Very nice facility located right next to conservation area (with direct access from hotel). Dog-friendly rooms located on main floor with easy access, clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good.

Best Western Plus hotels all provide such consistently good service. While I didn't have the opportunity to visit the pool on this visit, I was happy to see the lodge aesthetic carried forward into the room design. I'm always happy to see included breakfast, and the option to pack yourself a boxed breakfast (after 6am) is much appreciated by those of us on field programs!

We stayed for a night while passing through. The pool was and front desk service was great. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the fire in the lounge and the breakfast was delicious too. We also enjoyed Cranberry Marsh waking trail located beside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I only gave 3 stars because we needed a wheelchair accessible room, they only had one, it was pretty good, but no grab bars except behind the toilet!! Not good, not safe without adding one to the front off sink, off to the right. You have to use sink sideways as you can't roll under sink. Got 3 qween for 120 a night not a bad price considering the pool and continental breakfast. Kids liked the waterside and my wife and i thought breakfast was great aswell. Kind of an old building but they have done good upkeep for the most part.

Nice place and friendly service. Able to get me in a room with a kitchenette for the price of a basic room. Nice place to stop on the way to Edmonton. WiFi is basic, to slow to stream anything but enough, don't expect big city internet in a small center. Breakfast is standard fare; cereal, waffles, and bread.

Amazing service Super sweet staff. We needed a place to stay for the night and they welcomed us right away for an amazing price. Kid friendly and gave us a first floor room with parking at our door. Walking distance to any store in Valemount. the room was super nice and very clean! Highly recommend I wish we could have stayed longer!

Basic rooms for a night's sleep on the cheap. Nothing special but nothing wrong either. For the good low prices you get a clean room and a warm bed. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker too. There's a convenience store and pizza shop right across the parking lot. Nice views.

The Lodge was very clean and well setup. Everyone in our snowmobile group had a great sleep. The owners went out of their way to help us get sled parts brought in from out of town. Highly recommend for group snowmobile trips, 10/10.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights and were so very impressed. Justina and Kevin are lovely people, very caring and down to earth. The B and B itself is absolutely gorgeous and feels like home. I would absolutely recommend the B and B to everyone and anyone.

First time staying here this week and all I can say is we cannot wait to be back! Justina and Kevin are great hosts and give you an "at home" atmosphere. Kevins recommendations even got us to a new riding area with great snow and low usage numbers. If you guys want the real sledding deal then stay here!

Our room had a/c directly beside the bed meaning someone is sleeping with a/c directly blasting on them all night. The bathroom door also didn’t close. I stayed at the Super 8 down the road and enjoyed it much more. Not the worst but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again

The staff member manning the desk when we got in was very professional & a hard worker. He gave us a room at first that was not cleaned. I called, (on my cell as my boyfriend & I were tired from our trip). He was very swift to bring an extra key for a cleaned room & apologized for the mistake. I would stay here again. 4 stars because it could use an update but like I said, I’d stay here again.

Bought a steak and shrimp for the road. On my return trip could only buy a steak since they don't get there seafood shipment until Friday. Should maybe plan a head a little, but they cater to the sledders from Alberta in the winter that seem to like Valemount.

Very nice place, the cabin is great. The family is very nice and gave us a warm welcome. After a long trip enjoying the fire place. We won't be back in Canada so soon but when we go we will done back for sure.

Great to be there and enjoy the sunset view there. The host is very kind and only con is no breakfast, but do provide coffee and fridge service. So we make our own ones.

We stayed here for three nights on our Rocky Mountain tour and found it was absolutely charming. Our hostess, Shirley was so friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely gorgeous. It sits on a hill overlooking a pond in front of the mountains. The farm has llamas, horses, geese, chickens, and the kids love the animals. Hosts are a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms aren't the roomiest, but they're very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Ten out of ten, would stay again.

Really nice cabins, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Only stayed one night as a pit stop during a long road trip, but hope to stay for a few days sometime in the summer to really enjoy the BBQ right outside your door, and the fire pits. DONT BOOK A HOTEL IN VALEMOUNT! This place is fantastic. I work with several hotels across Canada and I have to say I wouldn't stay any where but here if passing through. Great hospitality, very comfortable lay out with just a touch of novelty. The food was good, hot and served on time. All less then what we would have paid at the neighboring hotels.

Cozy cabins just on the edge of town. Easy to drive in and relax. Log cabins are quite neat. Gas 🔥. Smallish tv. Decent shower and bathroom. The folks who run this place are awesome. It was not up to the normal standard I expect from super8, room wasn't very clean, no sealed soap or lotion, congested wifi, tv is 90s quality, room was hot when it was cold outside so I had to run a loud AC. The breakfast was decent though.

The best hotel. It ain't much but it gets the job done. The rooms are really clean and the AC works the tvs are nice. It's a great bare bones. With no expense gimmicks like a swimming pool it is the best location if you are just looking for a place to stay before you keep on trucking. Also don't book through 3rd party apps they will over charge you.

Nicest, most helpful owners I've ever experienced. Really nice modern rooms with lots of space and kitchenettes (mine didn't have a stovetop yet but a dual electric hotplate was provided, which is great). Again, the staff here are the absolute best and are really friendly.

I stayed here for just over a week and the rooms are completely renovated and beautiful! Extremely clean bathrooms! Big tv! Super comfy beds! The best staff!! And the owners dog is like a local celebrity! All around amazing hotel and experience!!

Was the only guest in the hotel the night that I stayed. At 11pm, the staff went home, so I was literally the only person in the building all night. So it was super silent and quiet, and kind of a neat experience. I explored their supply room because I was bored and there was nobody to stop me. 5 stars. Would stay again.

It's really nice place to stay for cheap price. We spent 3 nights with two kids and everything was fine. First it was a budget trip so we tried to spend less. Rooms were very clean everything was pretty standard but for this price you couldn't expect something more. We didn't try food over there so I cannot say anything about food in this Hotel

Great price for a pet friendly hotel on short notice! Front desk staff member was super chill and positive. Room was just the right size, very clean and warm and welcoming. The whole cowboy hotel experience. The hotel doesn't offer pretty much but the ambient. Still, it is local owned and had a perfect road trip sleep.
