nervousness subsided when Sara gave me the detour route. This is all about location, so close to the beach, yet no, or very little view of ocean from room. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Single family use of common areas, hottub, gym is nice, but a bit inconvenient when you just want a 5 minute soak after surfing.

A recently updated hotel right in town. My room was small but very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There's a cafe downstairs and a pub attached as well as a small liquor store. There's an unpaved parking lot out back with quite a bit of space to accommodate larger vehicles, or vehicles with trailers. Very close to restaurants in town.

MaQ is the best place in Tofino town for anyone traveling with a dog. You can dine inside or outside on their bar patio and not worry about locking them away while you relax with a cold beer and unique food. Morning coffee is great as well. They do close the doors up at 9pm so make sure you have your room keys on you at all times if you're out late. I definitely will stay again besides the high prices...

Very cute, sparkling clean, hip hotel with unique artwork everywhere. I really cannot believe it's a 2 star hotel - more like 3.5-4 star. Very sweet stay. I would say the staff was one of the highlights. Really professional and friendly. Not a problem to us but it is important to notice that this hotel has a party vibe to it so music gets into your room, so keep that in mind. They are trying to mitigate it with white noise machines in your room which is clever. Quaint and cozy stay for sure! Close to the good spots in Tofino!

We had a room for 3 persons with two queensized beds for a night. Everything was clean. I don't know why so many reviews are so bad for this motel. Looks like someone dislikes the owner.

Lovely motel, obviously not luxury but it's cheap for tofino! Great staff and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Even better then some 500 dollar a night rooms I've been in. Well worth the visit and can't beat the price for the area!!

Overall we had an amazing stay here. Owners Jae and her husband were very accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. Yes, room and furniture was outdated but more then comfortable. We even had brand new, soft and comfy sheets on our beds. Room space was well utilized and kitchenette came with more then expected. Shower was hot with great pressure. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

For the price, you could not expect anything new. Compared to other hotels in the srea, the price is great and the location is the best. One block away from tacofino and chesterman beach and 5 minute drive to downtown tofino core

Stayed here way back in May 1998. As I recall we had an enjoyable no-frills stay. Great location for enjoying Long Beach and what was then the Wickanninish Centre (think it's since been renamed). Glad to know the motel is still in business nearly a quarter of a century on.

I loved the place! The lady was very sweet and accommodating. The sign said no vacancy and we decided to check anyways. She had a room for us for one night and it was perfect. I love the Dolphin Motel, we stay here every time we stay in Tofino. Rooms are always clean, it's always quiet, and the owners are amazing. It's located really close to Chestermans Beach, which is amazing if you're there to surf, and you're a short walk from a little shopping area should you need anything. We've been staying here for years and will always come back.
