The suites are fantastic for families. We found it worked best to have the kids in the loft, leaving us the living space in the evenings. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to work with and do moast of our meals 'at home' during our vacation. The pool is great and easily accessible for the kids. We appreciated the use of the BBQ, and the games/books lending library during our stay. Beautiful and relaxing grounds, lovely view of swan lake and easily accessible. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at the Castle. All of the staff were so polite and friendly, and even offered our friend the Penthouse for his birthday!
The room was massive (two beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen), and all of the amenities were top notch! The room was clean and comfortable, with massive amounts of space for the two of us. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the pool and hot tub for as long as we could. This is an excellent property and next time we're in the area, we will be staying here again!

Views of swan lake. Proximity to waterpark and ourdoor pool all amazing. Kitchens in rooms are nice but i brought my own pan because the cookware is getting worn

Friendly staff, clean rooms with full kitchens and comfy beds. The seasonal pool and hot tub are extremely nice as well!! Can't ask for anything more. It is the perfect place to stay!

Very great place to stay, this is my 3rd time coming here and definitely not disappointed. Staff are very nice, and very clean rooms. Nice pool that’s not too busy throughout the day, and the view is great! I got the bigger room with 2 floors. ( 2 beds and a pullout couch) and it’s very well setup with a lot of space. Although the beds should be a little bit softer, they are still very comfy, but I noticed the king bed is much better than the queen. Will definitely be back. And I DEFINITELY recommend you to stay here too. 5 stars

I booked it last minute and the place was beautiful. It was very clean, quiet, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When you walk into the courtyard from the top pathway or the lower rooms, you can't even hear the noise from the pool area, so that's nice. I will definitely return in the future.

This hotel is so well kept. I hope it stays this way!
We had to adjust our trip through expedia since our truck broke down on our way to Vernon. Trudi gave exceptional service, was so helpful and kind. They so generously upgraded our room as they noticed that we had 3 littles. Seeing as this is our christmas vacation... it couldnt have been any better! The kitchen is also very well stocked, clean and tidy. We will definitely book this hotel over and over.

A great place. Went to Vernon for the winter carnival. 5 minutes from town lits of parking and a good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are going back there fir sure. Nice comfortable rooms with all you need. We will go back when the pool, hot tub and outdoor area is open. Nice view over Swan Lank and sunset at night if you get a front unit. Wonderful.

Terrible costumer service. We wanted to take a look at the penthouse suite to potentially stay for our honeymoon and the lady at the front counter was immediately rude and dismissive. Definitely not how we would want to be treated on our honeymoon. We quickly took it off of our list of options. I’ve stayed at all types of places but the way you are treated when you walk in says a lot. Hopefully they take this review into consideration and work on their customer service.
