The hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and well-maintained and friendly reception staff. My kids enjoyed the pool with water slides. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide and delicious selection to suit everyone.

The reception was extremely warm and inviting. The young lady at the reception desk was absolutely wonderful. A real asset to this hotel chain.

Rooms were not cleaned, only every 3 days.. Many of us are away from home and expected services for our rooms to be cleaned, clean towels brought in.. I had to keep cleaning my room & disinfect it which is exactly what I do at home..

Stayed on Aug 2022 - COVID-19 rules of safety were still applicable. The room was really nice and the shared pool & hot tub too. When we arrived we were there too early, but we had sent a message to ask if we could let our luggages in the luggage room. They said that it is ok, it wasn't a luggage room though but a reception room locked by key. But when we arrive the woman at the reception was despicable...

Very neat and comfortable. Only minor issue we had is that the room does not have microwave, but there is a common microwave .

The staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Very convenient location.

I booked 2 rooms and both of them are really good. The rooms are really spacious and well maintained

It felt a 1 bedroom apartment. Bedroom separate from living area. When we were arrived i thought i would be disappointed might, but we were pleasently surprized by the unit. Staff spoke english and french.
